NetSpend review: you web site want let me login

I go to your website to check the balance on my card and it ask for a password. So I perss I forgot. And all itdoes ask for my email then my social security which I will never put online then my birthdate. So I put all that in and it says it is not in the files. I know that has to be a lie. I had just put some money on this card if I have to I will get a better one and have it transfered I was not much but it was all I had.
