Review: Paperless Post Invitations - Frustrating User-Interface and Poor Design
I had a real tough time trying to figure out how to add my guest list onto the Paperless Post website. After going over it for more than an hour, I finally got it to work. I thought I had my invitation designed correctly with all the necessary information, but when I received the final invitation, it was a bit untidy. Some of the wordings on my invitation did not fit on the page, and as a result, important information was left out.
It was a frustrating experience, but I decided to just go ahead and send the invitation anyway just so that my guests would have something to refer to. However, I must point out that I was not exactly pleased with the design since it looked poorly done. It was also after my guests started to comment on how the invitation was unclear that I realized they had a limited view of the invitation due to the poor design. So I opted to pay $30 for a below-average designed invitation.
All these issues aside, I must say that I enjoyed the features on the Paperless Post website. I just struggled with the user-interface a bit. While I would like to use this method again, I would love it if the website offered a more user-friendly interface and support. However, since I can't afford to waste 2-3 hours again, I might be going back to the old-fashioned way of using paper invites.
Paperless Post Review: Frantic Attempt to Send Card Resulted in Frustration and Defeat
Imma be real, I was on Paperless Post for like 20 mins tryna send a card and let me tell ya, it was a hot mess! My daughter and I couldn't figure out how to make it work. We designed the card and tried to send it to my nephew, but the dang website wouldn't recognize that we already selected his email address (which we did like three times!). We even asked the site to send ME a preview of the card, just to see what would happen if he actually got it, but the card wouldn't even open! We finally threw in the towel and decided to check out other sites that might be easier to use. This is a real shame cuz the card actually looked pretty dope.
Paperless Post Review: Great designs, but terrible customer service & privacy issues
So, I gotta say, this Paperless Post site has some pretty nifty designs. They got everything from cute lil animals to fancy schmancy floral patterns. But lemme tell ya, I've had some technical issues up in here. Stuff ain't loadin' right, things are crashing left and right. And when I tried to talk to customer service 'bout it, they didn't give two shs 'bout my experience. They just sent some stock answer like they didn't even read my message. And sometimes they straight up lied to me! Like, c'mon y'all, give it to me straight. And forget 'bout any privacy up in here. These staff members are readin' my private messages without even sayin' sorry. It's like they don't even care 'bout my rights or nothin'. Just be aware, folks, 'fore you go throwin' your money at this place.
Disappointing Print Quality: A Review of Paperless Post Wedding Invitations
I recently gave Paperless Post a try for my wedding invitations, and I have to admit, I was not impressed. I thought I had found the perfect design from the renowned Oscar de la Renta collection, but my excitement was short-lived when I received the invitations only a week after ordering.
Upon closer inspection, I found the print quality to be subpar at best. The once-beautiful floral design was now a blurry mess, with the colors appearing off and washed out. It was almost as if the printing machine ran out of ink halfway through the job.
I was absolutely crestfallen by the whole experience, especially considering I had taken the extra effort to order all the way from Turkey, under the impression that Paperless Post was a reliable company offering top quality products.
Needless to say, I would caution anyone considering this service to think twice. The low-quality printing would be especially concerning for important events like weddings, where attention to detail is everything. Hopefully, the company can work on improving their printing process to provide a better product for their customers in the future.
Frustrating experience with Paperless Post invitations
I had to send out invitations for a party recently, and I went to Paperless Post to get the job done. I needed to send out two different versions of the invitation, one for people who lived in the same town as me and one for people who lived farther away.
I started by selecting the first group of people and checking off all the boxes. Then I reviewed it three times to make sure I didn't make any mistakes. Finally, I hit the "send" button, only to be told that I needed to buy coins first. I didn't mind too much, so I went ahead and bought the coins.
But when I hit "send" again, something strange happened. All of the boxes that I had carefully checked off before had become unchecked! And worse still, the invitations were sent to everyone on my list, not just the people in town.
Now I have to contact all of the people who were mistakenly sent invitations and let them know that they aren't actually invited to the restaurant. It's a real pain, and it's embarrassing too. Some people are already saying they won't be able to attend, even though they weren't supposed to be invited in the first place.
Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of Paperless Post. It's a good way to send invitations without killing trees. But it was really frustrating to use this time. I hope they can fix these issues in the future, because I don't want to go through this kind of thing again.
