My husband and I had to sit through 3 hours of a time share presentation with the promise of a free vacation or cruise. When you get your vacation voucher, you then pay $50 up front to register your vacation and then get assigned a travel agent. I tried scheduling my vacation for 6 months through multiple phone calls and emails. Odenza does not answer phone calls, return voice mail, or answer emails. Even filling out customer service request by chat bot to get my $50 back, I did not get a response.

Recommendation: If you see a flyer like this below. Don't waste your money...or time!
