Warning: My Terrible Experience with Al Haram Travel- Dishonest Service and Unhelpful Staff
So, I wanna talk about my experience with Al Haram Travel. Oh boy, where do I even start? I booked not one, not two, but FORTY flights from London Heathrow to Saudi Arabia, Jeddah back in 2nd July 2018. Yeah, you heard that number right. And guess what? The travel agent failed to provide me with those flights. Can you believe it? I paid a deposit and everything, but still got nothing in return.
Since then, I've been trying to get my ?5000 refund, but it's been a real hassle. Every time I call them, they make me wait for 15-30 minutes before answering. And when they do answer, they just give me false promises and get my hopes up. I mean, I've been waiting for over two weeks now, despite being told I shall get the money within 7 days. It's ridiculous!
Honestly, the staff at Al Haram Travel are just plain dishonest. If you're planning any kind of booking with them, make sure you pay with Debit or Credit card. That way, you can retain your money back if anything goes wrong. Don't let them mislead you like they did with me.
In conclusion, my experience with Al Haram Travel was just terrible. Their service and staff were dishonest and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and would advise against making any bookings with them. Save yourself the headache and go with a more trustworthy agency.
Beware of Al Haram Travel: Terrible Service and Scam!
Terrible!
Do not trust that Google rating. I got fooled and did not check out the reviews before calling Al Haram Travel. Trust me, that was a BIG mistake!
This lass named Sobia would not stop calling me every day, sometimes even multiple times, putting pressure on me to book my trip with them. She said if I didn't transfer over ?100, I would not be able to get the best locations and flights.
Sobia hounded me day and night with about 13 calls per day, but the moment we decided to go with another company, we were informed that the money we had already paid would not be refunded.
They ceased answering our phone calls and ignored our emails.
When I did further research, I found that all the positive Google reviews were fake and fabricated! Sniff out their scam!
Please don't ruin your precious holiday. Better Beware!
Beware of Al Haram Travel - They're a Scam!
Listen up y'all, Al Haram Travel (alharamtravel.co.uk) ain't no good. Brother Ahmed ain't been refunding me for 14-16 months now. All I keep hearing are excuses like, "give me 3/4 days," "end of the day," "until Monday," or "please wait, refund processed, give me 10/14 days." It's been a straight up nightmare dealing with them.
I got emails to back me up on this. Brother Ahmed begged me to take down my old review, and I fell for it at first. But after everything he's put me through, I can tell y'all that he ain't sincere. These folks ain't God-fearing - no, they're just a bunch of cheaters who eat from Haram, stealing money from people left, right, and center.
Don't be fooled by their fake reviews either. 90% of the positive reviews on their site are straight up bogus. The few real reviews are from people who haven't even traveled with them yet. It's all a scam, I tell ya.
And let me tell you something about Ali Nouman - he's an evil dude. Mujtabar is just as bad - dishonest and a liar, the both of them. They won't hesitate to lie to your face and steal your hard-earned money. They don't fear Allah either.
Bottom line: steer clear of Al Haram Travel. They're no good, and they ain't worth your time or money.
Warning: Terrible Experience with Al Haram Travel - Fraudulent and Unprofessional
I recently had a very bad experience with Al Haram Travel (alharamtravel.co.uk) and I would strongly advise anyone who is thinking about using their services to steer well clear of them. I have never encountered such a dishonest and unprofessional company in all my life.
The managers of Al Haram Travel are complete frauds. They overcharged me for my travel package, simply because I had paid some of the money on credit. I have evidence that shows they charged me more than other companies would have for the same package. On top of this, the service I received from the staff was absolutely horrendous. Ali Haider, in particular, was completely rude to me and even called me a liar. None of the staff seem to care at all about providing good customer service.
I used to have a lot of respect for Ahmed, but he has really let me down. He has not bothered to resolve my outstanding refund for over two years now, and every time I call the company he avoids my calls and refuses to speak with me. This is completely disgusting behavior from someone who claims to be a professional.
In my opinion, Al Haram Travel is nothing but a bunch of crooks who prey on innocent pilgrims. I believe that Allah will expose them one day for their dishonesty. I am planning to go public with my story soon, so that others do not have to go through the same ordeal that I did.
I urge all of my brothers and sisters to stay far away from Al Haram Travel. Do not let them trick you into paying more than you should. There are plenty of other travel companies out there who will provide you with an honest and professional service.
