Attention everyone, I need to share my terrible experience with Nobull 😠 On 10/22, I ordered shoes as a birthday gift, paying extra for expedited shipping (2-4 days). Shockingly, they arrived on 11/2, way beyond the promised window.
As if that wasn’t enough, the shoes didn’t fit. I urgently reordered a size down on 11/2, opting for expedited shipping again. It’s been nearly a month, and no updates or second pair of shoes. 😤
I formally expressed my concerns to them on 11/25, demanding a full refund for both orders and canceling the pending one. This ordeal is not only inconvenient but disrespectful to paying customers expecting reliable service. 🚫

Purchased shoes from the NoBull website for $140. Somehow they used an address that is 3 years old.The billing address is correct. I caught the issue when I received the confirmation. When I asked for them to correct the shipping address, they told me it is my problem to deal with now. The delivery company is telling me the seller has to be the one to change address. They have responded to my emails with the same pre written email. A simple call from them to the delivery company would resolve the issue. They have taken my money and are now knowingly delivering my shoes to the wrong address.
On April 9 I purchased two pair of shoes through the NoBull website totaling $282.52. I received the shoes on April 17th. I did not like the way they fit so I submitted a return request via the website and shipped the shoes back to the company. The tracking indicated they received them on April 28th. I got an email stating I would get a second email regarding my refund. I never got it. I called about two months later asking about my refund and was told they were checking on it. I forgot about it for a while. Today I did an online chat asking again about my refund. I was told they can't refund because I paid for the shoes with PayPal. Not one time when I made the purchase was I told I would not get a refund if I use PayPal. Now they say I it's too late for a refund. I politely asked for them to just send me a check in the mail if PayPal refunds could not be given. They said I will get no refund.
I made one purchase from this company and from that purchase I was unwillingly put onto their e-mail subscription. Since then I have been getting spammed by them via email daily. Their unsubscribe link does not work. I have contacted support to no avail. This is highly illegal and I have no way of getting rid of their spam emails. I have never encountered any spam emails like this that I cannot unsubscribe from.
My boyfriend placed an order with No Bull in the middle of October for a preorder of shoes to be shipped out as of Nov 1st. We first had an issue with getting the address changed but it didnt ship out as they said it did. The next day they apologized and changed it. Shortly after it was actually shipped out after Nov 1, and its been awaiting pick up. Ive contacted them countless times and they stated it would be resolved by November 12 and I have contacted them daily since with no response via text, email and Instagram. Extremely poor customer service and especially for the price we pay and such a massive company, I am disgusted in the level of care for their customers.

Ordered a pair of shoes back before Thanksgiving this year. Website states 1-4 days to ship. They took out the money the same day from my account. Since then, I have been trying to get updates on where they are and why have the not shipped. I only get the run around of they will be shipping soon. They can not give me an answer as to why they haven't shipped or when. 1-4 days have came and went. If I had read the negative comments that are already on this site, I would not have bought. All I want them to do is to ship the shoes out today. And if for some reason when I get them and they don't fit my daughter, I would like to be able to send them back for a refund if need be.

II have sent several messages regarding my return to Nobull The Return form they have for returns does not recognize my order #***. And I keep telling them this thru their contac number and emails.. Thats the order number on my shipment confirmation email that I was sent when I placed the order. I paid via Afterpay to Nobull for the gym shoesI just need to return the gym shoes their customer service is not good at all. I need my monies back. And a return label. Which they will not send.
The products have a defect where in my case the right zipper gets caught on the fabric and does not function. There return policy is hard and when you enter the details it does not work. Says either the order number or the zip code is correct. Then when you text them on the number mentioned no one responded. And when I emailed they did email back offering exchange in a different color that I do not like. Then they stopped responding and refusing to respond to my emails and texts for a refund label

After placing an order for two pairs of shoes on 19 March , I was never given a tracking number. Upon multiple attempts to contact the organization based on the information given to me, I still have not received any feedback on my order. Each pair of shoes were $140 and being a military member our income is minimum. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way the company handled the issue.