Review of Paperlesspost.com - RSVP Confusion and Lack of Alert for Event Time Change
Paperlesspost.com ain't something to write home about! I sent out some wicked invitations for my little guy's birthday party and found that it was confusin' people by askin' them to rsvp when they already had. I ain't the only one who's seen this issue; others who've invited me to their events through paperlesspost.com have also had the same problem. The worst part, though, was when I hustled to change the time of the event just two days after sending out the invites, but paperless post didn't alert the guests of the change! My peeps showed up at the venue bright and early, two hours before the shindig was supposed to start, which left me feelin' like a real dope. I was anxious that no one would come back at the right time, but thank heaven above that we have some truly rad friends who did show up later on. In the end, paperlesspost.com was a total disaster!
Paperless Post Invitation Fail: Not Worth the Trouble and Embarrassment
So, I stumbled upon Paperless Post for my son's high school graduation party invitations and boy, what an experience it was. Firstly, I have to admit that I do not have the tech savviness of the younger generation so I had a tough time navigating the website. But eventually, I figured it out and made what I believed to be a simple yet elegant invitation.
But little did I know, I was in for a surprise. I sent the invitation only to discover that the photo of my son was swapped with a guy named George from 1938. What's worse is that all the information on the invitation was of George's party. My guests were quick to point out the mistake and while they had a good laugh, I couldn't sink into the ground fast enough from embarrassment.
I thought I had made a mistake initially but after contacting their customer service via their online chat feature a few times, I realized that the mistake was entirely from their end. They were quick to offer revisions but it was like playing Whack-a-Mole. Every time they sent it back to me with corrections, there were even more issues.
At the end of it all, I just had to send an apology to my guest list and ask for my money back from the "Coin" purchase of $38. I would have saved myself from all the hassle and embarrassment if I just went for the old fashioned hand-written invitations.
All in all, while the concept of Paperless Post is great, their service and tech support need serious improvement. It's not worth the trouble if you just want a simple and hassle-free invitation for an event.
Paperless Post review: Terrible Customer Service & Website Errors
I recently used Paperless Post to send out holiday cards to a whopping 600 people - and boy, was I disappointed. The customer service is terrible - I had a question but it seemed like they didn't even bother reading it because the response I received was completely irrelevant.
But the real kicker was when I realized that they don't even know what's happening on their own website. The admin section asks you to give a private title to your card, supposedly for your own reference and not for anyone else to see. I entered "for my reference only" as the title, thinking that no one else would ever see it. But what did they do? They took that private information and used it as the subject header for every single holiday card I sent. So now, all 600 cards are titled "xmas2013non-weddingmailinglist" - how embarrassing!
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Paperless Post to anyone based on my experience. Their customer service is lackluster and they clearly can't even handle their own website properly. Save yourself the trouble and find another site for sending online greeting cards.
Terrible Experience with Paperless Post: User-Unfriendly and Rip-Off Charges
I just hopped onto Paperless Post's website to create some lovely photo cards for my daughter's first birthday since she moved halfway across the country for grad school. Let me tell you, the site was a total mess! It was hard to navigate and not at all user-friendly. I don't know how many times I typed in my daughter's name in the "recipient" box, only to see my own name on the virtual envelope - Ugh!
I tried every trick in the book and even edited and rescheduled it multiple times, but nothing seemed to work. And then, as if by magic, the card just SENT - without any prior warning. This is the first time I ever had a card sent out before the intended date. As you can well imagine, this was very disappointing, especially when it was for such an important family occasion.
Whoever designed this website should be fired. This is not how you make a website's interface. Just when I thought the experience couldn't get any worse, I was appalled to see they charge for 'coins,' not direct payment. This makes no sense and feels like a massive rip-off! Why should they hold us hostage to spend more money on services and products that we haven't even received yet? It's just not ethical.
I really regret not reading any reviews before trying to use Paperless Post's services. It was a bad experience from start to finish, and I do not recommend this site to anyone unless you are a glutton for punishment.
Disappointing Experience with Paperlesspost: Poor Quality and Customer Service
I made a decision to choose Paperlesspost, because they allowed me to design a custom, square, two-sided card of my liking, which was perfect for designing for our Save The Date. For the design, we wanted to have a full photo of my fiancé and I on one side and the date and location of our big day on the other. After ordering countless samples to ensure we got the right coloring, we finally found the perfect one and received a shipment of 110 printed cards. However, when we received the order, to our dismay, the coloring was WAY off! It was painfully light and the whole photo looked lost, almost as if it was washed away. It was nowhere near what we had expected from the sample or the online version we had reviewed.
