Do not work for this company whatever you do!!
They have been charging me $85 a month and lost net metering 2.0 for a client and delayed so long they lost financing and now I’m barley getting paid anything also both have had installer change and 3 different Project Managers I have been scammed into paying them 85 a month it is the worst company by far I have ever dealt with..my commission should be 10k on one file and it is now like 2k they changed from ground mount to roof mount and won’t remove the adders it’s hell! I am down to sue them if you want to team up
Powur dont pay commitions and take a long time to make the installation
In March 2023, I joined the Powur platform, and took one of my clients, who signed at the end of March, with a promise that the system would be installed in a maximum of 90 days. Six months and a half passed and the system was still without installing. On the other hand, the platform charged us sellers 85 dollars per month to be able to continue incorporating clients. When I saw that they did not pay the fee, I canceled the right to incorporate more clients for which they charged me $85 per month. As soon as I unsubscribed, the installation was terminated and they did not pay the fee they owe me, because they say that I am not on the platform, which is not true because I still have access to incorporate referrals. And I also have the right to that they pay me the fee for the project sold. It cannot be that they extend the installation time just to continue charging the 85 per month and after 6 months or seven months what they charge me in monthly payment exceeds what they owe me in fee. It's a theft, they don't pay what they owe and they also charge me monthly. Can someone enforce the law? Please! Thank you very much. I hope they pay me my commission. And also no one answers, there is no number to complain and no one answers the emails.

Beware!!!!!
I couldn't imagine a worse experience. Its taken over 8 months to have my system set up. I was told it would take 60 days. The installer failed to show up on 5 scheduled dates. When they showed up they smoke weed, talked about their sexual conquests outside my daughters window and went home after only working for 15 minutes. I had to take 9 days of work off to allow access to my home to complete installation and multiple failed building inspections. The internal process of filing the correct paperwork with the building department and energy provider was incorrect EVERY TIME! If it wasn't for my efforts from start to finish this project would still be in pending mode. I have asked powur to compensate me for time off and energy expenses and they have yet to even respond. For the Love of all that is good, please do not engage with Powur for any reason. Consider yourself warned!
I am going through the same exact thing I have 2 files one that has been going on since January! At my last review I left, I was worried because of the time I had been waiting for any kind of result or response
At my last review I left, I was worried because of the time I had been waiting for any kind of result or response. After speaking with Fransisco C, the salesman, who is very respectful, he immediately visited me and gave me the money for the first payment. I told him he didn't have to, but he insisted and followed by saying if for what ever reason the second payment came due, he'd give me the second payment as well. Overall, he is a very responsible person who backs his word. The reason he didn't answer my calls or texts before my review is because he was out of town on a personal matter, which he proved to be true. I guess he contacted Powur, who in return, immediately contacted me explaining the situation. Sarah, a representative with Powur, has been continually contacting me explaining the process on a weekly basis. Since then, they have finished all of the installation, and are now awaiting final city and AEP inspections for the system to be active. I take back any negative comments I stated on my last review and can now state that I am a very satisfied customer. Although the process was a bit stressful at first, I can proudly state I have a feeling of relief.
This company absolutely *** cant get a hold of anyone who cares about the customer my solar panels are still not online panels were put on the house the installers left and that was it. There is always a new project manger when I call and try to talk to the previous one and they all tell the same story as when they will be here to complete the install and I already started paying for everything for all I care they can come get all their s*** off my roof I will get another company out to do it
and *** was there to answer all my questions and concerns throughout the whole process and the project was done quite promptly. They were very knowledgeable and accessible. Powur might not be the cheapest option for solar but if you do decide to go with them in So Cal. Id highly recommend this team.
The solar company powur when you were on the phone with them. they're knowledgeable and do a great job to to keep the appointments they have on time great company
I would not use Powur again, under any circumstances
I would not use Powur again, under any circumstances. My initial contact with Powur was good; the sales representative was helpful and knowledgeable, and their price was competitive. It all went downhill once the contract was signed. It turns out, they are a multi-level marketing company, and the installers were a completely different company. The installers showed up late and were rude, raced through the installation, drilled holes in my roof which the Powur Representative said would not happen, and left the site dirty. I asked for notification before the final inspections were done and no one listened. Special instructions were ignored and there was no communication at the end of the process. One email instruction told me to go to the electric panel and turn on my system and another email said my system was up and running. I did not know what to do and asked for a walk-though. It has now been two weeks and I guess the only way I will know my system is working is if and when I get a bill from *** The Powur Project Manager promised me a call at a specific time to go over my questions and I am still waiting. Zero stars for customer service, zero stars for honesty, zero stars for reliability.

I contacted *** to see if solar was an option for my latest flip here in ***. As a 30 year contractor I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the whole process. *** explained the process to me, and even educated me on *** itself. He was very knowledgable about the construction aspect of the job as well. He will doi g all my houses from here on out.
Great experience and great customer service. Had my panels installed in October last year. Everything has been working perfectly so far. Thanks to ***, helped me from start to finish, answering any questions that I had and still have. I recommend to go solar to anyone in doubt it's worth it?.
We had a presentation by ***. The presentation was impressive, complete and well presented. Since we were not educated on the solar industry, *** provided us with all the necessary information we needed.
I love my new solar panels! Even on dreary winter days, I am using less electricity than I used to. Everyone involved in this project is energetic, respectful and helpful.
This has been one of the worst experiences I have encountered with a company
This has been one of the worst experiences I have encountered with a company. The rep is quick to communicate and hound you to make a sale and then goes ghost. Powur sub contracts to various installers and lucky me got an installer *** owner ***) who was very unprofessional, lacked communication with me when they broke roofing tiles in the front of my house and claimed it was normal. But ignored my calls about the broken tiles for days. Then when they finally showed up- the installer ***- laughed directly in my face. I will definitely be calling the board on them as well. However, back to this so called business- Powur. After the entire mess of the sub contractors- I am hoping to finally get PTO. Nope. Takes 45 days for PTO to process and when I reach out to my project manager ***, and the *** of the company- ***, they ignore your telephone calls, text messages, and emails. Terrible customer service. Now I am 2 months past installation and my system is still not working properly. I owe my typical SCE bill + my $215 Solar bill that is not even working. I would not recommend this company to anyone, AT ALL. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I also wish I could remove all solar panels and begin fresh with a better company.

