We worked with the company for a year prior to the final solar installation and came up with an acceptable system configuration and financing. I am very dissatisfied, OWE has promised complete install since April, 2022 All they have left is to contact SRP to turn on system and that has taken over a month. I guess OWE doesn't have enough phones to call SRP, I am willing to let them use my cell phone if need be. I *** neighbor to sign up with OWE boy was that a mistake. They too are waiting and waiting for completion. I have called and called, they keep promising and promising that they will be out in a day or two its been a month or more. I am about to call and have it all removed and talk to my attorney and finance company about their practices. If I lose the sale of my house because of this, I definitely will call my attorney!
Dont do business with these guys. Ive been trying to cancel with them for almost 7 weeks after finding out that a loan was taken out in my name and they did not mention that I would have to carry a loan for the project. For the first 3 weeks they cited that they were waiting to hear from the sales team. The last 3 weeks they cited waiting for a cancelation confirmation text from the sales team.

He know the solar business very well and is able to explain the advantages of solar, how it works, in a very understandable manner. He is honest, organized, & personable. It has been a very pleasant experience for me dealing with ***.

If you need someone to walk you through all there is to know about solar Craig is the guy! Not only did he have a way of explaining the process from start to finish in a down to earth way he also was very flexible with a time that worked well with mine and my husband schedule. He was able to provide us with savings information right off the bat along with how many panels we would need and all the generous rebates that were still being provided. I would recommend him over and over to friends and family!

This company has reps that "don't" work there (but the rep has their logo our world energy on the business cards) tried to tell me my roof was bad. I called them out and it was then a "mistaken interpritation" (weight problem) after which then the rep promised to cover cost to ground *** then backed out. After which a real our world energy employee (?) contacted me an then proceeded to waste more of my time and try to say they can't cover cost. They don't honor anything and then tried to still sell me more.
I loved our world energy they had a clean process and sales rep was upfront with everything.
I wanted solar on my home, I was shopping with lot of them and I was impressed with OWE's agent; he tried to help me with all the questions I had regarding how this whole solar stuff works, also helped me understand how it helps me with numbers as well;As promised systems were installed in a month and everything was taken care by them; all I had to do was say yes; Everything was ready in 45 days and now I am proud renewable energy producer;

I am very impressed with Our World Energy. Our family had considered solar several times with different companies. We never quite felt comfortable with the any of the individuals that we met with. I met *** at the ***. I immediately felt comfortable with him. Every experience that we had with *** and Our World Energy was professional and positive. Ours was not an easy installation because we have an old house. *** and Our World Energy went above and beyond to get us to the finish line with a successful solar system. I am very impressed with this company
I am very impressed with this company. I have wanted solar power for a long time on my condominium home. OWE's advisor, ***, spent over two hours trying to get my condominium able to have the solar panels installed, but because my meter is on a shared meter panel, it turned out to be impossible without extensive electric work. *** is very knowledgeable and capable and he did everything he could -- back and forth with the engineers -- to make it possible. In the end, since it could not be done, he even referred me to TEP's Solar Shares program, which I am going to sign up for when there are shares available. That way, at least theoretically I will be able to use solar power, if not technically. I am grateful for his effort and for his time in explaining the details of how the leasing program works. It's a great program!

I was always skeptical about Solar so I never looked too much into it
I was always skeptical about Solar so I never looked too much into it. The summer of 2019 Zack Sullins knocked on my door and for some reason I actually took the time to listen to what he had to say :) It was probably because Zack was professional and very knowledgeable and someone you could trust. I ended up feeling comfortable enough to sign a contract and get things started. I'm not going to lie there were some issues along the way that happened between miscommunications, the install crew etc. but through it all Zack was right there solving the problems and making everything right. Zack would be in constant contact with me every step of the way and if I wasn't happy he made it right. I can't thank Zack enough for everything he has done for me and helped me with. Even now I am having a second install and add on to my system and he has been AWESOME and very enjoyable to work with.

