WOW! We wasted a beautiful afternoon listening to a bunch of CRAP, in hopes of leaving with a restaurant gift certificate and a free gas card and now we have nothing. I can't believe thses people can live with themselves knowing they're ripping people off. I guess I expected more of the people in my town. Live and Learn and then share it with others...NEVER EVER EVER FALL for listening to a presentation of any kind and expect to leave with a FREE gift.

I got my free gift certificate and gas card and am now a member of the club. To each his own. Why didn't you get the free gas card or the certificate?

Sorry to hear you didn't have a good time. We enjoyed our presentation. The speaker was funny and we laughed a lot. My husband and I were interested in purchasing the program but it was not financially doable for us. We have booked our free trip and are looking forward to it. We will probably do business with this company in the future.

This company takes customer service seriously. Everyone I have spoken to is courteous and professional. I recently purchased and booked a trip immediately. We had a great time and everything they promised came true. Without this travel plan, we never would have gone on our first vacation after being together for nine years.
If there is anyone to blame, it is the marketing company that is responsible for inviting you as a guest. The marketing company gave us the wrong address to the sales meeting, which was quickly resolved with a phone call. We also knew that no one would just hand over free gifts without a catch. That's why we live by the creed that good isn't cheap and cheap isn't good. Fortunately, we found a product we really like.

This thread is very interesting to me since I attended a presentation in Plymouth for the Outrigger Vacation Club last night. It was an offer for my husband's birthday... he said it was the worst birthday gift I've ever given him. Our problems were with the attitude of the presenter and our sales person. Everyone was courteous until we said we as timeshare owners, we doubted the ease in which arrangements could be made. Though they are not selling timeshares, their sales techniques are exactly the same. In our mind, everything promised at these presentations should be taken with a grain of salt. I was interested, but not willing to make a purchase without thought and research ( what I was doing) when I reached this thread. The reaction of my sales person and the presenter made me doubly sure that walking away was the right decision. Why ask for the holes we might see in the program if you don't really want to hear them. Of course, they called in the closer who was much more courteous and intelligent. Of course the price kept dropping the more we said no. It wasn't a ploy on our part. And yes, I let myself in for this experience because I was attracted by the offer. Does anyone really go without enticement? The offer was not as stated and explained on the phone. You must put out $50 to some company and hope for the travel voucher, the restaurant gift card, and the Marriott getaway. I had hoped to use the Marriott offer soon, but it is all tied to one company and $50. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I'm off to search for more feedback from happy or unhappy Outrigger customers.

Hello: I enjoyed my visit to the Outrigger VAcation Club. I spoke to a staff member after the group presentation and was plesantly suprised. We didn't buy anything, but hope to down the road. We had no problems with the gifts. Free gifts do work a little differently, but we are flexible and can use the travel package. We didn't expect the hotels or airlines to give up prime travel time, but as I mentioned we're flexible and can fly midweek, we can also stay somewhere mid week. We realize we have to front $50.00 for the reservation, but we get that back when we show. I think all of these requests are reasonable. My experience was great, and I will probably do business with this company in the future.

I read the complaints before I went to Plymouth. I figured if I didn't like something while I was there, I would be sure to let everyone know. I was offerd a getaway for two to hear background information about the company. I was there about an hour, I received the vacation package. The group presentation was fine and I like what I heard. When I said this wasn't right for me at this time, I was thanked for coming anyway. It's my experience that people will treat you the way you treat them. The details of the package were explained by the lady that called and they were as described. I guess if you're a positive, happy person, you'll leave feeling gratitude that you were the demographic they look for. If you're not, well you probably complain alot about everything. By the way I was only able to find these few comments about them. Check out complaints about some big named companies, you might be surprised. Frank

I attended the presentation for Outrigger Vacation Club. The program is marketed here in Phoenix by a firm called Good Time Travel. I want to differentiate between the marketing firm, Good Time Travel, and the provider, Outrigger Vacation Club. Good Time Travel offers the incentives (flight, gas money, grocery money) to attract people to come and listen to the sales spiel for the services of Outrigger Vacation Club.

But, who is Outrigger Vacation Club? That's my real question. They are not members of BBB, they are not registered with the Secretary of State in Oklahoma where they list their offices, and with a claimed membership of 120, 000 and 24 years in business, there is a big void about them on the Internet.