After contacting them and raising our concerns, they did assure us that they would resolve the issue by rushing a new shipment to me overnight. A few days later, the new shipment arrived, but once again, the picture quality was SO dark that you couldn't even see our eyes. Rather than giving up, we promptly contacted them again. However, this time, their response left us in disbelief, as they claimed that they "can never guarantee 100% that our order would come out looking identical to our sample or draft." They may as well have said the moon was made of cheese! We could not believe what we were hearing from them.
Despite their blasé attitude, they did assure us of a refund and the preparation of another shipment with the closest possible resemblance to the design we had originally tried to order. A few more days passed, and the 3RD shipment of the Save The Dates arrived, but even then, they were still wrong. At this point, we had no choice but to ship them out, but we were extremely disappointed. It took so long to finalize the order, and it completely disrupted our timeline for sending out the Save The Dates.
Just when we thought it was all over and we could breathe a sigh of relief, we began to receive text messages from friends and family who had already received the Save The Dates. They informed us that the black envelope liner had bled completely onto the white backing of the card. This was quite the embarrassment, and we were mortified. It seemed like they could not get it right. The fact that they refunded us didn't matter as much, because we would have much rather paid triple the price to get what we actually wanted the first time.
Overall, my experience with Paperlesspost was not great, to say the least. It was very frustrating, and it took up too much of our time. We expected more from them, and we were disappointed with the final product. It wasn't worth the stress and aggravation.

Poor Quality and Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with Paperless Post
So, I recently gave Paperless Post a try, and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. Firstly, I couldn't even reach their customer support, not even once. Thankfully, I didn't pay a lot for it, which is a silver lining.
The actual quality of the card, to be quite frank, was terrible. I mean, the design was just not up to the mark. I ended up having to get it shipped to me instead, which is not what I expected at all. Plus, when I tried to cancel the order, they just couldn't do it.
Now, let's talk about their technical support. To put it plainly, it was not good. I couldn't even add text when it was necessary. I mean, that's basic functionality, right? It really wouldn't have taken them long to fix that.
All things considered, there are definitely better sites online for sending e-cards. I wouldn't recommend Paperless Post to anyone, really. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else. Trust me, it's worth it.
Disappointing User Experience: A Review of Paperless Post
Paperless Post ain't what it used to be, that's for sure. It was once a handy dandy lil' website for sending out invitations without all the fuss of paper invites. But now, it's just plain frustrating to use. I mean, what's up with the interface? It's just plain horrible! I've been throwin' the same shindig every year for the past five years and every time I try to get a list of who's coming and who's not, it's like I'm solving a Rubik's Cube or sumthin'. I can't even get a darn alphabetical list based on last names! It's like they don't even care about us loyal users anymore. Disappointin', to say the least.
Unreliable and Frustrating: My Experience with Paperless Post Invitations
So, I was looking for a good website to create Invitation cards for my son's birthday. After checking out a few websites, I found Paperless Post that seemed good to me. I created the invitation and sent it to guests. I also used this website to keep track of the RSVPs. Everything was good until I got an error message after trying to track RSVPs.
I was quite surprised and annoyed at the same time, as I spent time and money creating the invitation. I tried again and again but the error message persisted. Eventually, I logged in and found out that my entire event was missing. I couldn't believe it! I had already sent the invitation to my guests, and now they can't access the event that they were invited to.
Frankly, I am very disappointed with the service provided by Paperless Post. This is not what I expected when I decided to use this website. It's frustrating, to say the least, that I'm not able to track RSVPs as planned, and now I have to find other means of doing so. I was counting on their service to keep everything in one place, but now I'm at a loss.
To sum up, I would not recommend using Paperless Post for creating invitations, as it is unreliable and can cause major inconvenience. I mean, what's the point of using a service that can't even handle the basics? It's worth spending a little extra time and money to find a website that is more reliable when it comes to creating and tracking invitations.

