Parcel Compare Avoid At All Costs. Never Use For Anything

I wish I could give less than 1 star.

All I done was get a quote as it is a compare service. They are now trying to say I owe them money for receiving no service or goods from them other than a quote. No emails will go through and the contact through the website does not work either.

Avoid at all costs and advise others to not use these rip off merchants

Parcel Compare Beware

BEWARE this company have great prices but only because its a con. If your parcel gets damaged it will most likely be on their list for excluded items. So they will willingly take your money for extra insurance but you WON'T be insured. Their Packaging guidelines are also a joke because they damage your goods but again its your fault for not finding a bit more cardboard so they can throw things around a bit easier. Last please note they also charge you extra handling costs and take the unauthorised payments out of your bank. So please think very carefully about using this company because it seems cheaper because if things go wrong YOU WILL PAY MORE

Parcel Compare Disappointing Experience with Parcel Compare: Damaged Goods and No Accountability

Parcel Compare is a shipping service provider that claims to offer reliable and efficient delivery services worldwide. However, after using their services to send four packages, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. What was supposed to be a hassle-free delivery process turned out to be a horrific experience that cost me dearly - financially and emotionally.

In total, I sent four packages, all of which were adequately and carefully packaged to ensure that no damage occurs during transit. Unfortunately, all four items were delivered in a damaged condition, which was frustrating, to say the least. What was even more surprising was the fact that the company accepted no responsibility for the damage caused, even though I insured the goods.

Unable to speak to anyone directly, I was forced to rely on emails that only reiterated the company's refusal to accept liability, which was incredibly frustrating. Despite my efforts to get my grievances addressed and resolve the issue, I received nothing but the same dismissive language and a lack of willingness to rectify the problem.

Ultimately, the mishap has cost me a whopping £700, and I'm left feeling utterly exasperated and dissatisfied with the service provided by Parcel Compare. In my opinion, this is not only a massive loss of money but an extreme violation of trust and confidence in the company and its commitment to customer satisfaction.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Parcel Compare to anyone looking for reliable shipping services. The absence of accountability for damaged goods and the lack of communication channels makes for a challenging customer experience. If you're looking for dependable and trustworthy shipping solutions, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Parcel Compare Disappointing experience with Parcel Compare: Lost parcel, denied claim, and poor customer service

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Parcel Compare, which left me feeling frustrated and let down. I entrusted them to arrange the delivery of a parcel through UPS, only to find that my package was lost somewhere along the way during transit. Naturally, as a customer, I was horrified to learn that my parcel had gone missing, as it contained important items that I could not afford to lose.

In the aftermath of my lost parcel, I had to go through the rigorous process of making a claim for the lost items. UPS even confirmed that they paid out my claim to Parcel Compare in the amount of ?500, however, to my dismay, Parcel Compare continues to deny any knowledge of the claim or payment. This unacceptable level of service has left me with very little choice but to take legal action against the company to receive compensation for my lost items.

I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with the experience I have had with Parcel Compare. It seems that they do not take their customers' needs seriously and are willing to turn a blind eye to compensation when things go wrong. It is highly concerning that they would misplace a parcel and proceed to deny any knowledge of it when compensation is rightfully due. This is completely unacceptable and speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and their devotion to their clients.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Parcel Compare to anyone, as I do not believe they can be trusted with important and valuable items. I urge others to seek other reliable alternatives who offer exceptional customer service and can deliver on their promises. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who may consider using this company to be extra cautious and vigilant about their parcels and their services.

Parcel Compare has got to be one of the most unreliable parcel delivery companies out there. Their false promises of guaranteed deliveries are nothing but a scam meant to trick unsuspecting customers into handing over their money. Instead of delivering parcels to their intended destinations, Parcel Compare engages in shady practices that often leave their customers angry, frustrated, and out of pocket.

One of the most common complaints about this company is their tendency to hold parcels hostage. Customers have reported receiving emails that their parcels couldn't be delivered due to a variety of reasons such as a wrong address or a missed delivery attempt. However, instead of offering a solution to their customers, Parcel Compare goes ahead to threaten them with disposing of their parcels by destroying or throwing them away. What a horrible experience this must be!

