No No / Radiancy no no hair removal

Hi, due to illnesses I have suffered with hair on my chin for many years now, this has helped make my mental health a million times worse I would not leave the house I was house bound never went near friends family etc locked myself away as was so ashamed & embarrassed, so my hubby bought me the NO NO Hair Removal I was so excited BUT once I used it it's made my hair millions times worse, it's thick, it's hard, it's like an Africans Hair, when I used the No No it burnt my chin & it actually singes the hair the same way a lighter would, it smells horrendous & the hair on my chin is now like a beard! It's disgusting I want a full refund & to be compensated & ofcourse i now need a PROFESSIONAL hair removal team to tackle what No No has started, I feel sick to my stomach I disgust myself humiliated & I'm like the bearded lady I never leave the house no more I miss out on my life my 2 wonderful boys & my hubby I can't afford the prices of removal & I shouldn't have too as it's because of No no that I now have a disgusting beard! My good friend works with Fife Free Press Newspaper & other one at the Courier, they want to publish a story on my experience & due to me being a nice softy I refused for now as I thought it was only fair we dealt with it direct for now...

Thank you so much I'm sorry for been so blunt I'm so so upset I know it's not personally your fault but this needs rectified I can't live like this no more 😥

No No / Radiancy I am complaining about the manager on duty at monday 7 at 1:01 pm

When I went to Burger King on 734 Broadway Brooklyn New York 11 206 the manager gave me an attitude and that's ridiculous because I asked for more barbecue sauce and she expect me to pay and I eat Burger King all the time and I do not pay for no barbecue sauce my order number was number 3 Burger King #15964
Because I like eating my burger and fries with barbecue sauce..

*"no no" cthemis a scam! must read-do not order! yesturday (a sunday) i inquired online about ordering a
"no no". since they did flex pay, $83 a month for 3 months, i decided to order. we print the order & notice multiple things on the order that we did not order...totaling "$477." i call the # on the website but it's only sales, for those wanting to place an order. the guy tells me i need to call customer service tomorrow bcuz theyre closed wknds. i freak! i call them 1st thing this morning. first, she tells me my total order is actually for $672...but my 1st charge is for $477. i tell her to cancell immediately & i no longer want anything from them. she then says, "your order is in the warehouse ready to ship. there's nothing i can do. you'll need to wait til you recieve it then return it. but you will pay the s/h." i ask to speak to a manager & she says, "they'll just tell you the same thing." & refused to pass me to a manager. she, "nikita" was also very rude, condescending & kept talking over me.
I called my bank & explained the entire thing. since the payment is still pending, i have to wait til it posts for my bank to dispute the charges. my bank cancelled my credit card & said whether "no no" cooperates or not, i will be credit the full amnt. i plan to ruin this company the best i can. i'm reporting them to the "better business bureau", consumer affairs, etc. including trashing them everywhere via social media.
do not order from this shady a** company!
In fact, safer to order things on ebay & amazon.

No No / Radiancy complete hair removal

My step dad brought this product for my mum last Christmas as she had been impressed with the advert and the claim of pain free hair removal. Having tried epilators and waxing in the past with a great deal of discomfort this product seemed perfect for her needs.
Well I'm not going to slate the product as it did seem to live up to its reputation...'DID' being the operative word! After less than 18 months the product has stopped working.
On contacting No!No! to report this we have been told that it is out of warranty and therefore there is nothing they can do, but that it was probably because we hadn't changed the heads and that we should purchase new heads and this would probably fix the fault. In good faith and believing that such an expensive, well advertised and endorsed product couldn't possibly be worthless after such a short period of time we did buy these heads, and we still have a product that doesn't work!
We contacted No!No! again to enquire about repairing the item, we were told it is a medical device and therefore cannot be repaired...but they were very keen to get us to purchase another No!No! at a discounted price.
In short I would like to advise anyone thinking of purchasing this item to save your money, it will in no way replace waxing...waxing doesn't break!
It is my belief that this company is well aware that their product is not fit for the purpose it is sold for, how can it be if it doesn't last more than 14 months from the date of first use? They are just another company running a scam and playing on people's insecurities about facial hair whilst they sit in their air conditioned offices rubbing their grubby hands together!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT...SAVE YOUR MONEY...WARN YOUR FRIENDS!

