this is fraud and scam company
i pay 26000 k for a solar panels// system is not working and they don't answer calls or emails, this is a horrible experience don't waste your time and money with this company. I try to contact them on different ways but they dont answer the phone or emails any more after receive the money, Solar Mission is a company that they use to do sales, and this company never answer the emails as well, they just call and say don't worry but after two months is not solutions,
Desired outcome: The company needs to fix the issue with the solar panels, something is wrong with the panels
I wish I checked this site sooner
I wish I checked this site sooner. Seems like I have all the same complaints. Horrible communicators at Palmetto. My cousin is/was a salesperson for them and they don't even give him answers. After signing the contract in January 2022, two months later I received an amendment to the contract. I missed the email about the amendment and a month later it expired and I had to reach out for a new document. After the new contract was signed I had to reach out SEVERAL times for a new install date. I reached out on 4/26, 4/29, 5/9 (to two different people), and 5/10. On 5/16 I got an schedule form to fill out - NOT A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL. 5/26 there were at my house to install panels but did not finish. AGAIN I had to reach out to Palmetto SEVERAL times to get an answer on the finish date; 5/31, 6/1, 6/2 (two emails sent). Now I am going to contact the attorney general and see what my options are. Out of the 41 customer reviews below, a little less than half are 1 stars.

Palmetto energy has taken care of the whole solar change over process and has been an excellent company to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone interested in solar power.
So far so good and they have been beating their time estimates. Install was delayed due to winter weather but the new date they showed up even with snow on the roof. The install crew was good and got done in one day. Left some mud in the house coming in and out and some debris outside that we had to clean up. Was given less than 24 hours notice on inspection. However with all that said, more annoyances than anything. Panels look great on the house. Install was on January 9th and were were generating electricity by the 20th according to the app. Got notice on the 27th, today, that we were good to activate our system. Time will tell now to see how they perform.
The panels for the first of the installation for my duplex have been installed and inspected. They have not yet been connectd to the power grid. I can't evaluate the rates. The installation was done quickly and efficiently, and the inspection went well
very good project doneand eveythin as proised i very satisfied .
I wish I could give them zero star
I wish I could give them zero star. I have had my solar system for just around two years. In July I began receiving abnormally high electric bills. I discovered that my solar system was no longer producing electricity and that the inverter, made by Solar Edge, was bad. After a few weeks of MULTIPLE emails and phone calls I arranged to have the inverter replaced. A few weeks later I received the received invertor. I notified both solar edge and palmetto that I'd received the invertor and tried to schedule replacement services. It is now December and I have been trying to get someone out to switch out the inverter for months now. This process has been roughly 30 phone calls and over 20 emails. Palmetto Solar is saying that Solar Edge, the manufacturer of the invertor, is responsible for the replacement while Solar Edge is saying the Palmetto is responsible for the replacement. I find it astonishing that a company that prides itself on solar installation cannot figure out how to replace a failed invertor.

They really took the fear and uncertainty out of our entire solar process. Their customer service was excellent. I could contact my rep any day at any time, and he would answer all of my questions and allay all of my fears. The entire process was quicker than I expected, and now I am running completely on solar power!
So far so good the instalation went really fast permitting inspections and the final stages now this day January 28th 2023 now waiting on the connection and see how much we save and how much we have to pay over the period of time we do get the sunlight on the panels. I'll get you an update later.
Very good work , installation was as promised not surprises at all
I think they are a very good company. The communication is very good and they always keep you updated. The app they have is awesome as well when it comes to tracking your progress.
This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with in my life
This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I later found out after committing and having installed over $50,000.00 worth of solar panels that the sales reps are NOT employees of Palmetto. They make commitments, promises and lie about the performance of the panels, the installers, and guarantees. My sales rep. told me that by purchasing 100% coverage, I will never have an electric bill. Living in western Pennsylvania, with 60% of our days cloudy, he told me that with these incredibly efficient solar panels, even on cloudy days, they will produce at a 60 to 70 percent rate. I have talked with customer service 3 times and with each call, after explaining my problem, I am told that a supervisor will call me back within 24 to 48 hours...That has never happened. Over the past week, no one even answers the phone, their answering machine says"leave a message". I have again and again, but no return call! I cannot believe that they have an A+ rating from the Complaintsboard.com! Whatever you do...avoid Palmetto at all cost or it will cost you a lot!

Very misleading with the cost of panels versus the cost of power bill. I am now paying more in electricity with the cost of loan and georgia power bill. Hopefully in the long run it will work out to a net positive.
Palmetto installed my panels on dec 20th 2022. Everything was fine. They just needed to have it inspected after that. However they will not call the permit office to schedule a final inspection. I have sent multiple emails and called. I sent them the permit office # and permit #. They said the would take care of it at first. More than 1 month has gone by and still waiting. Now they are not responding at all. The permit office even left palmetto a voice mail, no response. So I can't use the system. This just requires a 15 minute call to the permit office. With service like this the company will not be around long. I would not use them.
This is my second one start review for palmetto solar
This is my second one start review for palmetto solar. My first is from a failed inverter and the effort it took to get it replaced. I now have a roof leak. My contract states that the roof penetrations are covered for 5 years. Palmetto initially tried to say it was only covered for 1 year, even though the contract very clearly says 5 years. After they agreed the roof leak was actually covered, they opened a case for the repair. They stated I would be contacted within 24-48 hours as they take leaks very seriously. This was on 6/29/22. It is now 7/15/22, 16 days later and I still have not been contacted. I followed up with Palmetto and they are now saying I need to provide pictures of the leak. They asked I send the pictures to some generic help.com email address. This was never stated in the initial phone call. It was stated that the person who opened my case no longer works for the copany. They also would not give out the contact information for the person assigned the case number. This company is a joke and I believe I will have to take legal action against them.

I would like to have physical discussions with a rep on issues of initiative start up, the process of tax credit process for my accountant, how and when does the check get processed from state The crew was great and did good job
Palmetto is an excellent solar power source. I have had no issues with Palmetto. I am a Sr IT Professional and utilize a lot of Pusey. It is essential that you do a site survey for sn annual average to get enough panels.
Just finishing up with my installation - a little disappointed that the transfer from the company with the utility company has not been completed - mostly very please up to this point.

