Returning items are painful
I purchased two full sets in two different colors within in minutes of each other. I sent a message about wanting to change colors within 5 minutes of placing the first order and promptly received a message about it not being possible to cancel the order. No problem, I had already bought a whole other set in the other color. I was assured that I could simply return the set that I did not want.
The return policy states to send the items back in the original packaging and then states that each item must be sent back individually. the box that the whole set comes in does not have each item in individual boxes. This policy makes zero sense and seems to contradict the statement about returning in the original packaging.
Additionally, when individually selecting each item in the set to return, their system only issued return labels for three of the 5 items and stated that two items required additional review before a return was possible.
It should not be this hard to return one bax, packaged by your company all at once just as I purchased it.

I am simply trying to return an entire package just as you sent it. This should not be this hard. Thus far, this has been my worst customer service experience of the season and I have ordered 100% of our holiday presents online for a family of 7.

Terrible customer service. Yes, the product delivers and is beautiful, however, they sent me the wrong color pan; one that did not match the dishes I ordered. Instead of offering to send a new one right away they demanded that I send the pan back before they would send me a new one, and they were asking me to pay for shipping! I had already paid $33 for expedited shipping. When I told them this wasn't acceptable they offered to pay for half the shipping or to refund me $25. Overall really embarrassing customer service for how nice of a product they're offering.

I sent them 4 Emails regarding not receiving 2 items. They HAVE NOT MADE CONTACT with me. I spent alot of money on this site. I feel robed of my money. Dishonoring return policy
They denied a valid return request. I purchased pans, and the color doesn't match the pictures, prompting me to initiate a return. However, they claimed that I cannot return the item because I had returned something previously. This is highly dishonest, and their actions are deceptive and insincere. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. I will be disputing the transaction with my bank to secure a refund.

I received an email from Patricia of Our Place on February 27, 2023 stating that the $270.94 was returned to my credit card by her on February 27, 2023. I called the credit card company today and they said there is no history at all of anything received or returned to me by Our place for that amount so clearly Patricia was lying. I want a refund immediately.

Learned of a discount code for FromOurPlace.com for their Always Pan priced at $145, which would be discounted up to $125 with a code, for a final price of ~$21 with tax; checked out and paid. Received a cancellation email that this transaction was flagged as "fraud." The transaction was not fraudulent as the code worked on their company website and payment processed with an order confirmation email. Looks like the company does not want honor the order because they realized the code deeply discounted their products, and so they are claiming it's "fraud". They are not honoring orders, they are cancelling so to not have to sell their products at this price.

I later emailed the company on 5/10 that I did not want my order cancelled. I reached out to the company via social media where they told me to continue to email any concerns as they mentioned the transaction may have been flagged due to fraud. I sent an additional email 5/10 stating that I was contacted via social media concerning that my order may have been fraud, and I validated that my order was not fraud and an accurate and real transaction. On January 29, I contacted the company to determine the status of my order. *** told me had just shipped that day. Tuesday, February 2nd, I again tracked it and could see, the item still had yet to be picked up by UPS. I called UPS and they confirmed this. I contact *** back and the Instagram page and they told me it was shipped, but that UPS takes 7 days to update. ORDER NUMBER*** tracking number *** The tracking number led me to the Canada Post tracking website where I saw an estimated delivery date of Dec 7. On Nov 25 I requested through Canada Post that if I was unable to receive the package that it be left at the post office for pickup. A week later I received an email from Canada Post that the item with that tracking number was being Returned to Sender and was marked as Undeliverable due to a shipping address error.
