First off let me start off by saying that this game is absolutely one of the most visually stunning games I've ever laid eyes on for a mobile game. I will say that the developer has shown great care and love to the scenery the characters in the story and some really great plot twists. I fully support your development of these games and of any future endeavors you might undertake. I will say that I am a person who does not write many reviews about games that I play because I play so many it's not worth it for me, however coming across this title I knew that I had to speak up because I could absolutely tell the amount of effort put into this game. I have recently downloaded another title by this developer and look forward to checking it out as well. Thank you very much for putting the effort into this as you have.

This rivals almost anything on mobile, and it was done by just 1 person ! Makes you think what a truly dedicated team of people like this guy could make, instead of most of the garbage that becomes popular... keep up the good work. Hope to see this become popular and upgraded through time.

The game is very amazing and everything but why can't my allies protect me all the do is stand there when I'm fighting or they won't get attacked by enemies I just wish it was a way for them to be active instead of just follow me around but the game is Outstanding I'm gonna be playing this game five years from now

Love this game and all your work so far Robert. BrightRidge was my first game of yours I tried and loved it, but finished everything their was to do too quickly. Vandgels is even better with more space to explore, more shapes to shift into and just so much more of everything with the same beautiful design and great music tracks for different areas. I love all of your work so far and look forward to your next project. I will likely buy anything you release if you keep putting out games of this quality. Keep up the good work!

But this game really deserves all the praise has gotten, so much so that it inspired me to comment in hopes that more people will experience it, contributing to its success and resulting in additional games to enjoy in the future... really well done, beautiful graphics, and an intriguing story. No ads, no cost, just pure entertainment that was obviously created by someone who loves what they do. Thanks.

For a refreshing open world where we can just relax and enjoy the view. In a App Store full of in-app purchases and freemium garbage, this is refreshing. This man coulda did the same but chose to cater to us that just wanna relax and enjoy in some trying times. Seriously, thank you.

This game somehow looks even better than BrightRidge, the story is amazing and everything about it is great. The game is amazing and I would recommend that anyone who is thinking about it buy this game. Once Resedi Bay comes out and also wilderless, you should buy those too. I know I will! (Also, it turns out that the bug I experienced was easily solved by turning the iPad off and on again.)

It's gorgeous to look at. Feels like a work of art. There's a sense of magic to the world they've built here. You can feel the love the devs put into this game. Gives me hope that there are devs working from a place of love and really stands out in an app store that tries to promote games with exploitive in app purchases.

The world would be a better place with more devs like these.

As with my review of Namian Legends: Bright-ridge and how I praised that one for its magnificent prowess in demonstrating 2014 IOS hardware graphically, so to shall I do the same with this spin off sequel for 2018 hardware.
First off, everybody knows the first had several actual graphical settings for customization of its beautifully vast environment- and this one has the same ones as well with a surprising addition of a “Show FPS" monitor under Effects to show you the iOS game frame rate as you play the game.
Second, the environment is a lot more vast than the first with a total of 67 chapters
And Finally, we have the addition of light combat with actual weapons.

Conclusion: While I have not finished the game(Currently on Chapter 19 since I bought it December 25 on Christmas) I must say the developer, Robert Kabwe, has to be on some type of drug in order to produce something as magnificent as this Namian installments with all these customizable graphic options while only being one man!
My only question is: How does he do it?

This is hands-down the most beautiful game I have ever seen on a mobile device. I loved it so much that I bought them all. This guy needs to be Bankrolled so he can build and build and build. I've only just finished the first part and had to leave a review. In the beginning it's a little slow, the storyline could use some writing, but it's not terrible it's just flat in the beginning.The graphics in this game play blew me away.I would not have found it if I didn't search for the keywords open world, I don't understand how it has been featured. The stained glass is so beautiful, look out the windows and you can see the mountains.The storyline gets better as it goes on as does the gameplay. This developer is going to keep improving. I cannot wait to see what the future holds. I am a big Zelda in portal knights fan, I am older and not really a gamer but I do enjoy playing games. This game has so much imagination I really hope he keeps going. Hopefully he'll collaborate with somebody who writes fantasy or sci-fi, Sanderson or Koontz would work well paired here. My hats off to the developer! Apple should feature this guys work, it really highlights what can be done on the Apple devices. Incredible!❤️❤️❤️

