OntoDVD.com review: Unreliable website

I sent them a VHS tape and they were supposed to convert it into the DVD format. That was a birthday present for a dear friend of mine. About two weeks later I got my tape back.
I tried to contact OntoDVD but they ignored me. I have no idea what happened and why did they return the tap. There were no notifications, no messages, they ignored me and never replied. Terrible service, would not recommend them to anyone.
