ShuttleWizard Review: Poor Customer Service and Dishonest Pricing
I recently used ShuttleWizard to book a shared shuttle to the airport. I received an email confirmation of the booking, which gave me peace of mind that everything was in order. However, when the car was due to arrive, I had not heard anything from Shuttle Wizard. I waited for ten minutes and then decided to call them to check on the status of my pickup.
After being put on hold for what felt like an eternity, I finally spoke to a representative who informed me that a shared shuttle would not be available after all. Instead, they offered me a private car for an additional $28. I was not happy about this, as I had already confirmed the original price. I requested that the company cover the additional cost, but they refused.
Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I decided to look for an alternative local service at short notice. Fortunately, I was able to find one that sent a private car, and the fare was substantially less than what Shuttle Wizard wanted to charge (though more than the original shared-shuttle fare).
Based on my experience, I have to say that I was not impressed with Shuttle Wizard. Their customer service was poor, and I felt like they were not being honest with me. It seemed like they were poorly managed, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable shuttle service.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a shuttle service, I would suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there that offer better customer service and more honest pricing. Don't waste your time with Shuttle Wizard.
Unreliable and Unprofessional: My Experience with ShuttleWizard
I recently booked a shuttle for my elderly mother to take her to the Oakland airport through ShuttleWizard. I specifically requested Southwest airlines and even pre-tipped the driver to ensure a smooth ride. However, the shuttle arrived 35 minutes late despite receiving frequent texts saying that it was only a few minutes away. When I called to inquire about the delay, the representative informed me that there was heavy traffic. Well, it was a weekday morning in the bay area, so I guess that's understandable.
Once my mother got in the car, she reminded the driver that she was going to Southwest, and the driver nodded without saying anything. However, when they arrived at the airport, the driver took her to the wrong terminal because ShuttleWizard had told her it was Spirit Airlines, and "I'm only paid to take you to Spirit." My mother, who has mobility issues, had to refuse to get out of the car in order to be taken to the correct terminal. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration, especially since my mother had only a few minutes to catch her flight due to ShuttleWizard's lateness.
To make matters worse, the driver sat in the car doing her nails while my mother struggled with her own bags. This was completely unacceptable, especially since we had pre-tipped the driver to ensure good service. Overall, I would not recommend using ShuttleWizard for any transportation needs. Their lack of communication and professionalism caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience for my family.
Unreliable Transportation: Our Disappointing Experience with ShuttleWizard
We had a ride scheduled for four people with four large suitcases months in advance to take us from a bottle to our cruise ship. We were supposed to be picked up at noon, but they called and said it would be 12:15. No problem! We were happy to wait a few extra minutes. However, at 12:30, we called and were told there was an issue with the first driver and they were sending another. They even gave us a make, model, and color of the vehicle. We were relieved to hear that they were on top of the situation and had a backup plan.
Thirty minutes later, we were still waiting for our ride. We called again and the girl said that she just got there and did not know what happened to the driver, but they only now had a sedan to pick us up. Four people with luggage! She said that they could get us there but not our luggage. We were disappointed to hear this news, but we were willing to make do with what we had. However, we were shocked when she said that they would refund our money and leave us stranded with no ride! We were left feeling helpless and frustrated.
Fortunately, the hotel gave us the name of a cab company and when we called and explained the situation, they showed up with a van within fifteen minutes. We were grateful for their prompt service and willingness to help us out of a tough situation. We were scheduled with ShuttleWizard to take us back to the airport, but we just canceled and will be using Lyft XL. We don't want to risk being stranded again.
Overall, we were disappointed with our experience with ShuttleWizard. We understand that things can go wrong, but we were not happy with the way they handled the situation. We would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable transportation.
Beware of ShuttleWizard: Terrible Reviews and Even Worse Customer Service
I recently had an experience with ShuttleWizard and I have to say, it was not a good one. I made the mistake of booking a car with them without checking out their online reviews first. Let me tell you, that was a BIG MISTAKE! When I finally did check out their reviews, I found that almost all of them were negative. I immediately called back to cancel my reservation, but the customer service representative I spoke to was incredibly rude and arrogant.
