This is really disappointed to write this email, but it's not acceptable to cheat or misguide customers.
I have been using o2 the past 3 years and recently for the last 6 months I faced very bad service incorrect and misleading information I would like to immediately stop my contacts with O2.
I renewed my contract on 30th May 2023 with an M boost tariff cost of 37.99 and I got a 50% discount on that.
Later next month I got a bill of 37.99 EUR which as per your salesperson should be 19.9 because he mentioned that on call (we can check all recordings also) but later after a detailed investigation, it figured out that there was some partner card on my mobile which I have not ordered either I was informed about it.
I paid this amount for 4 months and again in September, I called O2 customer care and she suggested canceling the second sim as it was charging extra (she suggested noting it- we can check in call recordings also)) I asked to deactivate this sim as it was charging extra, and they deactivated the sim in October (I was told would be deactivated immediately)
Again I had the same bill so I called O2 why I was paying 37.99 now my old card is also deactivated so why do I pay more, then the person on call ( on 11.08)l explained in detail the entire issue that the discount was associated with old card only and I was shocked by the way you treat a customer and fool them.
The first time you renewed my contract you stated it would be a 50% discount (so 37.99 would be 19.9) and suddenly without any information you activated the partner card, later you said deactivating the partner card your discount is gone so I again paid same 37.99
Then why did you say M boost would be 19.99 when in the whole case I was paying 37.99 only
My only purpose was to reactivate my sim after 2 years which I think was my biggest mistake.
Initially, I used to pay 14.5 for 2020 to 2023 April, then I continued with M boost for 19.9 and suddenly you charged 37.99 why?
and now you say you can not cancel the contract why not?
This is a clear case of misleading and incorrect information.
I was supposed to enroll in home Internet also, but with this kind of misinformation, I do not want to continue.
I request you to cancel my contract as I opted for a simple renewal of my M boost scheme with 19.9 EUR and your customer care persons misled me.
