Ocean Harbor / Pearl Holding Group review: Said my car was total loses.

Good afternoon, I would like to file a claim against the Ocean Harbor / Pearl Holding Group insurance company. I have a vehicle policy with them and on August 31, 2024 I had an accident in which the other person was at fault and when I called to ask what should have been done in that case Ocean Harbor / Pearl Holding Group took the case which should not have been the case from the beginning because it was not my fault when I called the other person's insurance company they did not want to take the case since my Ocean Harbor / Pearl Holding Group insurance did not allow them. I have been through a lot of anxiety since I work and go to university and without a vehicle it has become complicated for me every time, I call to find out how my case is going they do not give me a concrete answer and they have charged me for many things that I should not have. As of December 27, 2024, we still haven't resolved the vehicle issue, and it seems to me that it's been too long because I'm still paying for my vehicle and my insurance, and I don't have any other transportation. Mrs. Iveth Villalba never answers calls and takes a long time to answer emails when you ask her how the case is going. I would like to know if a lawsuit can be filed against the company since the negligence of the insurance company is very unprofessional and lack of communication.