I asked for a cancellation confirmation number, or the name of the person handling the cancellation, or even an email confirming the cancellation, but they refused to provide any of that information. It was like they were punishing me for cancelling. The secretary I spoke to even refused to give me her name for almost 5 minutes before finally relenting at the end.
I have never experienced such poor customer service on top of such bad reviews for a company. It's no wonder that the Better Business Bureau should be taking a look at them. In fact, filing a complaint with them is next on my list. Thank goodness I never got into one of their cars!
I would strongly advise anyone considering using ShuttleWizard to think twice and do their research first. It seems like this company has a lot to hide and they are not interested in providing good customer service. So, BEWARE and stay far away from these people!
Unreliable ShuttleWizard: A Stressful Experience with Poor Communication and Cancellation Policy
I recently scheduled a pickup with ShuttleWizard to go to the airport. I had an early flight, so I made sure to schedule in advance to avoid any issues. I received confirmation and a driver assignment, so I thought everything was good to go.
However, to my surprise, ShuttleWizard cancelled my pickup and had the driver pick someone else up instead. I found out because I had the driver's cell phone number and called him to see where he was. He informed me that the trip was cancelled and he was picking up another customer. I was confused because I had not received any notification about the cancellation. It turns out that they had sent an email just before the pickup, but I had not seen it because I was waiting at the front of the hotel for the driver.
I was in a tough spot because I could not get an Uber or Lyft in time. I was 50 minutes outside of Boston, and no drivers were accepting my rides at 3:30 AM. I was starting to panic because I did not want to miss my flight. Luckily, I met someone in the hotel lobby who was leaving shortly after me and had other transportation. I caught them just in time, and they were kind enough to give me a ride to the airport.
I made it to the gate with only five minutes to spare, and I barely made my flight. I was lucky, but I would not recommend depending on ShuttleWizard. Their cancellation policy is not reliable, and they do not seem to communicate effectively with their customers. It was a stressful experience that could have been avoided if they had been more transparent and communicative.
ShuttleWizard Review: Mixed Experience with Uber and Lyft Drivers
I recently used ShuttleWizard to get from the Nashville airport to a hotel downtown. I paid $90 for a round trip, which seemed like a good deal at first. However, I had some issues with the service.
On the way to the hotel, an Uber driver picked us up. He didn't seem to know anything about ShuttleWizard, which made me a little nervous. I had expected a dedicated shuttle service, but it seemed like they were just calling an Uber for us.
On the way back to the airport, a Lyft driver showed up. He told us that he had only received the request a minute before he arrived. He also mentioned that the cost of his ride would have been $9.00, which was significantly less than what I had paid for ShuttleWizard. While our driver was nice, I couldn't help but feel like I had overpaid for the service.
It's worth noting that Lyft doesn't necessarily screen their drivers, so there's a chance that we could have ended up with someone less reliable. ShuttleWizard made a profit of about $36.00 on each leg of our trip, which means that I paid them $72.00 to call an Uber and a Lyft for me. I could have done that on my own and earned points!
To make matters worse, the ShuttleWizard contract states that their drivers (which in reality are just Uber and Lyft drivers) will only wait 30 minutes at the airport. After that, you'll be charged an additional $15 for every 30 minutes. That seems like a steep penalty, especially if your flight is delayed.
Overall, I would say that ShuttleWizard is a bit of a mixed bag. While the initial price seems reasonable, you may end up paying more than you need to. Additionally, the fact that they're just calling an Uber or Lyft for you means that you're not really getting a dedicated shuttle service. Buyer beware!
Disappointing Experience with ShuttleWizard: Long Wait, Poor Communication, and Uncomfortable Ride
Me and my buddy were heading from LAX to our hotel in LA and we decided to give ShuttleWizard a try. We followed their instructions to the T on where to wait and we waited for over 40 minutes. We even gave them our descriptions and went into detail about our location, twice. But they still couldn't find us! We were getting frustrated and we had to make numerous phone calls and texts to get in touch with them. Finally, they gave up and sent another driver. They told us it would take 5 more minutes, but we ended up waiting for 20 more minutes.
