O'Reilly Auto Parts review: Poor customer service and racism by manager in Flagstaff Arizona.

I entered the West side O'Rielly's located on Route 66 and Milton Road, and saw that the Manager and staff we're just talking in the corner as customers we're lined up to check out. The phone rang and the long haired manager answered the phone instead of providing service to those standing in line for parts service. The manager was angry and unprofessional by being very rude towards Native Americans, as he eyed me as if I we're to steal something from the store. The long haired Anglo manager yelled out loud to me in a disrespectful voice and yelled out, "get the hell out of my store"! He said, "This is my store and you don't belong here"! He said I don't trust you, because you installed this part already", and "I don't give refunds for defective parts"! I had a receipt and this did not make any difference to him, as he eyed me like I was a savage. Do not shop at this store, especially if your Native American. I tried to return a dead battery that was on warranty and free replacement, which was not honored by this racist manager, with the all white staff on duty. Boycott this ugly place! They lost a loyal customer today December 11, 2023.
