Order from June has yet to be received, no contact made
I have countlessly reached out to the brand for a refund of my money.
I made an order in June and was informed on 28 June my order will be arriving to me. The tracking details provided revealed that nothing was shipped out.
Furthermore, many instances of communicating across the past 3 months have been completely futile (across all different modes of communication).
Desired outcome: I would like a refund as soon as possible,

The order I placed on June 9th hasn't been received nearly two months later. I still have no product and they haven't refunded my money. I placed an order for $47.60 on their website using PayPal on June 9th. A month later I hadn't received the order despite a shipping notification email on June 10th. The tracking number indicated it was never even picked up by USPS. I contacted customer service through Facebook Messenger. I was asked for my order number. I provided it. Never got another response from that. I left a comment on Instagram and someone from the company told me to contact customer service again. I did. They said they'd send the package a second time and that it should arrive in no more than seven days. Two weeks later it hadn't arrived. I emailed and asked for a refund. No apologies were given to even pretend to care about customer service. But I was told they would issue a refund. I left another comment on Instagram after someone else had a similar experience. The company deleted my comment and direct messaged me apologizing and offered to send a free product since I genuinely wanted to try the company especially as a vegan. I accepted and asked for a nail polish I had tried to purchase. I don't believe my reply has even been read. I just now checked PayPal and my money has not been refunded. Many, many people express similar experiences.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have yet to receive my items from an order made over 2 months ago.
All forms of contact with the brand has been futile and they seem to have ignored many others as well.
The products may not be horrible but the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered
