Oncor review: Disappointed with oncor communication from their leadership - andrea sanders

Disappointed in the lack of communication from Oncor staff leader- Andrea Sanders. I live in district 4, and I was provided Ms. Sanders contact information from Carolyn Arnold King office back a few years ago. The rep came out to my neighbors and met with and said all she was going to do. Several years later we never heard another word from her, although multiple emails were sent. Still nothing from her after her initial visit. Fast forward and couple more year - once again, I reached out to Carolyn Arnold King office in district 4...their rep again gave me Ms. Sanders information with Oncor. Again, she has been non responsive, since the phone conversation back in February 2025. Please note, several follow up emails were sent to Ms. Sanders along with Ms. Kings office. As of this complaint, I have not heard back from either office. I do have all emails that has been sent to both parties over the several years. I welcome the opportunity to speak with a key rep that actually actively communicates with its customers...both Ms. Sanders and Ms. Kings. Thank you, Carl e King