My experience with Powur, and my specific sales consultant was solid. Professional and knowledgable, and educated me on my current costs with SDGE. He guided me through the competitive bids and explained to me the difference in equipment, the 30 year warranty and the true costs of finance. I will need a new roof and also an upgrade to the main electrical Panel.I recommend Powur as a solid option for your solar and roofing needs.
and her husband were amazing, everything was explained very detailed. Even after the installation she was very attentive to details and answer all of our questions.
I can only speak on the process leading up to installation, as we won't be having our panels installed until January. We purchased our home in February and shortly after *** stopped by to ask if we had considered solar. We did want solar but it wasn't an urgent matter since we were completely remodeling the house. *** was very respectful of this and stayed in touch over the next few months but was never pushy. We finally decided to move forward with the process in October and between *** and ***, everything has gone very smoothly. At our consultation, they explained how everything worked and showed what we would be saving in comparison to our SDG&E bill every month and it was just a no-brainer. Communication has been great every step of the way and a few days after our permits were approved, Powur contacted us to schedule our installation date. It will be about 3 months from our initial consultation to our install, but I can't recommend them enough! I felt everyone we dealt with was very honest, considerate of our budget and our time, and offered a great product that will hopefully last us many years!
Explained my solar options very well. Showed me my pay back period in an understandable manner. Make decision to go with ***'s company once all other construction projects are completed.
Worst customer service of a company I have ever dealt with
Worst customer service of a company I have ever dealt with. My system was installed by *** and 2 days later I found out the net meter was dead. To get it fixed Powur needed to email *** to request the replacement. I reached out to Powur almost every day for 6 weeks and they can't send a simple email. I have to be on hold several hours to get a rep. *** never call back ever. Customer service is ***.I had to contact the installer who is a third party to get the request done. He did it in 10 mins 5 months later the panels somehow moves probably due to wind. I reach out to Powur and to this day no call back. That was 4 weeks ago. Called the installer and he fix it the next day. So what happens to the people who do not know the installer? Biggest regret of my life getting solar from this company. I am not sure if they would even honor the warranty in the future. *** can't fix the small things. What is gonna happen if an inverter needs to be replaced under warranty? *** probably will wait till it expires and say sorry you missed it.I set up my LLC and all to sell for this company too. Went thru training and was gonna start selling.Glad my issues happened before I started selling. I may have no face to show to my customers with the kind of service powur provided. *** hope you see this as your so proud of your Complaintsboard.com rating.

Great people working for this company. Super responsive, informative, efficient and very clean and thorough work. All started with an amazing
Great communicationIsidoro is very knowledgeable and professional he answered all my questions and concernsthanks for the excellent services.
Excellent service and customer satisfaction. Very satisfied with the sales managers and with the entire process of installation. Powur staff representatives kept us informed throughout the entire process. We recommed Powur as yor solar companyfor your energy needs .
my sales rep, was very knowledgeable and assisted us in understanding solar and what it would take to get the right solar package to meet our needs. I would highly recommend.
We had a "sales" person come to our house
We had a "sales" person come to our house. First of all, he parked in front of my house across the street in front of a fire hydrant. He got upset when I told him he needs to move. Now for inside the house... He came in and sat at the table slouching in the chair acting like he did not want to be there. Apparently I had won a *** security system from Powur at the home show and he wanted to get hooked up on that first. I already had a alarm system in the house. He had me call my company and try to cancel. He was very rude to the rep on the phone for my alarm company. He actually told the rep to do her job or he would get her fired. The rep was on the verge of tears. After the call he started on the solar part. He went over the documents so fast we could barely see what he was showing us. Everyime I tried to ask a question about what the price and how much we could save he would turn the iPad around and "make adjustments" so it would manipulate the price. By the end we would have been paying 3 times our electric *** we have now. When my wife asked why would we want to pay a higher ***. The rep got all mad and insulted my wife making he feel stupid. Things he lied about:1. 5 ton Army tank can drive over panel and not break 2. We would get 3 years of free panel payments from Powur to pay our *** 3. We were required to give fed tax credit back to Powur cause it was the law 4 Permits would be done instantly and panels would be installed within 1 week I do not recommend Powur to anyone. They have sales reps that are destroying whatever reputation thr company Powur might have.*** D
Powur is the - *** - of sustainable energy!
Powur is the - *** - of sustainable energy! The future energy transformation and transition is being iterated by Powur on a daily basis, building from strength to strength and creating new ways... because the old way is broken. It is not by good fortune, but by smart planning and execution, that Powur enjoys the mantle as the fastest growing sustainable energy business, with an executive team and consultancy team beating with the same heart--and the same 'raison d'tre'.I first became aware of Powur in 2016. In April I flew to Dallas to meet with the Powur executives ***, ***, ***, ***, and the Chief Operating Angel ***. Having eye balled it was clear that Powur was very simpy, at the core, the real deal.I believed in the power of Powur from that initial meeting, and within a month of the getting together in Dallas, my wife and I invested heavily in Powur. We acquired 1.4% stock and shareholding. It is with much pleasure that, we who are invested and involved daily, see the incredible changes Powur is making to our homeowners who have stopped renting from their utilities and applied solar to their roofs (or ground mounts) with the impact that is subsequently having on their hip pockets, their energy savings and the reducing impact on our environment.Powur is a straightforward way to own your own business without the huge set up and ongoing opetational costs associated with traditional business ownership. It is a way of earning an income, a lifestyle, a time and freedom option that also ensures homeowners secure the very best outcomes for now and the future, benefiting all."
*** Wish I can give 0 stars
Wish I can give 0 stars. The 1st red flag was the day the panels got delivered. They delivered it late evening and left it in my driveway overnight. 2nd red flag all the parts were not there. I took the day off and waited for the install to show up. The installer showed up after 12 noon. The install company is green energy solution. They tried to extend the job another day and I said no. I inquired about getting a battery for my system. They never told me if the grid went down I wouldn't have power. I was only told this after the panels were installed on the roof. We had a storm recently and I lost power and lost all my food. I reached out to power to find out if I had any damage on my system.. I spoke to the sales rep about getting a battery and what the price will be. 3 days went by without any emails or phone calls.. So I took it upon myself to call power to inquire about the battery. Power direct me to green energy solution who installed the system. Powur told me the only way I can get a battery is to speak with *** solution. I called green energy solution to inquire about the battery they direct me right back to powur. I called power to question why am I getting the run around. The person told me that they would direct me to an install manager. I informed them how disappointed I was with the company and they hung up the phone on me. After spending over $35000 on install these 2 companies took my money. I have a worthless solar panel system on my roof. Do yourself a favor and save your money. This solar thing is a scam. The Complaintsboard.com will not shut them down. These days I think everybody is corrupted. They should be ashamed of themselves and I will report them to everyone I know.