No No / Radiancy deceitful publicity

We purchased this product and tried it for several weeks. When it was obvious that it did not do the intended result, I called to get reimbursed. The woman on the phone refused to do it stating that we had to continue using the product for the entire period. We sent numerous emails of complaints on the product but no one ever answered them by the way. When it was obvious that the product was hurting the skin of my wife I tried to get it refunded. Of course it was too late and they were very happy to tell us they were sorry but we exceeded the warranty date. I consider their behavior fraudulent, in that they let you believe it is totally without any risk, but when you call they obliged you to continue testing and this put the responsibility of the product on you, if you ever go beyond after that, it is your problem. I urge anyone to be very careful with them.

No No / Radiancy never received

I ordered the no no on may 3rd 2013 I received alot of emails from the company saying they could not ship the product out due to diffrent shipping address and if I still wanted the item to give them a call months gos by and I just recieved a letter from a credit department wanting their money from nono I have talked to the credit department to the people from nono and no one can help me! I then ask to speak with an supervior from nono and went to his voicemail I bet it will be weeks before he calls me or if he does at all. Any ideas what should I do what do I do I have good credit I dont want this to mess it up for me. And I am not paying 400.00 for somthing I never received. I wish I never seen nono!

My husband purchased this device back in August as a Christmas gift to me. I opened this gift last night (12/25/2012) and started reading the details of the product. There were a few disappointments that I found (no Eyebrow detailing, etc). I called the 1-800 number to get a RAC#. They informed me that I cannot send this item back because it was purchased over 60 days previous. This item has never been turned on, let alone never been used… My husband spent a good amount of money on this and we cannot return it.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and how did you correct it?
VERY disappointed in their service.

No No / Radiancy false advertising and decietful charge

We looked over the no no, started to order, never completed the transaction, was notified an hour later it had been charged. Asked for papertwork to return. The prices are made to seem about a third of what they really are, and they shipped this thing without us being aware they were doing it. Bad deal. Don't deal with them.

No No More Hair by Radiancy! I used it every day for three weeks, and not even a minute change in the hair. On the commercial, James Pavia uses it one time and you can see the difference, and I used it three weeks and no change!! They show a man using it on his chest and the hair comes off just like he just shaved it. I used it on the same place, legs, arm...

No No / Radiancy refund policy and price

First, the website does not clearly state how much you are paying for the product, I thought I was only paying 89.00 for it. Then found out it was 1 of 3 payments.. (gray, small print under the 89.00 price)
Secondly, I have returned the product and now am waiting for my refund. I used their label after I finally recieved it via email. I had to call back because I did recieve it and the person said the other CS rep didn't 'check something off' so the email was never sent. I mention this because someone else mentioned it in their complaint. I hope to have my money back soon but I don't have a warm fuzzy that this is gonna be easy after reading other complaints.

No No / Radiancy unauthorized use of credit card

My 86 year old Father was interested in buying the no no hair remover for my 83 year old Mother. He called the number shown on TV and talked to a man named Stan, when Stan told him the price ( in excess of $340.00 dollars) he asked Stan to please hold on a moment so he could check with Mom to see if she wanted to pay that much. They decided that was too much, and was not going to make the purchase. When Dad returned and picked up the phone Stan had already hung up. Dad figured that was it and thought the deal was not going to happen given that he had not authorized Stan to use his credit card and had not actually ordered the NO NO product. 10 days later the NO NO showed up at his door and his bank account was charged by the NO NO company. We are going to seek legal action for unauthorized use of his credit card. These people are dishonest and criminal, there was never permission given to use his credit card. And Stan needs to be horse whipped!

SOMEONE needs to start a class action! I too started to "purchase" Then found the PRICE...WOW...so I deleted all my credit card info and backed out of their site and closed browser...the next thing I know I get an email with the "FREE" gift card thanking me for my purchase. I immediately called NO NO, spoke to EDITH in Southern California (so she said) and CANCELLED the order that I never authorized. She informed me once I put the credit card info into the site, I don't have to ENTER it to be charged, it's considered a purchase BEFORE THEY even tell you the price. I informed her that was NOT legal and she needed to stop this fraudulent order immediately. She claimed to have cancelled the order, guess I'll find out in a month...but I have notified my credit card company about the fraud and disputed the initial charge. THIS IS BAAADDD COMPANY. Stay away! If they have to dup yu into a purchase...HOW GOOD IS THE PRODUCT? All the "good" reviews are probably planted...as the company is certainly full of fraud. ANY CLASS ACTION ATTORNEYS OUT THERE? HERE IS A CASE!