So to me, it is less important if I can use the incentive gifts or not. It is important to me to know that a lifetime membership in Outrigger Vacation Club is a real service I can always use, and not "membership" money thrown away.

Wow these people are a ripoff, not only did they tell us we had won a trip to get us there(which my wife had to drive 45 min) they were rude to my wife and this big fat ugly man took her letter and wouldn't give my wife the paper back. When they found out my wife was alone, there attitude completely changed, at no point did it say on any email or letter i needed to be with my wife.Funny thing is, is that they sent this letter with a happy birthday letter, for my wife.Don't trust these people at all it's all a scam to get you in the door to sell you what you probably don't need! They pretty much pushed my wife out the door.Buyer beware!

THIS PROGRAM COULD BE PERFECTLY LEGITIMATE, BUT DOES THE NAME "BERNIE MADOFF" RING A BELL!
Just came back from the Plymouth seminar and found exactly the same. Program sounded good, but when I questioned anything about the company or started to ask for any type of documentation then "Joe" came by and gave us the rush out the door. Too bad- I could be interested but certainly dont plan on giving up $9000 when the ONLY documentaiton is 45 minutes of some guy telling us what we would get. Our "handler" was a nice, older fellow named Ray. Not a hard sell and tried to answer our questions. But, when Joe saw me looking through a members handbook and writing down telephone numbers he quickly came over, snapped up the book and escorted us to the desk. It may be all right but he sure made it seem like it could be all wrong! I think "Joe" said he was one of the company owners, but not sure. Ted Silva (visit 4/22 6:00 pm)

We have already taken a fantastic vacation through the Outrigger Vacation Club. They booked a beautiful trip for us that was completely first class for a fraction of the cost. We were introduced to the Club probably the same way as everyone else, we were offered a gift to hear about them. Since we belong to other discount clubs, like BJ's and Direct Buy, we were curious to see if this could help us travel better for less. We personally had a good experience with them. The letter they sent to confirm our appointment did explain both of us had to attend. Before we went, we googled Outrigger Vacation Club and read conflicting information, so we decided to attend and form our own opinion. Obviously we liked what we heard and decided to roll the dice. What we saved on our first vacation has paid for our membership. We paid a reduced rate for the Club because it was custom designed for the way we travel. Frankly I trust them more than banks, car manufacturers and insurance companies. We did not experience a hard sell approach and we received our gifts at the end of the presentation. Our questions were answered to our satisfaction and we would recommend this seminar to anyone, especially if you enjoy travelling. Sam Masters (member since Jan 2009)

I have to think about this on my next $199 week in a really great resort. Sorry you will be home wishing you could go.
thanks for staying home nothing worse than a b-y-och on vacation! If they gave free hundred dollar bills you would probably complain that you have to go and spend it LOL! Must be a republican!

We totally believe this Outrigger Vacation Club is a big SCAM! Unfortunately we learned through the hard way. We were lured by the offer of a free airline tickets etc.. and went to hear the promotion offered by Outrrigger Travel also known as Millenium Travel also know as Only Way 2 Go Travelfalmouth. The presentations were done by some real hurslers one even calling himself a pastor. During the presentation one or two would wandered into room to give unsolicited testimonial on cue. The whole thing orchastrated to get you to believe that it is legitimate but you won't see any of the savings they promise you. You tryed many times for them to find the low rates they promised but we could always find better rates ourselves. Besides we have to wait for 2-3 days to them get back to us with a response. The free vacation they promise us must be used within 1 year but they sting out the reservation process and make the offer not available all the holidays and full 7 days before and after each holiday making the vacaion offer unuseable for anybody who is employed. The $300. grocery voucher turn out to be a bunch of coupons doled out in $25 at the time what it will take a year to redeem and a lot of work. Basicaly we think this is a major RIP OFF!

after purshasing the package yesterday my husband and I changed our mind, mainly because of the complaints we saw on this site. I went in person this morning and confronted Lyn DuPen and also the manager Larry. To cut to the chase, my fears were unfounded. I was mostly upset by 2 people getting a much better deal than I did but the truth was, these 2 people didn't buy the same package I did! Lyn was as nice as anyone could possibly be, and offered to rewrite everything and change our package. Or she said if your not happy you don't have to accept this at all. Well I did accept it because the package sounds great.
Larry even gave us his cell phone number if anything else comes up.
So far I feel alot better and we'll see how it goes. I think it's going to be
awesome!

