No envelopes received with the cards.
I placed an order for three birthday cards at the end of May and I clicked for them to be delivered to my home address with envelopes as I had ordered early to be organised. When I opened them to check , there where no envelopes enclosed whatsoever which I was not happy about . I went onto my app and filled in a contact form to let them know about their mistake, that was at the end of May and still not so much as an acknowledgment for me , I’m disgusted as every time I try to use the live online chat it just throws you to the contact form which I know is an absolute waste of time . Anyway long story short I’ve since used moon pig and although it’s a little more expensive my cards arrived next day and also with envelopes 😊
Desired outcome: An apology would be nice and I still require 1 envelope
Birthday card and gift
I placed an order with Funky Pigeon on 1 March 2023 for a celebrate with Barley Bear birthday card £5.99 and chocolate prosecco & strawberries £14.99 all at a total cost of £26.97.
The gift was for a very special friends birthday on 9 March 2023 and I was given a delivery date of 7 March 2023. I complained through the usual channel to Funky Pigeon and got a customer service member called Gemma come back to me to say it should arrive by Friday 10 March. That is the last I have heard apart from the usual rubbish asking how did they do.
Well I can tell you, like I have told Funky Pigeon I am not at all happy and demand a full refund. I will never ever use this company again and will advise family and friends never to do so as they cannot deliver on time. My order was to be delivered to Spain but I had ordered the products nearly 2 weeks previous. They should have informed me that they could not deliver this.
I also tried to contact them by phone, it states their offices are open Monday - Friday 9 - 8pm but when I telephoned at around 6pm I was informed their offices were closed.

I have contacted you several times regarding the card that I have not received. This card was dispatched on Monday 16th January and is still not delivered.
The postmen are all working and there is no strike. The card is only coming from Bristol. I receive mails everyday, parcels etc.. even stuff I placed on order 2 days ago but not MY ORDER UK000050378702.
I have not received any response from you regarding the whereabouts of my order apart from the generic automatic email stating it'll take 3 working days - a delivery date which has passed already.
Please can you resend me the card by express delivery ASAP.
I would appreciate to receive a response from you and confirmation.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund or a replacement ASAP as I need to post that card to Switzerland on Monday 23rd January

As can be seen from the order above, I received part of the order which was incorrect size anyway, however I am still waiting for the key ring which has not been sent nor received.
I have still not received the key ring and this was a present and phone case does not fit IPhone 13 Pro Max.

I have to say I am not impressed so far with this service but will await the outcome.

On the 6th of December 2022, I placed an order for personalised calendars with funky pigeon with Order number FFFUGRJNUFEGR0, quantity 5, and order total was £55.94. I was hoping to share these calendars among family members for the Christmas celebration. I also placed another order on 07 December 2022 with order number FFFUHN7TSFEGR0 of personalised calendars too, quantity 2 and order total £27.96.
These orders were to come via royal mail first class delivery, I wrote to funky pigeon to complain seriously about my order when I realised the expected delivery date had passed, days after my complain, the order I placed on the 7th December arrived, precisely on the 19th December 2022, unfortunately the first order I placed on the 6th is yet to come, and I have been contacting funky pigeon, only once after my initial complain did a lady called Grace, from the customer happiness team responded to my email, after that I have heard nothing from funky pigeon, even after 2 more emails to complain and to ask for my refund.
This is increasingly frustrating and annoying, I have asked for a refund but nothing has been done, am I now suppose to forfeit £55.94? I don't think so, I am requesting support in dealing with this issue, I don't even want the items again because I am sure it will never be delivered, today is the 23rd December, 17 days after I had placed the order, and the fact that the order I placed the next day has arrived and the first hasn't, all but tells me the item will never come.
And so I believe the next thing is that I should be refunded, this I have requested in my last email to grace of the customer happiness team, I haven't even gotten a response to that email, let alone know when I will be refunded.

