I ordered for 2 different sofas from Natuzzi recently ( one a two seater and the other just a single seater sofa). and was delivered in August 2023. Prior to making the purchase, we chose the colours we wanted, however, at no point were we told that the colour of the sofa could differ when delivered.
Upon delivery, when we saw that the colour was different and also the material seemed uneven, like it had rough edges and looked like not properly sewn we reached out Natuzzi and even went into the office but we were told that there is a possibility of a different shade of colour being delivered. However, we mentioned this was never discussed during the sale or prior and if that was the case, we would not have opted for the sofa colour.
They sent over someone to come have a look at the sofa and mentioned that they will contact us back once they have a decision which they did after a few weeks and said they have found no issues based on their finding.
Attached are pictures of the sofa, which also includes a picture of the colour which chose as against what was delivered.
Desired outcome: I'd like a change of colour to the exact one we ordered and if this is not possible we want in a different colour but if this is still not possible, we would like a refund. Thanks