WARNING: Al Haram Travel's Deceitful Practices and Lack of Customer Respect
My good old dad Mr Anwar Malik went ahead and booked a big group trip with Al Haram Travel (alharamtravel.co.uk) for over 50 people, including our righteous selves, to go on an Umraah trip with an all-inclusive package that included Turkey too. He was told by Ahmed Latif that we should deposit ?75 per person and the final payment will be due closer to when we were set to travel in February of 2021, but alas, the pandemic ruined our plans.
Now, let me tell ya, my father is a man of integrity, and he has tried many times to get in touch with Mr Abdul Latif to get back the refunds we are owed. Some payments were made, but we are still missing ?1500, and this Abdul Latif fella isn't responding to any of our calls or messages, and it's really starting to stress out my dad who, by the way, is retired and on a fixed income. Abdul Latif isn't being considerate at all and makes promises he keeps breaking like an untrustworthy sly fox.
It's a straight-up shame to see a company like Al Haram Travel put their faith in immoral people like Abdul Latif. Instead of being a travel company that respects their customers, it's more like they are a haraam company that deceives innocent people. Shame, shame, shame!
Don't get scammed like us, folks. Be warned that we'll be taking action if we don't receive our full refund, and you should too!
Stay Away from Al Haram Travel for Your Hajj Package - Terrible Service and Shady Practices
If you're thinking of booking a Hajj Package, you might want to think twice before booking with Al Haram Travel. Personally, I had a terrible experience with them and I implore anyone reading this to look elsewhere.
Initially, I put down a deposit of ?600 for a Hajj Package. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my booking just 20 hours later. While I was refunded ?300, the remaining ?300 was not refunded until 23 days later, despite my numerous phone calls and emails. The service provided by the staff was nothing short of disgraceful - I wouldn't wish it upon anyone!
One thing to note is that the Terms and Conditions on the website are not clear. If something does go wrong with your trip, Al Haram Travel takes no responsibility whatsoever. To make matters worse, my ?600 payment went to Emenac Travel, a 3rd party who I had no dealing with. I was bound by their terms and conditions instead of Al Haram Travel's.
It's worth mentioning that Al Haram Travel trades under the name of Morseand Ltd and they tend to book your trip through other 3rd party agents. Honestly, it's all a bit shady. In fact, when I spoke to one of their staff members, they revealed that some of the positive reviews on the website aren't genuine. It's hard to believe that every time a negative review is posted, it's followed by a flurry of positive reviews.
In conclusion, I highly recommend that you steer clear of Al Haram Travel. There are plenty of other options out there that will provide a much better service and experience.
Warning: Stay Away from Al Haram Travel - Scammers Alert!
Hey there, I gotta say that this agency - Al Haram Travel (alharamtravel.co.uk) - really pulled a fast one on us. We shelled out a huge sum of cash to them and all we got in return were false promises and delays.
We were told that our umrah visas would be sorted in just a few days after we made our payment in August. But now, it's already August 31st and we still haven't received anything - no visas, no hotel confirmations, nada. And to make matters worse, we're scheduled to travel in the first week of September!
We ain't taking this lying down. We're going to take legal action against this deceitful agency to make sure they don't swindle anyone else. We're even planning to file a class action lawsuit against them. And if you've been ripped off by these guys too, hit me up at *** with your deets so we can band together and fight for our rights. More witnesses, stronger case, you get me?
Seriously, guys, steer clear of this agency like the plague. They operate under so many different names (like alexatravel, trevely, and whataholiday) - it's downright fishy. They may seem all nice and accommodating at first, but once they get their hands on your moolah, they'll stop at nothing to keep it. Don't fall for their sweet talk, trust me.
So, just to reiterate, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do business with these scammers via any of the following websites: alhijaztravel.com, cheaphajjandumrah.co.uk, muslimsholytravel.co.uk, alhaqtravel.co.uk, alharamtravel.co.uk, baitullahtravel.co.uk, erixum.co.uk, flighthouse.co.uk, holidopia.co.uk, abbaikhajjumrah.co.uk/, ravesta.co.uk, viriksonholidays.co.uk, 123flights.co, cdescapes.com, flightstoworld.com, pateltravel.co.uk, taqwatours.co.uk, and timestravel.com.
Trust me, you don't wanna end up losing your hard-earned dough to this company. They're professional liars and cheaters, plain and simple.
