Genuinely been robbed
I bought two dresses and a pair of cargos and only kept one dress for my birthday. I returned the other two items in the SAME parcel as instructed. And they are refusing to refund the dress claiming they haven’t received it. But they have returned the cargos WHICH WERE IN THE SAME BAG. Been in contact with them and they’re outright saying it was never in there so I don’t have the dress or the money. Honestly an absolute rip off. I’ve always shopped at oh Polly but the overall quality of products, customer service and just general how they treat their customers is in the bin. Don’t shop here you won’t get your money back.

USmy daughter ordered a dress for her birthday and it has been lost in delivery. tracking information says that the post office received the package. the post office says that there was nothing in that package they don't have anything to deliver to my daughter. and now apparently in order to get refunded for something that you never received you had to buy purchase protection. to me that sounds like a scam pay extra money and we'll guarantee that you actually get the item you ordered? shoddy customer service my daughter spent her hard-earned money as a 19 year old to get a dress to wear for her birthday which is long past and never received the dress. will never order another thing from oh polly again.

I ordered 5 items of clothing from Oh Polly, totaling $400. I added express shipping as well. When delivered, I received 3 items from oh Polly, none of which were any of the 5 items i initially ordered. They asked for me to send the mistaken items back , but on the return page, there was no selection to return the items that were sent to me by mistake. All i asked was to still expedite my initial order as i ended up sending back the items that were sent by mistake. They said they could not refund my money although they can see that i sent back the items that were sent by mistake. I asked multiple times that i would rather receive my initial items then a refund. They refused to do so and had the nerve to tell me that i can replace my order even though i have yet to be refunded for my initial order. There is no phone number to make this process easy. It’s all via email that appears to be automated. Since i spent money to expedite my order, i would have thought they would just still send my initial order.

Tbh, my first ohpolly.com order was a total nightmare. I was super excited to receive some new clothes for my birthday, but ended up being disappointed. They messed up the invoice paper, which caused me to have to pay an additional 80 euros as tax. All in all, I honestly don't think it's worth my time and money to spend 270 euros on three dresses only to be met with all of these inconveniences. It was not only a lot of extra taxes but also a huge waste of time. I had to drive all the way to the customs house multiple times. It was especially frustrating because Oh Polly's mistake was the root cause of the issue in the first place.
To be honest, I would only recommend that you order from here if you have an abundant amount of money and patience to spare.

Let me tell you that the quality and the seams on the clothes I ordered (mostly from the swim collection) are really over my expectations. Getting a bikini for less than $50, yet having that kind of precision and quality? It's not something you can see everywhere.

The experience I had with Oh Polly was not a good one. I was excited when I placed an order for a white satin dress, hoping to wear it to an event last weekend. I was very careful selecting the right size, as the fabric wouldn't have much stretch. According to Oh Polly's size chart, a size 6 is 33-25.2-36.2. I thought this would be perfect because I'm a 33-25-35/6. However, I was wrong!
The size chart notes that if you have a bigger bust, you should try sizing up. Don't get me wrong, big busts are lovely, but so are little busts. My bust size is average, and the size 6 should fit me according to their size guide. Unfortunately, when I received the dress, I unwrapped it and excitedly put it on, but guess what? The top part of the dress cannot be zipped up, not even close. We're talking over an inch of distance between the zipper, and even if I did manage to zip it up (which was impossible), my nipples would be exposed to the world!
I contacted Oh Polly's customer service right away to tell them that the dress does not fit and to let them know that the size chart doesn't reflect what I have received. Annie, who was the representative handling my case, responded by telling me to return the dress at my own expense and to place a new order up 1 or 2 sizes. But I am not a size 10! Oh Polly will only refund the cost of shipping (for another dress, not the return) as a gesture of goodwill for a dress that I would not have received in time for my event (which I had already mentioned to them).
After many emails, I realized that Oh Polly's customer service was terrible. They were not helping me with my concerns, and they provided me with no other option than to return the dress at my own cost. Oh Polly is only fulfilling their legal requirement of being mandated to give a refund under UK Law (minus shipping, unless the item is faulty).
Interestingly, under the Consumer Rights Act (2015) in the UK, the item must be as described, and the goods supplied must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown to you at the time of purchase. If they do not, then they are faulty. In my case, the dress was faulty because it did not fit according to the size chart provided by Oh Polly.
Now, I will be out of pocket for the express shipping charge of £7.99 plus $23-30 AUD to send it back to the UK, which is $38-45 AUD in shipping alone! For nothing! I used the size chart that Oh Polly provided, and I made sure to correctly measure myself before placing the order. Oh Polly's sizing is ridiculously off, and their chart is incorrect. I will now be out of pocket for a lot of money due to them denying this.