When I contact Powur was excellent the way they talk and the way they was presented to us. Was an excellent presentation. We got so convinced to the point we were part of the sales team.
We were trying hard to sale the panels but all the time we face and talk people they was telling us negative about them and we couldn’t accept it. How people can do that to such an awesome company? we were offering door to door and people were mad at us and closing the door on us. So we were so disappointed at people for doing that to us. Until we face the reality.
When they installed the panels.
We had live in my house for 10 years and we never had a leak in our home, and after they installed the panels. My house was leaking in several places.
At the beginning When they inspected the roof they told us they were some tiles broken.
But even with those tiles broken our house never had a leak. So they took some pictures and never send them to us. We went by their word. Thinking they’re professionals and they know what they doing right plus they have all the credentials and license to do it! We trusted them with our home. Which maybe for them is only one house right but for us as a consumer is all the we have, our whole life is that house Like everyone out there.
But we finally had to face why people were so dissatisfied and disappointed at them. After the panels were installed, Our house was leaking horrible. And like what I said never had a leak before the panels were installed. So now because of the tiles they said were broken they don’t want to take responsibility of that.
When I complained about it they sent me pictures they took from the beginning. So I got a roofer before they send someone from they’re team to inspect the leaks. and he found a lot of tiles broken besides the ones they sent me in the pictures they took from my roof. At to this point they have fight me and seems like they’re not going to take responsibility for what happened to my roof.
They had fight me like I never thought someone will fight, I now understand why people are so fed up with them. I hope someone out here can help me out. As a consumer.
I began my journey with POWUR PBC in August , meeting a consultant at an event.
I began my journey with POWUR PBC in August , meeting a consultant at an event. A year later, in September 2022, I find myself entangled in a web of poor communication, despite having signed a contract. The promise of saving on power bills was enticing. As of September 26, 2022, I've learned that the tax credit is non-refundable, contrary to what was promised as a rebate to offset our loan or home upgrades. The representatives of POWUR PBC assured us of this benefit. It wasn't until I became fully engaged and requested the cancellation and removal of the solar system from my roof for the second time, due to the prolonged duration of the project, that I encountered resistance. Multiple contacts expressed regret and asked me to reconsider. When I insisted on the removal, POWUR PBC's General Counsel sent a Courtesy Letter accusing me of breaching the contract by obstructing the process and opposing the necessary work. This letter omits the extensive delays caused by POWUR's project manager. The experience has been unpleasant, stressful, and financially burdensome. I would remove the panels immediately if possible, as the disadvantages far outweigh the benefits. I urge POWUR PBC to employ transparent, knowledgeable, and efficient representatives who truly embody the company's values. Their failure to deliver is glaringly apparent.

First of all, I was told the actual cost for my 14 panels if I paid cash would be approximately $19,000 and I could take a 26% tax break of about $5000 and keep it along with a customer incentive of about $800. Bringing my cost down to closer to $14,000 for my system. I also asked about loan options. This is where it got weird. For the same exact system the cost went from 19k to 26k for a 25 yr loan at *** and 27k with a ***% for a 20 yr loan. They had incentives for 18 months and 36 months depending on the loan i purchased. So as we talked more i noticed they added the tax break and customer incentive to the loan amount and get this: in addition, the loan fees would be over $4,000 tacked on top of the loan costs, so for the same exact system it went from $19,000 to $31,000 after all the loans and fees were tacked on. They try and tell you that you will be saving more because of the price hikes but the fact is if the unit system costs a certain price that is what the loan should be for and all of these extra costs are for what? It made me wonder if this was one of those join and sponsor type companies that is paying in levels. Once I read through all of the loan docs I had to stop the contract from moving forward. Thank God I didn't sign anything. I calculated the hikes for my future costs for 25 and 20 yrs and not paying for their system would still be less expensive. My rep who came out was new and so I don't blame him. I'm not sure the company is forthright even with the people they send out. The presentation sounds great but read the fine print and don't be bamboozled. The fact of the matter is a 20 yr loan with a low interest rate is supposed to be better but the fees they are charging are close to 15%. A person if they took their loans would pay over 63% over the costs of the $19,000 system. In my book very not worth it.
POWUR IS ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST!
POWUR IS ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST! Their commitment to customer service is above industry standard. They have a complete system in place to ensure that everything is handled professionally, on time, and follows a sequence of events. From the day you sign your installation agreement, through permitting, installation, and PTO (Permission To Operate) Powur has you covered. Their Project Coordinators that manage the entire process after the sale are professional, well-trained individuals that work tirelessly to be sure that the homeowner has a very positive, successful experience making the transition to Solar Energy for their home. Yes, there are times when things go wrong, and POWUR has proved to step up to the plate and handle even the smallest of issues in a professional manner. I highly recommend POWUR - They have attracted positive attention from the biggest manufacturers and finance companies in the Solar industry. From Enphase & Solar Edge to Mission Energy, LG Chem, Panasonic, and Tesla. These companies would not align themselves and enter into partnership agreements with POWUR, PBC if they were not an industry leader and did not provide excellent customer service and relations. My experience as a Professional Residential Solar Advisor has been completely positive and ALL of my customers have nothing but good to say about POWUR and their experience. I aligned my professional career with this company because after doing my due diligence, I discovered they offered the very best experience for my customers, and that was most important to me. My years of experience in this industry have proven that customer service is Job #1 and POWUR ensures that every customer is satisfied. I am proud of my 3+ years association with POWUR, PBC, and look forward to many more productive, prosperous years as we together accelerate the adoption of clean energy worldwide. I am giving 1 star because there is no option for lower, this company's consultant misled me on solar panel sales.
I am giving 1 star because there is no option for lower, this company has an independent consultant who misled me on solar panel sales. He lied, telling me what I wanted to hear to make a sale. He tricked me into buying without reviewing the contract, claiming I'd be free from electric companies, which was false. Now I pay an electric bill plus a substantial loan. My previous electric bill was at most $160, but he said my payment would be $120 and wouldn't change, omitting that it would only stay $120 if I paid $8,000 upfront, which I was supposed to get from the government. After that, the payment rose to $163 per month plus the electric bill, now around $213. He claimed I'd receive government relief of about $8,000 to spend freely, which was untrue; any government aid goes towards the solar loan. He didn't mention in our meeting that solar panels last 25 to 30 years, which is the length of the loan I'm stuck with. When he emailed the contract, he pressured me to sign immediately to qualify for government aid, taking advantage of my situation. He also failed to mention the maintenance required for the panels. As a nearly 50-year-old woman caring for a disabled person and managing diabetes, I can't risk climbing the roof for maintenance and have no one to help. He knew this but didn't care; he just wanted to close the deal.
We were initially impressed by the Palm Beach Country, ** representative
We were initially impressed by the Palm Beach Country, *** representative. He was polite, accommodating and seemed knowledgeable.Unfortunately he seems to be over extended, working without any systems or back-up, and it can take forever to get a response from him, which often does not address the issue. We have tried for approximately six months to get billing and financing errors cleared up to no avail. In addition to the name on the loan being wrong, so was the amount. We made one payment on the loan under the old name, but can't get verification of it being made and deducted from the new amount. The solar contractor was supposed to pay for part of the new roof installation - they did not pay a ***. There was supposed to be a "rebate" coming to me from the loan company, it has never come to me. This is one of several reasons that the loan amount is wrong. According to the loan company only the contractor can change the amount, *** has repeatedly told me that I am supposed to get it, but I have not.The contractor kept asking for photos from the roofer to prove that the roof was completed, but the photos did not go through to the email given and subsequent attempts have also failed. It should be noted that the contractor has been on the roof multiple times since it was completed and could have easily taken their own photos. Powur sent us paperwork showing that they had been paid the agreed upon contract amount, but the loan company has provided paperwork showing the "rebate" was paid - but no information on payee AND that they have paid the contactor approximately $16,000 more than the contract.Multiple panels went out multiple times in the first 60 days and it sometimes took more than a week to get them repaired.I earned a M.S. in environmental sciense in *** and was REALLY looking forward to lowering my carbon footprint. All systems seem to be working now, but . . . we're very disappointed in our experience.