Attended last night in Phoenix...24th and Camelback...trouble finding Good Time Travel as there was no signage on the outside of this huge glass office tower (although all other tenants were prominentaly listed)...no signs on the 5th floor anywhere either...cheesy power point presentation...Speaker was obviously bored, went through the motions due to the small size of the crowd-4 couples. Became obvious they were buying unused time share weeks. Gave several examples of rack rates at luxury locations and then THEIR weekly rates. Stated "NO BLACK OUT DATES EVER"! Later stated they had an 86% success rate...just one of numerous contradictions throughout the presentation.

$10K price for membership revealed about 15 minutes in...this gave you one week per year...SERIOUSLY...one "resort week" (as they called it) per year...HELLUVA DEAL, HUH!? Then at the end, the big moment arrived "But for all of you tonight, our "VIP'S"...we've dropped it to...WAIT FOR IT!... $9K (They did sweeten the pot increasing it to 4 Resort Weeks and access to "hot weeks" which are last minute specials).

One final incentive: Speaker also had a "$1K travel voucher...ONLY one, for the first person/couple to enroll". He very slowly pulled it out of an envelope for effect...apparently it was very fragile as he was very careful with it...

Before AS WELL AS following the presentation, I advised "Wade" (our personal representative) that we would not be buying anything here tonight so if he wanted to move on to the next couple I could save him a lot of time. (He looked around the room and we were one of only 4 couples for the big 6PM show so my offer was declined...). After the presentation, Wade returned to answer Q's...I had four pages...which apparently caught him off guard...I again advised we would not be buying anything without doing reserach on his company. Told him IF after our research we felt this was something we would be interested in would call him back, ask for him personally to ensure he got got the commission. As expected, he didn't HAVE a number to contact him at, and Wade advised this was a one time offer only...had to invest $9K tonight or our only choice later would be the full $10K. Said these prices were registered with the state of Arizona "for our protection" and couldn't be modified. When we got up indicating we were in fact leaving w/o buying, he THEN advised there were "lower" package prices" that he could "tailor" to fit our needs. So much for registering their prices with the state for "our protection". We passed.

We have the free incentive package and have been advised to follow all directions on the back to get the free trip, air, hotel, (anywhere in the cont. US and at a Marriott) as well as dinner coupons for Olive Garden and Red Lobster and $300 grocery voucher.

We'll see.

Based on what we've read here and on other postings, not holding my breath.

My wife and I were sucked in by the promise of this not being a time share and that there would not be a hard sell. Although the presentation was enjoyable and informative it was exactly like a time share and it was a HARD sell from the time the presentation ended till me managed to escape. Mike or sales rep used all the classic sales techniques to try to get us to join. The fee was $8, 995 and when we explain we could not afford that they called in a "closer" who managed to some how knock $3k off the price. We explained that that was not within our budget either. The closer was not too happy with us and got up from the table and walked away. Mike, our sales rep then pulled out the "cancer card" and mentioned how he had cancer last year and how he wished he could get back the years he should have spent with his kids instead of working so hard in the past. I thanked him for his time and told him nicely that we would have to pass. We then were told he would get us our scratch card for a price (Lincoln Navigator, $2, 500, 3 day vacation to Orlando or Vegas or 32" flat screen). We were taken into another room were a 3rd guy met with us for one last ditch effort where we were offered a 1 year package for $1899.00. I again explained nicely that it was not in our budget. He did not hide his annoyance and left the room to get Mike who gave us our scratch card. We "won" a 3 day vacation that was nothing like any of the vacations decribed in Vacation Club. Mike mentioned that we had 21 days to claim our price and that there would be a refundable fee that we should pay by money order, not by personal check to book out "free" trip. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time going to one of their presentations.