Card and gift
It was my sisters 21st birthday yesterday and due to covid we can not visit her. She was alone on her 21st birthday and i sent a card with chocolates and a bottle of prosecco. She recieved the card but no gift. I am absolutely furious about this as i spent £30 getting this ordered and it didnt even arrive. I will be writing to the financial ombudsmen if you can not do something about this and also reviewing funky pigeon on many social networking sites. I will certainly not recommended this service as i have used before for a father day card which also arrived late.
Amendment policy
I placed am order for a personalised card. I added a few gifts to this order such as Lily O Briens chocolates, Retro sweets and a wellness book. It should not be a problem to edit the add on gifts such as chocolates. I placed my order and a few minutes later wanted to remove The Wellness book and chocolates and for some reason this is not possible.
Very greedy company.
Should be more grateful for its customers. I will not be using Funky Pigeon again.

Flowers
Dead upon arrival. Came in a box and all were dead and fell apart when I picked them up. They were a birthday present for me and when i opened them the coloured rose petals fell off the stems. There were orange ones underneath that were ok. So I have a vase of two roses. The rest are in the bin. I was going to order some of these for my mum but now I'm not.

Ordered card for valentines on 26th January it is now 19th February and still not arrived I have been told by customer services every day since 12th that it would take up to 2 days and sorry it's arrived - but still another week goes by and now NO communication no replies and all I've been offered is a return but in credit on my funky pigeon account

Flowers on Valentine’s
I received a roses bouquet on Valentine's and I and my husband couldn't be more disappointed. They have arrived dried and dead. They look like they have been around for a couple of weeks and are ready for the bin. It is our first Valentine's today and they have been able to ruin it.
The flowers look nothing like on the picture.
They're not even worth putting in a vase they just need to be chucked in a bin as they are dead.
Desired outcome: I want a refund because my husband paid a good price for flowers which arrived dead. It has ruined his day and mine. It is not worth the money and they have not been able to deliver the roses in a good state.
Dried Flowers
Just received a bunch of dried flowers sent from my husband. I am absolutely shocked. Loose bits were in the box, obviously dead stem in the bunch and every time I move them bits drop off. The description on line says they will last a year. I don't believe they will last a week. So angry, especially when I saw the price and I had to pretend to my husband they were lovely to avoid hurting his feelings.

I've been refused a full refund on flowers I sent for my sisters birthday after this it's fair to say I will never ever order from this company again absolutely disgusted

I have just received two large personalised cards and the state the envelopes arrived in.
Not only the one they came in put also the one for the cards them selves.
They are ripped and wet.
Very disappointed as these are my children's cards and now have no envelopes.
I have pictured the worst envelope but both are equally as bad.
And delivery driver just shoved them by the front door even though I was stood in my house and posted a sorry we missed you card. I opened the door as he was walking away after posting the sorry we missed you card and the man got into his van with out a word.

Firstly I had a massive problem to finish creating a "card" as this editor doesn't work properly. After 5 attend somehow I've menaged to do so, cutting corners and making it so much poorer as it was planned!
I was unable to add any flowers to it as each one I've clicked on where giving me "oops note..." End up paying separately for two different orders! Choosing some leftovers as I found out that most of the flowers are out of stock! Next thing I've realised when tried to preview my card afterwards as doing it in the real time was impossible and kept throwing me out again and again? That there is a spelling mistake and instead! is I! Also still not sure if the whole text on flowers ticket is on so I quickly emailed to make sure they both will fly out on the right date together!
I've payed extra for guaranteed delivery on the exact date! This morning I found out that only news paper has been sent out! And nobody even checked an emails that I've sent nor fixed a mistake plus flowers are going to arrive separately hopefully the same day!

I ordered a Fathers day card and chocolates for Father's Day, the card arrived but the chocolates did not. I have just rang funky pigeon to find out where they are and was told they were sent to a different address that apparently was on there system. I have never lived at this address nor has any of my family and the chocolates were refused and sent back to funky pigeon. However I was told that this was my fault and they would not give me a refund or send another box of chocolates to the correct address so not only did my dad not get this Father's Day present but I am out of pocket £12.99. The level of customer service was extremely disappointing and I am absolutely furious.
photo upload cushions
I made an order on the 8th March for four photo upload cushions, order number UK000022244473. I received one of the cushions on the 14th March and I am yet too receive the rest. I rang and spoke to customer services about this and she has re-sent them which I am very grateful for, but it means waiting another up to 5 days. I paid £84.26 for this order for them not too even turn up when I was told. I am not very happy with this and would appreciate a partial refund, at least for the P&P.
