OrderTree Poor Customer Service and Delivery Issues with OrderTree

I have ordered from OrderTree twice to replace a power washer part, and sadly it has not been a smooth ride. On both occasions, I opted and paid for speedy next day delivery, only to be left frustrated and disappointed when the delivery arrived months later.

In the first instance, I received the wrong part in spite of the assurance of the customer service agent that it was the correct one. Bummer, right? It took me a lot of time and energy to go through their lengthy refund process, which was quite taxing.

Thinking that things couldn't get any worse, the second time was even more exasperating. They didn't ship my part, and it seemed that there was no information forthcoming from them. I was so desperate for the part as I needed to use my power washer over the weekend, and I had sought next day delivery.

I cannot fathom why OrderTree can't seem to get it right. Every time I called, a new excuse was proffered, and they kept giving me the runaround. I had to wait on hold for ages, and sometimes the call dropped without any tangible resolution.

It's really difficult to have to navigate such terrible customer service. It's quite frustrating that every process is a problem with OrderTree. They need to do better!

OrderTree OrderTree Review: Fast Shipping but Beware of Payment Card Issues and Return Policy Restrictions

Golly, I really wish I'd checked out OrderTree before everything went down. My Troybilt mower lost its gas cap, and I called around to ***-***-721, but they ain't have the part, so they told me to holler at ***500. Them folks had it, though! I remember there being some kinda snafu with my payment card, but I can't exactly remember what the deal was there. Anyway, I got my part quick as a whip, but when I went to put it on, it weren't fitting right. I checked the dang website and it said I had 10 days to make returns, so I figured I'd send it back and get a refund. But then I realized that one of my charge cards had a bunch of sketchy charges on it the day I made the purchase, so now I'm thinking maybe there's some kinda connection there.

When I called the 800 number a few days later, I was told that Troybilt sometimes uses 3rd parties and I'd need info on the order to see what happened. I double-checked all my accounts and found out where the order came from.

OrderTree OrderTree: A lifesaver for hard-to-find parts!

I was in a bit of a bind when my trusty old Sears store couldn't supply me with the parts I needed for my machine. But then I remembered that Lowes might have it, so I decided to give it a try. Luckily, their customer service folks were very helpful and let me know that I couldn't use my Lowes card to buy it. I wasn't too thrilled about that, but was just happy to have found what I needed.

One downside was that I wasn't able to get a tracking number for my package, which would have been helpful since it was going to be delivered directly to my home. I was really hoping to get it soon and was worried that it might take a while. But even though I didn't have a tracking number, my package arrived in perfect condition in just three days! That's fast service, if you ask me.

To top it off, the price was almost half of what I had seen on other online sites. Thank you OrderTree for such a great deal! And if you happen to visit Lowes in Burlington N. C., you have to talk to Janet. She was amazingly helpful! And when I needed to check on my tracking info, Samantha at OrderTree was superb! Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be using OrderTree for any future part needs.

OrderTree Disappointing Experience with OrderTree: Delayed Order, Backorder, and Poor Customer Support

I had a recent experience with OrderTree and it was not great. I ordered 3 items, which cost me between 8.00-9.99 dollars, and had to pay a shipping fee of 9.99 dollars. I placed the order from their website, which mentioned that I will get my items within 3-5 days. However, as a regular human being with no biases against any website, I expected it to take a few more days than mentioned. Unfortunately, it has been 11 days and I haven't received my order yet.

The urgency of my need has passed so I don't need the items anymore. When I decided to call the customer support to enquire about my order status, the representative who answered (who sounded like she just woke up) informed me that one of the items I ordered was on back order for 15 BUSINESS DAYS! I found this really frustrating. I could have accepted the delay if they had updated me about the delay beforehand. However, there was no email or any other update regarding it.

I expressed my dissatisfaction with the representative when she told that she only took phone orders and did not have any control over the emails or any other forms of customer communication. I found the response quite rude and thought it could have been said in a more polite manner. I decided to cancel the order as I did not want to wait for so long. I informed her about my decision to cancel and she agreed to it without any hesitation.

Overall, I found the customer support to be less than ideal and felt that I wasn't treated respectfully. I had high expectations when I initially placed the order with OrderTree. However, now that I have dealt with them, I don't know if I would return. For anyone else who might be interested in using them, I just hope you have better luck than I did.

OrderTree OrderTree website review: Criminal and Useless - Avoid at All Costs

So I ordered some parts for my chainsaw from these guys called OrderTree, they're like the only place I could find that sells the parts I needed from Greenworks. I got a ring and washer and an 80v battery, which came to a grand total of $460. That's a lot of money, but I needed those parts, ya know?