When the driver finally arrived, we were relieved but we had 4 bags with us. We had told them about our bags when we booked the ride, but the driver's comment was "you should of got a van". We managed to squeeze our bags in the trunk and onto the seats, but the ride was cramped and uncomfortable. We finally made it to our hotel, but we had already pre-paid the fare and tip. However, the driver seemed to be expecting another tip, which we didn't give.
This was not the best introduction to LA and we were disappointed. We thought supporting the locals was a good idea, but we should have read all the reviews before booking. We only read the recent ones, which had a couple of good ones, but the majority were bad. We would not recommend ShuttleWizard at all. As a first-time visitor from overseas, this was not a great welcome. We should have just used the FREE hotel shuttle.
ShuttleWizard Review: Uncomfortable Ride, Overcharged, and Poor Customer Service
I recently used ShuttleWizard to book 3 shuttles for a group of 30 people. I specifically requested shuttles that could accommodate 1 piece of luggage per person. The day before our trip, I received a call from the company confirming our reservation details. However, on the day of our trip, only one shuttle arrived and it had no space for our luggage. We had to cram ourselves and our bags into the shuttle, which made for an uncomfortable 1.5 hour ride.
I paid $875 per shuttle, which totaled $2,625. When I contacted ShuttleWizard to request a refund for the overpayment, they said they would look into it and get back to me. However, I never heard back from them and they even blocked my follow-up calls.
What's worse is that ShuttleWizard charged the same amount per person for the 30-person shuttle as they did for the 3 10-person shuttles I had originally requested. This doesn't make sense because the fixed costs are the same for each shuttle, regardless of capacity. The fuel amount and cost are essentially the same, and the driver's salary is the same regardless of how many people are in the shuttle.
I was extremely disappointed with ShuttleWizard's service and wish I had read other reviews before booking with them. The inconvenience they caused by not sending a shuttle with enough space for our luggage was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would rather walk than use their service again.
Disastrous Experience with ShuttleWizard: Unreliable and Unsafe Transportation
I had high hopes for ShuttleWizard when I booked them to shuttle my family to and from JFK for a real estate purchasing trip. However, my experience with them was less than satisfactory. While the driver did arrive a little earlier than expected and called us, the rest of the trip was a disaster.
We had an early day flight out of JFK to Seattle, and we scheduled our pickup for 5:20 am, which should have given us ample time for a quick bite before boarding. However, we were unable to find anything quick to eat and make it to the gate on time. This was made worse by the fact that the direct flights due to Covid precautions only served water and crackers, leaving us hungry and dehydrated.
To make matters worse, the driver was riding on a spare tire the entire time, which meant that the trip took twice as long as it should have. The driver barely did above 40mph almost the whole way on the highway and even stopped once in the middle of the trip to check the spare, costing us even more time. This added 45 minutes to the time needed to get to the airport.
Once we got to the hotel at our destination, my wife started talking nonsensically and was showing signs of dehydration. We wound up having to call for a paramedic, and she is still recovering now. It's clear that the driver's lack of concern for our safety and comfort put us in a dangerous situation.
To top it all off, the driver was a contractor working for Uber and Carmel at the same time, so we don't even know who we were dealing with. It's unacceptable that ShuttleWizard couldn't send the right vehicle or a safely functioning one.
Overall, I would not recommend ShuttleWizard for anyone looking for reliable and safe transportation. The experience was a complete disaster, and I regret choosing them for our trip.
Terrible Experience with ShuttleWizard: Unprofessional, Rude, and Overpriced
I recently had a terrible experience with ShuttleWizard. As a seasoned traveler at the age of 60, I can confidently say that this was the worst service I have ever encountered. I had booked a ride with Everyday Ride in San Diego through ShuttleWizard, but was shocked to find out that they subcontract non-English speaking Uber drivers who are unprofessional and rude. They claim to be "professional drivers in private cars," but in reality, they charge four times the rate of Uber and provide a subpar service.
