because the diagram didn't help much. The website is confusing and hard to navigate. The products themselves seem decent, but the customer service needs improvement. Overall, not impressed with OPT7.

Yo, so I had to call up OPT7 to get some help with their product and they sent me a diagram that was supposed to help me out. But let me tell you, that diagram was about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. I'm gonna have to return these items because I can't figure out how to use them.

And don't even get me started on their website. It's like trying to navigate a maze blindfolded. I couldn't find anything I was looking for and ended up getting frustrated.

Now, I will say that the products themselves seem pretty decent. But when it comes to customer service, OPT7 needs to step up their game. I wasn't impressed with the help I received and it left me feeling pretty disappointed.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend OPT7. They need to work on their customer service and website before I'll consider buying from them again.

So, I bought this OPT7 product from opt-7.com and it was supposed to be the bomb. But guess what? It didn't even last a year! I was so disappointed. I reached out to their customer service and they said they would send me a replacement. But then, they changed their minds and said they wouldn't. What kind of customer service is that? I'm not impressed.

I gotta say, OPT7 ain't the best when it comes to customer service. I mean, they only send out those bot emails and don't even give ya a phone number to call. And don't even get me started on their lights - they're faulty as heck. I tried reaching out for help six times and got straight up ignored. I wouldn't recommend these lights to anyone.

I gotta say, my experience with OPT7 was a real doozy. I was trying to get some replacement Flux X LED lights, and let me tell you, it was like pulling teeth. These folks had no idea what was going on, and it was a real headache trying to get them to understand what I needed. I mean, come on, how hard can it be to replace some lights?

Honestly, I think all of us customers should band together and get ourselves a lawyer. This company is just plain piss poor, and they need to be held accountable for their shoddy service. I mean, if they can't even handle something as simple as replacing some lights, what else are they screwing up?

Overall, I would definitely not recommend OPT7 to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually knows what they're doing. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I recently purchased my second set of lights from this company, but unfortunately, I've had some issues this time around. The first set I received was dead on arrival due to a non-working control module. I tried the second set and they worked great for about a month, but then they stopped working. When I investigated the issue, I found that a control box was the problem. I filed a warranty claim, but it was denied due to alleged improper installation. However, this was not the case, as I had replaced the fuse with a 10-amp as they recommend. Unfortunately, they did not bother to ask me about this, before denying me the warranty coverage. While they recommend using a 10-amp fuse, it is not a requirement. Also, the supplied cigarette adapter would require a 20-amp fuse, which seems odd. I believe that the company should stand behind their product, and not look for ways to deny warranty claims.
