nike mercurial purple boots
I had bought a nike purple mercurial boots last 3 weeks ago. It cost RM379 for the gred B. I had try the size of the shoe. It fit me, and the promoter said that the shoe will be a bit tied because it will suck my leg so that the boots cant get off. Yeah, I believe him. So i went down to field and had a try, my leg keep rubbing with the boots and it make my leg injured. I ask them whether it is will happen for such expensive boots ? they answer, We don have any feed back about this case. Its ok, i send back the boots and they say they will take back to kl to check and it will take bout a month. OK, I m ok with it too. few days later, they call me and tell me, its not the quality problem. WTH ? I'm sure that other brand boots wont cause this problem. This is wat they should do ? Can anyone tell me who can i complain with ? I m stuck right now. Your suggestion will be appreciate. Thanks

total loss of faith in the nike
I am writing to express my total loss of faith in the NFL and Nike. A convicted felon to play professional football, advertise shoes and potentially be a role model to the youth of our community. In light of the stated treatment of animals under Mr. Vick's care or supervision I find this signing to be both distasteful and poorly thought out by the Eagles organization the NFL and the NIKE Corporation. Are we really telling the youth of our community that convicted felons are eligible to be sports stars, advertisers and role models? We can't set the bar a little higher? Demand a little more from these public figures? The right to play professional football should require at least a non-convicted felon status. I believe this is the least we owe to our children. While Mr. Vick's debt to society may have been paid from a legal stand point, the moral and ethical side should continue to follow him as it does every other convicted felon. I admire Mr. Dungy's help and support of Mr. Vick but I think the goal should have been to get Mr. Vick back into being a productive member of society with a job that doesn't come with press, stardom and potential role model status. His right to have that type of career should have been forsaken when he was convicted. If we do not hold our public figures to a higher standard we can not expect society as a whole to be any different. I see a double standard being set because Mr. Vick has the ability to play football professionally. IF his name was Jamal and he lived in South Philly and had just been released from prison he wouldn’t even be able to get a job at Home Depot. Yet the Eagles organization, the NFL and NIKE will put Mr. Vick on a national stage and give him a spot light to stand in. I am sad to say that my support of my hometown team, the NFL and NIKE will end today, and my view and support of those organizations has suffered irreparable damage. Any organization the provides role model status to a person that has physically held a dog underwater until it has drowned does not and will not receive my consumer dollars. I hope this signing is really the message the Eagles organization the NFL and NIKE wants to send out. For me it is the end of a lifetime of support.
bodily deterioration/physical harm
To whomever it may concern,
My name is Gowreetharan Shanmuganathan I have been using Nike products throughout my life, about 2 months prior to the event in discussion I purchased Nike mercurial Astroturf. But due to its ergonomically designed nature both my right and left legs have been subjected to both unexplainable burses and peeling of skin.
I am making a formal complaint against Nike on the grounds of: 1) no proper instruction were given prior to the purchase of the product on various hazard and bodily harm that might have caused whilst the product is still in use.
I would like a response back via email to [protected]@hotmail.com

WHAT A LOSER! WITH A CAPITAL L... All shoes have been tested and designed for players that play football. Clearly this person in question has sensitive feet. he should seek help from the doctors.

fake nike trainers
I have been wearing Nike for almost 20 years. Over the years i have bought many pairs without disappointment. However recently i bought a pair of Nike's from a store claiming to sell original Nike products. After checking the sneakers and comparing them with products sold at other stores. They seemed legit. As new sneakers, they felt like the real thing, looked like the real thing, even smelt like the real thing and i proceeded to purchase them. After wearing them for 2 weeks my feet starting hurting really badly, they were sweating in these shoes like i had rapped plastic bags over my feet and went for a run. Of course by this time i realized that these were certainly not real Nike's but " fakes " . I thought i'd bring this to Nike's attention as i actually am a faithful consumer to Nike and hate to think when a young kid gets his first pair of Nike's and experiences a similar thing, that Nike would lose a consumer for life and this could even have a chained reaction resulting in the youth of today thinking of Nike as a second rate sneaker company.
Of course it would be great too if Nike could simply compensate me for my bad experience.

