I contacted them and they hide behind the T&C's on the invoice and won't offer to help in the least bit. All I want to do is exchange and I understand there will be a price difference but now I'm stuck with $200 worth of shells I can't use. Very Dissatisfied Customer here.

I got online to order was told I had to get a membership to buy from them. And i wouldnt be charged unless they got the product in. My credit card full balance which was 600.00 negative today after I paid in full. So I had to dispute and close the card. The company got a voicemail and I did not authorize these any of this. I was looking for 9mm ammo. DO NOT USE or join for a scam membership. I am showing negative in the account by 64.00 and its a 600.00 limit card.

Never received my shipment. Having to file a police report to even try to get a refund. Filed a report with the shipping company , doesn't have proof that the item was delivered or who delivered it.

I've read a lot of bad reviews, my experience was very good. The shipping time wasn't great, but with the COVID times and all, 10 days from order to delivery is not bad at all. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because my email/message was never responded to. I have to admit, all the bad reviews had me worrying and after 8 days with no confirmation of shipped, I messaged them to check the status. I will do future orders with them, as far as I can tell from overall service, great company.

I had to call the bank and get it involved to get the money back. Bottom line: understaffed family business with rude and dishonest management. Stay away! There are plenty of online places where you can get your hunting supplies for the same or better price without stress involved.. In search of .410 ammunition during this pandemic, I found Outdoor Limited. After comparing prices I decided to try O.L., despite some of the negative reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com. I opted for the buyer's club at $79.99. My experience so far has been 100% positive- the ammunition is exactly as described, even the boxes look like they just came out of the factory. And best of all- it arrived in three days! Ordered on 2/20, arrived 2/23. So far, I'm tickled.

I came here and read the reviews out of curiosity before ordering. I noticed that most of the negative reviews have come lately while there has been a mad rush for ammo. Willing to give them the benefit of the doubt I made a very small order (50 rounds). They sent me an email to let me know it had been ordered, and I got the order 5-7 days later. I am going to try a bulk order soon and hopefully it will go well also. If it goes bad I will come back and update. But as someone who has worked for like companies right now is a crazy time especially for this industry. So far my experience has been great.

Extremely terrible customer service. I went on their website to order some 300 Win Mag ammo. I hit the search bar and typed it in. I then picked some from the list and ordered 4 boxes. When my wife received the box she just sat it on the table. I opened it to find out that they had sent me 300 WSM. I contacted them and was told that since we had received them, they could not exchange them for the correct product. I am now out over 200.00 for something that I cannot use. Absolutely avoid this company if possible. This has to be the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

I have purchased over 2000 Rounds of 9mm Luger and 22LR from Outdoor Limited since the beginning of 2021. Multiple small orders placed online, and picked up or shipped, there has NEVER been a problem. There are a few glitches in the iPhone Version of the website, but I found a work around. On the Laptop the site works just fine. The folks I have dealt with on the phone, text or in person making pickups have been friendly and knowledgeable. In my experience, they always have Ammo in stock, they deliver in a timely manner and the orders are accurate. Very dependable vendor. Thank you for what do for supporters of our 2nd Amendment Rights.

I crossed my fingers and placed an order. The order took twelve days to arrive, but I feel like that is pretty normal at the moment. They also stated that they were experiencing delays and it would take 7-10 days to process orders before I made the purchase. The order was in the mail in six days and arrived six later. It was a small order, but everything was correct. So they must have worked out the kinks in their system. I'll definitely send more business their way.

I did that and eventually received my order from your customer in Chicago. I made a mistake on my most recent order and ordered the wrong P/N for my .45 ammo and asked if I could send it back and re- order using the correct P/N . Was basically told that was not going to happen. Your policies seem to be flexible when it favors you. Not the way to treat a retired Navy Veteran.

Same as a lot of the complaints on here... I ordered ammo for a .380 auto and 9mm lugger. The order did come in a decent time frame considering the covid situation, but I received ammo for a 12 gauge shotgun and a .22 which I have no use for. I hope after paying in excess of $500 dollars they resolve this issue. at this point I would like to return this ammo and receive a full refund. I did send an email expressing concerns about this happening when they updated shipping as sent, and received a very rude email response. I will update with this issue. Buyers beware this seems like a tactic they are using to get your money saying they have a product in stock that they do not just to get your money!