Anyway, the thing is, I ordered them like 3 months ago and still haven't gotten anything. I reached out to them to find out what was going on, and after waiting like a week they finally got back to me with a form email that was like, "Oops, sorry we haven't gotten back to you about your order. We'll get right on it!" But then another month went by and still nothing.

So I contacted them again and was like, "Listen, I can't track my package with USPS and UPS and I have no idea where it is. Can you help me?" And they sent me the same damn email again! It's like they don't even care about my order.

Worst of all, they didn't even include the battery on the invoice. Like, what's up with that? Now it looks like they didn't even try to send me the battery.

Honestly, these people are criminal and useless. Don't waste your hard-earned cash on them.

OrderTree OrderTree Review: Terrible Customer Service and Communication for Back-Ordered Item

Ordered me a 20V 6ah Li-Ion battery from OrderTree about three weeks ago, on the seventeenth day of September in the year one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, for $80 + shipping, you hear me? The process was simple enough - I made the order, I paid the fee, and they even sent me an email to confirm that they had received my money, so all was golden and dandy, right?

Wrong.

Imagine my surprise when I start to realize that it's been a couple of weeks with no sign of my battery, only for me to find out that it's apparently on 'back order'. Now, I'm no expert in online shopping, but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to tell people when something's out of stock, ain'tcha? Not these guys, though - they kept me waiting and waiting with no explanation, no update, nothing.

To make matters worse, I tried to get in touch with their support team. I shot them an email, you know, just a quick note to ask what's up with my order. And then I sent them another one. And another one. And another one. Five emails in total, and no response. No phone number available, no customer service chatbot, nothing.

Eventually, they tell me that the battery won't be ready for another thirty business days. Thirty days! That's a month, friends. But wait, it gets even better - when I reach out to them again after three weeks, they hit me with a "Sorry, it's not arriving until 11/20. We'll ship it after that." Sixty days, yo. Not even a single suggestion for a refund or a partial discount, just a casual "slap some more waiting time on it, why don't ya?"

Needless to say, I was done with these folks. Ain't nobody got time for that. I needed that battery for my chainsaw, because Hurricane Irma left a bunch of debris in my backyard and I couldn't wait around for a company that apparently doesn't know how to manage their inventory. So, I went ahead and purchased another small chainsaw from a different company, and let me tell you, the experience was night-and-day.

Long story short: stay away from OrderTree, guys. They're a mess.

OrderTree OrderTree Failed to Deliver Promised Overnight Part During Wildfire - Terrible Experience

I had a terrible experience with OrderTree. My house recently burned down in a wildfire, and I'm currently stuck in a field with nothing but a generator keeping me powered up. Unfortunately, one of the CO2 modules went out and stopped the generator from producing any power. I needed it fixed as quickly as possible, so I went to ordertree.com and ordered the replacement module overnight. They promised me that it'd arrive by 9-9:30 AM the next day, so I paid a lot extra for that.

The problem was that the place where it was supposed to be delivered was now an hour away from me, so I had to make a two-hour round trip. When I got there at 10 AM, there was no part. I immediately called OrderTree, and they apologized, saying that they had shipped it using a cheaper overnight service. It should arrive by 7 PM that same day. I drove back in the evening, but there was still no part. I had spent 4 hours driving and wasted a half tank of gas, and an extra $50 on the shipping. Worst of all, I had no part to fix the generator.

The next day, I called them again, and they opened a case with UPS. They told me they'd ship me another module, but they didn't follow through with that promise. Instead, they told me I had to resolve the issue with UPS first. I was livid. I was sitting in the dirt, with no power, broke, and angry with no idea how long it would take them to resolve the issue. I didn't appreciate being left in this position. I don't want to deal with this, and they won't even return my money so that I can do something else.

I'm pretty sure that the problem lies with both OrderTree and UPS, but the fact that they'd rather leave me screwed than help me has me furious. I don't need this kind of frustration in my life right now. I'll never use OrderTree again.

OrderTree Ordertree.com Review: A Nightmare Experience with Returns and Customer Service

My experience with Ordertree.com was a real headache. I thought they were connected with Lowe's, but boy was I wrong! We ordered a Greenworks lawn mower part that turned out to be the wrong one. Our local Lowe's store refused to take it back because it wasn't one of their products. We were stuck with a part we couldn't use, and no way to return it.