I ordered an item from their website on 5/1. On the website it says 1-2 days for processing and the orders would be send out on 5/4. It is now may 7th and customer service chat says the item is still not shipped out. they do not have a customer service phone number and will not answer my questions on where the item is. They keep saying it is due to a high volume of orders. But will not let me know when my package is going to be shipped. however they have stated they cannot refund my money or cancel the order be cause it has been processed already. I have asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor via the chat system and they defer me to email which never happens. I have also asked for a transcript of the chat window and that was refused every time it was asked for.

We returned a pair of shoes that were never worn only tried on out of the box. They signed for the return in January 14 and it is now February 3 and no refund. I have texted 3 times and received only automated texts saying someone would get back to me ASAP .I received one response at 1:45 am stating they would get back to me and when I responded again another automated response. I ordered a pair of shoes from the company. Before ordering I confirmed their return policy, as it was my first time ordering from this company. Their return policy states, "returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in BRAND NEW Condition, Appeal must have hangtags attached. Items eligible for a return or exchange must be within 60 days of delivery..." Their website states "Free shipping & Returns on order $99 & over" my item cost $179.00 plus tax. I received my shoes yesterday 01/10. I immediately try them on only to find that they are too large. I ordered the shoes based on their specifications on their website. I went online to start the process of an exchange and was advised that my item does not qualify for an exchange. I have attempted to contact them via, email, text, and ***, they have no means to call them. On ***, I provided with a response of "go online to initiate your exchange" I advised what my issue is, and then no further comments or assistance was provided.

The item shipped to me was Diamond Runner in ladies size 9. October 8th I reached out to Nobull customer service right away describing what happened. October 9th I got a reply to my email. The ask in the email was to 1.name of of the items missing on the packaged. 2. sending over photos what what i recieved. 3. can you confirm if the packages was damaged. October 9th I supplied pictures and responses to the questions above October 10th I got an email saying my photos were sent to the warehouse. I should submit a return. I replied back with concerns along with pictures. i began the return process but the items available to select to be returned were the items i ordered not the item i received. I asked for clarification. Also, i wanted to ensure i would get the items i actually ordered. Also, i wanted to ensure i had the ability to return them if for some reason they don't fit. No reply October 11th i asked if i can get a phone call. No reply or answer. October 12th i requested for someone to contact me regarding my case over their text messaging system. No reply.

On October 12, I received my purchase confirmation from NoBull for a pair of Women's Hightop trainers, costing $150.64 including tax. The charge appeared on my credit card on 10/13, and an email on 10/20 at 1:14 pm stated the package was delivered, but I received nothing. Despite being home all day and checking my mailbox, porch, and surroundings, no package was found. Contacting NoBull via text, their only communication method, I was advised to wait a few days as others reported similar issues. Visiting my local shipping center yielded a tracking printout and advice to contact NoBull again. With no response to my texts and no one to call, I'm concerned this is a runaround. I've paid for an item I haven't received, and this is a first in my online shopping experience.

I ordered a pair of shoes and one shoe did not fit properly
I ordered a pair of shoes and one shoe did not fit properly. Inside of the box there where return instructions that where badly smudged, and right next to that was a shipping label. I dropped off the shoes using the Shipping label in the box next to the return instructions. As it turns out, this label was not a return label. It was apparently placed there by mistake by the company's employee that shipped my $200 shoes out. I texted the company because they only do text or email. The person told me that the package went to the wrong place and to call the *** store that shipped them out to try and get the package back. The *** store gave me the number to *** who told me they could not help me because I did not print the label. Now I can't even get these shoes I paid $200 for to be returned for a credit. No Bull has very poor customer service. The person texting me just stopped responding because I guess it was too big of an issue for them. I sent an email, but no response there either. I have spent several of hundreds of dollars with this company. I will never shop here again. I currently don't have my shoes because they got sent out with the wrong label that NO Bull included with the shoes. I am also currently out the $200 that I spent for these shoes. No one from this company seems to want to take the time to help me by looking up the tracking number they printed so I can at least figure out where my shoes went.