Ive been dealing with this irresponsible company for the last six months and I dont even have a clue when this will be done
Ive been dealing with this irresponsible company for the last six months and I dont even have a clue when this will be done. Starting with *** their representative in charge for the interconnection application. I initially signed the documents on June 7 and I receive the same documents incorrectly 4 times. And recently finally submitted to Eversorce at the end of August. The sales rep *** trying to defend the company and repeating the bootleg excuses told by his supervisor *** and the project manager ***. I personally called the town in *** to find out why the permit took so long and the respond from *** (the building inspector) was we request the financial documents and the design at the beginning of June and *** upload something and *** something else but nobody responds with actual and ONLY requirement until the end of July what kind of company has people sitting behind a computer without looking at their email for two months but getting paid? Trying to get in contact with *** now shes on vacation for a week and nobody else can do what she does not even her supervisor. ive been calling myself Eversorce to find out the status of the interconnection application submitted laid also at the end of August. The sales rep told me multiple times that I was supposed to receive a call from his supervisor *** or *** and I never receive a call, besides provide me the contact number for the customer service I left a voicemail with no callback over five days keep waiting and not even Im able to get a hold the project manager *** or even worse have access to my own profile between Eversorce and powur. Is really simple if you cant do the job dont offer the service. Totally disappointed To the point that I dont even want to completed. This has been a nightmare. The only quick action was my credit inquiry and preapproval besides that nothing else. SmH
In 2021, a representative from Powur contacted me with a detailed solar power proposal
In 2021, a representative from Powur reached out to me and presented a very thoughtful and precise presentation for supplying my home with solar power. She had three plans ranging in scale for my household. After much discussion and reviewing the benefits I agreed to move forward with the purchase. I was very nervous about making the investment. This was due to the price tag but after looking at the value it would add to my home and the annual rate-hikes that my local electricity company was installing, the benefits vastly out weighed the risks. I am still required by law to be connected to my local power grid. So I opted out of batteries and purchased 8 panels for my home. The process went very smoothly. The representative put me in contact with a great company GoodLeap to finance the purchase. With GoodLeap I was able to refinance my house and actually come out with a better mortgage (with the solar included) than I previously had. The timeline from purchase to power-on was clearly labeled in steps. There were no issues what-so-ever. Permits checked out great, roof inspection cleared. Easy and quick installation.Since installing my 8 panels from Powur my monthly bill remains at the low cost of $35 which is the minimum I am required to pay to be connected to my local power grid. I live in the high dessert region of the southwest and rely on a lot of AC from spring too fall. Still my bill remains the same. This is because I generate more power than I use in late fall, winter, and early spring. This extra power is then credited towards my bill and used in the summer months keeping my bill a constant $35. Before my electricity bill would fluctuate from $50 - $150 for just me! It is always an intimidating decision to invest in these large purchases. I was concerned with over reaching and signing up for something that would make me house-poor. The information that the representative provided me put me at ease. I trusted her and what she was presenting me with. I could not be happier with the decision to go solar.
Stay away from POWUR under all circumstances possible
Stay away from POWUR under all circumstances possible. My family has had extremely terrible experiences dealing with them since the last week of July in 2021. It has been 6+ months since we first applied for our permits in NJ. It took them from July until mid November to have the permits approved which were rejected by the township two times because their inability to follow correct fire protocols. I personally had to visit the township two separate times in order to get to the bottom of why our permits were being rejected so many times and send updates to the team since their own installers were lazy and not following up with our project. On the day of our installation in mid November I was told they would be arriving in between 8-9am on Nov 16. At 8:55 AM I received a phone call that they will no longer be coming to install because the equipment did not arrive on time. I had taken a day off of work for this and they threw that at my face. Our system ended up finally getting installed on December 14th and we have been waiting for permission to power on but during the final inspection the township did not pass it because of certain fire conduits not following guidelines. During this whole process we have barley been updated or followed up with we would go over 4/5 weeks without hearing from *** The lack of professionalism and responsibility from this company is infuriating. We were supposed to be installed and able to power on by the end of October at the latest and we are now towards the end of January with absolutely no progress. To top it all of *** gave my family a $250 Amazon gift card for all of these inconveniences which is honestly a smack in the face after all the troubles and inconveniences this company has put us through. Their prices are competitive for sure but looking back I would much rather pay extra for a company that will do the job in a timely and correct manner. Stay away from POWUR.
I can't say enough good about Powur
I can't say enough good about Powur. Yes, I'm an independent consultant with the company, so you may say that I'm biased, however, solar is my career and I've worked at 6 solar companies. I left the other 5 because I saw them doing things that at the low end were just not good business practices and at the high end, they were doing outright fraudulent things. I discovered that it's hard to find a *** solar company to represent. I only want to work with honest and ethical people. I only want to work with leaders of a company that do their job because it's what they love and their heart is more important than sales/profits. I've spent many days with the leaders of Powur and I love them for who they are and what they do. They genuinely want to change the world for the better. This is the only solar company I've ever seen or heard of that puts people first above all else. They do the right thing, even when it's difficult. I've read every single review here and I am sorry that a few people didn't have the best experience. Powur experienced an 1,100% growth from 2019 to 2020. That's huge! And in that massive growth, while the company was adding and training many new employees to handle all of the additional solar installs, I'm sure some things fell into the cracks. But, I do know that everyone at Powur was doing their absolute best during that period and because of the growth, many changes have been made that improves the entire process. Another thing that I love about Powur is that they are continually improving everything. As a sales consultant, I see them lowering prices for us often so that we can save homeowners even more money. They've added so many new things to better the company, the process, the speed, the communication with homeowners, etc., that I can't even begin to list them. If you are interested in solar, I ask you to give a Powur consultant the opportunity to sit down and talk to you. You have nothing to lose, consultations are free, and you'll be shown if you home is a good fit for solar or not, and if it is, you'll see how solar works, how it works with your specific electric company, and of course, what the system price is, what your monthly payment is and the estimated savings. Solar works. It's benefitting millions of Americans right now and the growth chart shows that there will be 4 times as much solar installed in the next 8 years, as there has been in the last 40 years combined. Prices are the lowest in history. Efficiency of panels, inverters and batteries are the highest ever. Financing rates are the lowest ever. Lifetime of panels is the longest ever. Savings is the highest ever. Our warranty is the longest ever. At the moment, there's a 26% Federal tax credit for solar. But, even without that tax credit, solar still makes great financial sense for most homes. Powur has a *** of webinars for us consultants, and we are all taught the process/equipment/customer care deeply. And if there are any bad apples that don't do right by the customer, Powur gets rid of them. Everyone I know at Powur has a deep, deep admiration of the company and wants every single person to be as ethical, honest, transparent, and open with homeowners. It's the only way to be, in my opinion. Powur is the last solar company I'll ever be working at. I'm 56 this year, and don't plan to ever retire, as I love what I do so much. My father is 87 and still farms hundreds of acres of corn and soybeans. As long as I'm healthy and can help homeowners switch to solar, I'll be here. I love this company. "