From beginning to end, our experience with Our World Energy has been fantastic. Our sales *** was very responsive to any questions we had throughout the whole process, and will still answer questions I might have even though our project has been done for a few months now. Being in an older neighborhood, we ran into a few issues with our electric company approving our system. *** and his team worked tirelessly on our project, and after the electric company didn't really want to budge, Our World gave us a new proposal and were more than accommodating with this new system. We had a small hiccup with the install where our power had to stay off overnight, and Our World made arrangements for my family to stay at a hotel overnight. Now that our system is up and running, we are very happy with the results. It's worth every ***! I really can't say enough great words about how this company operates and treats it's customers. I will recommend them to anyone looking for solar!

I had a wonderful experience with Our World Energy! I had signed with "another" company and on the third and last day I could cancel, *** and *** from OWE knocked on my door. They offered a larger system for less money and topped it off with free Critter Guard installation to keep the pigeons, etc, from nesting under the panels. The other company wanted $1500 extra for that and said I'd void the warranty if I did it myself. I had passed on getting it, but it left a bad taste in my mouth because the material was only $100 on Amazon... so this other company wanted $1400 for MAYBE an hour of labor? I canceled the other company and signed with OWE. As promised the permits were acquired promptly and 2 weeks later my system was installed... they even painted the conduit! A few days later the Critter Guard was added. About a week later the electrician came, later on the inspections were done and finally today my electric company came out and installed the meter. My system is now making electricity! The whole thing from signing to finish only took about 7 weeks total! *** has been there every step of the way and answered all of my MANY questions! Everyone at OWE has been very professional and gave me everything they promised. I couldn't be more satisfied! Thanks to you all!

Well where to begin
Well where to begin... January this year Just by chance I met Justin from Our World Energy. I have 4 properties in Sun City. The first story involves a lunatic idea I had to expand my work shop and move my office from my House. I looked for a real dump that I could buy cheep and fix up. The only requirement was a big garage. Found it East of 99th Ave and North of Grand on the East end of Sun City. The garage area = 650 sq. ft... heaven. First call was back to Justin... wanted to make Shop/Office solar. Now you are not going to believe this, Met Monday, Thursday approved by APS... that's just luck, by the following Monday the crew was there and installed. Now one heads up here... APS & Maricopa County timeliness seems to be another story... more on that some day. I have been lucky beyond belief, the install team was total perfection, clean, neat, effective, efficient. There wasn't one person on the team that didn't love what they do and it showed in their outcomes. The best was the "detail" guy that asked for paint to touch up the entire install. The best part is the system has lived up to all it's claims. I have added a sub-panel for the shop, a mini-split air con system to the shop and the system services all loads. It's now November. Behind me are three additional installs, A D32 Rental Marsha and I Own on Kingswood Circle, A Garden apartment that serves as our "Guest House" for friends and family when they come to town and the Lake House on View Point Lake. All have been a carbon copy of the Workshop experience. But more on those in future Reviews. All have their own great story. All the Best Willy G

On Wednesday the 14th of September, around 6:15 AM, I was out for my morning walk through my neighborhood. As having crossed the eastbound side of Westar at Eucalyptus and entered the westbound side of the street when I noticed a white pickup approaching the well marked designated crosswalk. As I entered the the westbound lane the truck did not appear to be braking for me and I had to actually jump back to avoid being hit. As the truck passed I noticed the logo on it's side to be that of a solar company called Our World Energy. As I went on to finish my walk I noticed the pickup at a residence in our neighborhood. I approached a individual standing by the truck and ask if he saw me in the crosswalk as he speeded past me. He stated he did but was not the driver. The driver was up on the roof of the house and when I asked him the same question he said he saw me in the crosswalk but did not stop because there was no stop sign. He then turned around and went back to what he was doing on the roof. When I got home I called the company and left a message. No one returned my call so I caled back and was told that they got my first message and would talk to the driver and get back to me after asking me if there was any damage done. I told her that if there had been any damage done I would be calling from a Hospital. No one called back in the next two days so I contact the *** and filed the information with them. They said they would contact the company and remind them of pedestrain right of ways in designated crosswalks. It has now been a week and still no response from the company. There are a lot of choices out there for solar installation and I wanted to share this as something to think about when making your choice of vendors.

