Ask any ohio lottery retailer how many claims forms they have filled out for a pick 4 winner. I only know of one of the many I have asked. It's obvious that they rig the balls/machine so that a combination with a low payout comes up. There is a 5 minute gap between the time you can play the numbers and the balls are drawn. That is plenty of time for their computer operators to analyze and sort all combinations played and adjust the balls/machine accordingly. For example, if a lot of people played 1234, all they have to do is rig it so that 4 does not appear in the last position and they save a whole lot of money in payouts. The computer can tell which combinations were not played and have the lowest box payout, then the machine/balls can be rigged to that number. I would guess that all games are done like this as I know many people who play the lottery and no one knows anyone who has won a pick 4 straight.
I seriously doubt that there is a midday drawing since it is not televised anymore.
Don't play ohio lottery games!

If the government investigates the Ohio lottery, the people behind this scam, will probably get decades in prison, for this scam. The military needs to get involed, so the public wont be threaten or harmed for filing complaints. There is a group of people, trying to force me into giving up my material for there own use, which would make them be able to cheat the public..

August 14th, I bought 14 of the five dollar scratch off's for my husband's birthday. Of the 14 tickets, not one freaking winner! I would've been better off sticking the cash and then envelope for him. It made a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach that I had wasted my money on this for him. I felt even worse for him that he didn't have a single winner. I Purchased five of one type, five of another type and four of another type . I will NEVER EVER buy scratch off tickets for him. This left a bad taste in my mouth! I am still pissed over this.

Please do away with rediculous amount of wins that are face value on scratch off tickets. In my experience it seems 9 out of times10 of my winners is the ticket price which probably amounts to a huge prize pool. Nobody wants to win the 5 dollars they just gambled to take a chance winning an amount that could at least make a difference in your day week year or life. Seems like 97% pf the winners are ticket value. I would much rather have less chances if I could win more when I did win.

I’m starting to believe it is fixed I have a system that gives me accurately the winning numbers as they come out. They use the date sum to pick their numbers not the balls and if you pick out the winning numbers in that formula, they change the date to the next date ... it’s [censor] fixed they don’t want you to win. I been following the LOTTERY for a whole month now and every single drawing my formulas find the numbers they pick out straight! But they never let me win, in fact on days when I’m confident I played the winning combination, I noticed the website has a few extra minutes to update, I lost hundreds of dollars betting to realize I’ll never have enough money for them to actually have compassion to play fair I wish there was a way to take legal action to this poor mans tax it’s totally [censor]. It is not n not way the luck of random balls.

Back around 1992 or 1993, I was watching the live pick 3 get selected. The lady announcer called out the numbers as each ball came up, the first two balls matched what she said, the third ball did not match the number she called. She didn't correct the number she said to match the ball (so it was not a simple slip of the tongue). I checked the next day for what the winning numbers were that were paid out, it was the numbers the lady announced and not the numbers that were drawn by the machine. From that day on, I knew the lottery was rigged. I don't waste my money on lottery or gambling in general. Does anyone else recall this in the early 90's? There were no news reports or any newspaper articles about it, it was silence.

I do not play anymore, but I used to and about every 3 months would win a $100 called them honeys. The honey's are gone. Somehow some stores are getting the money first, or, and the lottery isn't putting out the winners. Been this way for about 2 years. Stopped playing a year ago. Either store or lottery robbing us. Lottery worthless.

Ohio Lottery got to be rigged...We need to start a transparency movement or something...they have too much time to rig machines..Keno sometimes take a couple mins in between rounds...The Pick 3 and 4 takes 5 or 6 minutes...We don't know if the balls are rigged..The Mid Day numbers are not televised...Long story short the only thing we can do about it is not PLAY AT ALL! I know it's a lot of better things we can do with our hard earned money! We got to hit them where it hurt..Look at it this way...Everyday u don't play is Money Saved

Nothing but repeats. Same numbers keep falling . For example on 2/4/23 the midday pick 4 drawing was 2165. Guess what the pick 4 evening drawing on 2/3/23 was 1265. Not even trying to change it up. In Jan a combination of 4567 fell 3 times. Why haven’t we gotten a triple. I’m winning more online and in Kentucky than Ohio. Do better

Every time they put out a new $10 CASHWORD scratch off, the distance between winning tickets is greater, yet somehow the odds remain the same. It definitely isn’t 1:3.69! Today is the 3rd time I’ve bought 5 tickets in a row with no wins. I buy 5 often & mostly win nothing or $10. The stats are a lie- flat out. I know many people who play regularly & we’ve all been comparing, no one is winning. There needs to be some oversight. It’s criminal.

I purchased the ticket which is a winner, The clerk at the retail location damaged the bar code when scratching the ticket. That clerk said she could not cash the ticket because the loto machine couldn't read the barcode. the clerk gave the ticket back to me and told me to contact you.

Please help.

Call me a conspiracy nut, but whatever. I don't believe the odds the lottery posts for any of its games. I used to win on scratch offs fairly often--no huge wins, but I would at least win $20-50 regularly enough to make it fun and interesting. But since 2015 or so, I rarely win any amount, and when I do, it's never more than the cost of the ticket.

For the past six months, I've recorded my wins along with two friends at work. We each buy a ten dollar scratch-off ticket each week on payday. I've won a grand total of $12 (two wins) from 26 tickets. One of my friends at work won $50 (one win) on 26 tickets, and the other has not won a thing in six months. With odds advertised between 1:3 and 1:4 for these games, how is it that collectively, we've only won three times on 78 tickets? To my math, that works out to 1:26 odds. If that's not proof that the lottery is just an idiot's tax, I don't know what is. This idiot is done with it.

My email is mdorgan21@gmail.com

As you can see by the pictures below, which were taken at different times hence the time located at the top.

I’ve reached out to the Ohio lottery directly and this is the email I’ve gotten. (below)