An order you recently placed on our website has had its status changed.The status of order #*** is now Shipped Order Details Order Total: $182.92 USD Date Placed: Feb 19th 2021 Payment Method: Credit Card Then 2 days later I got an email saying they had called and needed me to call back and give them my credit card number but would not answer the phone when I called to tell them I was not giving them my credit card over the phone because I gave it to them when I ordered online. So I emailed them the message and told them I felt like it was a scam and just give me credit back on my credit card. Still waiting. I placed a order with outdoor limited recieved tracking info the same day saying that shipping label was created noticed a few days later that the package has never been scanned in with FedEx so u contacted outdoor limited only to be lied to that the item was shipped and that FedEx has lost the package and they filed a claim with FedEx to find the missing package and they'll contact me in 10 days after the claim is resolved so i contact FedEx myself and they confirmed that the shipping info had been printed up but no package had been dropped off or picked up for delivery so now it's been days going back and forth with outdoor limited they finally admit that they inventory was short and they had to cancel the order and refund me my money but it can take up to 5 business days that never happened my phone calls and email started to get ignored for almost a week so eventually i had to open a debit card dispute case with my bank in order to receive my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Tried to cancel an order soon after it was placed, they offer no way to modify orders on their website and make you call to do anything. I called for 3 hours starting the second they opened and it just went to an answering machine each and every time. I got an email saying that my item was shipped and soon after, finally got through to talking to someone. They said they couldn't cancel the order because it was listed as shipped, even though according to the tracking number, nothing more than a shipping label had been created. Not to mention that their site also says that orders are taking 2-3 days to ship at the moment, so there should have been plenty of time to cancel it. They also accept no returns on ammo and said the only way would be to deny the shipment when it arrived. The shipment does not require a signature, so there is no way to deny it unless I were to take a day off of work and sat on my porch all day, waiting for it. I informed them that I would be contacting my credit card company to put a hold on the charge until we could resolve this like proper people, they said that if I did that, they would block me from their site and report me to the authorities for fraud. This is a horrible company to deal with, I will never recommend a single person to use them. Anyone I know that says they are thinking about ordering, I will do my very best to get them to steer clear.

I ordered 9mm ammo on the 1st of this month, 9mm Makarov Ammunition AM3264 will not load into my gun I found out yesterday. THis ammo was only listed as "9mm Makarov" russian ammo. No where on the web page did it say 9mm x 18mm ammo. My standard Luger requires 9mm x 19mm ammo to load properly. . I had a live round in the chamber that didn't want to come out. In fact, it jammed to the point it was unsafe. I requested to exchange the ammo for the proper ammo and I was told that they do not exchange or refund ammo sales. I had no idea that this ammo was unusable for my standard Luger 9mm handgun until it jammed in my gun in a unsafe condition.

Total scam. I ordered 250 rounds and only received a box of 20. I have the packaging, which is a small box and no way 250 rounds could fit. I made an online purchase of Ammo on January 18. The business debited my credit card on January 19, in the amount of $310.73 the full purchase amount. As of January 24, my product had not shipped. When asked when it would ship I was advised 7-10 days from the order, which my original shipping date was given as January 20. After complaining to them about debiting money prior to shipping that cancelled my order and now are refusing to refund my money.

I contacted the property, was asked to send a number of pictures to make sure there wasn't mail fraud, as if UPS stole my ammo, and was told it would be fixed. It has now been a month, I have stopped receiving updates, they told me to expect my $315.72 to be refunded or my actual purchase to be send out two weeks ago, during the weekend of the 22nd of March. I am sitting here with 75 dollars worth of ammo I can't use and as far as I can tell am stuck with, and no one cares. The printed receipt inside the box has my correct order info, but it must have been put into another order's box. I am infuriated at the lack of communication in this issue, hundreds of dollars and this is how they treat customers.

I ordered ammo from them during the California lifted ban for online ammo sales. They shipped after the ban went back on, needless to say I never got my ammo, it was probably confiscated which will get us both in trouble. After realizing they charged my card $224.03 I contacted them and they won't do anything about it. They gave me a store credit. WOW, I'm in California what the heck am I supposed to buy from them. They don't really care, I asked them to send me a check and haven't heard back yet. I guess I will have to keep writing bad reviews on all the websites till I get my money back. When the ban is lifted again I will not be buying from them. The place I used to order my ammo from managed to get some shotgun shells through before cancelling my $2,300+ dollar order when the ban was put back into place. Given the difficulty in purchasing small arms ammunition my wife went to this company and ordered 10 boxes of 9mm ammo. When the ammo arrived we discovered that it was steel cased rounds, an inferior product not allowed on any indoor ranges. When we submitted a complaint to the company they indicated that the product was clearly identified cased ammunition and provided a link to verify that. I went to the company web site and searched for this particular ammo. The product information gave no indication that it was steel cased. Nothing in the correspondence or the shipping invoice indicated that it was steel cased. The picture of the product box does not indicate it was steel cased. The boxes we received indicated steel case. This is an intentional misinformation to get people to purchase an inferior product at a price consistent with what copper cased ammo sells for. I have documentation of all of the above which, hopefully can be attached to this complaint.