Beautiful Designs, but Clunky Website: A Review of Paperless Post for Event Planning
Paperless Post is a website that lets you create beautiful invitations and design your event, but I wish it was easier to use. The designs are awesome, but the website itself is not so great. For example, I had trouble figuring out how to invite more guests after I had already made my invitation. This took up a lot of my time. The site needs to be organized better so that everyone can use it without trouble.
Poor Payment System and Hidden Costs: My Experience with Paperless Post
Paperless Post ain't the best, fam. The payment situation is straight up trash. You gotta pay up, ain't no freebies here. And don't even get me started on how the site hides the cost like it's a secret Illuminati ritual. It's not until you done put in the work making your fancy-schmancy invite that you realize you gotta pay up big time.
But hold up, I gotta tell ya about the real kicker. These jokers tryna trick you into buying more coins than you need, just so you can pay for extra invites. Like nah, son, that ain't cool.
Honestly, we ended up jacking the design and slapping it in some emails 'cause the whole biz plan is a hot mess. Nobody wants to be dealing with that kind of tomfoolery.
Not impressed with Paperless Post for my wedding invites - skimpy templates, high cost, no response from customer service
I made a weddin' invite on Paperless Post, but I gotta say, I wasn't impressed. The choices for templates were pretty skimpy - only two pages! That ain't hardly enough for a proper send-out for a weddin', if ya ask me. I had to collect all my guest's email addresses, which was a bit of a hassle. Plus, this company charges a whole heck of a lot - $50 - just to send out 80 invites. That's way too expensive in my book!
So anyways, I sent out the invites two days ago, but have yet to hear if anyone received 'em. I've tried callin' the number they provided - ***234 - but no one ever picked up the phone. And when I emailed 'em, I still haven't gotten a response. It's pretty frustrating. If they can't even respond to an email, then what the heck is their customer service like?
Honestly, I'm really unhappy with my experience with Paperless Post. I'm seriously thinkin' about demandin' a full refund. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone who's tryin' to plan some sort of event. They seriously suck.
Paperless Post Review: Bugs and support issues dampen the experience
I recently came across Paperless Post while looking for an online platform to send invitations for a party I am planning. I was pretty excited to try it out but my experience has been anything but smooth. I encountered some difficulty with their address book feature. When I uploaded 86 addresses, only 80 could be found in my address book. While this was not ideal, I figured I could manually add the remaining addresses myself. However, I was hit with a bug that prevented me from doing so. This sure was a bummer.
Thankfully, I was not left stranded as they do have a support site that promises to help. However, I must confess that the support only offered very little assistance. The responses looked like they were drafted from a template and the support personnel did not seem to know what the problem was. This did not help me feel any more confident about using the platform for sending invitations.
Overall, my experience with Paperless Post has not been great. While their platform did offer some interesting features, it's important for them to ensure that their users can easily navigate around and find any solutions to any problems that may arise. Being unable to manually add or delete addresses was very disappointing. I hope they can fix these bugs soon and improve their support site to better assist their users.
Can't have multiple Event Times
The main issue I have with Paperless Post is that they no longer speak to you over the phone, they make you email only. This is very poor customer service and I will use other options in the future. If I'm having an issue I'm not interested in waiting for an email response, I want a real human to discuss with and get the help I need.
I have been using this service for over 3 years and I always have an issue and require support. In the past you could call and speak to someone and they were very helpful. Now someone will eventually respond usually after days and they will assume what you need. The process is painful and long and for an instantaneous society and product they should provide instantaneous service.
Does not work properly
Found Paperless Post and thought it was a great idea! Finally I found a great place to make and send invitations. So I made about 50 invitations for my birthday party and sent them to my friends. I had no idea there was a bug or something because I was informed that all the invitations were successfully sent. But only 17 people received them! My best friend called me and asked why didn't I invite her. I told her that I sent her an invitation and she told that she received nothing. Then I called all of my friends and that is how I found out about this bug. Great idea but they need to fix their system.
they couldn't make everything what you want and for what you pay on time
I don’t advise other people to deal with the company www.paperlesspost.com. We contacted the owner and explained that we wanted to organize the hen’s party and there would be a lot of people there. We provided them our ideas and they accepted them, but they almost ruined our event. They didn’t work hard and didn’t manage to do everything on time. We weren’t happy with the provided services, plan and the whole job. It cost us too much, and I meant not only money, but our nerves. Not advisable!