Unfortunately, Lowe's had never heard of Ordertree before, so they called the company on our behalf. We were put on hold for more than half an hour, and when we finally got through, we were hung up on several times! Lowe's customer service was doing everything they could to help us, but they were having just as much trouble as we were.

Eventually, we found a return form that we could fill out online to get an approval number for our return. We thought our troubles were over, but we were still stuck. Every time we submitted the form, we got an error message! We tried to call Ordertree.com customer service to get some help, but we were stuck on hold for ages. We even got hung up on again!

It seems to me that Ordertree.com goes out of their way to make returns as difficult as possible. They don't want to speak to their customers, and they don't want to help them out. Even if we did manage to get through to someone, we'd still have to pay a restocking fee and shipping costs. It's clear that Ordertree.com is hoping we'll just give up and keep the part.

If I were you, I'd avoid Ordertree.com at all costs. There are plenty of companies out there that are much easier to deal with. Don't make the same mistake we did and end up stuck with a useless part. Save yourself the hassle and go with a company that actually cares about its customers.

OrderTree Unprofessional and incompetent: My Terrible Experience with OrderTree

I recently placed an order on OrderTree for a deck belt and deck brake pads for my Cub Cadet XT1 with a 46in deck. Unfortunately, when I received my package, only the deck belt was included, and the brake pads were missing. I patiently waited for a few days, hoping that the brake pads had been delayed, but they never arrived. I decided to give them a call to inquire about the missing brake pads. The customer service representative assured me that the brake pads were shipped together with the deck belt. However, they weren't in my package, so I had to ask them to send me another set.

When the replacement brake pads finally arrived, I quickly installed them. But to my dismay, the deck belt turned out to be the wrong size - it was a 42in belt that couldn't fit on a 46in deck. I immediately called OrderTree again to complain about the incorrect item they sent me. The representative I spoke to tried to blame me for providing the wrong model number. However, I showed them my receipt, which clearly indicated that I had given them the right information. I was disappointed with their customer service representative, who appeared to be inexperienced and incompetent.

I then informed the representative that the drive belt they had sent was not compatible with my mower. I had checked the Cub Cadet website and found out that the belt they sent was not suitable for my mower at all. The representative then told me that I needed to send the wrong drive belt back, and I would have to pay an additional $25 for the correct one. This was unacceptable and utterly ridiculous; I didn't want to spend more money due to their error.

I finally decided to send back the deck belt for the 42in mower and requested a refund for it. However, I will never use OrderTree again in the future; it was a horrible experience. I strongly advise against using their service and instead suggest going to where you bought the mower and see if they supply replacement parts. This company is clearly unprofessional and their customer service is terrible. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable supplier elsewhere.

OrderTree Terrible Experience with OrderTree: Avoid Them for Small Outdoor Equipment Parts!

I tell ya, folks, if ya need a small part for yer lawn mower or any other outdoor equipment, don't even bother with OrderTree. I had a terrible experience with these folks. Sent a request for a small plastic part that I absolutely needed to get my lawn mower running. However, OrderTree had to use UPS for delivery, which ain't terrible, except that when it came to delivering small packets, UPS ain't allowed to deliver to people's homes. They just drop it off at the local post office. I ain't kidding you.

Now, here's where things went real wrong for me. The UPS person decided to slap a big ol' label right over my address, which means my postman couldn't read where it was going. So, guess what? That package ends up back at the sender! And when I tried to call OrderTree, I got nothing but crickets.

After emailin' them about my refund, they finally got back to me, but let me tell ya, it weren't no good news. They said they couldn't issue a refund till they received the item back. But I already knew they got the package back, 'cause I checked with the post office and they gave me the tracking number. The only problem was that the address was all covered up with that big UPS label, which meant OrderTree didn't have no clue who it was from. So they just restocked the item and made a profit off of me.

And let me tell ya, friends, that ain't even the worst part. The shipping cost was more than what the item cost! You heard me right. This little plastic piece was less than the shipping cost. It's ridiculous.

Now, if OrderTree used the post office in the first place, instead of UPS, maybe this whole mess wouldn't have happened. But it seems that's too much trouble for these folks.

So take it from me, don't waste yer time and money with OrderTree. They're just gonna take your cash and leave you scratching your head.

OrderTree OrderTree Review: Poor Customer Service & Limited Order Options

This website OrderTree, man they need some serious help when it comes to their customer service. Let me tell ya, I wanted to buy cases of stuff, y'know to save a lil' cash, but they don't got that option. Every item has to be bought separately, what a bummer. And to top it all off, when I couldn't even find what I was looking for, the lady on the phone tells me to go find it somewhere else. Rude much? I wasn't even given the option to back order it. Not cool, OrderTree, not cool. Don't waste your time and money with these guys. They just ain't worth it.

