Paramount Financial Phone calls and messages

I am sick and tired of your company calling and leaving messages to call back...I TOLD YOUR EMPLOYEE SHAW OF PARAMOUNT FINANICAL to stop leaving me messages every DAMN day on my cell phone...sounds like he is a mental case...I have told him over and over I DO NOT WANT HIS BUSINESS...he lies and said he is not calling but yet...his DAMN phone number keeps coming up on my phone...what kind of COMPANY are you guys running...I WANT THIS
STUPID CALLING TO STOP!

Paramount Financial poor service ,

i called the sales department at paramount and spoke with a salesman named Craig Colling, i was trying to lease a piece of equipment (a printer ) for my business in California, we are a fairly new company but we have over $ 80, 000 in collateral and assets and our personal credit was not bad whatsoever, also we don't owe a single penny to any of our vendors and we are making a good amount of money per month . i was informed that the situation was good and there should be absolutely no problem, with our $8, 000 down plus our credit and income (our credit by the way was ran, reviewed, and discussed before they sent it to a THIRD PARTY ) i was not informed that it would be another third party that would actually be making the decision for them but in fact i was told that it would be just sent over to their under writing dept for a quick review and then we could go on with the paperwork, NOT THE CASE, in fact they don't make any of the decisions they seem to be more of a middle man and not a good one at that, when the decision came back i was told it was turned down due to lack of credit and liens, which is I'mpossible since we have got over 22 years of credit, 3 cars paid off and the only loans we have are our truck which has never had a late payment and a $42 a month merchant credit card machine lease, also with out a single late payment ... when i asked to speak to someone higher up i was given nothing but smart ### answers such as "well I'm the manager in the sales dept you can call me anytI'me " ... he was condescending, rude and unprofessional, i guess this company only leases to people with an 800 score on there credit ! this is yet another prI'me example of whats wrong with this country today the rich get richer and the middle class are getting poor, i am so frustrated with this company and their lack of ability and lack of work ethic to try and make something happen, Had i known they were just going to screw me around and run my credit (which lowers your score ) i would never have made the effort to call them, paramount financial is a joke ...

I am disappointed to read your post Gavin. When you applied for financing with Paramount Financial earlier this year, I conveyed that our approval process was driven by the owner's personal credit history and time in business. New businesses are considered high risk for financing and we require a 600+ FICO score to submit for approval, which most clients view as a very flexible option. Without getting into specifics, I clearly conveyed to you within 2 hours of your application being processed why we could not secure financing for your new business. I also offered you the option to provide a cosigner, in hopes of working together. You are always welcome to call or email me to discuss in more detail. I respect your point of view and sorry that your experience with Paramount Financial was not a positive one, but I respectfully disagree that I was rude to you during our phone discussions. I take pride in taking a professional approach in all business-related matters, especially since you were referred to me initially by an equipment supplier. Paramount Financial has an excellent reputation for securing competitive approvals and for setting realistic expectations for approval qualifications. In this case, we were not yet aware of the owner's personal credit situation, which did not meet our minimum guidelines. For clarification, Paramount approves most transactions with credit scores greater than 600, regardless of time in business. True, we do not underwrite all transactions internally, but we are a direct lender for most credit classifications. Unfortunately for this applicant, application-only credit reviews do not prioritize collateral and assets over personal or business credit scores. We never like to hear of clients having a negative experience, but we understand that being denied credit can be an emotional situation. In this case, given the credit situation, we advised the client on what to do in order to improve his credit score such that Paramount, or any other lender, may be able to assist his business with future financing.
