I've been completely satisfied with service and quality of unit. My bills have been cut in half and every year they contact me to make an appointment for yearly inspection. All of their employees I've had contact with are professional, courteous and seem to know what they're doing. It's a pleasure to work with them.

returned today to troubleshoot a low Freon condition that has been plaguing my central a/c system. He worked hard checking all connections and discovered a leak in the *** fitting leading to the evaporator coil. After addressing the leak, he recharged the system to specifications. After two previous visits, hopefully the third time is a charm s as mc this will resolve the issue.

Is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is very thorough and takes the time to explain to us about our system. Shes always on time and she always has a smile on her face. Today she rewired our UV light because it was staying on when the compressor would go off. After re-wiring it works like its supposed to. I had a problem with my heating unit at home and called One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating to fix it. They charged me over 1k dollars for the repair, but it wasn't fixed. They didn't give me my money back, so I had to call another company to fix it for 800 dollars more. I tried to talk to someone in charge, but they haven't called me back yet.

So, last summer we got hooked up with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating for some regular maintenance on our AC unit. They said they'd come out twice a year to clean and service it up. But when the first person came out, they didn't do anything at all. And then they tried to sell me some crazy expensive lightbulb for $800! After that, no one ever came back to do any work, but they kept charging my account anyway. No communication, no service, just taking my money. Not cool.

I called One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating for a $98 AC tune-up. The tech came and said I needed to clean the unit and add Freon to make it work better. I paid $998 and watched the tech fill my unit, release R22 out of his gauge, fill my unit again, and release R22 from the gauge again. Apparently, he overfilled it twice, and now it's worse than before. I called on Friday around 10 am, but the tech left me a voicemail at 9 pm on Saturday night, which was not a good time for me. I contacted the office again this morning, and after some debate with the secretary, I finally got an appointment for tomorrow between 10 and 2, depending on the owner's response. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay any more money, but they feel like they shouldn't send a tech. I'm very angry and feel like I've been ripped off. I paid for the R22 that was released into the atmosphere, and I paid $330+ for "gauge hook up" all because of a $90 coupon. The AC service was not worth it.

I told One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating that my AC needed fixing. They said they'd come, but they didn't show up when they said they would. The repair guy made me sign a contract before he even knew what was wrong. He tried to fix it, but said he couldn't and that I needed a new unit because mine was too old. He put new parts on my old unit, but somehow broke them. Now I have to pay for parts I don't need and my AC still doesn't work. They charged me almost $700 for the visit and I still don't have a working AC. The technician tried to sell me a new unit for $14,000 and was really pushy about it. He was rude and unprofessional and shouldn't have been allowed in my house after breaking my AC.

I had One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating come to my house to fix the AC unit in the apartment upstairs. My house is on 123 Main St. The tech fixed the problem and told me the cost. He also mentioned a comfort club for $19.99 a month that would service my whole house and reduce my bill. I asked if it included my unit and he said yes, so I signed up. I scheduled a call for them to come back on 4/2, but they canceled and rescheduled for a week later. When the tech arrived, he said the agreement only covered my house, not the apartment. He wanted me to pay $99 to look at the same unit they already looked at. I declined and canceled the appointment. I called to cancel the program, but they said I owed $29. I explained it was bait and switch and I wasn't paying. This is illegal and not okay.