keeping security deposit
I have complained numerous times about Brittnay, the so-called on-site manager of this apartment complex. She has no business sense. The only reason she is managing these properties, is because her mother Angie, works in the main property office. It all started a few months ago when she claimed she never recieved my rent check, which I might add was also sent with my resigned lease, and a copy of my 30 day notice. Well she recieved the other papers issued, but no check. Ok, well I provided a copy of the check, but had to issue another one. Fine by me, they were going to pay for the cancellation fee of the "lost"check. In my 30 day notice, I requested a walk through of the apartment at the end of the month, no response. I call, no answer. I go to the property, no one working. Not a big surprise, considering SHE IS NEVER THERE. To this day, I have never done a walk through, and I havent lived there for almost a month. So today I recieve in the mail, an envelope containg my "deposit" details. This idiot is getting me for my whole deposit and saying I owe them more money. My deposit was $499. Im not letting that slide, considering I have 2 kids, and living on a single income. I went through the roof when I read this. Trying to say I owe for late rent? I was out of there 4 days before my lease was up. How is that possible? That is just one of the many things she is trying to make me pay for. Well it sucks to be her, because I have copies from cleaners and pictures of the place when I moved out.
I dont know why the owner keeps her there, do they want their property run by someone that has no idea what they are doing? I guess they do, or they would FIRE her. I just know the owner should contact me regarding this situation, or the BBB will be getting a complaint. I have never been late on rent, never had a security deposit denied return. I left that place cleaner than it was when I moved in.
This is absolutely rediculous.

I applied to Nike Meadows and was told by the Property Manager that the unit I picked would have the upgrades. I wanted one that faces what small greenery they have for my dogs to go outside in private (yes, they are so cute that they get stopped a lot by people who love to chat me up about them) and this was one of a few available. Well, that manager is no longer there so a new girl called me on the phone to tell me my application had yet to be processed. In the time that I had applied, there had been an increase in market rate for the newly remodeled units. Additionally, there was ANOTHER market raise for the units that were not getting all new upgrades. The "older style" units increase was only $20.00 but the difference between what brought me in the door and what I would be walking away paying for a newly upgraded unit was over $80.00 higher! It is not my fault that the old manager sat on my application allowing the increase to occur. The new Property Manager allowed me to talk to the Regional Manager who continuously quoted policy to me saying that their "rates were subject to change" and since I had only applied and not given a deposit, there was nothing she could do. In the end, I only wanted my stupid $30.00 application fee returned to me since my application hadn't been fully processed yet and this was not something the company was willing to do. Terrible business practices, Nike Meadows! I don't think 30 bucks was worth ticking off a potential tenant.
Your move in rate is typically first months rent and deposit unless you have bad credit then it may be first and last months rent plus deposit. The deposit is usually whatever amount your rent is so say you want to move in on the 1st and the rent is 469 then you would pay 469 rent and 469 deposit for a total of 938.00
Has anyone had to pay $469 for the security deposit?
If I move into Nike meadows two days before the next month how much should it cost me? Also how much if there is a security deposit?
I have lived at Nike now for several years and have never had any problem at all with Brittany, as a matter of fact I would go as far to say that she may be the best type of landlord Ive ever had. She listens when there are problems and does her best to resolve them as fast as she can. Honestly your probably one of those little ghetto women that live in the back area somewhere and have 2 or 3 kids and yourself all cramped up in a 1 bedroon loft type apartment. I would say that your security deposit should have been kept and dispursed to the remaining residents to make up for your hellish kids running around yelling and screaming and destroying things all day long. I know of 2 maybe 3 children in the whole complex that actually listen to their parents and act accordingly and they are still there so obviously they were not yours so your kids must be of the other type, not to say your any better. Calling some one names online and degrading isnt as fun when your on the oposing side now is it? I would say you were more than likely behind on rent and your water bill since no one in the whole place ever pays it, including myslef except for every 2 or 3 months so when you left all that was taken out, since you have kids then the apt was probably trashed and unless you lived there more than 5 years then the carpet doesnt get replaced and probably had to be so you were more than likely charged for that as well as the multi layers of paint that were probably required. Quit blaming someone you barely know for your issues and suck it up like the rest of us do in life. People like you make me sick. Whine whine whine boo hoo its someone elses fault. You have kids, hopefully they dont act older than you already.

Men's Nike XCCELERATOR TR shoes. These shoes are so slippery when wet that it is too dangerous to wear them. It is even worse when driving because my feet slip off the clutch or brake. I am afraid of breaking a leg when walking or running in the wet or even causing a motor accident. Surely there is something faulty with the rubber soles.

