Yesterday evening when i was walking to my car from work i stepped on the backing of a pin to a name tag. When i pulled out the pin the shoe made a whistling noise as it went flat. The shoes cost me $180 and i have only had them for a few months. They are completely unfixable and unbearable. I am terribly disappointed in the quality that the shoes were made. They should not be ruined because of a small pin. I saved up my hard earned money for months to buy these shoes and now i have to walk around with one deflated shoe unfortunately because i do not have any money to purchase new ones. I bought the Nike Flex Supreme TRS a month ago, this past week the soles are all
Cracked and torn, I work out 5 days a week and love the sneakers and I wanted to know if you could replace them, why are they all cracked and torn on the bottom, please contact me with a resolution. Very upset and disappointed! They are 80 dollar sneakers they should not be falling apart !

My name is dhaval jhaveri.I am writing to you as i am finding the product to be below average. Heels part of the shoe has come off also the lace started showing white portion in sometime which i have thrown off and replaced it with new ones. But now the heel has come off and i dont have a solution for that. Kindly heLp with regards to the same.

I was given a Visa gift card for Christmas from my grandfather to buy some Nike custom tennis shoes I had personally designed. I bought the shoes, threw the gift card away. 6 months later my name started wearing off of the back of the shoe (obviously an odd place to rub off, as the back of the shoe never gets rubbed across anything, sent them back to Nike and was given a refund for half of the original price. After receiving the email regarding the refund, noticed that they refunded it to the already-thrown-away-months-ago gift card, and did not just simply issue a Nike credit. After numerous phone calls to Nike customer service, I was told that they had already "processed the credit" and can't do anything about it. As the gift card was just that, a gift from Christmas, I do not have any information about the card other than the last 4 digits; which was supplied in the Nike order invoice. Therefore, I'm not only out a pair of tennis shoes BUT am also out of the refund that I am entitled to. And will never be able to use. Order # O1186200798.

We visited Nike shop inside of Rome train station . All the staff were very rude . I was trying to buy a pair of shoes for walking theough Rome city. We just asked for two pair of different shoes . They were already pissed off. Spiecally, when we wannna pay. The cashier showed a dead fish eyes to us ! Bad management! Extremely . Two another clients decide to leave right before we paid for it . Nike shop bad service in Italy !

I recently bought a pair of Nike slide sandals for my son. I spent more money on sandals than I typically do because I wanted him to have a pair that would last. Typically Nike products are of higher quality, however, this pair of slides began tearing away at the sides from the second time he put them on his feet. They are now both almost completely torn away on the inside of each foot. He has only been wearing them for about a month and because they started tearing, he doesn't wear them often. I am extremely disappointed in this shoe and would like to receive a replacement or reimbursement. Thank you.

I received a pair of these sandals as a college graduation present from my sister on June 9, 2017. I play basketball twice a week and I was excited to make these my pregame and postgame slippers. I've only used them on those days because they stay almost exclusively inside my gym bag. I believe I also used them one day while running errands. Thats a total of seven wearings.
I've owned an Adidas, and an And1 pair of slides but this was my first pair of Nike Slides and was pretty happy about them since I specifically asked my sister for a pair. So you can imagine my disapointment when I realized last night as I was stretching that the strap is coming almost completely apart. I truly believe that Nike is a quality product and that somethings are unavoidable as far as defects from time to time. I've spent all morning looking at reviews for this product and apparently others have experienced the same issue with this same model.
My hope is that I can return these to Nike and recieve an online credit for Nike.com and perhaps buy another model of sandals.

I am on my third pair of these sneakers and the complaint is the same. I use the shoes for walking only but after approximately 4-6 months, with minimal wear, the glue fails on the front of the shoe causing the main body of the shoe to separate from the sole. I love the sizing and fit of the shoe but the shoe becomes unusable once the separation occurs. I have never experienced this with another make or model.

I am very displeased with Kobe 11s that didn't even last 5 months...6 large holes on the shoe! Tried to get customer service to help, got the run around (bounced me between nike.com to corporate to footlocker back to customer service, left me on hold over 5 minutes!). My son is left with the potential of his shoes completely tearing on him while he is playing at nationals or risk me sending in the shoes in hopes that they will take care of the claim in time for me to buy him new shoes for nationals (in which case he will not have shoes to practice in - in preparation for nationals). It should not be this hard to replace defective nike products and customers should not have to pay for return shipping, nor have to wait so long for a replacement product! Some of us don't have the money/luxury of having back up shoes waiting in the wings!