I saw the NoNo commercial and went onto the website. Began filling out the information, did NOT complete order. Decided to do a search on computer about the companies reputation and found a lot of complaints. I was relieved that I dodged a bullet. The next thing I know I get one in the mail. I had a bad experience canceling with another company "Meaningful Beauty" and do not want to go thru it again. I really want to file a lawsuit! Cindi

BEWARE! NoNo is crap, trying to return is next to impossible, the price they claim on their website in actuality triple the cost, you will never get a refund and they will do anything they can to keep you indebted to them by playing games with the unit returns.
I bought a unit for the $100 price on their website. The first unit didn't work so they sent me out another. I found it doesn't work on fine hair and burnt my skin, but before I could call to return it, they called and said I owe an additional $179.91. WHAT? They said to read the fine print in the paperwork they sent with the unit. Still nothing that stated this addtional price. It's a bait and switch scheme where they say it costs $100, but once you get it, they triple the cost.
So I called after the 45 days and before the 60 to return it altogether. There is no way I'd pay $100, much less close to $300. They tried charging my credit card over and over, but I had the numbers changed!
They said they would send me return postage with the RMA #s, but they never did. Finally, I returned the units, the broken one and the other, with my money and sent it return-receipt. I received the notice they had received my units and I thought the nightmare of dealing with them was nearly over once I received my $100 refund. But, instead of receiving the refund, they actually mailed me out another unit! I can't believe this!
When I called to tell them this, they told me they don't know what the problem is, but I am now past the 60 days and I now owe them $179.91. I asked to speak to a supervisor, getting the old they will call you back in 24-48 hours routine. When I told the guy this is a scam, he said he would not dignify that with a response and hung up!
I will never receive my $100 refund, so they essentially stole it. And despite all the e-mails and the return receipt as proof on my end, there's nothing I can do when I'm dealing with scammers.
I notified the FTC about this and I advise all others who have been cheated by them to do the same. In numbers, perhaps we will have a chance? I'm also going on every site that I can and voicing my experience in hopes it may help save another person from being scammed.

No No / Radiancy Pretented to accept my cancelled order

About 3 hours after I ordered this changed my mind. I found it hard to find a number to contact them but eventually did. They told me the money would be refunded straight away. A few day's later I phoned to say I still hadn't recieved my money back and was told it would take 7 days. ater 7 days I phoned again and was told that no one had cancelled the prder in the first place and it would take a further 7 days to get my payment back. 7 days later I was told that as it has been "dispatched" and they will need to contact the courier to return the goods before i receive my payment back. That was 11 days ago and I have received no goods or my payment back. I am currently seeking legal advice and will be posting on every forum I can to help stop this happening to others. The original order was for 2 unit's which was accidental (i found the web site HIGHLY confussing after you have entered you details) I have contacted the consumer complaints board and watchdog as the staff in the office i am dealing with are liars and havn't done one thing to help me dispite the fact that they have promised to every time I have phoned. In fact I received an e-mail 15 days ago saying they would dispatch the order the following day... 1 day after the third time I was assured this order was cancelled and the money would be repaid. Luckily I have recoreded each phone call and have the proof of each attempt Ive made to cancel this order. Please dont deal with these people. They are theifs.

My 86 year old Father wanted to buy a no no unit for my 83 year old Mother. When the sales person named Stan quoted him a price of almost $350.00 he wanted to check with my Mother to see if they could afford it. They decided they couldn't, Dad had asked Stan to hold on while he checked with Mom. when Dad returned to the phone Stan had hung up. Dad figured that was it, and forgot about it untill 10 days later a no no unit showed up and their account was missing $350.00. Stan was at no time told to send a no no unit, and was not authorized to use the credit card numbers he got from Dad before telling him the price. Stan is a thief, who stold money from an 86 year old WWII veteran on a limited income. Shame on you Stan.

