Dear Nike,

I have been a loyal customer/ consumer for many years.
I respected the research and technology Nike utilized to produce a great sneaker.

I am on the market for a new pair of sneakers and I am horrified at the shoes that are being produced. I would love to purchase air max, or shox that are not super expensive.
Instead the only decent priced sneakers, I see on websites are the womens casual air max which look like they belong on a cartoon charactor or muppet babies feet. I will stick with my worn out sneakers or find a new brand.
Please design more affordable, non-embarrassing sneakers.

I bought shoes from a company called StockX and they have literally fallen apart. They were bought 7/28/19 and the shoes were literally worn only once and are disintegrating. I want a refund. They have been worn once so the company is more than likely unwilling to do a refund. StockX states before shoes are shipped they are inspected, but I find that statement highly unlikely. I feel cheated out of $191.95 for a useless product. It is not the easiest to pay that price for one pair of shoes that can only be worn one time. Please help.

I was provided two pairs of NIKE shoes last Christmas and my birthday by my wife. she purchased them at the Nike store in the local outlet store on Ridgewalk Outlets in Woodstock Ga. I am 61 years old and should not be considered anytype of risk to wearing out shoes. What has happened to both pairs, One is a Nike Zoom Pegasus 34 size 11 and other one Dual Fusion TR11 size 11, is that the glue that holds the bottom parts together is either pooly applied or not enough was done during the manufacturing process.

I have never seen this before as I have had a pair of New Balance that are 6 years old and still good as new from a condition standpoint.

The store will not take them back or replace them as they are more than 30 days from purchase, however there has to be some warranty that covers shoes that are only 8 months old.

My son saved for these AJ 3 Retro for months. He purchased them from Champs on 4/30/19 and 43 days later we went to return them as they had an obvious defect (see photo and video). To our disappointment we were told it was after 30 days and we had to contact Nike there was nothing they could do although selling us a defective shoe. I went to a local shoe shop thinking it would be less trouble to just to pay for them to be fixed. I was told that there was nothing they could do either because the shoe is defective. I have attached pictures, video and receipt. Hoping for a fair resolution. I will be happy to send these shoes back for replacement pair or asking for refund, credit or new Aj 3 retro as replacement. Size 11 paid $238.00 plus tax.

About to months ago I bought a pair of 6 rings Jordan shoes from shieak and I feel they are defective because the sole of the shoe is separating and I don't believe they should be falling apart like that so fast I feel that I should be reeemburesed or the shoes replaced for the inconvenience I buy Jordan shoes all the time and have never had this happen and it is very discouraging that this has happened makes me feel like the shoes are made with quality anymore and makes me want to switch to a different shoe company!

Bought a pair of Nike sandals and they are poor quality! Worn only 3 times and the heat caused then to shrink. Nike claims it's not their problem. It's mine for having them in the heat. Where or why else would you wear sandals! Never buying Nike again. Be aware of how poor their customer service is. Spoke to floor manager Kenny and he was no help at all!

I bought a pair of Nike running shoes 3 weeks ago and the front right side of the right shoe has already ripped. I only wore these shoes to work for 3 weeks and they have already been ruined I thought you all had better quality standards than this. The shoes were $54 I would like a refund or a new pair please. Whatever you all can do to make this better is fine just please let me know soon.

MODEL 831355-004 SIZE 13 XE. See the photo I have attached. The black rubber heel of my left shoe has separated from it's base after relatively very little usage. I do NOT wear these shoes to run - I ONLY wear these shoes to walk because I have two artificial hips. I am 76 years old and my hip doctor told me NEVER to run with my two artificial hips and ONLY to walk in shoes with good cushion. So - to have shoes with very good cushion, I ONLY walk in running shoes about 98% of the time to protect my artificial hips. I also rotate the shoes I use among the several pairs of running shoes I own in order to maintain their cushion. I have probably only used these NIKE running shoes 5 to 6 days a month since I bought them. So, needless to say, I was VERY surprised to see that the heel came apart as it did. Now - seeing how it came apart, it was clearly a faulty design to place two thin "rails" of rubber with an open seem at the heel of these shoes. I have had other pairs of NIKE running shoes and have NEVER had anything like this happen - but the other NIKE shoes I have do NOT have a heel design with rubber "rails" like THIS shoe.

As a long time NIKE customer, I feel strongly that NIKE should replace these shoes at NO cost to me because they failed - NOT do to my wear - but due to a NIKE design defect.

As you can see from the picture I attached, this shoe has NOT been used very much and is in VERY good condition EXCEPT for the heel defect.

Why is the cost of a kid's shoe $180? Any shoe for that matter. Adults included.
This is ridiculous. The shoe is not even that comfortable. It should definitely tie and clean itself. Outrageous mark up...
Although I can afford it; I refuse to pay that much money for a shoe for a kid whose foot is constantly growing. Y'all must do better. Or create better looking shoes for a more sensible price.

My Nike skateboarding shoes started to break up from sewing seams (look picture) after one week´s use. As Nike is known for its quality brand, this is just unbelievable.
Now I have gone twice to a shoemaker for repair yet the problem is still there.
As I complained about the problem to my retailer, he told that, sorry, cannot do anything as you have skated with the shoes. Yes indeed I did skateboard with them.
Did not have any accident or other unnormal use with the shoes.

I feel my money is totally wasted. Refunding is least what you should do.