Solar panels
On 3/15/22 I signed a $55,265.24 contract with Power Solar for 19 panels and a new roof. This was after being contacted by their sales rep Cynthia. I was promised lower electric bills and tax incentives that would be significant. They stated the tax incentives could be used to pay towards the solar loan. All of this has been a lie. The Sales Rep Cynthia a...

My panels were installed in 4/2023. When the sales agent showed me the design I didn’t see conduit pipes running down the front of my home, it looks hideous! I complained. made several calls asking for the panels to be removed. Finally they sent the revised designs to Tracy permit department in July an only removed partial of the panels. I was told that the other panels can’t be moved. I asked them to paint the conduit pipes when they come out to see if this will make it look a little better this wasn’t done. This company customer service team is a joke! The true green installer company is just as bad along with the finance company. I’m now paying for the panels an paying for my electric bill. I recommend not using this company. Once they get the sale the customer service ends. My PM is Barbara an Sales agent Wally don’t trust them!
Desired outcome: Remove all front panels
I have purchased a solar panel system from Powur PBC in the Fall of 2020
I have purchased a solar panel system from Powur PBC in the Fall of 2020. There were *** the system for full efficiency, yet only 13 panels were operational since the beginning. In addition, one of those functional panels is now broken and requires a complete replacement. After several conversations with the company's customer service and sales associate, I was advised that a new inverter was ordered and a technician would install the part as well as inspect the issue of the broken panel. Once the new inverter arrived, I notified the company over the phone but have received no call back to schedule an appointment or follow up. These problems have been impacting our energy production and have been completely ignored by the company for 2 years. I continue to pay for the faulty solar panel system as well as a FULL electric *** that was promised to decrease. My solar system is not harvesting solar power and generating credits that will surely impact my economic security in the coming winter months. There still remains the question if the issues for the faulty panels are due to the inverter or if there is something else malfunctioning that I continue to cover the cost of.

They’re horrible they did damage to my roof, several leaks were the panels are installed and they just sent me an email saying they are going to repair only the tiles they broke. The people they sent to inspect the leaks they said the insulation in the attic got completely wet and the ceiling, also our floor because we noticed until morning when we got up. And it was raining the whole night. So it was a huge puddle of water on our wood laminate floor.
Damaged/Defective Inverter - Not Operational Since 06/19/2022 - Multiple attempts to get status updates from Customer Support have resulted in no response or emails indicating "I am sorry for the long delay, there is still no tracking available for this case."I am now in a position of paying for a new solar system that doesn't work AND paying my local utility for electricity.Attempts to escalate to senior leadership have been unsuccessful and I am caught in the middle of "finger pointing" between Powur and their supplier *** has terrible customer service and seem unable to support the system they sell as advertised.
TERRIBLE PRODUCT and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I had my system installed in June 2022, and have had panels fail THREE times. Every time I call customer support it either rings with no answer, or a rep answers and without notice puts me on hold and never returns to the call. I want this system off of my house so that I can contract with a reputable solar provider.

We have a solar system that was purchased with the home we bought in February. This system is under warranty and had a broken inverter unit the previous owners got someone to start repairs in March. In April a Powur PBC subcontractor came out to finish the repairs and arked the system and burned out the inverter making the whole solar system useless. Powur PBC scheduled repairs for July 6th, which the contractor could not fulfil at the time because he had to get Powur to authorize the replacement inverter. I was contacted by our regional rep to confirm it was ordered and to expect repairs done mid July. Since then there has been no update calls to schedule anything or status updates. We contact the company weekly and we're getting no responses. We are also suppose to get offset credits for the months our solar system is down that otherwise would be generated from our system. I've submitted all my bills per their instruction and also have not gotten any updates on that. It has been nearly half a year now and the same repair still has not been made. I am growing suspicious of them running down the clock to weasel out of their own warranty.
The solar panels with battery I purchased have stopped working since June and I've contacted company numerous times to fix problem. Voicemails, messages through chats, text messages left not answered or resolved. It turns off my a/c unit at random times. Making my a/c run hot air throughout the house causing my electrical bill to be high and paying off the solar panel loan.
Requested a quote from Powur for solar panel services but facing issues post-reinstallation.
I contacted https://powur.com/ to request a quote for solar panels removal/reinstallation. They responded with a quote. A total of 37 solar panels were removed and then reinstalled at my address due to roofing replacement. Initially, all 37 solar panels were operational, but after reinstallation, only 31 are working. The company had agreed to send a technician to check the connectivity and provide credentials for the SolarEdge app to monitor the panels. Despite multiple attempts to reach them via phone and email, there has been no response. I paid $5,000.00 by personal check for the service, which was completed on Thu, Mar 31. I require all my solar panels to function at full capacity as they did before, with all 37 working correctly. Please refer to the attached information/contract provided by Powur for further details.