I've also experience problems with their customer care. Email address you're supposed to use is invalid, the only telephone number is a sales line. Would not advise dealing with this company buy straight from Amazon or eBay. Customer care is non existent.

They are giving complete false advertisement. They say they will return your $14.95 s/h charge, even pay for the return label and that is completely a lie. I called get the r# u need to return it and they stated that its in fine print that if you return it before 45-60 days u dont get the s/h charges but u also have to pay for the return yourself. Who in the world is going to think that is going to be in fine print if noone gives you that information either on the tv advertisement or when you call to place the order. I received the product a wk ago and its garbage. It doesnt remove any hair and the smell of burn is disgusting. Do not buy this product, complete dishonesty from this company..

I purchased this product based on an commerical I saw on TV... Wow! the ladies where giving the NO NO rave reviews showing how it worked on removing facial hair. I am an African American woman my hair is coarse on my face unlike caucassan females... but wait- that shouldn't matter it is suppose to work on all types of hair NOT SO! I buffed used the smoothing cream NADA! Sisters of color do not buy this device it does not work even on hair on other parts of my body ...

I àm a white female an the no no does not work i have in ground hairs now ad it can burn you i had two tips that the wire broke and blustered my lip and my cheeck i find the no no to be a lie the lotion broke my face out and stung really bad now i have little scars where it burnt me and i had to go over the hair more than what it said you have to and i still didnt work.

Please call the Ftc I am a white woman with course leg hair and it didnt work either the FTC wants to hear the complaints and if there are enough will investigate! Im sorry Im african american and Dark skin and it works WELL on my face! I have been using it for 3 months and are noticing thinner hair and less hair growing back. I dont know what you ladies are doing wrong but it works. I did extensive research on this product and its not really a hair removal product. Its a Treatment, when over time you continue to use it like you are suppose to it works. i run the no no on my chin about 10 to 15 times though. It works, i smell the hair burning, i buff and im smooth like a baby's bottom.

I have been using the no no product since last Oct.It hasn't even removed this soft blonde hair on the upper side sections of my face permanetly.It continues to grow back within a couple of days.I had never tried to remove this hair.This product is a scam.BM, NY

I AGREE WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE. THE NO NO DEVICE IS A BUNCH OF LIES-DECEPTION!
I am an African American Woman and it should not matter however, my facial is coarse even sent an email to ask if it would work on coarse hair didn't get a response... but dora decided to get it anyway since i am tired of the creams to remove the facial hair... well, got the product when to use it had h*** nada whiskers still there dang near scubbed my skin off using the buffer and the cream stung like h@@@ because of the buffer- Now I have to pay shipping and handling to get my money back could not keep the crap for 60 days... DO NOT BUY IT.. THIS IS NOT A JOKE.

No No / Radiancy stimulated more hair growth did not tkae it away as stated

Bought the no no hair removal home system it was a laser light device to rub across your skin to remove unwanted hair anywere on your body and any color of hair on your body. I bought it for my chin and neck area. after using the device and talking to customer service many times 3 to 4 weeks into it I noticed i was getting more hair on the places I used the device. WHAT IT ENDED UP DOING IS STIMULATING MORE HAIR GROWTH NOT ELIMINATING IT! I was very upset I called customer service again and they told me that they had never heard of this before I sadi to them well it has happend to me and I want an answer of why and a number i could call to discuss this matter further they said there was no other phone number to call and to go on to there complaint site so I did and I have e-mailed them 5 to 6 times now on this and have never recived a call back nor an answer of why this happend to me. Now I have to shave those areas that I used the device on and never had to before. I am also going to have to go back to the old method Electrolysis to get rid of the extra hair the device created and it is costley and painful. Like I said all I want is and answer of why this could happent and maybe it might happen to someone else and the consumers should be aware of this before they buy it. As you might already no I retuned it .
Anyway how do I get these people to take responsability fo this. Why wont they call me back and make things right. I'm not the kind of person that would sue for amything, but if I had the money I would sue this company for wrong doing. It did the total opposite of what it was suppose to do which was eliminate hair not make your treated areas have more 70 percent more hair growth then before using the device! I am very upset! No No / Radiancy false advertisement, ineffective product