So after only 6 months in operation our electric bill went from $3.00 to $17.00 per month (with A/C running all summer) to $127.00 for December, $108.00 for January, $133.00 for February. (gas furnace) I called Palmetto about this after my Decembers bill and the female told me that one or more modules were bad, that we were producing way below average for our region. Palmetto doesn't do repair work, they out source it out to 'Sun System Technology', and in January I got an appointment for March 23, (today). When they didn't show up I called Sun System and was told that Palmetto canceled the work order over a month ago. I just got off the phone with Palmetto and was told the reason for the cancelation is because everything is running normally. Before our solar panels were installed, our winter bills were, at the highest, around $50.00. It will be to our advantage come next winter to disconnect from the panels and just use our electric company power. Every time I called and talked to Palmetto I get a different story on why my bill is so high, that its not working properly, that it is working properly...

We have had several problems with our solar system since install back in 2017
We have had several problems with our solar system since install back in 2017. 1 converter when out and replaced. 2 leak in the living room came and patches it up. 3 converter when out again but this time it was the wiring that was bad their fault, they did send someone to fix it. 4 we had another leak in our sunroom which our insurance company said was come from one of the solar legs. We called and was told the 1st time the computer system was down and we would get a call back. The 2nd time I when on line and ask for a leak investigation which would cost $300 just to tell me we have leak which our insurance inspector told us it was caused by the solar installation but we still did not get a call back. The 3rd time I called and was told I need to send them pictures and the 4th was a chat. I then got an email from the chat person telling they didn't think the leak was coming from the solar installation. We have had a lot of rain here lately and the damage in our sunroom keeps bigger and bigger. We called another Solar contractors that came out and fixed our leak that was caused by the solar installation and we are just waiting on another contractor to come fix the sun room.

The process from signing the initial contract on 4/30/22, to installation on 6/6, to turning the system on 6/23 has been flawless
The process from signing the initial contract on 4/30/22, to installation on 6/6, to turning the system on 6/23 has been flawless. The installation team had the panels installed in one day. They did all of the work with regards to contacting our utility company and Borough to obtain the necessary permits. As a busy professional, I didn't have time to worry about that stuff and I'm so glad Palmetto took care of it all.
We're already noticing a huge reduction in our electricity costs! On last month's bill, we "banked" 25 kWh and didn't have to pay a cent to our electric company, other than the minimum customer charge since we're still hooked up to the grid. It makes my spouse and I a lot more conscious with our energy saving habits around the house - such as making sure we're not leaving lights on.
My only complaint is the loan part with *** Financial, which is a separate issue that Palmetto isn't involved in. (We have yet to hear from them with payment arrangements, so odd!)
Lastly, I was thoroughly pleased with the professionalism of our sales associates, Jared Z and Jacob Z. I normally ignore door to door sales, but I'm glad I opened the door to these guys. It's been a great journey so far and I'd highly recommend Palmetto!

I bought solar through Palmetto a little over a year ago
I bought solar through Palmetto a little over a year ago. I can tell you it was a huge mistake for us. We were intrigued by the sales pitch of going solar and thought that it would be a good way to reduce some monthly costs and a good long term investment. The first sign I should have known it was a mistake is when the sales pitch didn't line up with the documents I got after signing off. The sales guy told me we had a little more than enough panels to offset our monthly cost, and then we get an official document saying they estimate it to offset my bill by 56%. I contacted them and let them know I didn't want the panels if it only offset 56% of the bill. I was then told that was a glitch in the system and it would be high 90%. I have had 0 months where the panels produced enough to cover the bill. Most months I am still paying more than half my normal power bill AND a solar loan. I would have been SO much better off to not install them. I have sent multiple emails and talked to multiple people, but all they do is make up excuses. I wish I never bought them. Maybe other companies are different, but my experience with Palmetto has been terrible. Please contact me for email proof as well, I can show how they treat their customers so poorly. I have also talked with other clients, who feel the same way.

All this company does is provide false promises
All this company does is provide false promises. I met with their Sales Rep, Martin, in January. They reviewed my power usage and made recommendations. They were very informative and they made it hard to turn down. They informed me about the tax credit, they told me 16 panels would be needed for my roof and reviewed all the pricing. They even told me about a promotion they had going on, Palmetto was offering a rebate that covered the first year that would be paid to me in full 7-10 business days after install. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to get everything approved and estimated it would take 3-4 months to complete the project. Here is what really happened... After signing the contract, they reduced the amount of panels from 16 to 14 with no reduced cost. They contacted me mid March to let me know they were ready to install. At the time, I was days away from having a baby and told them I would contact them to schedule after I had the baby and was settled back home. Solar was scheduled to be installed 4-6-2022. After waking at 7AM for their arrival 2 weeks after having a baby, they no showed on me and informed me later that they had a few people call in and had to reschedule. A few days later, my roof blew off. Martin was helpful in connecting me with a roofer that got the job done timely, but this did delay things by about 6 weeks. Solar was installed in early in June and my power box upgraded late in June. Palmetto never came back to connect the solar panels to the power box and left wires hanging from it all summer. I made many attempts over the summer to check the status and I got different responses from customer service each time. It is now the end of September, I have made 2 payments for Solar, but I am still not powered on. They claim that its not in my contract about them giving me a rebate for the first year.. I am a couple weeks away from having it turned on and only because I had to make threats. I wish I never got Solar!

Do NOT RECOMMEND If you're looking to get solar panels I do not recommend using Palmetto for them
Do NOT RECOMMEND If you're looking to get solar panels I do not recommend using Palmetto for them. The salesman was nice and layed out how everything would go. We were to get our panels and two Nest thermostats to replace our old ones. On April 9, our panels were installed. I asked the installer about the thermostats & he said someone would come out to replace them. I called the next week to ask about them and was told that Palmetto don't change out your thermostats and that an inspector should be out in a week or two. I was told to speak with the salesman about the thermostats. After a few days, he finally responded and said that they would be replaced. I have 2 friends that also had solar panels installed by Palmetto. Both received new thermostats on the day of installation. As well as led bulbs and a basket from Hickory Farms, as a thank you from Palmetto for chosing them to work with. After 2 weeks, I called back about the inspector and was told that Duke Energy was the hold up. I contacted Duke Energy and was told that they're waiting on the inspection to clear so they can change out the meter. The following week, we were told that an inspector came out on May 3rd, and inspection was failed because no one was home. That was a lie, I work from home plus we checked our security camera. The next week I called and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. No one picked up or came back to the phone. Finally on May 14th, we received an email stating the inspection was scheduled but didn't say when. On May 20, the inspector showed up. He asked about photos that the installers should have left. They didn't, so he has to reach out to Palmetto for those. Who knows how long that will take. The most disappointing part is that no one from Palmetto have reached out to us to apologize for the inconvenience, to update us on what's going to happen or when. We really regret doing busy with Palmetto and wish we had chosen a different company for our solar panels.