Updated contract made on 6/3/22. Asked for cancellation on this contract 6/23/22. Initial deposit of $1,000 was placed. Was expecting a partial refund of the initial deposit with "materials and/or equipment, payment for work performed and costs and expenses incurred through the termination date" recovered by the company though at this point the company is refusing to give any kind of refund and I have not been given any documentation of the cost that have been incurred by the company as of this time.
I purchased a solar panel system from Powur PBC in the fall of 2020. On May 5, 2022, my solar app alerted me to an inverter malfunction. I reported the issue to the Powur customer service email and I was advised that a new inverter was ordered and that a technician would be dispatched to inspect the issue. On May, 20, 2022, the new inverter arrived to my residence. I have sent numerous emails to Powur and I keep receiving a response that a technician will be dispatched but no one has called me to schedule and appointment. It has been almost two months since I originally reported the issue and NO resolution. In the meantime, I am still paying my solar panel system, FULL electrical *** ($630.28 thus far), my system is not harvesting solar power and generating credits that will impact my wallet in the winter months, AND I still do not know if the inverter was the true issue or if there is something else malfunctioning on my roof.
TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY - *** installed faulty wiring and installed a battery that does not last for more than 2 hours. Worse, I gave them 3 chances to fix my issues and they no showed me and then called saying that they refuse to fix it. Per their supervisor *** they would not be fixing my solar or battery. I was told that I would get a battery system that would power my lights at night and instead after they installed the job they said that I would have to spend even more just to get what they had promised me in the first place, makes no sense why I would have to spend more money just to get what I was promised in the first place. They also use sub-contractors who are greasy at best and *** up their pricing. Powur is a sales organization that will take your money and run! Buyer beware!
This is not my first complaint through ComplaintsBoard.com, but there has been no resolution and no communication
This is not my first complaint through Complaintsboard.com, but there has been no resolution and no communication. After the first complaint I filed, there was minimal attempt to reach out and settle the issue of the solar panels. The company sent certain individuals to inspect my panels to which they concluded all the panels were to be removed and reinstalled. They informed me they would return within two days and it has been more than two weeks. These men do not return phone calls as to when they can schedule the visit and actually work on the panels as they were contracted to do so. The solar company also has not communicated with me on their behalf about when this will take place. I am very upset with the way they have treated my husband and I with no proper planning or communication in place. I no longer want the panels to be reinstalled. I have no interest in continuing this solar panel investment with this company. If they cannot commit to fixing their own broken panels, openly communicate about a potential delay, or execute the correct engineered panel layout that I was promised, then I need to be compensated and my contract with them needs to be terminated. These panels have not worked and this company has not been working with me effectively to correct this initial issue.

A sales representative by the name Antonio *** came to my house and offered me a solar powered plan i told him i needed more info. He did everything by word. I told him that it sounded good however the price was to high. He then said that if we got the solar panel on our income tax we would be given not credited but given yes you heard right given 17000 dollars back and that we could pay off part of the solar panels with that. My biggest issue is that when I reviewed the contract before signing it i noticed most of the information was wrong example email and phone number. So I told him I wasn't going to sign till it was fixed he said okay. He never fixed it and i never signed no contract. However they started delivering things to Rio Grande City under my name, he apologized and then had them delivered to Raymondville . Then apparently we qualified for 38 solar panels and he only brought 24 mind you at this point we still havent signed no contract saying yes to the solar panels. Then when confronted about it the man evades our calls changes his number and doesn't ever show his face again.I refuse to have these solar panels at my house i am not going to pay due to the fact that I have never signed a contract with the company and I now definitely after this horrible experience never will sign.

I am handling a matter for my parents regarding a solar panel issue
My name is undisclosed, I am the daughter of unnamed individuals and I will be handling this matter on behalf of my parents. My mother was approached by sales representatives from POWUR, a solar panel company, claiming the panels were free as part of a federal program. She was not informed about a contract for $67,474.92 over 26 years. The salesperson requested her credit card for supposed electricity autopay. This misrepresentation led her to believe the panels were cost-free. The contract, signed without her knowledge, only came to light when Good Leap contacted her in March 2022. It bears my father's name, who has dementia and was unaware of the agreement. An investigation into this deceptive practice is necessary, as my parents cannot benefit from the solar energy due to this contract.

I signed my contract with Powur for solar and a new roof last September
I signed my contract with Powur for solar and a new roof last September . Its June 2022 and my project is still incomplete. When I signed last year, I was told it would be complete before the year ended and I could claim the tax credit. Turns out Powur never scheduled the roof company which pushed the solar installation out. The roof company left my property a disaster and had to return twice to clean up. Of the many things they didnt wrong, the workers peed on the side of my house which was apparent by the scent of urine and splash marks on my fence. The solar company didnt show up three times without communication. Turns out it had to do with miscommunication between some man named *** and the solar company. Im still not sure what company *** works for. When the solar company finally showed up to install in March, pieces were missing so they had to return. They were schedule to come on Saturday. They didnt show. No call. They showed up two weeks later. The solar is finally finished the solar installation in March. Now Ive been waiting weeks for the inspection to operate. The third attempt to schedule an inspection to operate was three weeks ago. *** sent the wrong plan for the inspector so I still cannot use my panels and I havent received a new date for the inspection. The Powur business model is problematic. They contract work out with Project Managers who dont manage the projects, leaving customers to manage their staff, yet everyone is making commission while the customer pays for service they dont receive.

I was assured by Powur in event of a power outage I would have power to the house during the day using the solar panels but I would need a generator at night. With this information I stipulated that they would install a connector in my house so I could use my generator in the evenings if we had a power outage. Once the panels were turned on I found out that the power that my panels did not provide power in the event of any power outage. With a generator connector directly to my house this was not what was specified but something I could live with. My panels were installed in Feb 22, as of Apr 22 I am still waiting for the generator connector to be installed. My sales rep is becoming increasingly difficult to reach. I leave voicemails and texts several times though the week before I get a single reply. I have contacted their customer service several times but keep getting assured that this will be accomplished but they loop me back to the sales rep who keeps avoiding my calls. They sent a sub contractor to my house who talked about the work and *** up an estimate but on the installation day the sub contractor did not show up nor did the sales rep return my calls. This has been going back and forth for 2 months. I called customer service yesterday and was emailed stating I had to hire a contractor to do the work and would be reimbursed for the work. This is unacceptable that something stipulated from the beginning to be Powur's responsibility is now my responsibility.I don't want apologies nor promises I just want what any customer should receive, timely service for agreed upon work. Please hire whoever you want to install the connection to my house and let me get on with my life.