When I arrived, the driver yelled at me, insisted that I was someone else, and threw my luggage into the trunk. They couldn't even remember my first or last name, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, they continued to harass me and call me a racist, which was completely uncalled for. I had to block their number to avoid further harassment.
I would strongly advise against using ShuttleWizard. Instead, opt for Uber drivers who are not legally allowed airport curb pick up access like taxis and regular shuttles because they are private cars. While you may have to walk upstairs and another 300 ft (length of 2 football fields) to "GO TO" the car, it is much cheaper than ShuttleWizard's inflated rates. Additionally, authorized taxis and much cheaper private service professional drivers are readily available outside the baggage pick up area.
To make matters worse, the driver was a half hour late and accused me of not following their instructions. They even went as far as to call me a racist, which was incredibly hurtful. This service is a complete joke and is operated by rude, abusive, unprofessional, non-English speaking people who have never heard of customer satisfaction. They treat their customers as if they exist to serve them and their inflated egos.
In conclusion, I would give ShuttleWizard a negative million stars if I could. I would strongly advise against using this service and instead opt for a more reliable and professional option. Walking with your luggage to the airport or hitching a ride on the freeway would be a better experience than using ShuttleWizard. If I had to describe this service in one word, it would be "joke."

Unreliable and Poorly Trained Drivers: My Experience with ShuttleWizard
I recently used ShuttleWizard for a ride from Nashville Airport to Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, TN. Unfortunately, the driver never showed up and I was left stranded. It turns out that the driver was lost and couldn't find the pick-up location. This was very frustrating and disappointing, as I had paid for a Round Trip Private Non-Stop Ride and was counting on ShuttleWizard to get me to my destination safely and on time.
I was also disappointed with the reliability and training of the drivers. It seems that ShuttleWizard needs to do a better job of vetting and training their drivers to ensure that they are able to provide a high level of service to their customers.
To make matters worse, when I contacted the manager to request a refund, they initially agreed to provide a full refund. However, they later reneged on this agreement and refused to provide any refund at all. This was very frustrating and left me feeling like I had been taken advantage of.
Overall, I would not recommend using ShuttleWizard for your transportation needs. They are unreliable, poorly trained, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Save yourself the time and money and look for a more reputable transportation provider.
Disappointing Luxury Ride Experience with ShuttleWizard: Old Car, Late Driver, and Limited Luggage Capacity
I recently booked a ride with ShuttleWizard for a luxury sedan that could accommodate two passengers and four large bags. I had previously used a similar service from SuperShuttle, which I always found to be impressive. However, my experience with ShuttleWizard was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the car that arrived was a 10-year-old Toyota Camry that was in a beat-up condition. To make matters worse, the driver arrived 10 minutes late and spoke very little English. I mean, come on, really? This was not the kind of luxury ride I was expecting.
To add to my disappointment, the trunk of the car could only hold two bags, which meant that we had to keep the third bag in the front passenger seat. Thankfully, we only had three bags, but this was still not acceptable for a luxury ride.
Needless to say, we were extremely dissatisfied with the service and decided to cancel our return trip. Instead, we opted for an Uber ride, which was not only much nicer but also cost us less than half of what we paid for ShuttleWizard.
Overall, I would not recommend ShuttleWizard to anyone looking for a luxury ride. The car was old and beat up, the driver was not fluent in English, and the trunk could not even hold all of our bags. It was a complete waste of money, and I will never use their service again.
Disappointing Experience with ShuttleWizard: A Cautionary Tale for Transportation Needs
I recently had an experience with ShuttleWizard that left me feeling quite disappointed. My husband and I were scheduled to be picked up from Rochester, NH and taken to Manchester Regional Airport on September 16th, 2021 at 12:30pm. We had booked transportation for two people and had a total of 4 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons. As senior citizens, my husband being 88 years old and myself being 81 years old, we were looking forward to a stress-free ride to the airport.
However, things did not go as planned. At 3:43am on the day of our scheduled pickup, we received an email informing us that our transportation had been cancelled. Unfortunately, we did not see this email until 8:00am, which left us with very little time to make alternate arrangements. This was a very stressful situation for us, especially given our age and the amount of luggage we had.