Al Haram Travels: A Complete Fraud Travel Agency - Stay Away and Save Yourself from Inconvenience and Harm
Al Haram Travels is one of the travel agencies that we would never recommend to any traveler. It was the worst experience in our travel history. We were so tired and sleepless after our long journey, only to find out that the company didn't make the payment to the hotel in Makkah. As a result, the hotel demanded us to make a new payment. It was so frustrating for us since we had already paid six months before our travel date. We tried to communicate the problem to their customer service over the phone, and they provided a promise that the same issue will not happen in Medina. However, things didn't go well as the same scenario occurred, and the hotels never received any payment from them.
Even the hotel's manager claimed that he had encountered several cases on a daily basis where Al Haram Travel Booking vouchers didn't show any payments. Consequently, we had to make the payment to the hotel ourselves. It was a terrible experience, especially for my disabled son who was struggling because of the problems Al Haram Travels inflicted on us. Equally, we met at least five families who suffered the same problem in both Makkah and Madinah.
The hotels that they book are cheap and tacky, just look at the pictures of the hotel in Makkah, it's not even worth the hassle. Besides, the Makkah Hotel was far from the Haram, although the agent had lied to us about its proximity to the Haram. Likewise, their booked airlines are cheap and don't come with any meals, only providing you with the bare minimum. That's how they make enormous profit margins. They are a complete fraud, and it's best advised to stay away from this diabolical travel agency. They should be banned from operating since they provide inadequate services, causing great inconvenience and harm to their clients. We are even considering legal action against them, which shows how terrible they are.
Al Haram Travel (alharamtravel.co.uk) Review: Deception and Dishonesty in Hajj Services
Al Haram Travel (alharamtravel.co.uk) left a terrible impression on me. I strongly advise against using their services. My experience was during the last 10 days of Ramadan, and the hotel I chose was for 10 nights costing ?4900, followed by 3 nights in Madinah costing ?300 approximately. Communication was efficient until the payment was made. After that, I had to wait for 24 hours to receive the confirmation, which was not acceptable. The next day when I inquired about the confirmation, they informed me that the hotel in Makkah was no longer available. I was shocked given the fact that I had selected 2 rooms of 2 for 10 nights. I was also given alternative options that were of a lower standard and more expensive. Moreover, I asked for the same hotel, this time for 1 room with 4 people, and they told me it was available for the same price, ?4900. To my dismay, I realized that they were less concerned about fulfilling their obligation and more interested in manipulating us for more money. The incident took place a day before we were meant to leave, and since they failed to deliver the hotel we agreed to and I paid for, I demanded a refund. That's when the agency's response drastically slowed down. They kept telling me not to worry and that the accounts and payment manager was away from his desk. Despite my several calls, they never informed me that they wouldn't refund me. However, later, when the manager called back, he refused to give me a refund, claiming that the hotel room I booked was still available. He went as far as to threaten me with his rude and disrespectful behavior. He also denied informing me that the hotel was not available at all, only that he had given me more options. This deception and unethical behavior from a Muslim service provider are a great disappointment and against the very essence of Hajj. I was left with no choice but to approach a different agency to provide me with the same room and board that Al Haram charged me an extra ?2000 for, which was a room for 4 people, including suhoor for ?2800. Their dishonesty and arrogance were appalling.
It is worth noting that they were adamant on communicating via unofficial channels, which is alarming as it puts customers at great risk. The agency's reluctance to engage in written communication through email or official platforms strengthens the doubt of their credibility. I have received my refund after many delays. However, their behavior was unethical and dishonest throughout the process. I hope they realize their mistake and are justly punished for their actions. Unfortunately, I am not the only one who had experienced their fraudulence. I pray that Allah guides them to be honest and just in their dealings and protect the ummah from fraudulent agencies like them.
Horrible Experience with Al Haram Travel: Unprofessionalism, Disrespect, and Lies
Honestly, I can't even begin to explain how terrible my experience with Al Haram Travel was. They treated me with absolute disrespect and were liars. They even got their own staff to write good reviews for them. And don't even get me started on Noman, the manager who was extremely rude to me.
From the moment I paid my advance, they forgot about me. They never called me back and didn't care about my concerns. They are a terrible agency that lures innocent people into their stress. The way they treat their customers is absolutely unacceptable. I have evidence to support these claims.
I wanted to attend Hajj, and Nadia, one of their agents, called me twice a day until I paid the advance. But after that, she was suddenly never available. I spoke to about 20 different agents, each time having to explain the same context. They are extremely unorganized and disrespectful.
The package I paid a lot of money for included a seminar and a Hajj essentials pack. They rescheduled the first seminar, which I was patient about. But the second seminar was cancelled on the morning of the seminar itself. I was asked to go to their office in London to collect the pack when I lived in Manchester. This is simply unreasonable.
