I have you guys. Very disappointed. Last time I got a tune up it took months literally month. 3 I called march didn't happen til June. Now I'm "out " of the time frame by 10 days so they won't tune up my heater. I paid 1200 dollars for you guys to screw me when I need something. Ill be Choosing a different company because this one is a shifty company. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I will do everything I can to make sure people don't use this company. Complete waste of money. I'd give you negative stars if I could.
Claimed loss: 150 to get a tune up myself.
Desired outcome: For you guys to honor the contract of the tune up. I barely missed it by 10 days, not helping with the tune up is shameful.

Old Republic Home Protection has shown that they can't even assist in a timely manner while being able to provide basic services. I commend you for terminating your agreement with them — your cash should go somewhere far better. Advise others, terminate your agreement without hesitation, and look for a home warranty company with a good name. Don't allow them to further pull a fast one on you.
