Oak & luna review: Fraudulent company

This company is fraudulent.
Every time I attempt to purchase from their website and try to utilize their 20% off or free gift, I do not receive either. Their customer service agents will not address the issue, will not read my emails, and respond with a bogus excuse. This has happened numerous times, with approximately 25 emails. So frustrating.
Furthermore, their items are not as advertised. I returned a bracelet that was horrible and they rufuse to return my money.
HUGE SCAM!