About 3 months ago I purchased a pair of NIKE golf shoes, the second in less than a year. The inner soles are seperating on these shoes. I have been a loyal NIKE customer for many years, buying shirts, shorts, hats, gloves, shoes (of all kind), etc. I am very disappointed in the NIKE brand, and think that the workmanship has steadly declined over the last few years. I paid over $100. for these shoes and would expect them to last more than 3 months. I'm pretty sure I won't be buying the NIKE brand anymore. Please see the attached photos.

I have owned this pair of Nike Air shoes for a month and they are already falling apart. I've had Nikes in the past and they traditionally hold up. However, the soles of these shoes have worn right down after just a few short weeks of wearing them. I rely on my shoes to get me through my work day, and my experience with Nike Air shoes has been less than satisfactory in doing so.

I have never conducted business with your company and now I have an unauthorized charge on my account for $65. The charge was tried on 7/30/2019 however my bank send me emails for suspicious activity so I was able to let the bank know I did not make this transaction however very early in the morning hours on 7/31/2019 they transaction was tried again and putting my account in the negative. There is no information for this company other than a name and City and state so there is no way I can contact this merchant other than through this website. Please look into this ASAP and remove those charges from my account. Please contact me via email with a response immediately.

Staff at Nike showroom situated in Guntur Lakshmipuram main road, they are very rude, I'll mannered, not in sound mental health, not at all costomer friendly and worst in behaviour n attitude .Felt very bad never had such a bad experience in my life till date please employ decent people who respects the customers n shows them patiently . Just look into it

Our flag is a sacred symbol of our Americanism, and it has been so since its birth. In all its editions, it has never been a symbol of evil or shame.

To call our original flag with 13 stars and 13 stripes a symbol, or icon, of a period of evil is a sham or a shame, of either ignorance, or sophistry, or emotion. When a business produces a product with any flag, it manifests a celebration of what we are at our best, and our best began in 1776 and, despite our faults, has been improving with the addition of each star on the blue field and each Amendment - particularly XIII - that bettered our rights.

Some citizens, because of either their ignorance or their personal political programs, are immured from this and see only what serves themselves. Such is the case of your new, beautiful athletic shoes with the Betsy Ross flag emblazoned on the heel. Due to of the opinion of an athlete, former NFL player Colin Kaepernick, who said the design was offensive because it was associated with an era of slavery, so - in violation of the rights and desires of tens of thousands of fellow citizens, including me - they were returned to the manufacturer and never went on sale; there must be thousands of them in a warehouse, at a loss to the manufacturer. (I called Nike to buy a pair, but I was refused. It would be unforgivably wasteful for you to destroy them. I really do want a pair, Brazilian size 41.)

In accordance with these sentiments, we would also have to stop singing "The Star Spangled Banner" of 1814 by Francis Scott Key, when our flag had 15 stars and 15 stripes. Like Betsy Ross' creation 0f 13 stars and 13 stripes, which was used at the first inauguration of Barack Obama, a Black man (technically a Mulatto, like Colin Kaepernick) with a wife and children who are descendants of slaves; far from being a symbol of an era of slavery, it was a symbol of our era of liberty.

It is false to reduce it to a swastika.

so I ordered ...006 and they were the best sneakers I've ever owned; I bought my mother the same pair; she felt the same; I wore them out and was planning a trip to Europe and thought I would buy another pair. I walk ALOT sometimes up to 6 hours a day when I travel. The ...203 came and went to Europe and they were unbearable; they were tight and simply not the same. Thank goodnes I had thrown in a pair of keds in my suitcase; I ended up wearing them the entire 3 weeks. I did try the new Nike a second day and nope just not comfortable. I can't tell you how upsetting that was. The first pair for me and my mom cost be about $100.00 each; the second pair I got for about $70.00; this is something I felt I was splurging on. I am so upset. I wanted the black ...006 and ended up with the mauve ...203 that look the exact same; but they absolely are not. I would have bought the black pair ending ...006 for the rest of my life; they were that comfortable. SO DISAPPOINTED!

With in 6 months that shoes is get complint now. Left side shoe is same like puncherd Tyre. Really i disappoint with this product. I like nike very well and now the i think the products are making nike is very very low Quality. That complaint was shown in 21-July-2019. Company can do any metheds for the resolution for this case as their polices like refund, replace or repair.

7-19-19: Recently, I returned a pair of sneakers that I had purchased to Nike for inspection. I had purchased them at a shoe store. The policy of that store is not to accept shoes after being worn. When I tried them on in the store, they felt fine. Walking and running was very comfortable. However, if I was sitting for any length of time while wearing the shoes, the stitching on the top of the sneaker of my left foot pinched and dug into the top of my foot. I had them for a week before I contacted the Nike customer service office to inquire about it, and it was suggested that I return them for an inspection. The claim was denied, stating that it was not a design or manufacturing error.

I have to say that I am very disappointed with this decision. All of my shoes have been Nike, and after trying on several that particular day, I decided on these, because walking in them was so comfortable. Yet I developed such a blister on the top of my foot and such redness, that I stopped wearing them. I still have a scar, and the wound is still not completely gone, and it's been three weeks. I am now out $80. I thought that Nike, being such a huge company, might, in good faith and customer satisfaction, consider providing some kind of product voucher, not just for the monetary value, but for the pain that I was caused. Some compensation would have been nice considering the situation.

We have bought a pair of trainers for my son today at the nike clearance store on international drive, Orlando. The trainers have been sold at $180 however they are $134 and £92 on the Nike.com website. I have called the store to question this and told it is standard to be different and the only way we can get any money back is to return the shoes to store and order on line. This is not possible as my son has worn these shoes from the store to the car. I am confused how this can be such a difference in price and would value a response.