OrderTree OrderTree Review: Poor Customer Service and Search Function Frustrate Customers

I recently had an experience with OrderTree (ordertree.com) and must say it was quite frustrating. The process of placing an online order is never an easy task, and this time proved to be no different. There were errors in the search function which made finding the parts I needed quite difficult. When I called to get assistance, I was placed on hold for an extensive amount of time before finally reaching someone. However, the person on the other end didn't seem to have much knowledge about the products I was searching for. Overall, the experience was terrible and I'm sure many customers are having similar experiences.

It's quite frustrating when you're spending your hard-earned money on a product and you can't even get the help you need to make the purchase. The staff at OrderTree should be losing their jobs for providing such poor customer service. I spent over an hour and a half trying to get the parts I needed and it was a complete waste of time. Not to mention, I was eventually sent back to the waiting list because the lady helping me couldn't locate the parts.

It's unacceptable for a company to have such a poor system in place. Online shopping should be quick, easy, and efficient. Unfortunately, OrderTree fails to provide this level of service. They need to do better if they want to retain their customers and earn new ones. Hopefully, the management team takes note of these issues and implements some changes to improve the customer experience. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

OrderTree OrderTree Review: Shady Pricing and Confusing Policies Left Me Disappointed

I just bought some stuff from OrderTree (ordertree.com) and I gotta tell ya, I had some issues. There were some things that I didn't like about this company.

First off, the prices on their website seem to be a bit sketchy. It's like they just change them whenever they feel like it! Seriously, I ordered something and by the time it arrived, the price had doubled! What kind of shenanigans is that?!

And then, to top it off, their return policy is not very customer-friendly. They charge you a bunch of money just to restock stuff that they sent you! It's ridiculous! And what's worse, they don't make it easy for you to understand their policies. You have to dig through the entire website just to find out what's what! Who has time for that?

Overall, I'm not super happy with my experience shopping at OrderTree. Their shady pricing and confusing policies left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I mean, come on, they should make it easy for us to get what we need without all the hidden costs and sneaky rules. It's just not cool.

OrderTree Disappointing Experience with OrderTree: Slow Shipping and Expensive Carburetor

I was in dire need of some new parts for my Briggs & Stratton engine, namely a carburetor, filters, and a spark plug. I came across OrderTree and decided to give them a try. While I was able to get the carburetor and filters, the spark plug was unfortunately on back order for a while now, almost two whole months!

What really irked me was not only the delay in the shipping of the parts, but also the fact that the carburetor was a bit on the expensive side. I mean, I don't mind paying a little extra for quality parts, but this felt excessive. And then to wait over a month for the shipping? Come on!

Frankly, I think I'll have to go with another company next time since there are others out there that can offer better prices and faster shipping. I really had high hopes for OrderTree, but unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations. I'll only consider using them again if it's the last resort.

OrderTree Avoid OrderTree - Overpriced, Slow Shipping, Terrible Customer Service & No Pictures!

Yo, I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed with OrderTree. Like, first of all, their parts were straight up overpriced. And don't even get me started on their shipping costs - it's like they're tryna make bank off of shipping alone. And then, even after I paid out the wazoo for shipping, it took FOREVER for my stuff to arrive. Not cool, man.

But you know what's the worst part? Their customer service is straight garbage. Like, not even exaggerating, it's actually horrible. I ordered a part and when it finally showed up, it was the WRONG part. Classic. So I reached out to try and get it sorted, but it was a whole WEEK of dealing with their crappy customer service before I just threw in the towel. Ain't nobody got time for that.

And on top of all that, there aren't even any dang pictures on their website! Like, how am I supposed to know what I'm buying if I can't even see it? Honestly, save yourself the headache and go with ANY other company. These guys ain't worth it.

OrderTree Poor Customer Service Experience at OrderTree - Missing Parts Issue

So, I had a little issue with OrderTree lately. I had ordered some stuff and when I received my order, I found out that some of the parts were missing. I was a little upset about it, so I decided to call their service line and request for an explanation.

A lady on the phone picked up, and boy, was she cranky. She immediately said that I wasn't entitled to any extra parts and didn't even wait to check my order. After a few minutes, she finally decided to see my order and realized that the missing parts were actually listed on it. Despite this, she said that they just come from the manufacturer that way, and that they couldn't help me with the missing parts - what a bummer! Then she said she needed to talk to her supervisor and put me on hold for more than 25 minutes.