I just got home from the presentation in Plymouth, MA. A few weeks ago, I'd received an automated phone call saying I'd won one of 4 top prizes and to call a certain #... My kids had been hanging up on it for weeks! I called and was told I had filled out an entry form to win a car... well I had filled out an entry form to win the new Ford hybrid but this said a Lincoln Navigator. I listened and since the weather has been crappy I decided to go and see what I would win (A Lincoln Navigator or the cash equivalence of $45, 000, $2, 500.00, a 2 night 3 day trip to Orlando or Vegas, or a 32# flat screen TV which is cable ready complete with a remote). I arrived and since I am a widow went alone. I was told on the phone I had to present two forms of ID and that a license and passport would be acceptable. I did not feel comfortable giving anyone there my cc #. Well, the man at the desk (large, white hair, mustache and green shirt..if you guys read these you'll know yourself!) asked me to fill out a form. I pulled out the claim #, my license and passport and was immediately asked for my cc. I nicely explained that I was told 2 forms of ID and a cc was not necessary. He disagreed, rudely. I asked why he needed a cc? He rudely said "I don't make the rules, lady" okay then and you want me to buy something from you with your rude attitude?
After filling out the form, we were taken by small group into a room down the hallway by a man known as Manfred who told us he worked for the Falmouth School System as a school psychologist. He was nice enough, kept the presentation down to an hour and told us the basics. I was in disbelief that they wanted 9k for membership, $399 for enrollment fee, and then $249 a yr. to be a member. On top of this, you pay for your vacation...ummm what exactly does the 9k+ get you? just the privilege for a travel agent to find you the best deals...isn't that what other travel agents do?
Afterward, we were brought back to the sign in room and each given an individual person who would 'sell' us the membership. I spoke with a very personable man named Tony but when I explained that I was being honest in saying I couldn't afford this, he then asked what I could afford, how much could he take off the membership to sell me... my answer was nothing.. it wasn't in the budget being widowed with a college aged child...sorry Tony! I was given my scatch card and also 'won' the trip. I have a few choices to make and as I was being led to the door...guess they don't want to hear my questions on the prize...like who do I book this through?!? I was told I had 30 days to mail it in and book the trip...okay! Thank goodness we are on summer vacation..now which of my 3 kids do I take along?
I liked the idea of researching this company before you hand them any money...its only smart to think in those terms. I'm just bummed out not to have won the car or TV but then again I knew it would be the vacation...what else would a travel agent give away... and really its going to cost upwards of $400 for my free gift with fees and taxes depending on which is chosen.

Its funny how people complain for things that are given for free. The program works, if people follow the instructions, when they tell you that you can have a great week and stay in you desire destination, they mention that you must make a reservation with 30 to 90 days in advance. The same happens with Orbits or any other service, they show you a price and when you finaly accept they come with another. At the end nobody if forcing anybody to do anything. There is a lot of people enjoying vacations with travel clubs and time shares as well as people complaining because a FREE gift is not something they can use right away. People if you dont like the way FREE things are, then stop being so CHEAP...if you are willing to waiste 90 or 120 minutes, come on what does it say about you...Vacation industry is growing and always will be some things that wont work for everybody...but they do work...One last thing don´t misstaken that the gifts is promise by the marketing company and not for Outrigger or any of their representives...I went, join and I´m happy with the vacations that I have ben booking.
have a great day.

We have had great hotels and vacations with this company. We got a great deal on the membership and had a very pleasant experience. We were skeptical, as anyone should be, but have been very pleasantly surprised. Haven't paid over $60 for nice hotel rooms, rented a car for $35 in Florida. Some places are not much cheaper than expedia, some are. We rent condos annually and that is a big savings. So far it is everything they claimed it would be. We are hoping to take a motorhome out west next year. Of course it's not free or under $100 but it does save you some money and we firgure within a few years it will be a great investment. If you expect to recoupe your investment in the next year, you won't. If you travel a reasonable amount of time and plan on continuing to travel-go for it. We won a free 4 day trip but never did use it, we went to find a travel club that had flexibility and not points. We found it. If you are only going for a gas card or grocery money, you went for the wrong reasons and of course you are going to be disappointed. We love it and were glad we went!

Nothing in life is free, quit being a "SPONGE ON SOCIETY", aka, a moocher. I use the benefits INTELLIGENTLY, and I DID make the BEST investment for the future of my family...If I'd known the benefits of this membership I would've enjoyed life at an earlier age and would have given them more $ for this program, for it has saved my marriage, and my family is closer than ever.
The only complaints I see about this company, are people that did not make the step to secure their family happiness (NON-MEMBERS) and relish the memories of laughter and fun, of travels that will never happen in their lifetime;Whereas, my families yet-to-come travels domestically and abroad, will last an eternity...