I was sucked in and bought your completely ineffective product and it was delivered on July 13, 2010. I tried it for a 2 wks and it does NOT WORK ON thick, coarse African-American hair, despite teir false advertisements to the contrary. I immediately called the 888# and was told that if I wanted to return the product without cost I would have to wait until 45-60 days. Otherwise, I would have to pay the s&h to return it. Instead of paying for the costs of shipping back a product which I was told was "risk free", I waited another 3 wks and CALLED AGAIN. This time I was told that I now "qualified" for the free s&h. I was told I would receive a call from the "Confirmation Dept" within 24-48 hrs. As of today, 09/05/2010, it has been 7 DAYS!. When I attempt to call the [protected], no matter which option I choose, my call is disconnected. I'm assuming it's caller id and my # is blocked. I know i know I should never have believed an infomercial with freaking soap star as it spokesperson!

I purchased the No No on HSN "special purchas deal" I used it a few times, but after charging it 5+ hours, it did not turn on. I called HSN where I was referred to the No No manufactor. They told me since it was just after their 90 day warrantee timeframe, they could not help me. What the ... Stupid me, I should have called my credit card company. Now I'm stuck with a broken., unusable, worthless piece of plastic.

My biggest problem with the product was the very small head, did not work on all body parts even after trimming down and my wife does not have 3 hrs. every two days to use this product. Money wasn't an issue so when I got zero response to my emails about returning the product, I just tossed it in the trash and bad mouth the company, the product and the people who advertise it every chance I get. Lousy company lousy product. Stay away from them.

I also had problems with their customer service, very rude! The product is crap and works NOTHING like the TV commercials!
After weeks of no success with the NO NO I called to return it and was told they would not pay for the return shipping because I did not use it for 45 days. REALLY? The guy flat out said "you will NOT get a return label"
Why keep a product that doesn't work for 45 days unless you were being shafted!

Ive had my no no for a while and the black band broke .Called customer service and they said we no not offer repairs !You will have to buy a new one!.What company doesn't offer repairs out of warrenty?.It sucks!

I seriously doubt if the stupid blond has always seen it on t v and therefore, she hasn't always wondered if it works! evidently, customers aren't looking close at t the dumb commercial! the idiots in the commercial don't have any noticeable in the first place! they are shaving bare skin! why are "customers" being drawn in to those lies?! and maybe, the ftc isn't watching closely either! people can run anything across bare skin! wake up, people!

11/1/2014 I ordered my no no on july 31, 2014, when it arrived at my door it was nothing like they advertized on t.v. after going to their site to see what I got I realized they sent me a pink no no that was a old model! I told them I didn't purchase a old model and how much were their newer models well that's when the prices went up as high as 100-dollars more! I realized then I was dealing w/ a shady co. as I do most of my shopping on line as I am disabled. so I paid more money and got the no no pro 3. you see they lied to me from from the beginning as I told them I was looking to replace my epilady (it removes all you hair as it pulls it from the hair follicle) and they told me I came to the right place. as a professional hairdresser I later realized they lied as all the no no does is burn the hair so it just replaces a razor. it will never permanently take your hair away and the epilady does. I got my new no no pro and it wouldn't charge so I called them back and said I couldn't use it as it would not charge up at all! here we go again so they send me out another charger. realizing by now the 60 days was creeping up yet I had not even got a unit that worked so how could I try it and now the second charger didn't work either I decided I didn't want to waste any more time on a product I never could try! now it does say they want you to use it for 60-days and if your unhappy w/it no problems you get you $ back in full, but I never got to try it as it was a lemon! and they told me me it was over 6o-days and I turned it around on him and said but I never got to try it as it was a lemon of a product and I was turning them in to the bbb as they help you get your money back from crooks! these people are not honest at all so I bought me a silkin.com which removes hair from the hair follicle which makes it thinner and then being permanently removed. you can not use this one on the face though... might want to try this one! good luck all and turn the no no in to the bbb.!

Hello everyone I am writing all the way from Gibraltar in Europe. I saved up for months to be able to buy the No No and even flew over to UK to purchase it as it was not available in Spain or Gibraltar, it was so well advertised and sold buy Boots a leading store in England. I have used the No No for a year on my face and I can say that I have absolutly no results, nothing, it simply does not work, false advertising they should be sued.