In May 2022 our Palmetto rep, Shuki, came to our home for around 2 hours and was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, then showed us the plan for our home for installation. We agreed to proceed after looking into the company prior to him arriving, and thought it would go smooth. Our contact with Shuki has remained great, and he answered questions along the way. The company itself has been lacking. It takes weeks of no communication or updates before WE reach out to see what's happening and magically within 24 hours of us contacting them there is a new update. Our installers were sent to our home on installation day with the wrong blueprints for our solar panels. Upon talking with their office they were sent new blueprints that were again not the right ones. Because of this everything was behind yet again waiting for new plans, a new panel to be installed, and proper blueprints resubmitted to the county for inspection. We contacted Palmetto a few weeks after the correct blueprints were 'supposedly submitted' to the county, and again, within 24 hours we got a new update that it was just submitted. Once we received our Permission To Operate in November 2022, no one from Palmetto reached out to tell us how to turn the system on. We contacted them, watched some YouTube videos, and figured it out ourselves. The Palmetto app that we use to monitor our usage is to begin showing data within 1-5 days of turning it on. We are now at day 10 and the app is still showing nothing. We have no way of knowing if each of our 31 panels is even working properly. Meanwhile we are making full payments for our solar panels as well as our full electric bill. Shocker, no one will get back to me about refunds for these months. If we could go back in time we NEVER would have gone with Palmetto and are very disappointed in their lack of communication or getting things done in a timely manner without us having to prompt them to do what should have been done weeks prior.

I have no idea how this business got positive reviews from anyone
I have no idea how this business got positive reviews from anyone. I've had nothing but trouble with them, which has ultimately culminated in them ghosting me AFTER making me sign a contract, so I'm locked out of being able to get solar. I've never met a less transparent company. A brief timeline: August 2022: Approached a booth at the state fair and talked with two very enthusiastic people who told me I was eligible August through early September: Was cheerfully hounded relentlessly by said sales people while we worked out the details and I signed contracts, which they dissolved and made me resign about twice a day, because they kept making mistakes. Or in several cases they kept telling me I was eligible for 0% interest rates, only to tell me several hours later that 'oops, those aren't offered now!' Mid September. The MOMENT I sighed what they felt was the right set of contracts (They still conflict with each other), I was handed over to a 'new case manager.' I emailed her to let her know the contracts were wrong and she never replied. Two weeks later, after several unanswered mails and texts, she responded to acknowledge me, but still didn't answer my questions. October: I got a voice mail from someone who promised to be more transparent from now on Early November: I got an email from the original perky sales rep, asking how things were. I told her. She said she'd look into it. I've heard NOTHING since. And that includes the fact that I emailed them several days ago to ask politely for an update. If they'd ever said how long it would take or projected anything other than high urgency at the beginning (*Ihave to drop everything to talk to them to move things forward), then I wouldn't be so offended at how disrespectful they're being now. But three months is a LONG time to have no progress. If this is the sort of business you'd like to work with, then by all means, go with Palmetto. But save yourself the insanity and go with literally any other company.
My whole experience so far has been really really bad with this company
My whole experience so far has been really really bad with this company. On the day of install, they did not inform me or my husband about it. Keep in mind on this day, they had to take my power off for what I was told that day by the gentlemen that came ringing my doorbell at 7am that morning. I did call them on June 28th to see when they would be arriving at my home a couple weeks ago and was never told anything. Communication is key especially when it comes to this because had they told me that they were going to work on my panels, I would of made prior arrangements with my children and my dog to move my food to my in laws house and would of made sure my car was out of the garage to leave when it got to hot for my kids and myself. I live in a hot climate and it was 114 that day. Mind you I'm pregnant with my five children in our house trapped because my car was in my garage and we have no power. Who does that? I asked how long it would take to finish the job as we were thawing out in my house and I was told roughly three to four hours. Well its now 4pm( nine hours later), everything in my fridge is melting along with my freezer and I now have 5 hot children and a dog to deal with. I have made calls since then to palmetto with their representatives making empty promises and not following up with me about my power. My husband had to leave work after 4 pm to lift up my garage(due to no power) so that my children and I can cool off at his office. Before I left the office I called Palmetto again asking when my power will get turned back on and I was told at 5 o clock. I arrived at my home after 5 pm and STILL my power was not on, its now after 5 pm and I'm sitting in my driveway with my a/c on because I cannot get into my garage. My power did not come on until after 6 o' clock on that day by the time I was finally able to open my garage and get inside, my food, everything in my fridge and freezer was ruined. Throwing money away with a big family is not an option as we do not waste food around here so that very same day, I called Palmetto to let them know about it. I thought that after what had happened, they would of been concerned about what happened to my family and I and sad to say, this was on July 12,2021. They were so concerned that I had to call from July 12th to the 16th leaving multiple messages, since you cannot speak to a manager directly and no one reached out to me until that next week. After leaving multiple messages once a day for the past week, an assistant manager whom the manager passed the buck to finally reached out to me. After addressing my concerns to her she asked for a receipt and wanted me to separate the non perishable items from my shopping list. I wish the story was coming to an end but not so...in between all this chaos, my doorbell was ringing again on another day at 7am. Of course I answered wondering who in their right mind would ring someone's doorbell so early without letting them know. I answered and of course, it was a company Palmetto hired to fix the brick that they took out on the side of my house to replace it. I asked him if he called my husband to inform him of this visit and the man sadly said no. I even called my husband to double check and he did not hear from this company. If I didn't have such a big dog, I would of never allowed this man in my backyard. As I put my dog inside, I let him in the backyard, the first thing he says is that he wished they at least sent him a picture of what he was going to me working on because he only does stucco work but never worked with bricks. After looking at it he said that he will be coming back either Thursday or Friday. I told him THREE times to make sure he calls me or my husband, I even made sure he had the numbers correctly. Guess who popped up at my house on a Friday afternoon... Palmetto for 200 anyone? The same exact person I told to make sure he calls before he comes to my house. Can you understand how frustrated I am at this point? I honestly thought that the worst was over, I really did until that very next week, my doorbell rang again at 7am in the morning. I hurried up, got dressed and answered the door. By the time I got to the door no one was there and a van was parked outside my driveway so I approached it. Before I could see who was in the van, lo and behold my cell phone rang. It was a company called Tempo electric whom they said, Palmetto told them to come over to attach my solar panels. I asked them if they called my husband to at least tell him and the man apologized for not calling at all but, he was able to call my cell phone because I didn't get to my door on time to answer it...hmmmmm. So its now 7/22 and I STILL have not received my refund for all the food that I have lost in my fridge and communication is obviously a problem here and its something that needs to be fixed ASAP or a lot of customers will steer away from this company. From my experience, if I could do it again. I would not of chosen this company to do my solar panels. To many mistakes in such a short amount of time, how can anyone trust a company like this?

