DON'T USE THIS PLUMBER!

We bought a new house and the old owner hired North Atlanta Plumbing & More, Inc. to do some small plumbing jobs before we moved in. They were supposed to fix a leaky dishwasher, tighten a toilet, and repair the key to our gas fireplace.

They did the work and charged us. But after we moved in, we found out that the gas fireplace was still leaking gas even when it was turned off, the dishwasher was still leaking, and the toilet was still loose.

My girlfriend called to ask them to come back and fix their work. The owner was really mean to her and didn't believe her. He even got mad because we wanted to use the fireplace in the spring. We just wanted to make sure we wouldn't die from a gas leak! He also said he didn't fix the dishwasher, even though he charged us for it.

He said he would come on Thursday, Friday, or Monday and give us 24 hours notice. But it's Monday now and we haven't heard anything.

I called to ask what was going on, but he started yelling and swearing at me before I could even say anything. He hung up on me and won't answer my calls now.

Installed water tank from North Atlanta Plumbing & More, Inc. in June with 6yr warranty for $970. In Feb 2022, no hot water so called NAP for help. Original seller is/was *** and Ms. said family members (sons?) run the biz. Set appt for Friday 4 (or 2/11) but no visit from NAP. Called every other day since Feb 2022 but no call back. NAP phone forwarded to "mail box is full". Got law firm to send letter but no reply or service.

I had 4 toilits put in by North Atlanta Plumbing & More, Inc. One of the workers messed up the toilet roll holder while he was doing the job. He cut out the whole thing and left a big hole in my wall. He said the owner would call me and fix it. I paid $485 for the work before the wall was fixed. I had to call the company myself and they said they didn't know about the damage. The owner never called me back. I called for 2 weeks and he never answered. My husband called and he answered right away. He said he would come the next day but he didn't show up. He still hasn't called me back. I want my money back for the repairs.