It's hard enough to trust a company with your precious packages, but when they prove themselves to be so untrustworthy, it can be a truly devastating experience. I was in need of sending an important package to a colleague and decided to use Parcel Compare due to their affordable pricing and good reputation, or so I thought.

Unfortunately, the service I received from them was less than satisfactory, and I was left feeling cheated and disappointed. After paying the fee for parcel collection, the package had still not been collected after the agreed-upon day and time. I reached out to the company to inquire about the delay, but got no response from them.

Feeling concerned, I decided to ask for a refund as this was not the kind of service I had paid for. However, Parcel Compare played hardball, insisting that I pay a further £6 in order to receive my refund. This was even more frustrating as I had already been ripped off once.

From my experience with Parcel Compare, I urge all customers and potential customers to beware of this service provider. The company seems to prey on innocent people who need their services, and the lack of transparency and customer care from their end is concerning.

Parcel Compare Disappointing Experience with Parcel Compare: Misrepresented Weight and Unexpected Charges

When I entrusted Parcel Compare with my parcel, I had high hopes that it would be delivered to its intended destination without any hiccups. Unfortunately, my experience with the courier was far from satisfactory. What started as a simple process turned into a nightmare when the courier claimed that the weight of my parcel was different from what I had indicated. The result? An additional charge of ?60 on top of the initial ?23 I had paid.

I was stunned and felt helpless as it was just my word against that of the courier. Even worse, I was threatened with the possibility of debt collection or court action if I didn't pay up. The weight difference that the courier claimed was a whopping 17kg more than what I had stated during the shipment process. How could it be that much of a difference?! That was a mind-boggling figure and I was left wondering if I had missed something.

Needless to say, my trust in Parcel Compare has now been severely eroded. I'm not sure if I would ever use their services again or recommend it to anyone else. When it comes to shipping, all I want is peace of mind and assurance that my parcel will reach its destination safely and at the expected cost. Clearly, Parcel Compare has failed to deliver on that promise.

I used Parcel Compare to send a package to Germany via UPS, and while I was optimistic about the smooth delivery process, unfortunately, things quickly went awry. To start with, my parcel was collected one day late, which wasn't a major concern at the time, but it was just the beginning of what turned out to be a long and stressful ordeal.

The expected delivery date was set for 10th August, but as of today, which is the 20th of August 2021, my parcel still hasn't been delivered, leaving me and the recipient in a state of flux. Despite sending several emails to address the situation, the company's response has been disappointing and lackluster, indicating that they are not interested in resolving my delivery issues.

The crux of the matter is that their customer service in this situation has been shockingly deficient, and their lack of action has left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth.

Parcel Compare Unfair and Inconsiderate: My Experience with Parcel Compare's Online Courier Service

However, three days after the parcel was delivered, I received an email from them requesting more money due to the parcel weighing more than what I had specified during the booking process. I immediately reached out to Parcel Compare to dispute the additional charges. Parcel Compare Avoid Parcel Compare for International Parcel Delivery: A Disappointing Experience

When it comes to sending parcels internationally, choosing the right shipping company is essential to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time. Unfortunately, not all companies are created equal, and some fall short when it comes to fulfilling their promises. In my recent experience with Parcel Compare, I was left disappointed and frustrated with the service that I received.

Initially, I was drawn to Parcel Compare because of the promise of a fast and affordable delivery service for my parcel from the UK to Cyprus. I was told that it would take between 3-5 days for my package to arrive, which was ideal as I needed it to arrive quickly. However, what I experienced was far from what I had been promised.

Instead of my parcel being sent directly to Cyprus, it was sent depot to depot in the UK for one week before finally being posted through the post office. This was an inconvenience to me, as I had to wait longer than expected for my package to arrive, and it also cost me more money than it should have.

To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service to enquire about a refund for the delayed delivery, I found that there were no phone numbers available. I was left with only an email contact, which resulted in a poor experience with the service. The responses were slow, unhelpful and in some cases, downright rude.

What I found most concerning about Parcel Compare was the so-called "Multi-Courier" service that they offer. It is marketed as a way to save money by allowing the company to choose the cheapest shipping option for your package. However, in my experience, it meant that my package was sent whichever way was cheapest for the company, regardless of what was promised to me.