Solar installation
My name is Andy Retucci I am very upset with Palmetto Solar their customer service after the solar installation. First of all their contractors had to cut my wall open to install a new service panel. It took almost a month to get that issue resolved including several phone calls to both customer service and the finance company with which they use.
Included in the installation was a new roof and now it is leaking and again I am not getting any support. Phone call after phone call after phone call (it's been 2 weeks). My next step is legal action against Palmetto. I guess once Palmetto makes a sale they are done with you. My biggest fear now is that if something goes wrong with the solar panels I will be screwed. You'll get no recommendations from me that's for sure. [protected]
Desired outcome: I want my roof fixed
Palmetto Cheated me out of control of my SRECS
My system was activated in February 2021. My system is working very well, no issues there. In the Fall of 2021, I was contacted by the Incentives Department of Palmetto Solar and made aware that I could sign up with SrecTrade and take advantage of the excess power that my panels were generating. I was sent a contract to Docusign through a broker called Skyview. During the rest of 2021, I received around $700 for the sale of my Srecs until December 2021. Midway in 2022, I contacted my sales people and told them that I had not credit from the Srecs that I had been generating. I sent them a pdf of my Skyview contract and they said that I had chosen a "One Time" payment option. That is rediculous! I trusted people who stole control of my Srecs for the next 15 years. I am contacting legal counsil to find out if they are doing this to other customers as well.
Desired outcome: I want my contract re-issued so I have the benefit of my Srecs that I am entitled to!
My wife and I was talked into installing a 32 panel solar system
My wife and I was talked into installing a 32 panel solar system. The first year went fine, we had very low electric e bills sometimes the bills had a zero amount. we then stared to get higher bills for basically the same electric usage. when we call the palmetto, they sound very sweet and helpful. the problem is they almost always end up doing absolutely nothing, just totally never hear back from the company. I'm guessing maybe two years after the insulation the system failed and was tolled the the system had a faulty converter they will order one and install it because the system was under a warranty. That did happen, they got the system running. August 31 the system failed once again, When I purchased this system i was told that a WIFI connection was installed so they cold monitor the system. I also have an app in my computer to monitor the system. About little more than a month after the System fail I checked the monitor in my computer and could see that the system was down. I had to call several time to get a response from them. finally they made me electronically sign a promissory document to agree to pay $350. for them to find the problem. i told them that the system was still under warranty and that I was not charged for the last repair. I got no reply from them so my wife told me that I should sign the document so we can get the system up and running again. I also told them that I wanted to be informed of the service date before they came to my house, that did not happen Somewhere around November 12. I checked my Solar App and discovered that the system was up and running At this point I get a $350 bill with no detailed info on the service they claimed to have made. I told them that when they send the service report I will pay the bill. Of course as of date i have heard nothing. I fear they will continue to ignore me while adding interest to the $350. at the same time. Thank you for your help.

I purchased solar panels from Palmetto over three years ago. During that time, I experienced several failures with the system. The wiring connections were the first issue to stop production, a bad inverter was the second. I now have another problem with production. Every complaint and issue has taken months to remedy. Whenever I speak with someone the managers are "in a meeting" or I will "hear back in 8-10 days". I was also informed that a manager would return my call within 24-48 hours. This has never happened. I have received limited correspondence via email and it always states that they are currently looking into the problem. I am now paying an electrical bill along with a solar loan. I typically will generate 32-41kwh during peak times of the year. I am generating 18-24kwh since the installation of the new inverter in November (after waiting 2 months for them to fix the issue). I have been assured that a case has been made and this is being handled but its' always the same old story and dismissal of complaints as every other time. I have spoken to Ceasar and Reece multiple times over the last several weeks and I am still waiting for a manager or technician to come out. I helped this company fight my HOA, my family and home were even on their website when my system was first installed. I couldn't be more unsatisfied or unhappy with my decision to use this company. I have been struggling to pay the additional costs as opposed to the savings promised. I have kept my side of the contract but they have failed to live up to theirs. This company needs to get its act together and take care of its customers. I will dissuade anyone from using them in the future.

Palmetto did not provide me with what I was sold by the rep that came to my home. I was on a fixed budget billing with *** Power of $178/month and was sold on the idea of going into financing solar panels with a lower monthly bill. My bills were reviewed for an entire year and the I was told the number of panels placed on my home will cover my electric bill and any overage will be billed by GA Power. For the last 2 months, I have had to pay GA Power a $200 bill and and also the monthly bill for these solar panels. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE PAID SO MUCH MONEY FOR ELECTRICITY! Needless to say... I can not afford to continue to pay such an extremely large electric bill. I called Palmetto customer service and asked to be reminded of how many kilowatts does my solar panel cover before the access is billed to *** Power and I was told they do not know that information. I do not understand how this could be the case if this is what I was sold on! I live in a 1750 square foot ranch home and these solar panels should be sufficient to provide my home with electricity. However, I am paying *** Power at a rate that I have never paid them! This is crazy! I was sold a lie! This company preys on consumers by offering tax rebates and other items to sway you into buying their service. I wish I had reviewed the complaints on this site prior to my purchase. BUYER BEWARE!

Good afternoon, My name is [Redacted] and I had solar panels installed by Palmetto Solar
Good afternoon, My name is [Redacted] and I had solar panels installed by Palmetto Solar. The sales representative, Anthony Dipalma, handled our case unethically. He falsely promised benefits to coerce us into signing documents. For instance, he assured us the solar panels included a battery for reserve energy, which we discovered is untrue. He also guaranteed our monthly payments would remain at $388, which was misleading. Despite providing evidence and repeatedly contacting Palmetto Solar, there has been no response or resolution to our case. Initially, a supervisor named Alicia, later replaced by Sandy Feliz D, was assigned to our case number, but follow-ups have been unproductive. We simply request Palmetto Solar to fulfill their initial promises. For any correspondence, please contact me via email at [Redacted] or phone at [Redacted].