My husband and I went with an open mind. We have a timeshare, but expect to travel when he retires if the Lord be willing and our health holds out. If not, our children will be given this membership. The presentation was very good. The people were very kind. We decided to buy after they dropped the price by half. Great people! We were very satisfied with the promises given to us. Every single one was honered, the people were very cheerful and prompt. Our presentation was hosted by a very funny representative, did not run a minute past the time advertised, and zero pressure was put upon us. We have gone to these type of presentations for years but this time we purchased. They worked with us on price, payment, and terms. We initiated the "sales talks". We look forward to using our Vacation Club, Travel Club benefits!

I see a common theme here... the people that purchased and became members of this club are not here complaining! Seems like the only ones complaining are the ones that didn't buy.Perhaps the buyers are busy travelling with their loved ones and are enjoying the financial savings this club offered? Certainly inspires my curiosity...how do I contact this club? To the complainers that wanted something "free" here is a suggestion: volunteer to help someone other than yourselves! It costs nothing (there is your" free") and you will receive a wonderful feeling of grace. There is a good word to go by...Grace.

A very well rehearsed scam whether in Arizona or Massachusetts I am very glad i saw this before attending the presentation. And I love that the package presenters even come on here and give the false impression that they are satisfied customers much like the earlier mentioned "satisfied customers entering as if cued" during the presentations..

I'm not sure about this. I just came from one of these, too, Plymouth MA. The presentation as good, lively, and fun, but I don't care for the hard sell and these people tried HARD to get us to bite. I always find it odd, too, when the price starts at one price and the more you say no, the more the price drops. It's really no different than the timeshare presentations I've been to in the past. Everybody was very nice and all, but I'm not the type to drop thousands of dollars because a deal you have no time to research will not be available in the future.

At any rate, we were given a form listing the free vacation choices we're entitled to for participating; does anyboy have anything to share about this? A few offer a trip and a "$1, 000 online shopping spree." What site? Also, do the cruises leave from Boston or Miami? Any help would be appreciated.

My husband and I went to a presentation in Plymouth yesterday. Having been through several time share presentations in the past, I knew what to expect but I have a very strong sales resistance and bull radar. Everything was as expected. Our speaker was actually very good and funny but it was more hilarious to watch the ensuing sales pitch. They had three levels of hitters come in to work us over. The more we said no, the lower the price went - which I expected and always makes me suspicious.

Did you every see the show "Lie to Me"? These sales guys had so many "tells" you could see they were just well rehearsed lies. Of course we got the trip - as I knew we would. And yes, the only reason we went was the possibility of winning the car - just like everyone else there.

I think someone who parts with that kind of money without research is a fool. If this club was so great they wouldn't have to sucker people in this way! Our "exit interview" (when they finally got the message that we were not buying anything) was conducted by an insulting pig. We had to explain yet again that we wouldn't spend this kind of money in this economy with so many people getting laid off. He commenced to tell us that those people crying about being laid off are "G-O-Y-A" - Get Of Your ###. In other words "lazy". I told him that I have a number of friends that were laid off in my company but he continued to be insulting.

When we were about to get back into our car we saw another couple on their way in who asked us how it was. I started telling them that it's for the Outrigger Vacation club. Some of the salesmen were on the back porch, heard me and yelled for me shut up saying it was illegal for me to say anything. Of course it wasn't - nothing was signed to that effect. Just shows you how sleazy they are. Maybe Outriggers is decent but that's difficult to believe with these jerks fronting the company. Beware.

Was lured to Sarasota by promise of three day two night Marriott stay, 50 gift certificate, two free round trip airfares and $300 coupon for Walmart. Since my wife and I are teachers, we were told that we would get a special price, not the $5995 fee.

The offer did not mention the 25 small print steps needed for grocery coupon redemption, the mid week travel, the three months lead time for first travel choice and the 45 days between each option, the two weeks prior notice, the need to put $100 up front that you might never see for the airline tickets, the $12.95 "processing fee" for the coupons ... etc ... etc. ...

BS .. pure BS ... I will report this to the Better Business Bureau, the FTC and to Marriott for having any affiliation with this shoddy BS.

O.M.G. we also got sucked into this. I am doing everything I can to get my money back, will even go to the local T.V. station if necessary. I notified Fantasia Travel the following day that WE changed our minds, didn't have a good feeling in our gut. and they said "oh too bad". Should have known better. This is such a rip off. Shame on the owner and everyone there, and the speaker who starts with he and his family moved to this state becasue they lost a child. I wonder now if that is even true and honestly are you serious, our emotions got the best of us. Shame on them. Don't get sucked in, and $9, 000.00 plus processing fee, honestly, all down to $2, 000.00. There is something wrong with this. How can this family sleep at night. Shame on them, I am not done, I HATE getting ripped off. Hate it.