Installation of the panels went fairly well . Me and my wife reached out to OWE in December to get an installation on our home and they sounded very professional. A month or two later we scheduled and installation. During the installation they busted my main water line and damage my main electrical conduit and Damaged the insulator where the copper was showing. In my opinion that is a major problem. They didnt fix right away. I bugged them for a month or so even got with a local contractor and got a quote for them and still didnt fix. After I had brought up the safty concern they called me a week later and asked ME what materials they would need to fix it instead of sending someone out to even take a look at it. I kept my family inside and animals away from the area and the hazard remand open for over a month. Witch is hard to do with kids that love to play and animals that roam. I final got them out to fix it and in my opinion they didnt even do a good job. And now I am waiting for them to tie it into the grid mean while Im paying my electric *** and my loan for the solar thats not even complete. They say they are waiting on the county for an inspection. I called the county for the inspection and they said they where waiting on OWE to send over the drawings and they havent herd much else from them but they would come out and take some pictureswitch they did I bring up my concerns to OWE and they said they would reimburse me on the solar loan payments I have made so far and to send them the receipts. So I do that and they said they sent it to there management team. So its now been three days and havent received any reimbursement of any kind no credit of any kind. And Im very frustrated. I do not recommend anyone use this company. Soon as they get there money they dont really care about you your your Safety for that matter.

INSPECT THE WORK!They started off AMAZING! but as soon as they did the install and requested the final approval for payment I decided to double check the work as they had already drilled completely through our ceiling and into our house (literally could see holes in our ceiling) . I climbed the ladder and immediately saw the type of work they do. I had 30+ tiles completely broken. Some that were completely exposing the underlayment. I called the support team and they seemed to blow it off as its not that important that they aren't laying flat. I told them over and over its not just that. Some were snapped into 4 pieces and pitched the opposite way. They sent someone out to repair the ceiling in the house a few days later. That tech also said he fixed the roof issue as well. He was there for 30 mins...I again went to check and of course NOTHING was done. I called in AGAIN and finally talked to someone that seemed concerned about it. They said they would send a more experienced tech out but to my surprise it was the same tech. He finally got on the roof after I watched him. HE WAS SHOCKED at the poor workmanship. He even said he's never seen it that bad. So he went and tried to find tiles. He called back with bad news and said it would be 3 months until they could get tiles unless I didn't care if they matched. I said well my roof is getting worse with all the rain so just get me tiles. He got about 30 and set them on the side of the house and I haven't heard back on anything. That was 2-3 weeks ago.The tech that came out said to not approve any funding until the issue is resolved 100% because once they get all the funding they will push you off even worse. He also stated that it looks like a few of the panels might have been stepped on as well. So the installers clearly don't have the training they say they do.I would highly recommend you DO NOT approve any payments to them until you have either inspected the work or hire an inspector. I told them why would I be calling id the job was completed. They came with the incorrect drawings, incorrect paint, and incorrect information about us needing a sub panel.

Signed contract in November, its now September and our solar system is still not on line. Apparently they dont know what they are doing because the city inspector failed the installation five times! They destroyed the stucco on the side of my house. I can not get in contact with any upper management to complain. Neighbor did a local company and it was hooked up in less than a month and looks really professional, mine looks like a high school shop project. This has been the worst experience ever! Wish i would have selected another business. Right now I want the whole thing off my house.

Do not do business with this company. I spoke to *** at length to understand solar power and how it could help me .They use pressure sales tactics. They caused damage to my roof tiles which they strongly deny. I got them to agree to repair the damage Initially but at there convenience.They then Refused to do the repairs unless I commit to going solar with them.Finally; *** sent me a text message after I hung up on him that he didnt appreciate my hanging up on him and if Im going to act like this he cant help me. The nature of my complaint is non-consumer related. On July 19th, 2022 an Our World Energy driver was hauling solar panels to another property. He used my drive way as a public street to make a U-turn. As he trespassed my property, he drove erratically through and knocked down several of the pavers on the driveway and caused severe damage. When the company was contacted to fix the problem, the company was unwilling to pay for the damage. The company has not provided any kind of resolution to the matter, has become condescending, disrespectful and unwilling to cooperate with owner of property to fix problem. Now, the problem has become more severe because mud is spilling over to the driveway with danger of coming into my home.