I, ***, am seeking that Palmetto solar company honor the original contract that was presented to the consumer. Multiple issues with getting in contact with my salesperson name "Kareem M," his manager "Brain" and team leader "Mark C." These individuals have taken no action to honor the contract presented by the salesperson "Kareem M." I have contacted Palmetto company to honor the agreement and remove and perform the landscaping service that was part of the contract. I have tried multiple attempts to get these three individuals and the Palmetto company and Sunnova Solar company since August 2022. However, we are still waiting for an answer from the parties involved.
We contracted w/Sunlight Financial & Palmetto Solar to install solar panels on our roof
We contracted w/Sunlight Financial & Palmetto Solar to install solar panels on our roof. Palmetto was communicative up until solar panels were actually installed. From installation day onwards ALL communication ceased. They arrived 5 hours late & completed installation in the dark. Three additional steps occurred in which a Palmetto Solar, representative, a township inspector & a utility company representative came & made permanent changes to our property (which we own). In each case, they showed up unannounced/when I was not home/or in one instance when I explicitly forbade them from entering onto our property. In all 3 instances they made changes to our property without our awareness or consent. Timeline is as follows: Installation: 12/14/22; crew came at 3:40pm. They were supposed to come no later than 11am & finished installation in the dark. (I was never made aware of the arrival time until I called asking where they were). As a result they could not turn on/test the system. Inspection: 12/19/22, Palmetto solar representative & township inspector came to my house w/out permission or my awareness & continued to enter my property even after I spoke to someone on the phone (after they had arrived) & explicitly told them they did not have permission to be on my property that day. They continued with inspection even though inspector could not enter my home to complete all parts of inspection. In days prior I was explicitly told by multiple Palmetto employees that they would coordinate with me so I would be home b/c part of the inspection requires inside entry. 1/18/23: Utility company comes onto my property w/out my permission or awareness & while I was not home & exchanging the meters. No one contacted me before or after this occurred to give me any updates. Between 1/18/23 - 1/23/23: Palmetto Solar rep came on my property & turned the system on without my permission/awareness. I have still not received updates about the system being turned on.

They offered me some solar panels, where they promised to supply me with 70% of the electricity that my house consumes, however the panels only produce 5%, in addition the electricity produced by these panels does not enter my house, but goes directly to the National Grid network, that is, they install the solar panels on my roof, they charge me for the solar panels, but it benefits National Grid
We invested in solar panels through Palmetto Solar in 2019. Recently the inverter for the panels was damaged and during conversations with the customer advocacy team we discussed compensation for the panels or the difference in the electric bill for when the panels were not fixed after many attempts to contact the company and have them service the panels. The team member requested our electric bill to compare the months from the previous year to this year. After I provided them with this information, I have not been able to contact them to determine how we are moving forward. The first inverter was fixed in October 2022, then the inverter that replaced the original broke in December 2022. I again reached out to the customer advocacy team to determine how to move forward being we have had many issues with their product and would like some communication for why this is happening and how to move forward to avoid further issues with the product whether that be for the company to remove the panels or assist with the payment. I have not had communication returned from the customer advocacy team since December 13, 2022 (Sandy Feliz-D***) and have sent emails to follow up with her on December 20, 22, January 12 and 13.
-solar system has not worked since it has been installed. -system started up the Friday 10/28/22 -called support multiple times and nothing has been fixed -paying for a system that does not work
This is the most unprofessional company that I've ever dealt with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PALMETTO. They subcontract the work out to unreliable, people who intern hire unprofessional workers who are not licensed and bonded and do not know how to do the job correctly which lead to installing the solar panels incorrectly and damaged my roof which caused a leak in my home. We have been waiting on the electrician for months to finish the job. They left all of their materials in my backyard for months. After numerous attempts of contacting Palmetto I have received no response. I signed a contract with Palmetto to go solar April 4, 2022 it is now January 19, 2023 and the job isn't complete. If I would have known this was how Palmetto does business I would have never signed up with them. I'm going to report them to the attorney General and seek legal action.

I have repeatedly requested info with regard to this company's promise to upgrade to my solar panel system's 4G transmitter which enables it to transmit energy production info to the SREC commission. I cannot sell SRECs without this, and I cannot remedy this on my own. I submitted the upgrade request in Sept 2022 and received ZERO confirmation/receipt/info/timeframe on that request. While I'm aware that Palmetto is behind on installations, I'm less concerned with timing than I am with their complete lack of transparency and info. I've contacted Palmetto phone support on approximately 10-15 occasions since September 2022, and I've spoken with at least 7 different representatives that I can recall. I confirmed this with "Chris" (last rep I spoke to) per notes to my file. Each time, I was told someone would call (or text) me back. Not a single one of them has ever called me back. I've asked to escalate my request to a SUPERVISOR, got assurance from "Chris" that the request was submitted- I received no call-back. I've requested proof that Palmetto at least received my request to upgrade- still nothing. The last rep assured me that someone would email a receipt- still nothing. I contacted Palmetto's installation company, 365PRONTO, on multiple occasions. They have no idea who I am or why I'm calling them because they have no work order for me. Given a lack of work order with 365pronto, they try to sell me their own installation for $599 (which presents as a scam). This is supposed to be a free upgrade- however, in order to sign up for it, Palmetto required me to sign up for a $99/yr (auto-renewing) "courtesy service" that I do not (and will not) need. I don't even know what this "$99 service" includes. I've received no information about the service. I no longer want to call them. his lack of communication is unacceptable. I either want immediate installation of the 4G upgrade, or I want their solar panels / system removed from my home with a full refund.