Robert my man, you sir, are an amazing developer... this game is a rare gem that I have been looking for in the App Store for quite some time. I have searched and searched hard to find a game I can put money into and not regret it after and I was about ready to give up, but then I searched open world games and found your series of games and I absolutely love them! Beautiful, polished, able to change graphical settings, doesn't heat up my phone, never had a crashing problem, fun, and most of all very imaginative and creative. It is hard to find a game with all of that but you hit all the marks. I can't say this enough but fantastic job... I can tell the love of what you do behind the game when I play it.

Disclaimer: I have edited this review a ton of times because I find something I like each time I play, so it might sound a little off.

This app is amazing! The world is beautiful, the creatures have awesome and unique designs, and unlike most games, it has an actual open world! Plus, the player can go through the story mode, or if that isn't their thing just free roam. The free roam is great for people like me who enjoy creating stories using the tools the game dev provided. The music adds a cinematic feel to it and can completely change the mood. If you are in the middle of a storm, select the dramatic song and you feel like you are in a life or death situation! I hope this doesn't sound like a fake review, I genuinely love this game! The craziest thing? It was made by one person! And as a bonus, he actually cares about and enjoys what he does! I saw a response to a different review that he make these games because he enjoys bringing worlds to life, and that gives me a whole new appreciation for this game. I hope you are able to keep making these, they are my favorite apps. You have done a fantastic job and I look forward to the next game.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the first time I've written a review for a game in a few years. I've really grown to love exploration games, and Robert has created something really special with this one. Like so many of the other reviews say, it is an absolutely beautiful game. The graphics and music complement each other so well. I will definitely be recommending this to my friends. I found the controls suited me pretty well. And I was able to tweak them to my liking with all the options for customization given in the game settings.

I also really appreciate the freedom to experience the game in whatever way suits my mood at the time. Having the option to play through a story mode, the dungeon mode, or simply relaxing and looking at all the amazing things to discover is a great feature for this genre. It's not just a fun game to play, it's a rewarding experience. My thanks to the designer for putting real heart into a game. Keep it up! You definitely made a fan out of me!

I bought this app to do the photography function and then run that through other apps like Waterlogue and Brushstroke and Aquarella… Which is fine if you can get the characters to move properly!? Question mark… Other games seem to be able to do this properly why not this one? But still five stars though sometimes the flowers are a bit much… Or maybe I'm thinking of Bright Ridge Bright Ridge

This should be on the switch for at least 30 or more bucks. That's the type of game this is. I'm on the iPhone 11 Pro Max and I can almost max all the settings but not quite. A 12 or 13 should be able to crank every setting. It kinda feels a lot like a ps3 final fantasy, with the same type of love for the environments and music shown

For a game costing 3 bucks it isnt the best, but it is still worth every dime. But for a game made by 1 person it definitely excedes expectations for a game made by a single person, very well made. I havent found many bugs, and the world itself is quite detailed. My only complaint is there is a lot of mountain-like terrain, not very good for ranged attacks, since the enemies will move straight toward the player they often end up in holes or behind cliffs. Another thing ive found is sometimes creatures will not have collisions with structures, instead they go through things like bridges and even dungeon entrances, but if provoked they will get out of the buildings if you make them chase you away from them, so not too bad, ive seen it happen with wolves and the weird spider looking robots. I dont really like the bow (it might be a crossbow idk you dont see it so i assumed) since the arrows dont move straight like you would hope. They fly a bit too far to the left, so they end up going past the crosshair and landing off to the left of it, making it hard to use it accurately at a long range. Also, when the bow is equipped, you slide a bit when moving, so its a bit hard to retain any accuracy when you dont have very precise movement. My favorite part is definitely the transformations, getting them isnt hard, but it isnt too easy either. I only wish the flying controls for all the flying transformations were different, like moving stay on the left side so the right side can be used to change directions without having to be constantly moving forward, or at least so you can look around without having to move that direction, its a bit annoying when you're trying to survey the area. Overall, good game! I definitely like it more then bright ridge (the game that came before it) especially since enemies are not only present in exploration mode, but toggleable for when you dont want them there. Just wish the game paused when you enter the menu...

