So, I was checking out Tomade.com and I gotta say, their customer service is pretty good. They always get back to me when I got questions and stuff. But, I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out that I didn't get the jewelry I ordered from them. Like, what's up with that? I was really looking forward to wearing those pieces and now I'm left empty-handed. I hope they can fix this issue soon because I don't want to have to go through the hassle of trying to get my money back or something. Overall, I'm kinda on the fence about Tomade.com. On one hand, their customer service is on point, but on the other hand, I didn't get what I paid for.

Tomade.com is a really good website. They have a lot of stylish and high-quality products that are also affordable. I was really happy with my shopping experience on Tomade. All the products I bought were really good and the quality and quantity were both great. The service was also really fast, which is always a plus. I really love Tomade and will definitely be shopping there again in the future.

Tomade.com has a massive collection of jewelry, boasting over 50,000 pieces. It's hard to believe that they can keep such a large inventory of high-quality jewelry. But, as it turns out, they just gather pictures from different Chinese suppliers.

The problem is that they don't bother to check the quality of the jewelry before sending it out. They promise quality products, but what they deliver is far from it. Broken jewelry, crystals falling off, and scratches everywhere are just a few of the issues that customers have reported.

It's a real shame because the selection is impressive, but the quality is just not there. If you're looking for jewelry that will last, you might want to look elsewhere. Tomade.com is not the place to go if you want to avoid disappointment.

I recently made a purchase on Tomade.com and it was a big one. I spent hours browsing their website to find the items that I wanted to order. When it came time to check out, I was disappointed to see that the shipping costs were quite high, around 30+ dollars. Despite this, I decided to go ahead with the purchase and pay the shipping costs.

The very next day, I received an email from Tomade.com informing me that their shipping company was DHL and that there would be extra import taxes that were also quite high, around 20-30% of the order amount. I was shocked and dismayed to learn this, as I had not been informed of these additional costs before making my purchase.

Realizing that I could not afford the high shipping costs and extra import taxes, I contacted Tomade.com to cancel my order and request a refund. To my surprise, they informed me that there would be a fee of 4.5% of the order amount to cancel the order. I was confused and frustrated by this, and asked them why there was a fee, but did not receive a satisfactory answer.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed by my experience with Tomade.com. I had spent hours finding the items that I wanted, paid for them, and yet they had not even prepared my order. To make matters worse, they charged me for something that should have been mentioned on their website before I completed my payment. In the end, I lost my money for no reason.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tomade.com to others.