from the October 9th until today jan 6th my solar panels have been producing no power, I was never notified of the inverter failure. the only reason I noticed is because the substantial increase in my power bill. I would also like to point out that this is my third inverter failure since my panels have been installed, the first inverter failed after 4 days and took over 6 months to get repaired all while dealing with horrific customer service multiple times each week during that period of time. The third inverter failure occurred in October, not even 10 months of production, after months of requesting a tech to come out and install the inverter they finally had one come by today but he did not make the repair or even take the new inverter out of the box. my dealings with this company have been horrifying at best and have made no attempt to rectify their shortcomings.
I initially spoke with a Palmetto representative in August where we were told we were just getting a quote and nothing more. We then started getting project updates. I made countless phone calls to the representative that came to my house, and through customer service to try and get everything stopped because I never wanted a project started - just a quote. Finally received a cancellation confirmation on August 29th. I informed the customer service I never wish to hear from Palmetto, and want removed from the system, where I was assured he had done. I have now received my 3rd call and text from the installer to help get everything sorted out. I called customer service on the 2nd call, where I was told he would tell the installers I am not interested- yet I just received my 3rd call. I want to be left alone and they keep making me upset by continuing to contact me
Palmetto sales people were in our neighborhood and stopped at our home in 2019, around June. The salesman, Mark R, who is no longer with the company and no longer responds to emails, texts or calls, walked us through the process. Many of the things stated by other about no billing, reimbursements, etc were said to us as well. It took until almost September before the panels were turned on even though they were installed in June/July. In summer of 2020 our inverter had to be replaced do to faulty software. That too took about a month to get replaced. We have recently as the summer of 2022 been told that our inverter is now out of date and that as soon as they have new ones and a tech they will send someone to replace it. That has not happened and we are in January 2023. Our most pressing problem is that in September 2022 we called to see if we could get our panels removed temporarily so that we could replace our roof and then have the panels replaced. It's now January 2023 and our service order is still waiting. We paid both the loan payments for our panels and our regular power bill for at least 6 months in the beginning. If you go to the Palmetto website it will show you pictures and titles of all the folks who run the company but no contact information for anyone. They will tell you to use the app to request service but you get no response. We call the call center, because it is the only number available, and they put in a work order. We need to replace our roof. We are risking damage to the home the longer we wait. We are being told by Duke Power and other solar companies we've called for help that we'll have to hire a master electrician to do the wiring and find someone else to take the panels down. This is unacceptable. This is a $30K investment in our home and the contract that we have with Palmetto is being voided by them simply be being unable or willing to provide maintenance and service.
I signed up with Palmetto on January 3rd 2022
I signed up with Palmetto on January 3rd 2022. The notary was completed on January 12th. Permits were submitted on January 31, 2022. On Feb 9th I was advised permits were on track. On Feb 11th issuance from city pending. Feb 23 permit still pending. Mar 10th still pending. On mar 15 advised permits are 2-3 weeks behind should be available on Mar 23rd. On Mar 23 permit reviewed fire code was updated and permit was resubmitted. April 21 permit approved. On April 27 solar panels installed. On April 28th advised Duke and Volusia County will have to sign off on solar panels placed on roof back of house. Installer was unable to connect with the main grid, the installer came back out a few weeks after and completed the update on the system still pending the two inspections. Between April 28th and May 23 I did not hear from Palmetto, Duke or Volusia County. On May 23rd my rep confirmed inspections were still pending. On June 10th I contacted Palmetto at XXXXXXXXXX and spoke to Laura Garcia said she the inspection was blocked. She had to send a message to the field operations they (Palmetto) are waiting on the NOC from Volusia County. Called again on June 15th spoke to Laura she said its high priority field operations is working on the permit. .On Jun 21st I spoke to Lillian she provided me the same information waiting on the NOC and took my info stating someone will get back with me. On Jun 28th I spoke to manager Ricardo he said he was escalating, took my info and someone will get in touch. On Jun 28 after my conversation with Ricardo I contact Volusia County permitting. I spoke to Toni she said Palmetto submitted the NOC incorrectly, it had the incorrect home owners name, was not certified or notarized they also made multiple email attempts with no response. I called Palmetto with the information again Ricardo said he will update the notes. I called again on 7.6 and spoke to Ricardo's manage Freddie L who took my info and has not called back. I am paying 2 bills!

They are into deceptive and fraudulent practices in marketing in selling residential solar panel systems, resulting in long term energy costs to customers. Allowing their sales consultants the use of predatory & fraudulent sales tactics, which thereafter they deny by blaming it on their "door-door Sales Consultants" only. Thereafter wont take accountability of the fraudulent practices they have allowed and enforced within their business. I gave my trust to this solar businesses for a promised "Electric Savings Costs", just to find out I have been lied and scammed. This business is aware of their predatory sales practices and wont do anything but to just put the blame on their sales representave for "Misinformation given". Now Im stuck paying more of what I used to pay towards my electricity costs! Projecting around $600 more toward energy costs per year and for 20 years! Im signed on a 20 year contract for a overpriced 3.4kw system costing me $15,300 and about $14,700 after federal incentive and loan interest. I mentioned their "sales person/consultant" Nestor P, that I was okay with how my energy bills used to be, I used to pay an average of $50 energy for 8 months and an average of $150 for the 4 hottest summer months in Vegas. Averaging an annual comsumption of $950-$1000. Since my average energy costs were around $50 they set me up with $55.27 loan payments and told me I would get no more energy bills, and I basically would do a bill swap. Thats how I got pursuaded and tricked in going solar by putting into effect their fraudulent practices in marketing, lying and making false promises on "more energy savings" , such as the "bill swap" , "anytime contract cancellation", and system warranties. They make us believe we can rely less on the grid and never receive another electric bill once panels are installed. Now I'm paying the loan plus the electricity bill for 20 years which together total more of what I used to pay toward electrical costs!

Starting on February 2022, I contacted Palmetto Support to inquire whether my SolarEdge solar solution was operating with a 2G/3G cellular modem
Starting on February 2022, I contacted Palmetto Support to inquire whether my SolarEdge solar solution was operating with a 2G/3G cellular modem. Since the cellular carriers were planning to decommission the 2G/3G cellular network. The customer support agent was unable to answer my questions. Furthermore, they stated they hadn't heard about the decommissioning plan and would investigate the next steps. After no response or updates to my ticket, I again contacted Palmetto Support in May 2022. They said they were working on a plan and we should be receiving an email shortly detailing the next steps to upgrade the cellular modem. After no communication or email for weeks, I again contacted Palmetto and they said we should have received an email (Which we did not) and that there Bill Partner 365 Pronto had received a list of Palmetto customers that require a new modem. No one from Palmetto could answer whether this was free or at a cost. If I wanted an update on when I was scheduled to have the service, I had to call 365 Pronto myself. I called 365 Pronto, and they informed me that our home address and name was not on the list that Palmetto provided. And if I wanted the modem replaced so the solution was reporting energy generation back to Palmetto and the SRECTrade, that it would cost $486.54. Between June 2022 and September 2022, I have called a dozen times asking for a Manager, Director, owner of the modem replacement, anyone with the authority to directly answer my questions to contact me; with no response. Palmetto personnel will tell me someone will reach out or contact me; but that never happens. My last call was on 9/7/2022 with Louis, says he would escalate and no one called me back. I called on 9/20/2022 and told that a Manager would respond to me in 3 to 5 days for something that was already escalated. Palmetto has zero customer service ownership and follow through. My solar solution has reported in months and I don't know whether there should be costs