smelly trainers
In July 2oo8 I paid 120 pounds for a pair of Nike Mercurial football boots. After a while they smelled very strongly of amonia (cat's pee !) A BBC consumer programme Watchdog" highlighted the issue and Nike have said that the boots can be taken to any Nike outlet for refund/exchange. However, when I took the boots back to "Sports Direct" where they were purchased, the staff were extremely rude, intimidating and didn't want to know. After 3 trips to the store, I still have the boots and have had no satisfaction from the shop. What should I do next ?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
having purchased trainers and fgootball boots for my son they smell really badly of strong cats pee has anybody got any information on what i can do about them
I suggest you contact Consumer Direct. After wearing them for a grand total of 4 times my sons Total 90 have been relagated to the garage as we cannot live with the smell anymore. They advised me to write a letter of complaint as I have had the same problem with our local Sports Direct store. Also go to the Nike website which shows you how to confirm the date of manufacture so you know they are definately produced at the time of the fault ( Sports Direct tried to fob me off by saying they were from a newly produced batch which has been proved untrue).
Nike have also offered to test the boots so in the letter I am also advising SD that should they be proved fault ( although just by the smell there is no doubt they will I will seek compensation for the cost of phone calls etc and the replacement boots we will have to purchase.
Hope this helps
My son has also bought the Nike Mercurial orange peel football boots, and after his first game< I left them on his balcony to air - I presumed a tom cat had climbed onto the balcony and sprayed the boots - they smell so strong of cat wee - it is so strong you can smell it, well before you approach the boots. Do you have any suggestions for us. As we live in Greece we order them through the mail thus costing even further expense!
3 of my sons have the nike trainers and 1 also has the boots, they really do smell of cats pee, does anyone have
any suggestions how i get them replaced? for me to buy another 4 pairs would cost £120+.
caused injury
I bought some nike shocks to train in and have being getting pains in ne of my feet for over a month. I went to seek medical advice to find out the soft tissue in my foot was damaged through training in them and not reciving enough cushioning. Which wouldnt be expected from such an exspensive running shoe. I have had these shoes a few months now but have always had nike for training in and have had no complaints before. Has the quality gone down hill that much in just one year? ?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
paid over a hundred dollars for these shocks, had them apoximently 4 months. One of the shocks on thr righgt shoe is broke. Happened about a month ago. Then the shoes were only about 3 months old. I am a single mother of three and when i chose to pay that much for shoes i expected them to last atleast a year. This is a rip off and a big dissapointment

This is a rip off. I think nike Owes me a refund or a new pair of shoes
early wear & tear
I have been running, (20 miles a week), in Nike Air Zoom Vomero 2 trainers that I bought on July 4th 2008. They cost me £85, the most I have ever paid for trainers. I usually don't go above £60. Though I have been very happy with the shoe I recently noticed the inner sheath under the mesh outer is wearing away so now I can see my feet through the mesh. Other than this wear the shoes are in excellent condition, which is why i'm unhappy as this early wear & tear is not what I expected in trainers that cost £85. I have two other pairs of Nike trainers and i am a long time wearer of Nike. My other trainers are a few years old now and are still going strong. Can someone help me with what I should do next?

After purchasing the popular Air Force 1 shoes only 3-6 weeks later they are coming undone and the store will not tqke them back . As well I purchased the younger child a pair of nike shoes that in only weeks looked terrible. i purchased what I believed were high quality shoes only to feel scamed!
cheapjersey.cc, jerseys33.com Both sites seriously infringe on the interests of consumers
That happened to a pair of AF1's I had also, but they started to come undone after two years, and also I think I was mowing the grass at the time.
counterfeit
Everything this girl sells in that store is fake, shoes fall apart tops shrink after one wash, and zippers broke on several jeans. I got paid to drive her to N.Y. before so i know this for a fact.

coming unglued
i went and bought a brand new pair of nike max tennis shoes for $70.00 about 3 months ago, the soles started coming off recently so i took them back to the shoe store and they told me they couldnt do anything about it without a reciept. And so now the whole bottom of the shoes is completely off and i cant even wear them now, i have to throw them away:( i shouldnt have to throw away a practically new pair of shoes thats not even 4 months old that i paid 70.00 for.

