I purchased a 3 seater and a 2 seater on delivery the 3 seater was not aligning so I was told someone would visit to fix the issue. 2 men came a couple of days later and were not the nicest and they adjusted the feet and said we should have read our book and done that however the delivery drivers that installed hadn't! It was still not aligned but he puffed it about and said there you go and left. A few months has passed and now the 3 seater is completely different heights, makes a bonk noise when declining and we noticed saw dust under the recliner. I phoned Natuzzi to come and inspect and 2 men came from an independent company and advised the mechanism is bent and that has caused the frame to be damaged so bad that it has collapsed. I sent a letter requested a refund or replacement as I have given them a chance to rectify but they have not done this so I am not happy to accept another fix. The salesman that sold us the sofas called me immediately on receipt of my letter and asked that I reconsider accepting the fix however we are not happy to so I requested that head office call me but I haven't heard and its been a week now. I would like a refund as the salesman has informed if they order a new 3 seater the colour may be different and looking at a friends settee from Natuzzi mine has wrinkled so much I feel it is not the standard I would expect for the cost.