I was looking to get information about solar panels
I was looking to get information about solar panels. An agent contacted me & told me that I could get solar panels at no cost to me & that the extra electricity I gathered through the solar panels that was not used by my residence would be bought by the electric company &I will be getting a check from them paying me for it. Today, 11-29-2022, the agent contacted me & sent me several documents to read over, eSign & return. I asked a direct question "if I'm understanding you correctly, you're telling me that I'm able to get solar panels installed on my home at no cost to me & whatever electricity is gathered from that, that I do not use in my home, the electric company will buy from me & cut me a check & that I will never have to pay an electric bill again. Am I understanding that correctly?" He confirmed everything that I had just said. I get off the phone with him & Googled the solar panel company. I called the customer service to see if I was able to get the solar panels put on my garage roof rather than the house because I have a large maple tree in the front yard. Upon speaking with the customer service representative, I was informed that the company put in for me to get a loan to pay for the solar panels! Here, they had approved me for $52,000 to be paid back over 25 years at 2.9%. my monthly payment would be $178 on top of my electric bill every month! I was told that the gentleman I had been speaking to flat out lied to me about everything! I expressed that I did not give any kind of consent nor did I want that loan. The customer service representative told me he would send a retention ticket in so that the account they had started for me can be closed & the contract they started , canceled. I was beyond furious! I just had waterproofing done on my house & I'm going to be paying for that over the next 15 years so I definitely don't need an additional long-term loan nor did I agree to one! When I spoke with the agent's supervisor, he seemed to care less.

I started my solar project with Palmetto back in Oct
I started my solar project with Palmetto back in Oct. 2021. I went thru all the steps involved in order to get solar panels installed which took the allotted time they said it would so no problem there. Issue started when our electric company came out to do the final hook up and install meter back on February 22, 2022. Needless to say meter was not installed due to improper labeling and wrong meter can installed. I have tried many times to get in touch with someone from Palmetto to get this issue resolved with no luck. they keep telling me that they can't find the proper meter can and are waiting on a call back or email from my electric company to see if they can use any other type of meter can. I took it upon myself to call our electric provider and I got thru right away and spoke with someone. I was informed that their has not been any update on my account since February 22, 2022 no one has called or emailed them about this issue from Palmetto. while I was on the phone with them I was given the phone number of the solar engineering department where I was told they could give them information on where they could order one from or go and pick one up here in San Antonio so I don't know what the hold up is. It has been over two months now that I can not reach anyone from Palmetto that will retune my calls. I did a Goggle review on the company last month where I finally got a response back that stated Palmetto was no longer able to take care of service issues and that my project was transferred over to a company called Goodleap I was giving a contact number and person to talk with to see what can be done on my project. I called spoke with them but they couldn't find anything on me in their system so they weren't able to help me in any way. So now I'm back with Palmetto trying to find out what is going on with my project. No one calls back when I call in to try and get update on on going issue. I'm now two months into pay for solar panels which are not operational

On 06/15/22 I entered into a contract to have solar panels installed on my home
On 06/15/22 I entered into a contract to have solar panels installed on my home. Solar panels arrived at my home on 12/12/22. The delivery driver was unable to unload the panels, so my wife called me at work, and I and to leave work to comes help the driver unload the panels. Installation was supposed to accure on 12/14/22, and I needed to be there for the installation. (at the request of Palmetto) No one showed up for installation on 12/14/22, and I was not contacted until the evening that they would not make it on this day. They rescheduled for 12/15/22, my wife stayed home that day. When the installers showed up they asked my wife how we wanted the panels installed and she called and asked me. I answered the question and then my wife called back and said the installers could not install the system and would be back on 12/19/22. On 12/16/22 my sales rep called and informed me that my loan was no longer good, because the panels were not installed within the 6 month period of the loan. He then informed me that because rates had gone up the bank would not extend the original loan. Another rep from Palmetto called and said that they could get the loan extended, but the sales rep said that he could not and advised me to wait until after the new to try to get a resolution. Then on 1/3/23 a delver service showed up and removed all of the solar panels and equipment from my property, this was with informing me of a pickup date or time. I was informed today 1/27/23 by my sales rep that Pelmetto is no longer servicing my area (Illinois). After the conversation with Palmetto on 12/16/22 teh offered me a $100 gift card for my trouble, if I continued to do business with them, which I entended to do, but now cannot since thaty are no longer doning business in my area. $100 wouldn't even make up for the day of work that I missed. On top of all of this my electrical rates have tripled as of 12/31/22, which is why we were going solar in the first place. Everday is costing money.

I did not autorize an install, and a company installed their system anyway
I did not autorize an install, and a company installed their system anyway. This install was rushed so that the finance could start. It doesn't work. On July 22nd I sat down with Joseph M (Sales Rep for Palmetto) to discuss Solar Energy. Joseph was very forceful, but told I wanted time to look at his company. He returned the next day for more negoitiating. I was promised several things from him so that I would sign that day. I was promised an upgraded electrical box (200 amp), and LED lights for my house and barn. - However, this was not written into the contract. I was told that I needed to sign right away, because it would take months to even get the process started. I explained to Joe, that I was in the middle of a refinance on my home, and I needed that to be completed 1st. I received a call from a scheduler the week of September 14th - 18th, to install my Solar System the next week. I explained that I wasn't ready, but the showed up on September 22nd anyway. The first 2 days of the install did not go well. Installers bent conduient to close to my roof, so that gutters couldn't be installed. A different crew showed up and corrected the mistakes of the 1st crew. On 9/28 I received an email that my install was complete. Here is my problem. The system was never inspected. I have no ideal how any of it works. The system has never been tested. I have tried to reach out to Palmetto, and was assured by a customer service rep. (Theresa Johnson) on 10/16 - that someone would get back to me. I reached out to Joe several times, and the one time that he finally called me back - he said to me that he is just a salesman. When I asked him about the promises he made to me, he said he forgot about the LED lights, and that replacing my panel box, was only if it needed to be. He said what I have should probably work? (This was not what I was promised) - He said he gets to put 2 systems in a year at no cost to the consumer, and he hadn't done any this year. While I am still excited about Solar Power, I have a huge problem with it not being inspected, it not being functional, and nobody giving me a demonstration. The 1st payment has already been taken from me, and I have no ideal if the sytem even works. The only communication from Palmetto that I have had, is a text saying that my system isn't working - and that they would re-imburse me back until it is working. They said it could take 4-6 weeks. I have read many reviews listing the same problem - It doesn't work!