My ticket was only confirmed the night before the flight, and I was told that 86 people were declined for Hajj, including Mehboob, the group leader whose phone number we were given. We tried calling him repeatedly but were told that his visa was declined, only on the night before the flight. If I hadn't called to inquire, I would have been completely lost.
And the lying! Oh, the lying. Sufyan confirmed that he had sent my passport, but Noman, the manager, told me that my passport was on his desk and would be given to me personally at the seminar. But I received my passport in the post on the same day. They continuously lied to me.
I could go on and on about all the terrible things that happened before I even left for Hajj. During Hajj, we were promised all-inclusive food, but we were only given breakfast. After I got back, Al Haram Travel called me and asked me to leave a good review for them.
In the end, they didn't even have a license for Hajj and had to go through third parties. They had over 86 customers declined the night before the flight, including their own group leader. This entire experience was utterly frustrating and torturous. I highly advise against using Al Haram Travel for any of your travel needs.
Al Haram Travel Complaints 10
Terrible customer service and broken promises by Al Haram Travel
Yo, so I recently had some major beef with Al Haram Travel. They totally screwed up my plans and when I complained, they promised to make it right with some compensation. But now? They're straight up ghosting me! I've tried calling so many times from different numbers and it's like the manager doesn't even exist anymore.
I'm not gonna lie, I'm so disappointed and frustrated. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest anyone use their service after my experience. It's just not worth it.
Beware of AlHaram Travel - Their Shady Operations Will Leave You Unsatisfied
AlHaram Travel, you gotta hear about them. They're basically a travel agent, but yo, they ain't no Haj Tour operator. You best believe they be running a shady operation, selling fake tales and straight up doing their customers wrong. I swear man, they be out here trying to deceive us all. You can check out my blog, alharam.travel.blog, for the full scoop on how they be doing us dirty.
Listen, if you're trying to plan a trip, you best steer clear of AlHaram Travel. They ain't the kind of people you want to be messing with. They don't care about you, they just want your money. And when they get it, they ain't gonna give you the service you deserve. Nah, they just gonna give you a bunch of lies and excuses.
I'm telling y'all, don't fall for their trickery. Their service is completely disgraceful. Ain't nobody got time for that. We all deserve an honest and fair travel agent, not some sneaky middleman. So do your research, find someone you can trust, and don't let AlHaram Travel get their hands on your hard-earned cash. Trust me, ain't nobody got time for their lies and deceit.
Unreliable Travel Company Alert: Don't Use Al Haram Travel for Pilgrimage
So, this is my review about Al Haram Travel (alharamtravel.co.uk). I received a call recently from a guy named Ali, who works there. He was on the phone to tell me that all the COVID guidelines had been lifted from the 17th of May and that it's now possible to travel for the hajj and umra. But, oh boy, he got it wrong! I don't think he was aware of that.
As a result, I would advise you to stay away from this company. I don't think it's reliable enough if they don't have accurate information about current travel regulations.
On another note, I would like to take this opportunity to wish all my fellow Muslims a very happy Ramadan. May this blessed month be filled with peace, love, and harmony for all of us.

Al Haram Travel: A Reliable and Trustworthy Travel Agency for All Your Needs!
So, I've checked out Al Haram Travel on alharamtravel.co.uk and to be honest, I was pretty skeptical at first. But, I gave them a chance and booked a travel package. Let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! The prices were reasonable and the quality of service was exceptional.
I did see a few negative reviews about this company, but I honestly didn't experience any of those issues. I found their customer service to be responsive and helpful, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly.
One thing that really impressed me about Al Haram Travel was their attention to detail. They made sure that all of my travel arrangements were taken care of and even helped me with obtaining necessary travel documents.
Overall, I had a great experience with Al Haram Travel and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a travel agency that is reliable and trustworthy. Just make sure to double check all your trip details, I promise it will save you a big headache later on.
Al Haram Travel: A Disastrous Experience for Umrah - Poor Customer Service and No Hotel Bookings
So, I recently had an experience with Al Haram Travel and it was quite an unpleasant one. I was going for umrah and I had trusted them to take care of my travel arrangements. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I got to Saudi Arabia and found out that they didn't book any hotel for me. It was quite embarrassing, to say the least.
Trying to sort out the mess that they had created was no easy task. I had to deal with their customer service, which wasn't helpful at all. I even got into an argument with one of the representatives who told me that they weren't the agent that was dealing with my trip. The nerve!
