I have paid 49pound to unlock my iphone 5s which is locked to ntt docomo japan network. I didnt got any mail after my payment regarding unlocking. Your fraud company says that I have to pay more money in order to unlock my iphone and u wont refund the money which I have already paid. Will you be able to survive your wholel life with this much amount of money. I am feeling so much disgust that I trusted uk company and you are the number one fraud in world. Its my kind request from you to refund my money. M not a rich person who can afford this much loss.. Do something.. I have put so complaints on different complaint boards...

this website is scam. at first they asked me 19.99 bucks and after that they said its non refundable and now pay another 30 bucks. What the hell.

Every single guy think why to loss 19.99 bucks so we make payment of 30 bucks, now after taking few days they tell you that there is some major issue your phone cannont be unlocked. we will sent you a coupon but they never give you.

they are just collecting money. BEWARE guys dont trust this fake website. this is completely SCAM

My story is simple and I have the same issue as many others. These scam artists from OfficialIPhoneUnlock took my money and did no send me my unlock code. But every time I contacted them they said that I have already received the code!
No matter how many times I tried to explain, they didn't listen to me!
I wasn't surprised when I found the reviews.
OfficialIPhoneUnlock said that they can try to send me another code but only after I pay for that. What a joke!
My advice is to avoid these guys, don't give them your hard earned money.

I have ordered a phone unlock code for my iPhone from www.officialiphoneunlock.co.uk. They took my money very fast but did not send me the code. When I contacted them they said that it usually takes 24-24 hours to received the code and I decided to wait.
Two days passed and there was nothing, and when I tried to reach someone from OfficialIPhoneUnlock they did not reply!
These thieves stole my money and never sent me anything, they are just a bunch of scammers! I can't remember how many time already I have tried to reach them but everything was useless. Don't deal with these company, please stay away from them!

I paid them money and they promised to unlock my phone. Few weeks later someone from OfficialIPhoneUnlock contacted me and told that they could not unlock my phone. Then I asked for a refund and they said that refund will be issued only after me providing some proofs that my phone was not stolen. Ridiculous!
Anyways I gave them all the information they wanted and they said that I'll get my money in few weeks. Well, two months already passed and still nothing! When I contact them they do reply, and every time they say "be patient". I doubt that I'll ever get my money back.

I paid for my iPhone to be unlocked. Few weeks later I received a message saying that the phone was unlocked but it still doesn't work. So I paid some extra money for another check to be done. Few more weeks passed and I heard nothing from them so I emailed them myself. I was told that my phone was lost or stolen, so they could not unlock it! What a joke, I bought it myself and the funniest part was that the previous time she said the phone was unlocked! What a ridiculous and unprofessional company. Avoid OfficialiPhoneUnlock!

I purchased an unlocked for my iPhone 6 from OfficialiPhoneUnlock website. I paid $20 and later received a message from them stating I have to pay additional $40 to have my iPhone unlocked! I could not understand what was going on because I already paid $20. I actually paid extra and now I hate myself for that. I ended up paying $60 in total but unlocker never worked! I contacted their customer service and was told that my phone was probably stolen and that was the reason it did not work. Liars! My phone wasn't stolen and there was nothing wrong with it. They just stole my money! Horrible thieves!

I purchased an unlock for my iPhone 6 back in November. I paid £20 for it. Then received a message that unlock was ready and that I must pay extra £70 for it to be delivered to my phone! I was very angry, but couldn't do anything about that, so I paid. That was on December 1, 2015. Later received another email from them and was told they were still working on the unlock. Several days later, I got a message stating they couldn't unlock the iPhone with the service I paid for because it was reported as stolen. They said they had a different service designed specifically for stolen phones. Having made previous payments, I decided to pay the additional £30. That was already the third payment. It's now January 14, and still nothing! Use at own risk.

They asked to pay additional $30 and told me that they have already unlocked my phone, but it was lie. I emailed them yesterday and the rep told me that they couldn’t unlock it. Seriously, they lied to me and took $50 for nothing. Don’t trust them and avoid at all costs.

PLEASE BE WARNED: STAY AWAY from OFFICIALIPHONEUNLOCKS.CO.UK. With consumers switching cellular carriers to try and secure the cheapest monthly cell service, they may not realize that IPHONE they received as an upgrade from AT&T, is locked, and if you have a contract with AT&T and want to switch to TMobile, who says they will pay off your Early Termination Fees, unless that contract has legally ended, AT&T will block any requests to unlock your cell phone so you can use that phone with another cell service carrier. Third parties are not able to persuade AT&T to release your IMEI from their clutches. OFFICIAL IPHONE UNLOCKS promises to unlock your Iphone. I gave them the chance and they failed. They did stall, citing that any delays are caused by the carrier itself. AT&T will not willingly unlock the phone. Why waste money paying a third party like OFFICIAL IPHONE UNLOCKS to do something they can't do?

I have paid 129 pounds for unlocking my Iphone4 - Softbank phone. I was waiting for updates and following up with them for more than 5 months and hardly I got 4 to 5 response for sending aroung 50+ emails. Later after a big argument through emails that have cancelled the unlock and have not refunded the amount back to my credit card. They are saying its the company general account you can use the money for unlocking other phone, when I told them I do not want any further services but still they are refunding the money back. I read several other forums where they are stealing people'e money like this stating that its in the general account and we can use it later. I ended up paying a huge fine for my credit card. I would appreciate if fake or flse promoting companies like this be shut doen because they are making fake information. Since I gave a negative feedback about then in Facebook, they have blocked me from tehe facebook page. Hope you can understand where they are actually. There are many people who are affected by them and I do not want anyone else to be chated for their money. I need advice on getting my 129 pounds to be refunded back to my credit card. There are other ulock stores based out of US when I cancelled from them, the refunded the money within 7 business days. But this company is not even bothering to give my mone back rather making some false information, its would be better they would have begged the amount from me rather than taking it against my will.

I paid $38 to OfficialIPhoneUnlock.co.uk to preorder unlock sprint iPhone 5 two weeks ago. Now, they are telling me that I will have to pay $168 more and the unlocked phone cannot be used in USA. Why would I pay $200 to unlock iPhone that cannot be used here in USA?
