Old Pro did a great job replacing my roof. Ruston handled my job and everything was communicated perfectly and I did not have to correct one thing they did. The cleanup was great too which is really important to me. I highly recommend using Old Pro.

Colt Morrison and his team were very professional. Colt contacted my insurance company for me and made the whole process very easy. They showed up on time on the day we agreed to, they left my property very clean, and got the job done on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their roof to be replaced.

We recently had Old Pro Roofing replace our hail damaged roof. Colt came out and did a free estimate and helped us navigate the insurance claim. He followed through on every promise he made from showing up on time to cleaning up all their mess... plus my roof looks so much better. I couldn't be happier with the process.

I am extremely happy with Old Pro Roofing they were professional with the paperwork that needed to be done and how they do work! Theres a ton of roofing companies and I would by far choose Old Pro Roofing over any of them again! I do not like for someone/company to pressure me into something and Old Pro Roofing did not do this!

I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything to us, stayed in constant communication with us, and I already recommend him to everyone I know which means a lot because that is not something I typically feel comfortable doing. 10/10!

Extremely happy with Old Pro roofing! We are a repeat customers, they have now worked on both our houses now. This go around, we had quite a bit done - upgraded roof, gutters, vents, new chimney cap, deck staining...what a great job! Old Pro Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. Colt Smith arranged all the details for the other repairs that were needed in addition to the roof. It made for a seamless experience. Colt was very attentive to details and pleasant to do business with. The entire project was finished efficiently and cleanup was always taken care of at the end of each day. Colt also helped speed up the process of getting our mortgage company to release funds. We would definitely hire Old Pro Roofing again.

Old Pro does business right! We experienced quality materials, timely response and respectful employees. We worked with Ruston who is A+ at customer service. He is quick to respond to texts or calls. We really felt like he loved helping us. That is why we have referred friends and family to call Ruston directly. He was so kind to my sweet parents who were leary of just anyone replacing their roof. i had no hesitation sending Ruston over to their home. He is one of the good guys and you can tell he is very proud of Old Pro.

I had to get my roof replaced due to storm damage. I worked with Colt M from Old Pro Roofing and he was fantastic to work with! Colt was extremely professional and helped me get everything fixed! He even personally helped repaint my weather vane on my roof. I would highly recommend Colt and Old Pro Roofing if you need roof repair or replacement. Colt helped greatly with the insurance claim and walked me through every step of the process. Gave me faith that a company like Old Pro Roofing actually takes care of regular people. Old pro did a fantastic job on my new roof. Ruston made it a truly seamless experience from the initial visit through to completion. He and his team were friendly, courteous and made the whole experience effortless for me. They showed up and finished exactly when they said they would and and the workmanship was perfect. I honestly didn't have any issues or concerns and am thrilled with the look of the new roof. Ruston did a great job of explaining the process and checked in frequently to answer any of my questions. They protected all of my landscaping and especially my pool and they cleaned up great. I haven't found a stray nail yet. The roof looks great and I will highly recommend Ruston and the Old Pro team to anyone.

Old Pro Roofing did an excellent job on my roof and fence work. Colt Mathis was our contractor and took the time to break everything down money wise, which put our mind at ease. He truly cares about things getting done right and is a straight shooter with you on process. The whole team was prompt, efficient and left without a trace of being there. Tony came in even after the crew had gone around with the magnet roller 3 times just to make sure nothing else was left. Top notch customer service from the whole crew and very much appreciated Colt going out of his way to make sure all aspects of solar panel removal was set for the roofers to swiftly come in and install. Would 100% recommend them to anyone. Give Colt a call for him to come by and check out any damage or concerns.

Old Pro Roofing, and Colt M are one of the best teams I have worked with just about anywhere in the world today. AS a business coach and a consultant, from the time Colt came by and just jumped on my roof and pointed out a totaled roof from a recent hail storm, to getting his team and a host of others on my job. Drywall work and painting interior, roof damage, gutters, glass, screens, and fence, this guy was a machine who didn't stop and saw every aspect of this job through with personal visit with the other contractors, and much more. Extremely competent, and again, one of the best teams I have ever seen. We used Old Pro Roofing for replacing our roof, painting the siding/trim, getting new gutters and screens. As par for the course, the insurance company disagreed how bad the damage really was, but Ruston and all of his great crew at Old Pro Roofing went to bat for us, helping us get appraisers to discuss the issues with the insurance appraisers. Our appraisers convinced the insurance appraisers that it was a covered expense! Old Pro Roofing lined up the roofers, painters and gutter installers so it was a smooth transition from one contractor to the other. Ruston and his crew kept us informed as to when everyone was suppose show up and kept an eye on the job as it progressed. Looks like a new house! Bottom line, I would definitely use Old Pro Roofing again for any roofing/painting/gutter/screen projects again! Many thanks to a great company!

I had a storm roll through & total my roof. I called Colt, explained that I would need to have this done but that I was very busy with other areas of my life & that it would likely be several months before I could get my side of this handled. He came out, assured me that 100% of insurance adjustors would consider the roof a total loss, made a few patch repairs for me to hold me over, and then didn't bother me at all about it. I really appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushing me to make a quick buck, understood the constraints on my time, and would just follow up every month or two with gentle & friendly reminders.

Another great part of my experience was that he provided literally everything I needed in order to get my claim submitted... Everything! The storm date, type of roof, etc. All I had to do was login to my insurance, and fill in the fields with the info he provided. I can't imagine this having been any easier.

The service didn't stop there. Once the insurance has issued the first check, he also walked me through each phase of the process - even including getting the check endorsed by my lender. He knew which department I needed to speak with, and exactly what I needed to say to them. This, too, was incredibly convenient & saved me time.

When I signed the contract & chose the colors, he sat down with me & walked me through each payment that would be made. I told him at that time that I would probably need reminders because I have a lot of moving pieces in my life. He understood, and then at each step never minded me asking what was next.

I called a few weeks after signing the contract because I realized I hadn't upgraded my shingles... He was able to, on that phone call, tell me what my out of pocket cost would be to upgrade, and upon my verbal acceptance he immediately made the necessary changes.

The crew came out & did a fantastic job. The roof looks great, I'm extremely happy with it. We even had to reschedule due to an issue on my end, but they were able to bump me to the following week. The quality guy did a great job too, he came back after the crew was done to run a magnet one more time... And he did find a few extra nails that had been missed.

I can't say enough about how great this experience has been. I don't mean to oversell, but there are so many shady roofers out there... 10 out of 10, I will use Old Pro again, and would recommend to anyone.