To make matters worse, it took 5 days for our refund to show up in our account. This only added to our frustration and disappointment with ShuttleWizard. We had hoped for a smooth and reliable experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
Overall, I would caution others to think twice before relying on this company for transportation needs. Our experience was far from satisfactory, and we do not plan on using their services again in the future. It is important to consider all options and do your research before booking with any transportation company.

ShuttleWizard Review: Late Driver, Language Barrier, and Unsafe Driving - Not Worth the Cost
So, my family and I decided to give ShuttleWizard a try for our trip from our home, which is about 60 miles north of NYC, to JFK airport. My son, his pregnant wife, and my 4-year-old grandson were all excited to use this service, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned.
First of all, the driver showed up late, which made us all a bit anxious. When he finally arrived, he barely spoke English, which made communication difficult. He told us that he had been up since 3am, which made us feel bad for him, but also worried about his ability to drive safely.
During the ride, my son had to keep talking to the driver to make sure he didn't fall asleep at the wheel. Unfortunately, he still nodded off a few times and even swerved across the lanes a few times, which was terrifying for all of us.
To make matters worse, the cost of the ride was not what we were expecting. The driver told us that we owed him an additional $55 for tolls, even though we were told by ShuttleWizard that tolls were included in the price. This was frustrating and made us feel like we were being taken advantage of.
Overall, our experience with ShuttleWizard was not a good one. We paid $176 for a ride that was not only scary but also more expensive than we were led to believe. I don't understand how this company is still in business with such poor service.
ShuttleWizard Review: Poor Customer Service and Attention to Detail
I had a recent experience with ShuttleWizard and I must say, it was quite an interesting one. I was scheduled to pick up a passenger from TPA and the fare was set at $40. However, when I received the fare details from Paulina, I noticed that they had mistakenly sent me to the wrong airport for pickup. Being the responsible driver that I am, I immediately contacted the elderly passenger to inform him that his flight was arriving at PIE and not TPA.
To my surprise, I found out that the passenger was being charged over twice the amount that ShuttleWizard was paying me! I couldn't believe it. I decided to reach out to ShuttleWizard to let them know about the mistake. But instead of thanking me for bringing the error to their attention, Paulina told me that I would now be paid $10 less while the customer's price remained the same. I was shocked and disappointed.
To make matters worse, Paulina cancelled my fare altogether! I couldn't believe it. I had done everything in my power to rectify the situation and yet, I was being punished for it. It was a frustrating experience to say the least.
Overall, my experience with ShuttleWizard was not a pleasant one. While I appreciate the convenience of their service, their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service left a lot to be desired. I would caution anyone considering using their service to be aware of these issues and proceed with caution.
Terrible Experience with ShuttleWizard: Avoid at All Costs
I had a really bad experience with ShuttleWizard. I thought I was doing the right thing by booking my reservation in advance, but it turned out to be a nightmare. When we arrived at the airport, we were picked up without any issues. However, on the day of our return flight, things went downhill fast. Our flight was cancelled, and when I called to check on our pick-up time, I was told that our reservation had been cancelled because they needed confirmation of our rates. I never received a call from them, so I had no idea that there was a problem.
To make matters worse, they didn't have any shuttles available for us, even though we had paid for a shuttle for 10 people. We were left with no choice but to take Ubers, which ended up being a huge hassle. To add insult to injury, I still haven't received a refund for the shuttle that we paid for but never received.
Overall, I would strongly advise against booking with ShuttleWizard. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. If you want a reliable shuttle service, look elsewhere.
ShuttleWizard Review: Unprofessional Service and Lack of Communication
I gotta say, I was pretty hesitant to write this review, but I feel like I gotta let y'all know about my experience with ShuttleWizard. It didn't start off on the right foot when they asked me to pay the tip upfront when I was making my booking. I mean, come on now, isn't a tip supposed to be for good service? How can they expect me to pay it in advance? That just didn't sit right with me.
