Dear Nike, I'm one of the big fans of your products, especially footwear. Since I live in Serbia, I am forced to buy shoes abroad, because in Serbia in the sale there is no number 10 for women. I was looking for shoes and winter product that I found was promising. Price from 250 e (which makes up more than half of the average salary in Serbia). I decided to give you, because it is a product of providing what it considers to be in the next ten years. Resistant to water, resistant to winter, just what I need for the next many years. Boots are finally arrived (my friend ordered online in Sweden) yesterday. I immediately put on them, and went out. Outside, there were approximately -1 Celsius, which is a mild winter (it used to be and -30). My feet froze after just 10 minutes of walking. I have nike, I bought 10 years ago, ordinary shoes, which are warmer than those that are "ideal" for the cold weather! I've been wearing Nike shoes for so long I can't remember anything else. But I have to say I can't express my unhappiness loud enough. I bought these Durant trey5' s and they are already broke. The shoes should still have plenty of life left, but due to poor design, they are done. The holes for the laces to thread through are placed way to close to the edge of the fabric and have already torn through. You can't skip that area of the shoe because you can't get the shoes tight. Terrible design, it just wasn't thought through!

On the 21st of Dec 2016, I went to the Nike factory store in Eastrand Mall. A sale took place, everything was marked down and on selected items marked to a further 20%...great!
I picked up a Nike shoe which had been marked down to R269.00 and a further 20% off the price. I got to the till and the guy tells me the shoe is actually R799.00. He calls the second in charge to assist as the price says R269.00 and she tells me that they not allowed to make the decision and anyway the decision has been declined (by whoever she asked) to give the shoe to me at that price (R269.00).
Here is the problem the marked down sticker has not much ink on it (that's not my problem) it may have been an error on your side to put the incorrect price, however, that is how I found it.
Why is it now my problem as a customer to verify the work of someone else? That is and should be the price I get the shoe at! The price was not corrected on the shelf instead you want to correct the price when I want to purchase it and charge me even more!
Since the store is so strong that I take this up further here I am.
I have taken pictures of the price AND I have taken pictures of another price that has the number 7 in it. The people who helped me disputed the “line” at the bottom of the number 2, now this makes it a 7 which is fine but the number 7 top “line” is straight and the number 2 curves so please tell me how I am wrong and how they are seeing that a number 2 and 7 will ever look the same?
I am highly irate with this situation as I feel you have gone against my right as a customer and against all your responsibilities as a consumer to actually do that right thing and take responsibility that someone made a mistake.
I have never heard of a place charging a client the higher price of anything if the price was incorrect! this is absolutely pathetic.
It clearly has the number 2 and not a 7, further to that… the price is R269.00 and apparently the shoe is R799.00 so how is it still a “7” but the other two numbers in the bracket is “R2 (69)”.
I request that you look at the pictures, phone your store and have the shoe ready for me to purchase at the price I found it at.

I orderd a men's long sleeve and found it was too big for me, so I called NIKE customer service and shipped it back to NIKE on December 5th. They received the my shippment by December 8th. Then I called them again for shipping me the one with right size, and they said something like "sure, it should be shipped out very soon." It's December 15th now, the status is still "preparing to ship"! I called them again, and was told this order is under investigation. What? And they are not sure when this item can be sent out. So disappointed with this kind of stupid and slow NIKE service. TOTALLY WASTE TIME.

I bought a pair of nike takkies based purely on its reputation and by, was I disappointed. I paid and arm and a leg for it and therefore did not use it as often. I wanted it to last... Was that a big disappointment. Recently I put it on and it literally fell apart. Go figure... Big brand robbery

Morning. I bought a pair of nike air max sequent for r1300 about 8 months ago and I don't walk much I drive most of the time and I wear it like twice a month! It came to my attention that the bubble became weak on the right so I thought ok maybe it becomes like this over a short time because the rear is made out of complete bubble but then I noticed the material infront on the same side starting to wear out! How can it be? To me that's not a human fault but infact is a manufacturing error! Its the first time a nike shoe has let me down like that! What do I do in such a situation? Your advise will kindly be appreciated.

Sir, I had bought Nike dart 11 from your tilak nagar nike outlet on 16 September 2016 and their sole pasting has come out. I bought them for Rs 2700 and not expected such poor quality from such a reputed brand. I am using nike shoes since 2014 and never had any issue. I request you to look into this matter and reply as soon as possible. The photo of bill and shoes are attached under. Please help!

Wore them for only a few hrs and the paint started peeling off on the soles. I paid $110 for these shoes brand new in the box and this is what I get from Nike? I am extremely disappointed! What do I do about this? How do I go about getting this taken care of? Because of this right now I'm not feeling to great about Nike. Please reference the pictures that I have attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased my 7 year old son the Lebron Soldier 10 on November 5, 2016
When I arrived home I noticed that one of the shoes (left) didn't have the nike emblem on the outside part of the shoe but it did on the inside.
On November 6th I went to three stores and back to the store where I purchased the shoes. No one has the white ones anymore This is obviously a defective product.
What do I do? HELP---- my 7 year old wants these shoes.
What can you do?