I've been "working with" this company for 10 months
I've been "working with" this company for 10 months. They claim to be the fastest installers and I have had nothing but problems. They lied in their pitch to get me to sign. Would not allow me to back out. Pressured me to alert my property. Lied about what aps would be ok with. Have sent people to my house unannounced. When asked to be notified this did not happen and 2 people have shown up without my knowledge and without me being present like requested. Does not answer in a timely manner. I have to give the company reminders every month. The situation gets worse not better. 10 months is a ridiculous time frame. I'd this company listened to what I waswilling to do instead of paying forward with a plan they knew wouldn't work this would be done. This has cost me more money and has saved me nothing.

I explained to him that I stressed to the sales representative that that was a deal breaker. Weeks went by after several attempts I made contact and asked if it was possible to just put some on back of my home. We were willing to try to find a way to move forward. No contact for weeks made contact was told my project was still on hold. This is after running my credit and almost 3 months after the loan was funded. This loan was no payments and no interest for a year. 3 months shot and no work has been done. This is unacceptable for any company. I have requested that this loan be terminated. This sales representative did not care about customer satisfaction he just wanted to close a loan. As a customer I should not be calling a company for updates.

I expressed I would not move my fence on the beginning. I have text messages as well from December with the electrician stating it wouldn't be a problem. My fence is grandfathered in and needs permits to be moved. The company tried to convince me it would be fine to move it and move it back without checking with the city. I had the conversation about the fence on the beginning and we are now 7 months in waiting for a city approval. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company and an large about of stress that has affected my mental health. I've been in tears with being told one thing and then everything changes. I thought we came to a resolution and took my review down but this is a continued issue that seems like it will not be resolved. The company is not forthcoming in the beginning and misleads individuals for a sale. They are covering my loan payment as that started and the system is not active. I should be saving money now but an still paying the higher *** which is the electric.

On Aug 26, 2021 a contract was signed between myself and Our World Energy. *** has not held up their side of the contract and as of today Sep 13, 2022 I am still waiting for them to complete project. I purchased a battery to provide electric service 24/7. This was to provide protection for my mothers oxygen supply in case of power outages. Due to the inability to complete this project, we have suffered through three power outages this summer. One of those times I was not here to switch over to her emergency tanks. This resulted in her being without oxygen for two hours and she was ill for two and half weeks because of this. *** has repeatedly claimed the delay was a result of ***. *** has told me a phone call from the company could have eliminated months of the delay.May 23, 2022 the company sent a crew to install the battery and ev panels. The crew was short a wire to complete the job.May 30 a tech came to install the missing wire.The only communication from them was two text messages saying they were working on the final scheduling.August 2 the final was scheduled. The *** inspector was sent to another OWE client in the area and did not come back to here. The county inspector was not informed so he showed up. He Red Tagged the install.September 3 *** sent a tech to complete the job. He did not address the Red Tag repairs. The *** inspector gave his approval of the install. The county inspector came and Red tagged the install again. And added a fine to the company for not complying with the original Red Tag.

We purchased this home with solar panels on top. We were assured prior to closing on the house the solar panels were working. When we moved in, we discovered they were not working. There is a lower switch arm with three wires in it that are not connected to anything. Our World Energy keeps telling us that TEP needs to remove the *** Meter so they can patch into the meter socket. TEP came out and opened everything up for us to see, explained step-by-step what each box does and that everything they can do is complete. At first *** said that the "lock" needed removed from the meter. Removing that tag on the outside of the meter is a federal offense. The tech they sent out, the second time saw the tag and immediately left, without looking at anything else on the system. I have been calling them every week, now every day, for over seven weeks now. We have sent emails with pictures and details. They keep saying they will contact their scheduling department and then send us an email with a date and time. The last three times we have called, that is where we ended. Still no information for when a tech is coming. The fact that they can't schedule while we are on the phone together is very sketchy. I asked for her supervisor and she says there is no one I can speak to. I asked for a corporate number, and was told this is the only number. It feels like a low-end sketchy fly-by-night company. At this point we are seeking litigation for money lost to our electric bill OR them removing the solar panels and cancelling the loan. This company is unprofessional and irresponsible. We have been trying to get this resolved for seven weeks.