The worst part was the fact that they kept charging me more money, even though they hadn't delivered on their promise. It was quite frustrating and made my trip a lot more stressful than it needed to be.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Al Haram Travel to anyone. They have very poor customer service, and I'd hate for anyone else to go through what I went through.
Scam Alert: Avoid Al Haram Travel for Your Next Vacation
I wouldn't even bother considering Al Haram Travel for your next vacation. I got sucked in by their advertisements on social media that promised low prices, but the reality was far from that. Their prices are always way higher than what they initially advertise, and you'll end up paying way more than you originally thought. The worst part is that they will take your pre-booking fee and then suddenly change your package plan. This has happened to thousands of their customers before, and I ended up regretting booking with them. Don't make the same mistake as me. Stick to a trustworthy company that won't try to scam you out of your hard-earned money.
Al Haram Travel: Total Bummer, Hidden Fees & No Refund - Stay Away!
I am super bummed out about my experience with Al Haram Travel. Like seriously, it's been a total bummer. They went and asked me for more money just two days before I was supposed to travel, even though I had already paid everything in full three whole months ago! I was so mad that I decided to cancel my plans altogether. But then the real kicker was that these guys still haven't refunded me a single penny of the thousands of dollars that I was due! Can you believe it? I sure can't. It's completely uncool that they're doing this to me and other people who trust them with their sacred hajj and Umrah trips. I mean, come on, that's just messed up. I totally advise you to steer clear of this company, 'cause they're nothing but a bunch of frauds.
Al Haram Travel: Terrible Customer Service and Unethical Practices
So, I gotta say I'm pretty peeved about this whole situation with Al Haram Travel. I was all set to take a trip to Saudi Arabia in May, but thanks to that darn Corona virus, the borders are closed and the trip isn't happening anymore. I thought, no biggie, I'll just get my deposit of 100 pounds refunded and maybe try booking again when things calm down. But that's where the real trouble started.
I spoke to this guy Ali Noman and at first he seemed like he was going to be helpful. He said I could use the deposit later on and get it put towards a future trip. But then when I told him that I just wanted a refund, he started getting all shouty and aggressive, telling me I couldn't get my money back. Let me tell you, that's not the kind of customer service I expected from a travel company.
Honestly, at this point, I'm pretty sure Al Haram Travel is a straight-up scam. I wouldn't recommend anyone booking with them unless you want to risk losing your money and getting yelled at by their staff. It's such a bummer, too, because I was really looking forward to that trip.
Unprofessional and Shady Practices: My Experience with Al Haram Travel
I gotta say, I ain't too thrilled with the way Al Haram Travel does business. Their peeps just don't treat customers right. I had a chat with an advisor named Noor, and she straight up threatened me with some kinda punishment on the Day of Judgement just coz I didn't wanna cough up more dough. Ain't that some kinda shady manipulation or what?
Most travel agents drop the price when 3-4 folks book together, but even though that's what happened in my case, the price stayed the same. I asked Noor to explain why I gotta pay the same for 9 nights as folks who are staying 17 nights, and I didn't get no explanation at all.
I tried talking to the dudes Zahid Salim and Ahmed, but they just sided with Noor and even said it was okay for her to be rude to customers. Dang, son. Ain't no way this company is lookin' out for the customer at all.
Terrible Experience with Al Haram Travel: Promised Refund Not Received During Pandemic
I had a really bad experience with Al Haram Travel (alharamtravel.co.uk). I thought I was getting a good deal on a umrah package for me and my cousins' family of 11 people in February 2020. We were supposed to travel on April 3rd, but unfortunately, we couldn't because of travel restrictions due to the pandemic. We understood the situation and waited to receive a partial refund as we were promised between 8-12 weeks.
However, we didn't receive any refund even after the given timeframe had passed, and we become restless. We contacted their customer service, and they assured us that we will receive our refund within the next couple of weeks. We waited for almost two weeks, but no money has been received. When we tried to contact the travel agent, we couldn't get through to them as they didn't pick up the calls. We were extremely disappointed with their service, and it seems like they were fraudulently holding onto our money.
I would highly recommend avoiding Al Haram Travel at all costs. They don't back you up in tough times and will leave you stranded. In my case, they failed to follow through with what they promised, and it has caused us a lot of inconvenience.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
THEY PRETEND TO HAVE MUSLIM SOUNDING NAMES AND WILL FOR A GAURANTEE LIE TO YOU.
THEY TOOK MY MONEY ( for a a very vvip trip that they recommended) then put me in with a muslim contractor from the UK for a 3rd rate booking in aziziyah.
DO not use and please spread the word about them too.
