I have been a player of the Ohio Lottery for years. My wife has never played but my wife and I were married 48 years until she passed away with cancer. The problem is we have always shared an email address but the email address was in her name because I am not smart enough to do the computer stuff other than to just type in information. Used to be you could mail in cash explosion entry tickets but you can't do that anymore and I can't use my email anymore to enter my entry tickets because it will show under my wife's name. I called to just get my name added on the with my wife on the email account and was told it could not be done. My problem is I have 2 entry tickets that I can't enter because I can't mail them in and I can't enter them in my account because it is under my wife's name and she passed away 3 years ago. How in the world can I get this issue solved. My wife passed away I am not smart enough to do another account and I am elderly on fixed income and can't hire someone to help me.
Desired outcome: Tell me what to do.

The Ohio Lottery Commission has really put you in a tough spot. You've been a loyal player for years, but now you’re stuck because of an email technicality. All you want is to enter your tickets, but their system won’t accommodate a simple change to add your name. It’s frustrating that something so straightforward is being made complicated. Hopefully, they find a way to assist you with this, because after all these years, you deserve a solution, not more hurdles.
