Order number [protected] I payed for this order on 08/05/2018 and it says it was delivered 08/08/2016 usps info says it was delivered to another address I have tried several times to contact you guys but I never get a response. at this point I would like a refund because I don't see how the address was mixed up when clearly it was on your website if possible please contact me immediately.

Still not delivered and it has been over a month. I order about the middle of July 2018. I tried to contact but get stuck in a loop that keeps asking for my email and password. I've been charged twice on the 31 of July 2018 on my Credit Card. 118, 49 euros and 130.80 euros withouth any number of transaction, just the name of the company : Opensky Project
I have no idea of what could be these charges. I don't even know the OpenSky project company
So i would like to know what is it for if that make sense. Or i want a Refund.

Merchants beware! Opensky has many tricks up their sleeve. (1) delay orders from customer, to delay payments to merchant s. (2) account never correctly shows amount due to you (3) will lie about payment being issued (4) will lie about issuing a refund to customer and charge back to you, the merchant. No phones, no cust service, no contact info!

They sent my order to a different address and I haven't received another pair. My Visa card was charged for $28.20. I want them to send me what I have payed for. I don't know how much more information you need. I payed for something I never received and it looks like I got screwed. I will never order from OpenSky again and I hope this gets posted to let other people from ordering from this Company.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is no phone to call, no personal service and response time is awful. I ordered an item for mother's day on may 1 with a supposed $100 credit email I had received. This credit was not applied and I never got a response to the email asking why it had not been applied.in any case, I did receive an email confirming that it would arrive on time for mother's day, but it was shipped to utah instead of florida! I was told the supplier would immediately send another and asked whether I would receive it in time. Needless to say, I did not. Upon receipt, the item is unsatisfactory and certainly not what I expected as pictured on the website. I emailed again immediately upon receipt on may 14 requesting a return label and demanding full refund of the total amount that was charged to my card since may 1. It is now may 16 and I have not heard back. I have now paid for an item that in my opinion is not worth what was charged to my card 2 weeks ago and don't know how long or if I will even receive full refund.
I'm in total agreement with you. Bad customer service. They finally after about 3 days of me emailing them someone finally responded. Then they give you the wrong response to a complaint. I pacifically asked them to not refund money owed to an account that had been closed. Guess what? They tried to post my refund into the wrong account. I even asked them to email me making sure that we had the right account, no response. They still trying to use the old account. Who work in their customer service? My final email to them is I want to talk to the manager. I'm done talking to you.

I ordered a handbag over 3 weeks ago and never received it. According to the tracking, it has been stuck somewhere since 3/19. I e-mailed twiceand got a generic response and said I would get and answer within 2 days. Still nothing. When I call in the phone it says there is no customer service by phone. I did not opene both blouses. They look beautiful. I put them away for gifts.
One was just given as a gift. There is a manufacturers flaw. The blouse is marked, 3xl UNFORTUNATELY the Sleeves that were sewn on are more like a SMALL. I tried to put my arm thru the sleeve and could not it was too small...I am size 'Large'.
I would appreciate these two blouses with the right size sleeves.

On 12/22/17 I filled out an application online and provided the $300 for a credit card to be sent in the mail. Called back and of course a new one is provided have to wait up to 10 days call again and again wait more and more days, I received a statement in the mail saying I owe them $38 so my address is good. Today is 2/2/18 . Still waiting for my 3 day expedited card. Almost 2/7/18, payment is due for $38 on a card I have not received and have no explanations for or compensated in any way!

$892.82 was charged to my checking account by "Open Sky Project in Card." I have no idea WHY! I do not have a credit card with your company. I made two purchases - one in June of 2017 and one in August of 2017 - both with my ATM card out of my checking account. My account is now overdrawn because of this charge and I had to put a hold on it. I want immediate assistance in having this charge removed as I did not make it. I also want to know how this happened.

I placed an order with this seller for an atari heavy sixer. Included with that product listing were multiple games, controllers, and rare Box. After the sale was accepted the seller decided they did not want to honor the sale. After I made my purchase I notice there were quite a few other similar items for much more money. I can only assume that they also saw these and decided they wanted more money. So they refused to honor mine reneging on our agreement. The order that I had placed has now been broken up into multiple listings. All of the items are still there and are now for sale on their site for almost 700 times the price we agreed on.

I recently ordered some LED battery operated lights to go on my centerpieces for my wedding. I ordered silver and they sent me gold. Now I can't get a hold of anyone at OpenSky to fix this issue. I have tried emailing twice and I tried calling the customer service line. No answer. Obviously, my colors are silver and blue, so the gold ones don't work. I need this problem fixed fast! It's the worst online marketplace I have ever seen. I have no idea when they started to trade, but they had to fix and improve everything before doing their business. Ordering from them was a nightmare. No way to contact them, no communication. Who should answer my questions if they appear? No one knows. I ordered two Smart Power USB Charging Towers from the Open Sky website.
The company selling the charging towers is Vista Shops.
The ports for the USB connections are too small for my USB plugs for all of my devices (iphone, ipad, bluetooth, tablet, etc.). Consequently the charging towers are useless to me. I followed Open Sky's process for returning items (sending and email and waiting for a return label). It's been two days since I requested the return labels, and all I have received is an automated computer response.
Meanwhile, I have $38.00 outstanding. The only other company I have experienced this kind of delay regarding returns is Wish. I am frustrated with Open Sky's return process because it makes me feel like the company is not trustworthy.

Who can explain this thing to me? How does it actually work?
I put several items in my cart and periodically checked it to see how much money I would have paid if I had bought them at once.
While I was scrolling down the pages, I was distracted by my ringing phone and forgot about the website.
3 weeks later I received a package from Opensky with all of the items that were in my cart! I swear to god I have never ordered them. I am absolutely sure.
And of course, only then I noticed that my credit card was charged. So much money! Whose fault is this and who to blame? I repeat I am absolutely sure I left all of the items in the cart and never ordered anything!
I did the same thing u did. I purchased from NuWave and while I was looking around “Blue Sky” came up and I was browsing. I also saw something I liked so I put into my cart. I then went back to NuWave to finish up and didn’t go back to Blue Sky. Couple days later I had an email saying my purchase from Blue Sky was on its way. I didn’t complete my ordering and didn’t think too much of coming from Blue Sky. Only way they could get my bank info was from NuWave. I also have been to my bank. They are going to work with me to get my $ back. The 2packages that we’re sent to me were returned via US Postal service. It’s been over a week now so back to the bank I go.

The same thing happened to me with a few differences. I was looking at the articles for sale and I put one in my cart.I went to look at something similar and put it in the cart to compare. When I went to put the next article in, the first was gone. I went back and put the first article i the cart and the second item was gone. I let it go and was going to go back after looking through some more items. i gathered a few items in the cart and added the first item again. I kept looking and found another item, so I put it in the cart and noticed all items were gone. i thought, I give up. This has some glitch and I don't need anything anyways. The next day when I looked at my emails my bank had notified me about some transactions that looked fraudulent.To my surprise, everything I had put in the cart was ordered and it had been preauthorized because they had my account #. I tried to contact Open Sky.but there was no #, so I eailed them about every item. I called the bank and they preferred I come in. They listened to my story and were very kind in wanting to help. They too looked to find a #.They had to let the transactions go through before they could help. Now finding their #, I will call and find out why they have done this.