If I may suggest on thing to the developer of this game, I think the sky skall (I think thats what they're called) should use fire and not lightning, since the snow varient also uses it, and the mechanical one uses missiles, if the sky skall used fire it would give a better reason to use it, plus it would be cool to have the 3 different skalls use 3 different powers, just to make them more unique.

Another thing, can I ask if you made the music or if someone else did for you? Cause the music is nice, fits the game well. I only wish that when you picked them specifically out in the menu the game wouldnt change it whenever you encounter the floating robot orbs, since they seem to have music that plays when you encounter them. The music also changes itself back whenever you shape change, wich can be a little annoying, but not awful. Also, in the menu I think there should be a button in the music tab that resets it when pushed, so when you get tired of the one you selected you can just set it back to whatever music plays in the area your in

This game is so amazing! I just downloaded and haven't played much, but I couldn't wait to rate it. The setting, landscape, music, and story are all amazing, though I haven't finished yet. I love the option of dungeonette and explorateur mode, and the fact that you can customize every thing about the world. I especially love the filters! It was more expensive than most games I downloaded but it was worth every cent and more, I'm surprised it was only 4 dollars. This game deserves to win awards and it's honestly unbelievable that a single person did this. It's better than most of the games I've played, made by a whole big group of people. Keep up the good work! This game is amazing!

P.S.: I had to come back because i didn't realize the sheer depth of this world, the preview doesn't do it justice. Did you know you can read the books in the library for information about the world?

IPad control is difficult; only issue. I love the free roam! Incredible views. Wonderful hidden caves and caverns. How did you create so much range/space with so much detail? Wow! I was able to solve all ten trials and can shift-change to the other creatures. Sure beats walking! Look forward to more. Thanks!

To save your custom quality settings, choose “Custom Quality" when you reopen the game. If you're like me and enjoy clear and crisp graphics, beware of rapid battery drain. Love exploring the nature areas with my avi. Water graphics and audio are awesome! Very responsive and helpful developer is attentive to bugs, etc.—thank you, Robert! Like his previous game Bright Ridge, graphics are amazing; I ❤️ the realism and the free-explore mode!

Now that's out of the way.. I don't know why I originally D/L Brightridge.. but I did and wow that was amazing! Yeh I struggled when it came to... oh jumping, fighting etc.. again no gamer. But it was so pretty!

The red, green, blue thingys that send you around. I'm in the dungeon thing I've been flying back and forth ... any type of info would be great lol. I don't understand at all lol. But it's pretty! So I keep trying... and no haha. Help please... anyone someone...

I loved playing the other game released by this same company but all you do in this is run around. If there is any sort of Interaction with the character to solve a puzzle, like find a dragons there is no assistance ,your just left running around. I deleted it ..

Me Try to play game work for few seconds. Then game go boom boom. I am groot. (Transition: I will try to play the game and it seems fun but then after a few seconds it crashes and it prevents me from being able to do anything please fix this because I want to play this masterpiece)

I am at a loss on the great reviews for this game. Perhaps it does not work correctly with the newest ipads? I am using an ipad pro with 256gb of storage, over half of which is free and I had no other programs open. My experience with this and the prior Nimean game is that the controls are utterly horrible. Camera swings about wildly when you try and move your character and constantly works in too close. Changing control and view settings did not help. Game does not seem to be designed for a touch screen and there is no onscreen joypad appearing even when I select that option. Simply agonizing to try and make the character do anything. Also, no audio speech, just a compressed squealy babble when characters talk - text does appear at the bottom of the screen but I tend to miss it - just weird as speech bubbles do appear most of the time when characters talk - however there are no words in the bubbles. Also difficult to tell who is speaking and who they are speaking to due to camera jumping around and getting too close in. There may be a great experience here, but I'll never know it. Life is too short. There are lots of great games out there that work properly - better to play one of those than struggle with this. Oh well.
