OPT 7 Lighting review: Redline parlux triple row led tailgate light bar for tacoma bundle with 7 to 4 pin extension adapter harness

I purchased a set of these lights for my truck. According to the description, they were supposed to be 48 inches long total. I read the vehicle fit description, plus measured my truck to see if they would fit before ordering. The vehicle description was for Toyota Tacoma, years 2016 to 2023. I believe my truck fits this qualification being it is a 2017 Toyota Tacoma. I received said product, tried to install them and they would not fit. I printed the installation instructions and even watched the video from the companies own site for installation. I again tried to install the lights with no success. I have contacted the company numerous times and asked if possibly the lights were incorrectly made. I ask this after measuring each light bar. Both light bars each measure 24 & 3/8ths of an inch long. which overall totals 48 & 3/4" long. The overall length does not fit in a 48 & 1/2" space, where the lights are supposed to be mounted. The last resolution that I received by email, was to purchase a set of 5 magnets and mount them that way. I do not feel that I should have to spend another $25.00 plus shipping, when the lights have a self-adhesive tape on them for mounting. That sort of seems to defeat the purpose to me. I feel that I am getting the run around from the company. I aIso contacted one of their recommended installers in New Jersey and asked if they had any resolutions for the installation. I have not heard from them yet. I found their contact information on your site and tried calling the company. Upon dialing both numbers, all I get is a recording that either number is not in service. Any assistance you could possibly help provide resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