I bought my 10 year old boy a pair of Nike sneakers for his first day of school. They were way above the price that I normally would normally spend but I wanted him to feel special. After 3 days of wearing them, only to school they already have a hole in them. I can not believe that Nike would sell that type of quality and charge as much as they did (79.99). I do not have any more money to replace them and am so disappointed in your products. I have taken a picture of the hole and also they bottom of the sneaker so you can tell they were hardly worn.

I've purchased a pair of Nike shoes from this Nike outlet store.
After I paid I was supposed to get a confirmation message, but there was nothing, they also didn't give me a tracking number. Gladly my shoes arrived, but shipping took forever. Unfortunately shoes were too big so I had no other choice just to return them. I tried to reach Nikeoutletstore but they did not reply. Then I contacted Nike office and asked for help, they said they had nothing to do with this outlet store.
So I guess these guys are just a bunch of scammers.

Ordered two pairs of Nike shoes. Told we would get email confirmation. Sent ten emails/chats. Got no response. Got double billed and received fake Nike shoes two weeks later. Shoes came from company in China. Working with bank to get money back. They should be prosecuted and put out of business.

Ordered a pair of Nike sneakers from official Nike online store - www.nike.com. Shoes were supposed to e white, but when they arrived they were dirty and covered with stains. I demanded a full refund but they refused and said that all they can offer is a small discount on my next order. They also refused to replace.
I tried to get these clean but I can't get these stains off! I'm so disappointed, really wanted these shoes and was super excited about my purchase. Now I have a pair of nice and expensive Nike shoes and I can't even wear them! The worst shipping experience in my life!

Good Evening, I have been meaning to write in for months. I have always purchased Nike for years (20 years) and I have bought them from a variety of locations, however this time I purchased a pair at Khols. I wore them 3 times and they ripped at the seams. I was doing many 5k's in previous pairs of Nike's but got a bit off track so these shoes have never seen a true 5k. Is this because I purchased the shoes at Khols? Are they made cheaper for department stores? They were not "cheap" but I think I got them on sale for $50 or $60. Please let me know if there are any rebates etc on them as I have been a valued customer for years and they literally ripped on my 3rd wear. If I have to show proof of purchase I can try and find a receipt. Thanks so much for any consideration. D Lopez

I paid for three pairs of shoes and received only two! When I emailed Nikeforsale customer service they called me a liar and told that it was not possible! I provided them pictures, but they did not believe me and said that they shipped me all three pairs and that was the end of our communication because they stopped replying to my messages! I want my shoes! I need help because I don't know how to get the shoes or how to prove them that I was not lying!

I have ordered three pairs of shoes from Nikeoutletstore and when I opened the package there was only one pair! Quality was also very rubbish and shoes looked like Nike cheap copies. I don't think they even were authentic. I contacted the company and asked about another two pairs, but they never replied. Two months already passed and still nothing, so recently I threatened them and demanded my money back, but I doubt that they even will open my message.

I ordered three pairs of shoes from Nikeoutletstore about two months ago. Weeks passed and since I received nothing I contacted their customer service and asked about the status of my order. They never replied. Three days ago my order finally arrived, but when I opened the package I found out that one pair was missing. Shoes I did receive were of a poor quality! Don't bother buying something from this company, the service and products are not worth it.

On the 27 october 2015 I have ordered "NIKE" and I received this mail. But it was the last. Till then, no news, no delivery, no refund. Thursday 15/10/15 i went to the Nike outlet in freeport at talke in Stoke on Trent where they were holding a recruitment evening i filled in all the necessary forms to uphold my CV which i had handed in previous to this evening and went into the store to have a look around and i noticed that people who had filled in their forms after me were getting instant interviews. So i asked a member of their staff how was this possible and why i hadn't been given the opportunity to have a interview and he clearly looked at me and said " that i wouldn't fit in to the team" now with me being a larger bloke i took that to heart and it upset me greatly. I may not be a skinny, pretty, good looking, young like most of their staff but that was no reason not to at least give me a interview they can not judge somebody on just their size because this to me is size discrimination. i have spent obscene amount of money in that particular Nike store, and believe me and you i will not be going back until this situation as been resolved or their staff got some customer manners or keep their opinions to them selves

I am not one to spend this much money on cleats or shoes in general but I thought Nike was a good name brand so I bought two pairs of Nike soccer cleats for girls, they are blue and a greenish-yellow with a white Nike sign. However now I wish I bought the cheaper cleats that this store sold and if I did that I could of bought two soccer balls and had change left They wore them for the first time to their soccer game and when they came off the field there was an overwhelming smell of cat spray. I complained to the soccer association because I assumed it was from the field but when I googled how to get cat spray out of leather cleats I found complaints about Nike shoes in general smelling like cat spray after they get wet/damp. I am so disappointed. Will Nike take them back and refund my money? Or do I have to bring them back to the store I bought them at? Either way it seems like this is a known problem with Nike shoes/cleats and the fact they have not corrected the problem before they manufactured more and sold them, then they should do something to compensate for the time and overall inconvenience this is causing me and my family, well anyone that is having this issue.
