This NYBox.com is a US package forwarder company which forwards it's member's packages from US to their home countries.

But be aware, if you ever ship any expensive package to this company, there are very high chances that your expensive package will be stolen by this cheater company.

This company opens all your packages without asking your permission & check if there is any expensive item in your package or not so that they can steal them.

I am one of those several unlucky members of them who got robbed by them.They opened my package without my permission & stole my very expensive laptop.And when me & some other people tried to complain on their Facebook page here :- http://www.facebook.com/nybox, they deleted all the complaint posts & banned the members from posting on their Facebook page.

I am also attaching another member's complaint post on their wall which NYBox immediately deleted but I was able to take a screenshot before they deleted the post.This person's package also has been stolen by this scammer company called NYBox.com.

And there are several people like us who's package also got stolen by NYBox.com but we are unable to do anything because we are from a different country.

Also this company NYBox ships packages ( which have Lithium-Ion Batteries in them like Laptops, Cameras, Mobile Phones etc. ) illegally by not declaring the battery & completely hiding the fact that the packages have a Lithium battery inside thus shipping packages illegally & hiding the Lithium Battery to the International Courier companies like DHL Express, Fed-EX Express & USPS.

The above mentioned International courier companies require the shipping fowarders like NYBox.com to MUST declare the Lithium Batteries inside a package & prepare the proper Commercial Invoice & Shipper's documentations which is necessary & a MUST to ship a package contains a Lithium-Ion battery.

But this company NYBox.com completely hides this to the Courier companies & as a result of that, packages gets detained by the destination countries Customs Departments for not obeying the rules required to ship a Lithium Battery contained package.As a result, NYBox.com members like us have to suffer because we never get our packages.

So, I am posting this complaint to make people aware that this is a cheater company & they steal all the expensive packages which they are supposed to forward to their members.

Never ever use this company to ship your expensive packages.

After your experience with NYBox.com it shows what risk out of country residents take by trusting their packages with US purchases to a freight forwarder. Wonder what legal action can be taken against such fraud cases?

I would suggest to try to report it to the FBI (or maybe some US residents can come up with a better idea?)

You might also consider to publish it on www.bbb.org. This will not bring you the money back unfortunately but it might help potential new customers of NYBox .com not to fall into the same trap. With this information each new customer should be aware of the extreme risk of fraud he could encounter by using NYBox.com as freight forwarder (CRMA) :(

Really wonder with what rights they keep your package? After all you paid for the content and you signed up with NYBox.com to be your agent to receive your packages and reship you packages? Certainly not to keep you merchandise! Shame on you NYBox.com! This is theft ! Being far away on other continents does not mean we will not try to fight crime.

Oh my God so sad i just got this forum about those NYBox as i got packages worth $3000 and they deleted my account and they asking from me documents to verify my account before they active it back i sent every document for them to release my packages and all they have to say is Ok we will do and blocked my number and none email. I wish i had someone near NYC to go down their fake office and kick out their dirty ###.

I have 5 items to ship and also 4 item on the track numb ...but they close my account, I have not access log in in to my account
customer said :just contacting the support@nybox.com I send more times still NO ANSWER

Use parcelbound.com as a business partner to purchase USA free shipping products and to deliver you at your home door in normal shipping prices. Its very reliable and fast . I am earning a good amount by selling purchased products in my Local Market.

Same experience, suspended the account after parcel received asked for all my bank details and to sign a form to charge my credit card

Thief company. Don't respond to your e-mails. Never answered the phone .
Very very bad company.

Use the bongous. I have tested it two weeks ago. A little more expensive, but is safe, good technology, doesn't require additional documents. I suggest that to pay for package forwarding is much better than to lose a goods.

Hello all

In this blog I will share my bad experience with (www.nybox.com) to warn you from their bad service.

Well, here is my experience:

I have bought so many valuable items (cost me a fortune) and shipped them to my shipping address at (www.nybox.com), after all of them had arrived to my box, I requested a repack and then shipping. Until now nothing is wrong, the shipment was a box its weight is 7.6 LB as you can see here:

The shock began when I received the shipment it was not a box (it was a bag) and it was weight less than 2LB, here you can see:

It contained a piece of cloth! Which was not belong to me! I got shocked! Where are my items?! So I contacted the support team they has (they are not helpful at all, the company as whole lacks professionalism). They had no idea whatsoever, they said we will check for you, but days had gone and I did not hear from them so I contacted them again asking for a refund for what I lost because of them but no response (can you imagine a good company ignoring its customers emails and inquiries) I knew by then that they will not take the responsibility of their mistake! Now it’s been a while and no one from them contacted me, I have lost so many things; my money, my items, my time of waiting for my shipment, the time of contacting and waiting for their response plus I got so upset all way long! So I decided to share my experience with everybody at least no one else would be a victim of their bad service in the future, I wished that someone had wrote his experience so I could stay away from them and use a better service. SO SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLES AND LOOSING MONEY AND TIME BY STAYING AWAY FROM (www.nybox.com).

The fault was not shipping company’s fault (FedEx) because the receipt has my info and names of my items but the weight is exactly the weight of the shipment bag. This was not a damage or loss of the shipment (which by the way the company had declared that it is not responsible for the loss or damage of the shipment as it is the shipping company’s responsibility. This is not damage nor loss this is exchange and steal the contents of the shipment.

I just received an iphone in my account for which i paid $1200 and then I paid for shipping.
Next morning i checked and i see that my account was deleted! If i try forgot password, it says that there is no such email!
MY MONEY, IPHONE, NAD PEACE OF MIND GONE! WHAT DO I DO :( :(

i'm from jordan i work with them for more than one year for real they work great but i face some problem with missing items and i feel afraid from work with them because they don't answer and always say no help i think it is not that trusted company i'm now working with my friend he is open a company and we will do the best to do this service and by the way the works with huge amount of customer it is maybe some worker problems not the company itself but they need to solve this problem

Do not use New York Box I have ordered a Macbook there. They kept my package after showing ID and also charged my credit card $74 and are claiming they never charged it.

NY Box only asks for shipping address BUT NO BILLING ADDRESS!

They said my credit card was from a different country than the address on file! MY SHIPPING ADDRESS!

They would not allow payment from my credit card or even PayPal!

They shut down and blocked my account I could not ship and refused communication by phone and kept my package.