We had a very smilar experience to bucknole72

"lured by promise of three day two night Marriott stay, 50 gift certificate, two free round trip airfares and $300 coupon for Walmart."

We followed all the 25 small print steps needed for grocery coupon redemption, the mid week travel, the three months lead time for first travel choice and the 45 days between each option, the two weeks prior notice, the need to put $100 up front that you might never see for the airline tickets, the $12.95 "processing fee" for the coupons ... etc ... etc. ...required certified mail costs" and at the end our letter was returned with "no such addressee" so we hunted them down and thsy said, "that program is now out of money"

OK--so you are right, that was free, what do we expect, right?

So lets go to our membership. Lets get something going right away...

We have had several conversations back and forth on a cruise request. Then when we got to the part about the quote---nothing...we called and called and finally got thru. When we did she said it was sent to our e-mail. We questioned why the entire previous string of emails was fine, and now it doesn't flow? We called again. nothing. Called more times, nothing. Finally got thru and asked for supervisor--"I can help you"...no, she couldn't. Ended up sending a quote for a vacation we did not ask for.

I am preparing a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.

We went to the presentation and recall two points that meant the most to us--we can save you money--so far the quote they gave us is not cheaper than a few minutes reviewing other on-line sites. and two, they will save us time--the runaround is not saving us any time and is a drain. But I will not have a problem spending time making this complaint. I say the actual membership is a scam, but you all are obviously free to make your own determination.

hey Jimmy555, can you one detailed example on why you 'love' your membership? TXKT mentioned his discount was not more than what he could find elsewhere. Do you have a comparison? Don't compare to rack rates, just about anyone can get huge discounts from the rack rate. Any problems with emails? getting through on the phone?

Hello, I have an update...

We did get our cruise book and did save a few hundred per person.

However, a few lessons learned:

The inability to contact us was because they had the wrong e-mail on file. So when we contacted them and they hit reply, everthing was fine, when they originated the e-mail, it failed--administratively, we took working with three people to get that fixed after the first one confirmed that was the problem. There still were missing e-mails and the third person realized the address was still not fixed and we believe she fixed it now. But that doesn't explain what they did or did not do when the e-mails rejected during the process and why the v-mails were so difficult to answer...so,

We had gone to AAA, we are already members, and ask them to price cruises. They were the ones who gave us the prices I compared to above to determine our savings.

Recommend looking at AAA if the membership is too steep and the cruises are the main thing you want.

But in fairness, since I complained earlier, I must give credit now. We did get a fairly good deal. Now, we will see how Holland America does :-)

Yes, we thought it was too good to be true we are so mad at ourselves for falling for it. We got pressured into buying the membership and now we are trying to get out of it.

My wife and I just returned from a presentation in Plymouth. They start by putting $8995 on the board, and then for the rest of the hour, they try to convince you why you should give them that money plus fees of $399 and $249 per year for the rest of your life. I calculated that in the next 20 years, I would be giving them $22, 000 for travel that I could find on my own at the same cost or lower on the internet. These people were not transparent in what they claim. The main presenter pulls numbers out of the air or from the audience claiming cheaper travel. Nothing in writing was given to us prior to the pressure to make a commitment. Without any discussion, my wife and I were not falling for any of ths nonsense. After about a third firm NO, they finally escorted us out of the room (we were the first to leave). They had us sign a statement that we would hold them harmless. I tried to read the brochure for our incentive prize, but even then, the guy was in a huge hurry to have us sign the statement because he had "paperwork to do in the office". Here are the facts about this kind of club: 1. they won't save you a dime on airfare 2. they might save you a little on hotels, cruises or timeshare rentals, but you have to weigh that against what you are going to pay them anually. 3. There are no guarantees of discounts 4. you have to make your reservations for travel on an 800 line, so you can't see what you are getting for vacation travel 5. this "club" could go bankrupt tomorrow and they still get to keep your money 6. stick to internet sites like Hotwire.com and Priceline.com, and you will get the same pricing or better without anyone attempting to scam you for your travel business