This time around, I wanted to buy a dress from Oh Polly. Now, normally I wear UK 4-6 and US 0-2, so I wasn't expecting any issues with sizing. However, upon receiving and trying on my UK 6 dress, I quickly realized that there was a major problem with the fit. Ladies, let me tell you - the dress was so small that it felt like it was made for a pre-teen.
I'm not going to lie, I was pretty disappointed. I mean, I've worn Oh Polly dresses in the past and they were perfect. So what happened this time? I have a sneaky suspicion that the sample sizes may need some rethinking. Surely they must realize that a UK 6 dress that's actually a US size 0 just isn't going to work for the majority of adult women out there. I feel like the designs should be resized to reflect true women's proportions - because let's face it: most of us have curves.
Speaking of curves, I have a bit of a problem when it comes to my chest area. If you know what I mean, you know what I mean. So, when I got the dress, I was hopeful that the cups would be able to accommodate my lady lumps. Unfortunately, that was hardly the case. My poor boobs were spilling out of the cups like no tomorrow. And don't even get me started on the hip area, that was so tight it could barely contain anything.
Now, I'm not saying that Oh Polly dresses are terrible. They have some amazing designs that are perfect for a night out or even a special occasion. But, if you're ordering online like I did, I think it's best to be careful with sizing. And who knows? Maybe someday Oh Polly will realize that most women aren't children-sized adults with no curves!

Man, let me tell you about Oh Polly. They straight up scammed me of $700, man. I mean, first of all, their app glitches like crazy. And then their customer service? Don't even get me started, dude. They ain't worth a damn. All they do is ignore you and send a bunch of automated messages. Like, come on now, I got real issues over here. And I gotta wait days and days for a reply? That's just ridiculous.
And it's been a whole week and my issue still ain't resolved. Can you believe that? Honestly, I ain't surprised. Oh Polly is shady as hell. They even deleted their reviews on Facebook, man. They know they ain't got nothin' to offer, so they try to hide their true rating of 1.8 stars. Don't let those fake positive reviews fool you, either. I swear they got some bot flooding them sites every time somebody leaves a bad review.
But you wanna know the real deal? Just go search for the Oh Polly Facebook page on your mobile phone browser. You'll see the true colors of these scammers. Ain't no hiding from that, dude.

I decided to go with the "Sandcastle Ruched Cropped T-Shirt Bikini Top in Cream" and the "Sandcastle Strappy High Rise Thong Bikini Bottoms in Cream." At first glance, this bikini set definitely caught my attention and I was excited to give it a try.
After trying it on, I have mixed feelings about this set. While the top is super cute and could definitely double as a shirt, the bottoms were a different story. I have to admit, I was a little disappointed with the amount of material provided in the bottoms. There was barely enough to cover anything and my behind was basically exposed. I felt quite uncomfortable wearing them and on top of that, I was sweating quite a bit in the top.
Recently, I made a video review featuring 7 different bikinis from 7 different online stores on my channel, Alana Arbucci. Out of all the swimsuits I tried, this one was definitely one of my least favorites. It may be cute for taking Instagram photos, but I would say that it's just not worth the money, especially if you're planning to wear it for practical use.
Overall, I would say that if you're looking for a cute top that could work as a shirt, go for it! However, if you're hoping to use this set as a practical bikini, I would say that it's probably best to pass on this one.

Hey guys, I just wanted to give my honest review about Oh Polly. Let me start by saying that their clothing and shoe selection is off the hook! I mean, seriously, they have some amazing, awesome pieces that I can't find anywhere else. However, I have to admit that I was really disappointed with their shipping and return policy.
I live in Greece and the last time I ordered from them, it took a whopping 1.5 months for me to finally receive my package. That's a really long time to wait for anything, let alone some new clothes! And to make matters worse, when I finally got my package (which was order number OHP7790GB***001, by the way), it just didn't look as good on me as I had hoped. So, I decided to return it.
But here's where things got really frustrating. In order to return my order, I had to pay for the postage myself. And after contacting several different transport companies, I was told that it would cost me anywhere from 50 to 80 euro to send it back. Ugh! That means I basically have to pay twice for something that didn't even work out for me.
All in all, I think that Oh Polly is an amazing site with some really innovative clothing options. But if they want to keep their customers happy, they really need to pay more attention to their shipping and return policies. It's just really disappointing to spend that much money on something and then have to jump through all these hoops just to return it. I hope they take this feedback to heart and make some changes, because I would love to keep shopping there if they do.