Hello, I am a local resident with an issue regarding Powur Solar
Hello, I am a local resident and have an issue with the company, Powur Solar. I signed an agreement in December to have a full system with a battery pack installed at my home, however it is now a year later and I still cannot use my system. The install started in January and they finished the solar panels in February . They were supposed to get approval for the panels shortly after and they would then work on getting the battery installed and connected, and get the permits for that piece. Unfortunately, the Permission to Operate was never filed properly and there was excuse after excuse by the subcontractor who was responsible for the install. Powur ended up firing that subcontractor in August and brought in a new one in that same month. They were supposed to finish attaching the battery and get the approval for the entire system. They still do not have the permits and have repeatedly had the application sent back due to errors. It is a year later and I still do not have my system up and running. At this point, I want Powur to take everything back so I can go with a company who has quality staff and subcontractors who can complete the job in a timely manner. When my loan was supposed to begin in April , I told Powur that I would not be paying my loan and PG&E so they have been paying the loan amount of $170/month. At the end of last year/beginning of this year, I told Powur executives that I would be seeking to have them take everything back and pay off the loan. They are offering me $6000 not to proceed with anything but I do not feel that amount covers my time, energy, and patience I have had during this whole process. In addition, I do not trust that I will have further issues with Powur and the install. I am hoping to gain some help to put pressure on Powur since they are in breach of contract. Thank you in advance for your help.

My wife and I contracted with Powur to install a solar power system on my home
My wife and I contracted with Powur to install a solar power system on my home. There has been one issue after another with their performance. First, due to company turnover, there were five different project managers assigned to my contract and we never once heard from a single one of them. The subcontractor that they sent to do the installation dented the hood of my wife's car. I specifically told them that I wanted it repaired by an actual repair facility; instead they sent some random couple to my home who proceeded to have a screaming match with one another after I declined their services. The installer showed up to my house unannounced and unmasked in the middle of the pandemic. Their repair to the hole they made in my stucco was absolutely atrocious. They also failed to install specific parts to my system that are designed to prevent wind from damaging the roof or solar panels. Shortly after my system went active, the inverter failed. After the inverter was replaced and the system went active again, the inverter failed again. The third inverter seems to have fixed the issue but it is an upgraded inverter that was shipped by mistake. My system was inactive for over three months. After the system was investigated by multiple repair people, it was also determined that I also had multiple bad optimizers. Throughout this entire time, Powur failed to maintain communication with me. I had to do all the leg work with asking them what was happening and when. I have lists of emails going back months begging for information. Now that all the missing and failed parts have finally been installed or replaced, the system seems to be functioning properly but it's functioning even better than it was when it originally went active which makes me think that it was installed with either bad components or components that weren't suited for the system that was designed for my home.

I began working with a Powur independent consultant in January , who came highly recommended.
I began the process in January with Powur with an independent consultant, who was recommended by my parents. Unfortunately, they've fallen into the same play of words as I've found myself now a year later. The consultant's lack of communication was a red flag, but we had already signed the contract. The idea that we could save money on our power bill is a great selling point, and we were told about a credit we would supposedly receive to keep our payment the same. Writing this today, February 4, 2022, after filing taxes, I've realized that the tax credit is exactly that, a credit that's not refundable, which was sold to us as money you get back to apply towards your loan to keep payment the same after 16 months. Now we learn that not only have the politics here in FL changed to where a homeowner, who uses less than $30 in power, will get a fee that will permanently raise the bill to $30 if you don't meet the minimum. Aside from this fee, because the tax credit is not refunded, the targeted loan balance will not be met because we're not getting this money that was guaranteed by the consultant from Powur. We find ourselves in a situation where we will be paying $60 MORE than if I hadn't switched to solar, where I used to only pay $170 at the highest. To those reading this, I would suggest doing your due diligence; read carefully, check your wording, and don't get fooled by a salesman that just wants to make his commission regardless of the damage caused by the sale. My regrets? Going solar due to a trusted recommendation. Have I noticed any benefits of going solar? None at all, I'm left with an unpleasant experience, more debt to pay, and frustration. If there was a way to remove these panels, I'd do so in a heartbeat. The pros do not outweigh the cons. Powur, I suggest you find transparent people to represent you as a company and your values. If there were a way you could make this right, I'm all ears.

First installation date: October 15th Hello, we have had multiple documented issues with the company Powur and their contracting partner JI Electric. Our complaint is that Powur/JI Electric is refusing to provide dates to return to finish the project and follow through. (It is my opinion that someone at one of these companies is intentionally making this project take as long as possible)Ask? Finish the project (monitoring App and commission the batteries). Not promise to have an update on a day then go on PTO when the day comes [protected]), not say they will have a date and take weeks of deflection and misdirection to not provide the date of return. Background:Powur was recommended to us by a friend of the family and we were set up with an independent Powur Consultant. Our consultant is truly a pleasure to work with, we agreed to do a solar install with batteries.October 15th came and they began to install. After the initial installation, which took a couple of days back to back, we immediately had issues with the installation. After much back and forth, pleading with Powur to fix the issues, the issues were finally addressed and we thought we were back on track. Wrong. The project started stalling out and suddenly we could no longer get return dates from the PMs and installers. Week after week, we waited for the city inspection to be completed and were told that the City Inspector was canceling. The City Inspector came to the house (Nov 15, 2021) and informed us that it was Powur/Ji electric that had been canceling, and on this day, they had no-called no-showed.November 24, we had an independent party come out to evaluate the installation due to the delays and misleading communication we received from Powur/JI Electric. They found issues with the installation that were brought directly to Powur by our Independent Powur Consultant. Powur had JI Electric come out (February 28th, 2022), but they did not finish the project.