bought a pair of the nike slip on sandles only a couple of weeks ago, I have only worn them a few times now I have a big raw like spot on the side of my foot, I had to go seek medical to get cream due to its very sore and unable to wear any shoe until it heals, store won't take them back due to them being worn, I have bought nike for 20 years and for my entire family, I don't want to switch shoe company's for my family but unable to wear any shoe at the moment

It has never cross my mind that I will ever be in the position of writing you this letter of complaint about a Nike product

A couple a years ago I purchased a nice sport suit and a matching pair of running shoes size 12 from a Nike store located in Vaughan Mills, Ontario, Canada.I liked them very much at that time and because it was winter, I could not wear them immediately.I was looking forward for the spring to come, so I will be able to enjoy them.I deposited them in the closed and for some unforeseen medical reason I wasn't able to practice sport for a certain period of time and I forget that I have them.

Recently when I reorganized my closed, I found the set including the running shoes and I was so happy.Unfortunately the Nike sport suit did not fit me anymore but the shoes have, so I started wearing them.

Every time that I would go out I would come back with small piece detached from them.At the beginning I did not make a big deal of It.Every day I noticed another piece of them coming off.The braking point was today when the entire shoe sole came off completely.

I have had the idea that Nike running shoes are the best and the Nike company does not compromise on quality.
I have many products Nike and I have never experience this before.These running shoes were a "lemon"from the beginning, if I could call them like that.I paid 120 Canadian dollars plus tax and these running shoes are an embarrassment for whoever produced them inclusive for the Nike Company.

I have believed in Nike Company and I believe that Nike could make this right.A "one bad apple" is not representative for Nike.

I kindly request the Nike Company to provide me with a replacement for this running shoes similar or at the same value.Unfortunately I do not have the receipt or the original box since I trowed them away.

I purchase these Nike tennis on 6/1/2017 and by 6/11/2017 the tip of the tennis started to come up, so there is a defect, and I can not return them because they where worn already and I only wore them once. so can you please replace them. I love this tennis. So I would really appreciate if some one response to this complaint as soon as possible.

I spend thousands of dollars on Nike products a year between me & my son. I'm not very happy when I go into a store that sells nike products & if I use a coupon for the store I don't get the discount off the nike stuff. I think that is completely unfair. But I can go into a nike store or outlet & use a nike coupon there. It doesnt make any since. I got approval for a department store credit card & couldn't get the benefits of opening a new card because once again I purchased all nike stuff & it didn't go the percent off the items. I really think that we as customers of your product should be able to get the discount if the retail store is offering stuff like that. I mean they have sales on your stuff but can't use their coupons. I'm not a happy customer as I'm a single mother trying to make it in this world & can't even save money buying your product. I guess I might have to start taking my business else where.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the Nike.com online store for the first time. The shoes cost over 200.00 dollars. I have been a long time purchaser of Nike shoes and I am very loyal when I find a product I like. After I completed the order the shoes arrived promptly but they were used shoes. The treads were worn, the bottom of the shoes had dried dirt on them, the sides were scratched, the writing on the inside pads was almost completely worn off and the laces had knots in them. Now I have to send the shoes back before they will even ship me the right shoes. I will have to wait another week for shoes that I needed because someone at the warehouse is wearing the shoes that they ship to people.

all of my 3 sons underwear ans falling apart, they cost over 23.00 each and all are falking apart.my sons wear nothing but nike clothing and underwear and shoes.i cannot believe how they are coming apart.my sons are truly dedicated customers but this is rediclious! please help with this situation

My shoes are two months old. They squeak when i walk and they are coming apart around the sole and top. I paid good money for these shoes and i am very dissatisfied. I usually like your product and wear them all of the time.
This is the second pair that has done this. I don't like to complain but the shoes are horrible. Can you offer any help? It would be greatly appreciated if they could be replaced or a refund sent.

I work for a retailer who sells Nike products. I needed to find out the availability of a Structure Gore-Tex running shoe for a customer. The computer system you use does not allow a product search by description and requires a product code for something that may or may not exist. I phoned the Canadian Nike customer service rep and was told to look it up on-line. I questioned this response as it showed a considerable LACK of customer service and was told Nike was trying to get more people to go online. So... you have a system that doesn't allow people to look up what they need and you tell your representatives to tell customers to go there. Do you not see a problem here?

I purchased a pair of Nike sneakers for my 13 year old son one month ago. The sneakers have little holes in the material. I am very disappointed with these sneakers. My son always wears nikes. He doesn't wear the same pair everyday. He has a few pairs including a pair of lebrons. I am a single parent on a limited income. I'm extremely disappointed.