Nike sportstrainers. I ve had my sneakers for about 2 years, and wear them for walking only and the soles are coming loose! This in all my 25 years of wearing shoes never happened before, not even with cheap pairs of shoes when i was very active. shoes smell like cat urine
I am glad to see this forum, I have been battling this for a couple of years, at first I thought the kids left their shoes on the step and the cat urinated in them, we tried to wash it out with no success so we threw them away. Then a friend told us it was the glue that Nike uses because they have had the same problem. My wife is a loyal Nike customer and demands that our kids wear Nike shoes. We have a lot of Nike shoes and only some of them are stinkers. However the brand new pair of T90's I bought for soccer this year are horrible, after the first use they stunk to high heaven. I don't know what to do about it other than put my foot down and forbid any more Nike shoes to be purchased in my house. THESE SHOES SHOULD COME WITH A "DO NOT SWEAT OR GET WET" WARNING ON THE BOX.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
People are right it is not brand specific. My husband has it in his new balance sneakers, his L L Bean shoes and his work shoes. It may be people specific as I don't have the problem in identical sneakers. My shoes also get wet. We have heard that it might be common in people who may need more fluids. Would love to be rid of this smell. Also it is indeed on the inside of the shoe. My husbands socks stink. Interestingly the smell is not in his dress shoes or others that he is less likely to be sweating in.
My son received a pair of Nike Vapor cleats for his birthday. They began smelling like cat urine shortly thereafter. We thought at first it was his feet sweating in the cleats. Then we thought cats urinated on them. We could never get rid of the odor and weren't sure of the reason they smelled like this.? Then I had a few minutes to google and see if anyone might know what to use to get the odor out of this kind of shoe. My first hit was this forum. Wow love the internet for finding answers for consumer products. What I dislike most about NIKE brand is that they do not allow coupons or other discounts to be used to purchase their products being sold by other retailers. This company wants to squeeze every penny they can out of consumers. I wonder if these cleats came from the NIKE factory in CHINA? No one should have to be stuck with spending $$$$ on footwear that smells like cat urine. Miles away from the playing fields, the whole team knows the player with the cat pee cleats is coming! Awful, just awful!
I believe it's the way they are made a thin sheet of fabric spray adhesive to rubber. Nothing to absorb sweat. I am a female 52 years old and the only shoes that I have foot odor with is Nike.
I was looking for inexpensive, designer jeans. I thought I got a great deal when I found Fresh Pair Of Nikes.com but it took almost a month to get the jeans and then they were FAKE! Not even real from China. I have contacted them numerous times and no responses. If I would have known they were fake maybe I could have made that decision myself but not when they are trying to pass them off as AUTHENTIC. Do not purchase from them unless you are aware they are selling knockoffs.
Having thought nikejordanshoesonsale.com website was legit I ordered 2 pairs of bandolier trainers which are hard to get hold of nowadays. I received as what can only be described as size 6. I sent a email asking for a return address to no avail having sent numerous emails nothing has been sent back. This company is basically thief. False advertising is a crime! Please do not buy from this site!
I thought that nikefreebuysnowonlines.com is selling original nike shoes. The price I paid was $160. It is quite high price for nike shoes and the photos they posted were so real. I never received these shoes. I don’t know what to do because they ask me to pay extra money but I am afraid it is another scam.
only worn not sure if I bought them at sears or the shoe company. nike footware for a short time when the material in the toe area started to tear on both sneakers
TopNikeAustralie.com sold me a pair of sneakers claiming that all of their products are official Nike stuff and there are no counterfeit items in their store. This is one big lie because a pair of sneakers that I’ve received is far from genuine. It was clearly counterfeit and was really badly made. I told that to customer support but they refused to give me refund saying that I’m mistaken, stupid idiots.
My Nike Black Air Max 2014 Running Sports Shoes [protected]) has punctured and rendered useless just after a year of purchase. (DOP 25/2/1015) after 40/50 calendar days of normal use. The shoe is expensive and such early damage is not expected. I wrote to Myntra ( the online supplier) / Nike (the maker) customer care for a replacement/repair.
It is really disappointing to note that neither Myntra nor Nike has any inclination to service my request and they are just waiting for me to get tired and stop pursuing. What is unfortunate is both have chosen to quote "contract condition of six months” as an excuse for not able to address my problem. I pointed out repeatedly that although the official token warranty is over, period after which the damage occurred is not only too short but also not expected from such an advertised high value product. I am sure seller is not expecting me to throw away and forget a much hyped Rs 15000/- MRP shoe after such a short time. What intrigues me more is that they have been also silent about repair of the shoe in all these communication.
Both Nike and Myntra has fallen short of expectation when it came to resolution of the problem which their loyal customer is facing. What, then, is the difference between a roadside product and Nike top of the line product ? Then what about so much of hype about Nike and their so called image and goodwill?
For me, the much hyped Nike shoe has failed to deliver its expected performance and accordingly I insist Nike/Myntra must review the matter once again at their higher level and provide me with a suitable replacement or arrange for repair of the damaged shoe.
I shall be compelled to take the matter to various social media, international level of Nike and consumer dispute redressal commission, if not immediately attended to.

The reason that the shoes smell like urine is that urine is actually used in leather tanning. I have leather New Balance shoes and I put them in the washer. They held up well, but now they constantly smell like urine.