In October I had a knock on my door with a solicitor named *** Dundun from Palmetto Solar and wanting to talk to me about installing solar panels. At first I was reluctant, but he was very nice, so I let him in so that my husband could hear what he had to say. *** was there for about an hour telling us about how the system would work. According to him we were quite lucky that our house receives lots of sun, and he determined after looking at our most recent Duke Energy bill, that we would be able to qualify for the panels, and our bill would go down to $86.01 for 25 years. He made it sound like it would be an environmental way to go, and also ensured us that with this program we would not be out a penny, except for the monthly $86.01. Of course this sounded to good to be true, so *** and I, 4 or 5 times, reiterated that there would be no other cost to us whatsoever. ***'s answer was always a lying NO! We agreed to start the process, and *** said the HOA and the town of Wilmington had to approve it, and then we must sign the paperwork thru Docusign before they could install the panels. We were getting ready to go out of town when the Docusign documents came in. I read a few pages, and quickly signed and initialed them, because of course there would be no other costs involved. They installed the panels and also put on the side of the house some obnoxious equipment, but the solar has not and will never be turned on! On January 12, 2022, I had a woman from LoanPal/Good Leap call to congratulate me on my $27,000.00 loan that I was unaware of for the solar panels! Not only that, but because they couldn't use ***'s credit, they ran mine, and it passed. Of course I explained the above situation to her, but she said I signed the documents, and that it would be coming out of my bank account each month. She had my account number, which is a mystery to me how they got into my bank in the first place, because I certainly did not give my bank information to *** or the loan company! I have since then changed bank accounts, but they could possibly get to that one too. Anytime one purchases a house, car, or any other large items, the terms of the contract are explained and laid out for you. We were not only told there would be no out of pocket costs, but the word "loan" was NEVER mentioned by ***! We would have run for our lives if it had been, and should have. Getting hold of someone by phone is almost impossible! This entire process is a complete scam and all explained to us under false pretenses. We were not left with any paperwork, business card, or a page with a Recension Agreement. I have no intention to pay any sneaky loan, and want Palmetto Solar to come to my house, remove the panels, repair the roof, and get off my property! Also, now the contract is saying $86.01 per month is only for 18 months, and then it goes up to $117.00 per month for the remainder of the loan.

I would like to file a formal complaint against Palmetto Solar company for misleading practices
I would like to file a formal complaint against Palmetto Solar company in Charleston, South Carolina for misleading/deceptive practices for profitable gain. After multiple efforts to try and rectify this situation at the lowest level I feel I have exhausted all resources with no result. I am opening this claim seeking assistance from the Complaintsboard.com to help resolve my current situation with the desirable outcome of Palmetto Solar removing their equipment from my property, repairing any damage from installation or removal, while having them settle the debt with their preferred financing company Sunlight Financial, and stop targeting disabled veterans such as myself with false and misleading information. During the summer of 2018, a Palmetto Solar Representative offered me their system, I expressed my concerns with the price which was $50,010.00 but was informed by their representative the federal Tax credit of $15,000 will be amortized to the $50,010.00 loan bringing our loan to a $35,000 loan within 18 months of payment, in turn, our monthly payment would be continued at a fixed payment of $212.02 which we have been paying the prior months. Our concern began to arise when after filing taxes and crediting the $15,000 we did not see the reflected change to our loan after 6 months, at this time my wife reached out to Palmetto Solar expressing the issue with the taxes and that time Palmetto told to contact Sunlight Financial directly. Over the months Sunlight was contacted numerous times in regards to the tax incentives that were not applied their employees assured us that this is an issue Palmetto must resolve on their end and the problem circulated to a continuous run around from one company to the next in this manner with no resolve after many failed attempts throughout 2019. During February, we talked to a couple of employees and at this time we were told by an employee that Sunlight financial does not do tax incentives or reamortizations to loans. To note, when we call Sunlight Financial we are informed that they record all calls due to the fact they we informed that incentives would be applied and loan lowered as that was one of the biggest concerns we asked for the recording as evidence to bring forward to Palmetto Solar as many of their representatives use that as a major marketing tool. The employee at this time informed us that she would have to ask a manager and probably at this time would not be feasible we were put on hold and she came back telling us that she could not give us the recording. We asked for an extension and first and last name and we were told she is the only employee with that name at Sunlight Financial and could be reached at the customer service number since she is the only one and a dial tone as she hung up on us. Nonetheless, this seems to be common practice with Sunlight Financial because every representative of Sunlight Financial says they are the only person with that specific name and when you ask to speak to a manager they hang up on you. Consequently, upon reaching our 18 month mark our payment increased to a monthly loan payment of $298, because the tax incentives of $15,000 were not applied, and our loan still showed a total balance of $49,583.99 which is only a representation of one payment over the past 18 months even though an automatic payment is set up and no application of tax credit. At this point, I know there is an issue when requesting their representatives' information they would not provide it, when requesting a copy of the recording from this call they refused and when requesting to speak with a manager I was denied that and hung up on. When contacting Palmetto Solar on May 27th and giving them a rundown of everything going on I was reassured that there should have been a reamortization of our loan if the tax credit was applied before the 18th month and referred to his manager, at that time I was informed that his manager was going to email the contact Allen at Sunlight Financial and was going to CC me in the email however, it is the 9th of July and I have yet received an email or phone call in regards to my concerns and finding a solution in this issue. Concluding, I'm a disabled veteran who is put in various binds from having solar panels when these two companies are benefiting and profiting and have this whole time just provided misleading and deceptive information to only benefit them and when inquiring and doing my due diligence have solely received the short end and no solution.