Dec 2020, contacted powur solar rep (which told me he was a manager in FL), to purchase solar system for my house, there is a lot of details I would like to share, unfortunately there is not enough space in this box for all emails, texts and calls I have. I reached out to powur rep to purchased a solar system for my house. As every solar company they calculate the kilowatts yearly usage of a residence requesting customers their electrical bill, which bill was provided to powur rep plus my tax records for him to tell me the tax credit I will get. I was offered to add a loan for my roof on solar loan, I was told powur has its own contractor for roofing and solar installation, but with the time I had to get my own roofer, I was promise they will pay for the roof, which it did not happen. Solar installer were not powur installers, they were a local solar company who was reached to install powur panels. At this point I decided to get advise from a solar engineer from Duke energy, he came to the site and first thing he notice was that powur design and energy production was not close to the kwts I need to make worth going solar. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!
THE WORST COMPANY EVER! CONTRACTED THIS "COMPANY" TO INSTALL BOTH A NEW *** AND *** PANELS. THIS PROCESS TOOK SO LONG, THAT THE FIRST PERMIT EXPIRED, WITHOUT INSTALLING ANYTHING, FROM DAY ONE, IT WAS THE RUNAROUNDS. I MUST HAVE SIGNED THE CONTRACT AND ALL OF IT REVISIONS ABOUT 100 TIMES. NO ONE WAS SMART ENOUGH, TO PROVIDE A REASONABLE EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THE DOCUSIGNS KEPT GETTING LOST. THEY KEPT SAYING I WAS THE CAUSE OF THE *** EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED SCREENSHOTS PROVIDING THEM WRONG. I WAS PROMISED A TAX REBATE OF 14K. I EXPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES MY FINANCIAL SITUATION AND WAS TOLD IT WOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM. AT THE TURN OF THE NEW YEAR, MY TAX AGENT TOLD ME THAT I DIDN'T QUALIFY, AND THE *** WHICH I WAS TOLD WAS A LIE TO GET MY BUSINESS. WEEKS PAST AND SEVERAL EMAILS LATER, I FINALLY CONFIRMED AN INSTALL DATE. THE "***ING INSPECTOR" CAME TO RECORD THE *** OF WORK NEEDED TO INSTALL MEET CODE. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE INSPECTOR, I WAS TOLD THE EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T HAVE MUCH OF A PITCH, 3 TAB SHINGLES COULD BE INSTALLED PER CODE. I EXPLAINED THAT A ROLLED ***ING SYSTEM WAS NEEDED PER CODE, BUT WAS GUARANTEED SHINGLES WERE THE PROPER SYSTEM. A FEW DAYS LATER THE ***ING COMPANY DELIVERED THE MATERIALS, AND THE INSTALLERS CAME THE NEXT DAY. ONCE THE *** WAS INSTALLED, THE *** PANELS INSTALLATION WAS SCHEDULED. THE INSTALLERS CAME OUT AND THE *** WAS COMPLETED. A FEW DAYS LATER, A RAINSTORM CAME AND THERE WAS ***. I CALLED POWUR AND THEY SENT A *** TO MAKE REPAIRS. A FEW WEEKS LATER ANOTHER RAINSTORM, AND YET ANOTHER ***. THE *** CAME OUT A TOLD ME THAT THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND THE *** WOULD NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. SEVERAL WEEKS LATER ANOTHER STORM, AND YET ANOTHER ***. I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO HIRE A *** INSPECTOR, SO THEY CAN PROVIDE A REPORT ON THE INSTALLTION. NOT A CHANCE IN HELL! THEY CAUSED THE PROBLEM, AND THEY NEED TO FIX IT! AN INSPECTOR WAS SENT, AND THE WRONG TYPE OF *** WAS INSTALLED! THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM COLLECT THEIR PAYMENT MONTHLY

In June , MT met Powur Solar consultant, *** B, got info from him the original Project Manager, *** M, who explained that Powur was "one-stop shopping": they'd handle the management/installation of a new roof, electrical panel solar panels. We'd vetted contractors but *** assured us he'd worked with his for *** were honest competent. We had many delays, damage, extra cost and stress (including rotted wood not replaced papered over holes in the roof) due to the incompetence dishonesty of the roofer. *** S, Powur OM, hired Rainy Day to finish the job although he tried to pressure us to use the original roofer. More delays; Rainy Day didn't install the required # of attic vents. We repeatedly emailed Powur over 3 months to get this resolved so we could have the final roof inspection. Roof delays took us into the rainy season; this delayed the electrical contractor, GR8 Energy *** The solar panel installation began on 01/03/2022 by GR8 Energy's contractor; all the *** were installed on the back roof, contrary to the layout M and T approved in 9. We immediately contacted *** Brita *** asking for explanation/solution. So we wouldn't miss our January 7th inspection M proposed: New brackets, the rails the panels were reinstalled in their correct place for inspection; about *** the incorrect area to be removed by the installer the roof immediately repaired by Rainy Day. From Brita; got a "sorry, looking into this" on 01/05; nothing from *** until 01/06; he admitted Powur's mistake said they'd fix everything. Nothing from *** since then only other email from Brita was on 01/20: "congrats on going solar", no mention of brackets/roof repair. *** hasn't gotten any answers; our 02/02 email to ***, CEO, was rejected. We want to make our good faith payment of $5000 but the job is incomplete we've heard nothing about removing brackets or repairing our roof.

On 6/22 I began receiving calls on my cell phone (registered on the national do not call list in July ***) from "spoofed" numbers. I would answer and someone who sounded like they are with an offshore call center would introduce themselves as being with either Smart Home Solar, U.S. Solar Solutions, American Solar, Go Solar. All of those companies seem likely to be fake names used to hide the real caller's identity and I have previously requested companies using those names to stop calling me. The goal of the cold calls seemed to be to transfer me to a solar agent or schedule an appointment with an agent. In total, I received 9 known calls that I believe are associated with vendors that Powur is using. On 6/27, I played along with a call from "Smart Home Solar" and an appointment was scheduled for 2p on 6/28. About 10 minutes later I had another call confirming the 2p appointment, this time I was told they were U.S. Solar Solutions. I asked who the company is that I had the appointment with and the caller could/would not say. I received a call 6/28 at 2p from *** of *** (a Powur Consultant). I had *** email me so I would have further proof of the interaction. I emailed back and let him know about the calls and was told *** hired some lead generator off *** The generator told me that he could not say if he called me due to an NDA with ***. I then contacted Powur via email on 7/6 & was told that the compliance *** would look into it, but I have never heard back.On 8/25 I had a call from Go Solar. He mentioned my do not call list status and said he would need my permission to proceed (something that is needed *beforethe call). He wanted to set up a meeting with his client and offered me midnight on 8/26 or 8:30p on 8/27. I chose 8/27 & was told *** would reach out & was given his email/phone. He emailed with a meeting invite & I found he works for Powur. I reached out to Powur again on 8/26 with no response.
