Novotel review: Theft during my visit to Novotel London west

Hi,

I was visiting the Novotel London West for a 4-day training course and had sat by a table in a lobby with a suitcase and a backpack. The backpack went missing and the hotel staff made no attempt in helping find it. The staff were rude, unhelpful and took no responsibility. Either there are thieves operating on the hotel very brazenly or, given the lack of effort by staff to locate the bag, may be complicit in visitor valuables disappearing. The crime was reported to the police and the staff told them that the crime couldn't be seen on CCTV, despite never looking.