March 15 I placed an online order for Handgun Ammunition.Ten minutes later, I cancelled that order via email and voicemail. My credit card statement was never reimbursed for funds, so I opened a claim. Customer Service now claims to have sent package anyway, but I never received it. Credit card company ruled in my favor and refunded lost funds and Outdoor Unlimited is attempting to extort me for payment by threatening a collection agency and credit affecting actions unless i remit payment. After reviewing OUTDOOR UNLIMITED ComplaintsBoard.com complaints, it is obvious that I am not the first to experience similar problems. At this point, I feel I must comply with their demands by sending payment to avoid unnecessary credit issues and documenting their intentions. Found 'Outdoor Limited' via internet search engine for ammunition. They had 4 out of 5 stars, did not read the reviews. Ordered 2 boxes of ammunition on March 1st. My card was charged $102.21. Sent tracking info. Small box arrived yesterday feeling empty. Feared this was a scam, I videotaped opening the box. It was empty, no two boxes of ammunition. Box contained a sticker invoice with payment info and a block of compressed foam covered in plastic taking up the entire space of the box. Sent video/photographic evidence to the owner at the company email. Immediately called my bank to report and file a claim. Read the online reviews at the ammo site after this happened: a recent customer warned they take the money but don't provide the items. Last positive review was 2017. Found the ComplaintsBoard.com reviews after that. Low rating, similar complaints. Researched another reputable company and made a purchase to replace this one. No email or phone response. (see reviews) Requesting an immediate refund.

I placed an order valued at $477.96, comprising a case of 7.62 ($229.99) and case of Precision One 9mm ($154.99) on 3/15. I also paid for rush processing ($2.00) and package insurance ($3.85). I received a package about a week later with the 7.62, but no Precision One 9mm. I assumed at the time that there would be separate boxes due to weight. I waited a little over a week at which time I attempted to call Customer Service and received an auto-message explaining current covid 19 order rush challenges. I proceeded to email customer service on 3/21. Customer Service responded requesting I provide a picture of that the package that was delivered. I provided a picture of the the invoice and 7.62 package that came in a box that was clearly not big enough for both 7.62 and 9mm. No response. I have since sent several emails and called customer service to inquire on the issue, again no response. I contacted shipping and customer service for almost a month, with no resolution. Customer service and shipping have stopped responding to my inquiries. My attempts to resolve this issue amicably have not worked and thus I will now pursue any and all remedies until I receive a refund for the 9mm I never received.

Never received product and was never issued a refund for two failed shipments. The first shipment was water-damaged and returned to Outdoor Limited on 6/19. The return was received at 11:31am at their receiving dock and signed for by Overton: *** tracking # ***. The second *** shipment was Lost with no verifiable delivery or signature on file at my *** store mailbox address which has full business hours: *** tracking #***. A *** Lost Shipment Claim was filed for the re-shipment on 6/17: *** Lost Shipment Claim #***. Outdoor Limited shipping managers *** and *** confirmed that the re-shipment had been lost and emailed me that the "best option was to issue a full refund." No refund was ever issued. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and contacted *** about the lost package. *** never received the paperwork necessary from Outdoor Limited to process their Lost Package Claim. Outdoor Limited manager *** then lied to my credit card company and accused me of fraud, insisting I had received the re-shipment despite *** and his shipping managers verifying that I had never received their second shipment. Not only has Outdoor Limited stolen my full payment for non-delivered merchandise but *** will likely commit fraud himself by recovering the additional *** claim insurance payout.

Initially I had good customer service initially. A purchase of multiple items contained an incorrect item. I contacted customer service and they agreed to replace with the correct item. On the same day, after returning home, I carefully opened the package of the item and tested it according to the instructions. It didn't work. I tried again, double-checking my steps, still it didn't work. I reached out to Outdoor Limited and they indicated I needed to contact the manufacturer, clearly the first sign of trouble. NOTE: Other stores will gladly allow returns/exchanges with receipt within XX numbers of days. Exceptions being garage sales, flea markets and items clearly marked 'clearance, no returns'. After some internet detective work, I found a phone for the parent company of the product manufacturer and learned they went out of business years ago. It seems Outdoor Limited is selling old, no longer produced, end of life products that have no warranty. I again contacted Outdoor Limited and requested a return/exchange, even for store credit. I was refused. Their return policy clearly states returns are not accepted on ammunition, but does not state returns of other products are not permitted (https://www.outdoorlimited.com/returns/) With any luck, Outdoor Limited will revise their policy, or at a minimum, make it clear on their returns policy webpage, that they don't accept returns on anything (and ideally post this during checkout). Perhaps this is what the 'Limited' in their name means... limited customer service.

I have purchased over 2000 Rounds of 9mm Luger and 22LR from Outdoor Limited since the beginning of 2021. Multiple small orders placed online, and picked up or shipped, there has NEVER been a problem. There are a few glitches in the iPhone Version of the website, but I found a work around. On the Laptop the site works just fine. The folks I have dealt with on the phone, text or in person making pickups have been friendly and knowledgeable. In my experience, they always have Ammo in stock, they deliver in a timely manner and the orders are accurate. Very dependable vendor. Thank you for what do for supporters of our 2nd Amendment Rights.
I have been a customer of OutdoorLimited for years. I have never had any issues with them. I prefer to pickup my orders locally but the occasional order needs to be shipped to my home. Every order has come through professionally packed and the staff is nice and courteous when I pick up at their location. Nothing but praise for this company!
