Ntherm review: Gas supply charge

Quoted rates that were lower than NIPSCO, after a few months they raise the rate to more than 3X any other providers rates. By the time I noticed, it was too late and cost well over $1,000 more than had I not switched. Fraudulent and dishonest in every way. Stay away. They customer service is terrible and simply states that I agreed to a variable rate and there is nothing they can do. I was told repeatedly by the agent signing me up that the rate would always be lower than NIPSCO. Completely wrong and dishonest.