In March 2022 my husband and I agreed to do business with Our World Energy when they promised to set up a solar array for us and help us hook into the power grid with our electric company. It is now 6 months later and we are still waiting to be connected to the grid. Failures on the part of Our World Energy include: Failure to respond to a request for a battery installation along with the solar panels at the beginning of the process; construction company failed to trench the cable to the proper depth and did not return for over a month to fix their error, finance company involved raised the final cost of the project from $29,000 to $32,000 to cover the mistake made by their contractor and lied to us when asking us to sign new paperwork; promises to contact us on a regular basis to keep us apprised of what was happening were rarely kept among other things, we are now waiting for a meter to be installed so we can be hooked into the grid but cannot get any answers or response from company regarding its installation. To be honest this has been an extremely frustrating experience for us, we feel as though the companies involved are only interested in the money and could care less about our project. We have been lied to, ignored and now cheated out of money we did not originally agree to pay because the contractor made a serious mistake through no fault of ours but we ended up paying for it anyway. I would be happy to provide you with the documentation if needed. Based on our experience with the company I would advise anyone thinking of installing solar panels to run away from companies like this and seek other alternatives to solar or wind power additions to their property. If I can leave a zero I would You can take this whole system and stick where the sun doesn't shine its been almost a year nothing but problems and no-one in this company has called except for 1 customer service girl each time even she doesn't know what to say any more ..The whole system wasn't installed properly and still isn't working properly. communication is not their strong suit This is a Joke , that isn't funny anymore
This company has reps that "don't" work there (but the rep has their logo our world energy on the business cards) tried to tell me my roof was bad. I called them out and it was then a "mistaken interpritation" (weight problem) after which then the rep promised to cover cost to ground *** then backed out. After which a real our world energy employee (?) contacted me an then proceeded to waste more of my time and try to say they can't cover cost. They don't honor anything and then tried to still sell me more.
On Wednesday the 14th of September, around 6:15 AM, I was out for my morning walk through my neighborhood. As having crossed the eastbound side of Westar at Eucalyptus and entered the westbound side of the street when I noticed a white pickup approaching the well marked designated crosswalk. As I entered the the westbound lane the truck did not appear to be braking for me and I had to actually jump back to avoid being hit. As the truck passed I noticed the logo on it's side to be that of a solar company called Our World Energy. As I went on to finish my walk I noticed the pickup at a residence in our neighborhood. I approached a individual standing by the truck and ask if he saw me in the crosswalk as he speeded past me. He stated he did but was not the driver. The driver was up on the roof of the house and when I asked him the same question he said he saw me in the crosswalk but did not stop because there was no stop sign. He then turned around and went back to what he was doing on the roof. When I got home I called the company and left a message. No one returned my call so I caled back and was told that they got my first message and would talk to the driver and get back to me after asking me if there was any damage done. I told her that if there had been any damage done I would be calling from a Hospital. No one called back in the next two days so I contact the *** and filed the information with them. They said they would contact the company and remind them of pedestrain right of ways in designated crosswalks. It has now been a week and still no response from the company. There are a lot of choices out there for solar installation and I wanted to share this as something to think about when making your choice of vendors.
INSPECT THE WORK!They started off AMAZING! but as soon as they did the install and requested the final approval for payment I decided to double check the work as they had already drilled completely through our ceiling and into our house (literally could see holes in our ceiling) . I climbed the ladder and immediately saw the type of work they do. I had 30+ tiles completely broken. Some that were completely exposing the underlayment. I called the support team and they seemed to blow it off as its not that important that they aren't laying flat. I told them over and over its not just that. Some were snapped into 4 pieces and pitched the opposite way. They sent someone out to repair the ceiling in the house a few days later. That tech also said he fixed the roof issue as well. He was there for 30 mins...I again went to check and of course NOTHING was done. I called in AGAIN and finally talked to someone that seemed concerned about it. They said they would send a more experienced tech out but to my surprise it was the same tech. He finally got on the roof after I watched him. HE WAS SHOCKED at the poor workmanship. He even said he's never seen it that bad. So he went and tried to find tiles. He called back with bad news and said it would be 3 months until they could get tiles unless I didn't care if they matched. I said well my roof is getting worse with all the rain so just get me tiles. He got about 30 and set them on the side of the house and I haven't heard back on anything. That was 2-3 weeks ago.The tech that came out said to not approve any funding until the issue is resolved 100% because once they get all the funding they will push you off even worse. He also stated that it looks like a few of the panels might have been stepped on as well. So the installers clearly don't have the training they say they do.I would highly recommend you DO NOT approve any payments to them until you have either inspected the work or hire an inspector. I would bet more of the