When she finally came back, she told me that there was nothing they could do since it's just how it comes from the manufacturer - again! I had almost given up by now and was thinking that my money was going to waste. The call lasted around 27 minutes - way too long if you ask me.

To conclude, I was disappointed since they didn't back up their products, which made me question my choice of ordering from them. In conclusion, even with their great selection of products, I wouldn't risk buying from them again, especially if this representative is the one that answers my call again.

OrderTree Terrible Customer Service: A Review of OrderTree's Return Policy and Tyler's Rudeness

OrderTree is the place you don't wanna shop at, trust me. When you phone and order, they won't give clear info on the return policy. And even if you get hyped and install the part and later find out it ain't the right one for the job, you're basically left holding the bag, as they won't take it back. The real sucky part of this is the Customer Service. I had to deal with Tyler, who is just a plain ole' nasty dude. He wouldn't let me speak to any other human beings, nor would he pass me to his supervisor. And to cap it off, he was sarcastic at the end and said "enjoy your pump". How sweet is that? NOT! I wouldn't give them a 0 star rating if I could but yeah... Tyler was the worst customer service guy I've ever experienced.

OrderTree Beware of OrderTree: A Frustrating Experience with Incorrect Parts and Poor Customer Service

I can't believe my experience with OrderTree. Just like everybody else reviewing this company, I thought that it was a part of Lowes but it turns out that it's a separate entity entirely. I'm so frustrated that I drove a full 20 miles to the nearest Lowes store to see if I could return the item that I purchased from OrderTree, but it was denied. I was left with no option other than to deal with OrderTree's customer service, which was a whole other headache.

I spent literal hours and hours trying to get a hold of someone from OrderTree, and that was just the beginning. I had ordered a handle for my Greenworks mower and I was expecting to receive the correct part since I had entered in the part number. But instead, what did I get? The wrong part. I was so angry and confused. But, because I purchased from OrderTree, they put the blame on me and told me it was my fault. On top of it all, I was then informed that I would have to pay for their restocking fees which I just couldn't believe.

I feel so taken advantage of and ripped off by OrderTree. I would not recommend anybody to use their services or purchase from them. They're crooks and I wish I had done better research before even considering ordering from them. If you're looking for customer service, convenience and reliability, order from somewhere else, not from OrderTree.

OrderTree Buyer Beware: OrderTree's Fine Print Means No Refunds for Electrical Parts

So I went and ordered an electronic wire contraption from OrderTree's website because my Generac generator needed it. Spent over $600 on that thing! But I was careful, I made sure to call up their customer service to confirm that if the part doesn't fit, I can just return it. They said "Yeah, sure, no problem!" But turns out it was actually a big ol' problem! When I went to return the thing, they said "No way, José!" Apparently electrical parts aren't refundable, even if the package is sealed tight. I was super confused, because I didn't see that anywhere on their site! Turns out, it was in the fine print on the last page. Who's gonna read that? Ha! I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty ticked off about it. I mean, what am I supposed to do now? I'm stuck with this expensive piece of junk! I'm even thinking of calling up the Consumer Protection Agency and the NC Attorney General's Office so I can get some justice here. But anyway, I just wanted to let you guys know about my experience with OrderTree. Always read the fine print, kids.

OrderTree Disappointing Customer Service Experience with OrderTree Online Store

I ordered a part with hardware online from OrderTree, and it shipped very quickly. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the hardware to attach the part was missing. I immediately called their customer service line, but unfortunately, I was put on hold for what seemed like an eternity. Finally, after 15 long minutes, a woman answered the phone in a monotone voice that clearly portrayed her lack of enthusiasm for her job.

After explaining my problem, she told me to hold on and left me listening to their horrible hold music for another five minutes. Eventually, I was greeted with a dial tone, which was frustrating as I had just wasted a significant amount of my time. Frustrated and annoyed, I called back and was once again put on hold for a staggering 13 minutes.

Finally, someone picked up the phone again. After waiting for a total of 12 minutes on hold, all they could do was give me the phone number of the manufacturer. I was beyond disappointed; their lack of empathy and inability to solve my problem has left me never wanting to purchase from them again.

In conclusion, my experience with OrderTree's customer service was anything but positive. Not only did I receive a mispacked order, but the customer service agent who answered my call did not care to help me resolve my issue and instead, left me stranded on hold for long periods of time. With so many other reliable options out there, it's best to steer clear of ordering from OrderTree.