Then, when I finally arrived at Boston airport and collected my luggage, they sent me the details for the pick-up arrangements. But get this, they didn't say anything about having to walk 100 meters from the terminal to the car park where the unmarked vehicle was waiting for me. I mean, seriously? How was I supposed to know that?
I really hate to do it, but I gotta give ShuttleWizard a 1-star review. And the fact that they haven't even bothered to contact me after my trip just makes it worse. I mean, come on now, at least try to make things right with your customers.
Disappointing Experience with ShuttleWizard: Lack of Communication and Organization
I recently booked a ride with ShuttleWizard for my family of eight, which included six adults and two small kids, along with our luggage. We were traveling from Watertown, MA to Logan Airport and were excited for our family vacation. The day before our trip, we received a confirmation from ShuttleWizard stating that the van would arrive five minutes before the appointed time. This note gave us a sense of relief and we were looking forward to a smooth ride.
However, on the day of our travel, we were disappointed when the van did not arrive at the agreed time. We waited for ten minutes and then decided to call ShuttleWizard to inquire about their ETA. To our surprise, we were told that there was no vehicle of that size available in our area. This news left us feeling anxious and stressed, as we had a flight to catch.
I demanded that they provide us with two conventional vehicles immediately, and they agreed to try their best. Thankfully, they were able to find two cars and dispatched them to our location. We were relieved to finally be on our way to the airport. However, this experience had already left us feeling uneasy and stressed.
Despite the inconvenience, we were able to make it to Logan Airport just in time to catch our flight. However, the stressful start to our family vacation was not something we had anticipated. We were disappointed with the lack of communication and organization from ShuttleWizard, as we had relied on them to provide us with a reliable and stress-free ride.
Overall, our experience with ShuttleWizard was not what we had hoped for. While they were able to provide us with an alternative solution, the lack of communication and organization left us feeling uneasy and stressed. We hope that they can improve their services in the future to provide a better experience for their customers.
Unreliable drivers and poor customer service: My experience with ShuttleWizard
Had a pretty bad experience with ShuttleWizard recently. The driver we had got lost not once, but twice, even though they had a Sat/Nav system. It was pretty frustrating, especially since my wife and I had identified the correct exit in advance several times. To make matters worse, the driver even drove in reverse on a motorway after missing the exit. Despite all of this, I still gave a generous cash tip since it was the Christmas period and I wanted to be kind.
However, things only got worse on the return trip to the airport. The driver didn't show up at all, and when I called the ShuttleWizard office, they told me that the driver had been in an accident and that they would need to schedule a new car for me. I was pretty annoyed, but accidents happen, so I tried to be understanding. When I called the driver to ask what happened, he apologized and said that he forgot about the pickup since he didn't get a reminder from the office. I was pretty frustrated at this point, and when the office asked me if I could change my flight for a later departure, I decided to cancel the car altogether.
Since then, I've been trying to get in touch with customer service or management to discuss my experience, but I haven't had any luck. I've requested to speak with someone several times, but I'm still waiting for a response. Overall, I wouldn't recommend ShuttleWizard based on my experience. The drivers seem unreliable, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Unreliable and Late: My Experience with ShuttleWizard Airport Shuttle Service
I gotta say, I'm all about having my own ride from the airport. I don't wanna mess around with ride shares or taxis that might take forever to get me where I need to go. That's why I decided to book with ShuttleWizard when I was in Nashville. I made sure to confirm my reservation a bunch of times, but when it came time for my ride, I was left high and dry.
The driver's number that I was given went straight to voicemail, and I was starting to get pretty worried. I talked to the dispatch operator, but even they couldn't get in touch with the driver. After a while, they sent a different driver to pick me up, but it was clear that they were just a Lyft driver. I ended up waiting 35 minutes after my scheduled time, and I had to pay way more than I would have if I had just taken a taxi.
To make matters worse, I was late for my meeting by about 20 minutes. If I had taken a taxi, I would have gotten there on time. When I complained to the company, all they did was apologize. That's not good enough for me. I was really annoyed by the whole thing.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend ShuttleWizard. If you need a reliable ride, you're better off going with a taxi or a different service.
