I paid Omega Doors & Windows Inc on May 10, 2022, but they ain't responding to my calls. It's been a hassle trying to get in touch with them. I'm not happy with their customer service.
I bought 3 doors from Omega Windows & Doors on 7/9 for $3500
I bought 3 doors from Omega Windows & Doors on 7/9 for $3500. I paid half-deposit of $1750. The installation was scheduled for 8/3 but was pushed back. The installer showed up on 8/9 with only 2 doors and didn't know about the third one. I called Isaac from Omega, who said the other door didn't come in. On 8/24, the installer showed up with the wrong door. Isaac wanted me to pay for the wrong door, but I refused. He's harassing and threatening me to pay for the door that was never delivered or installed.

I had Omega Doors & Windows Inc replace two sliding doors with impact doors for hurricane protection. The doors arrived at different times and were installed by different people. The first door was installed with the stationary door behind the sliding door, which is great for extra security. It also had a sliding screen door. The second door was installed the opposite way, with the stationary door in front of the sliding door and no screen door. During the installation of the second door, a man showed up asking for payment while the job was still being done. When the installer mentioned that there was no screen door, we called the office and found out that the business partners were fighting and the partner who knew where the screen door was, was not allowed on the property. They said they ordered another one, but it took a month for the installer to contact us. This all started in March , and it's now August, and they won't answer our calls. They have many phone numbers, and they advertise in many home magazines and door-to-door. We still don't have a screen door, and the second door is poorly installed. They use different independent contractors, and the second one did a terrible job. Product_Or_Service: Impact sliding doors.
