Disabled Parking outrage
One of your vans took two of the disabled parking slots over outside tesco express in hedge end at 10.30 on the 3rd August . They were parked in one of the bays but made it almost impossible to get into the other bay. This was totally unnecessary my husband is a blue badge holder and another lady came along after me and had the same problem. Registration number was BU71 FLJ please ask your staff to be more considerate

Shipping tires to my home
Their service is such utter garbage that I don't even understand how they're still in business. Their customer service is non existent and their website is absolutely useless. There is no way to actually contact someone that can help you. They went by my house two days in a row and left their stupid stickers and I had no way of telling them to leave my package in the back. I finally had to drive 2 hours to get my stuff because after two attempts they leave your stuff at a random [censored] warehouse. I can't explain how frustrating dealing with this business was. I wouldn't want my worst ennemy to have to deal with such incompetence.
Dangerous driving
The driver of your fleet trucks ( license 06-P811) was driving dangerous on northbound Deerfoot in Calgary ( between 4:30 and 5:00pm, Monday April 3,2023) in rush hour. Lane changes with no signal lights, tailgating and cutting drivers off to force lane changes. This driver should be reviewed and go through driver training or the better option denied driving any longer for the safety for the driver around him.
I hope will take some action on this.

Damaged my package
I send a box of 16x13x13 for Christmas I had bottle of wine that I had bubble wrapped and put in bottle box and secured well in the bigger box not only was the package delivered late they also delivered it with the cork of the wine bottle open it was so corked out it was barely even closed and when I called the lady on phone named Martha laughed at me and transferred me over to “supervisor” who sounds like he was driving I heart ambulance and turning signal going of and I was rushed of the phone after being told it was my problem and they couldn’t tell me to why the bottle was corked open and hung up. Don’t ever do business with Loomis I totally regret my poor choice.

Today my mother got a package she bought from Walmart and it was delivered to her home. She is a senior, who is getting ready for a knee replacement surgery. So right now she can't walk far. The driver left the package across the street near her mail box. She lives on a country road that is used by truckers daily. Her box was soaked, the bottom was covered in sand/salt. Thank goodness it didn't go through the box. Please tell your drivers to make a effort to go to the front door. Her driveway is shoveled and clear. There is no reason why the driver couldn't come to her front door. Thank you. Today's date 11/30/2021

Please note that on August 17, 2021, there was a knock on my apartment door. When I opened it, there was a huge & heavy box sitting there but no delivery person. I am 71 yrs old with disabilities and it was with great difficulty that I dragged the box across the carpet to pull inside. If I hadn't been home, this would have been sitting in the hallway and could easily have been stolen. This seems to me to be Loomis's responsibility. Also, it says 'Return reason: Customer Refused Delivery'. That is not correct at all. I only found out it was Loomis who left the box outside my door after speaking with customer service at Walmart.
I had to get assistance from a neighbour to unpack. It was then that I discovered that the product was not as described and not usable in my apartment. Furthermore, it was far too difficult for me to re-pack and I'm just not strong enough. It was difficult just to unpack. I couldn't on my own. When I called customer service at Walmart to initiate a return, I advised them of this and said that I would need them to send someone to re-pack.
I have spoken with Walmart customer service at least 5 times since this date. I keep getting told that Loomis will be there tomorrow, but nothing.
Also, I suggested it would be better to schedule a day and time (preferably afternoon) to do this. Nothing.
While it may not be Loomis's responsibility to re-pack, it should be arranged then for Walmart to assume this responsibility. I advised them of this.
I have received no information from Loomis or Walmart and I need this resolved. One customer service agent from Walmart said that Loomis emailed me sometime between August 24, 2021, and August 30, 2021. I checked all dates in all folders and nothing. I also told Walmart that I wanted my refund. This has gone on now since August 19, 2021.
I would appreciate your contacting Walmart to work this out. I've had no success from them or Loomis. The problem was not created by me. It is between Walmart and Loomis, and again, I would like this resolved.
As well, I have three Reference numbers provided to me from Walmart customer service. Reference: #[protected]; #[protected];

Please note that I have no means of transportation. That aside, I am not able to facilitate a return to Walmart for the reasons explained.

I called today at dartmouth location and the lady picked up the call name jannet.I was upset coz i booked on demand delivery for aug 20 and they tried to deliver on 18 and 19 august and i was not at home. I was supposed to receive my package on December 10 2020 but till now I havent received it. I have called so many times to Loomis including their chats, all I hear them is we will call you next day which they never do. During my last call, I was so frustrated that I even told them I will pick up my package wherever the location is but still they could not provide me any details. I was trying to find a parcel delivery from the customer service in burnaby thursday dec 1st at around 11 30 pm and the? Hung up on me twice... Also she was rude and 2 top it off she could barely speak english which is the language that I asked for.. Besides while tracking the parcel it said that? Couldn't find my place... Twice? Wtf hopefully this issue will be resolved asap
Driver
On December 24, 2019 at 11:10 a.m., I was driving West on Rickman Road in Clayton, Georgia toward Hwy 441 (23). A Loomis truck in the parking lot of Rabun County Bank was approaching the Rabun County Bank parking lot exit. The driver should have stopped and waited for oncoming traffic to pass, but instead of stopping the Loomis truck turned right into my lane towards my car, forcing me to drive into the opposite lane in order to avoid that Loomis truck driver hitting my car on the passenger side. Fortunately there wasn't any traffic in the opposite lane. Immediately after just missing hitting my car only because I drove my car out of the lane, the Loomis truck driver turned into the parking lot next to Rabun County Bank before I could get the truck's license plate number. I was in back of the truck long enough to see the large print on the back "How's my driving". I am quite concerned a driver in such a heavy vehicle did not stop at the parking lot exit and give right of way to the traffic in the lane they wanted to turn into. It was a very dangerous situation that fortunately did not result in an accident. Your drivers DO NOT know how to drive safely nor seem to know the rules of driving such as looking for oncoming traffic and yielding to that traffic before turning from a parking lot onto a road. I will never trust a Loomis truck every again.
Corrupt delivery service
I ordered a friend some stuff online for delivery to his apartment since he does not have a vehicle.
He happened to go out to the mailbox in his building and found there was two loomis notices on his door stating that this was the second delivery attempt, and the first one was on 2/27/19.
My friend, not having a vehicle, doesn't go out much, so he's always home. And he never got a knock on the door, neither did anyone buzz him on the front entrance buzzer on 2/27! And on top of that, he didn't even get a notice on his door on 2/27!
Now, apparently there have been "two delivery attempts", both of which my friend was home during these times and never got any knock on the door or anyone buzzing the front entrance!
Now loomis is saying they will redeliver... For $10.00!
Ah ha! It's a scam!
They pretend to deliver something, only to get you to pay more money to get it "redelivered"!
Either this is the company running a scam to make more money, or it's the drivers running a scam to get cash in their pockets from phony delivery attempts!
In either case... This company is a scam!
Deliver/ pick up times
I live 30 minutes outside of Vernon, BC at V1H 2A1. I have lived here for 6 years. During that time I have had the WORST SERVICE ever experience with any deliver company from the Vernon office.
I often get no notice that my parcel has arrived. Occasionally I do get an email from the shipping company on a "Track" notice. i.e. I currently have a package "on hold" at the terminal WALC304855. I found out because Walmart sent me an email with a tracking number.
So I go online because it says (on the telephone I've been holding for for 35 minutes) that I should go online and schedule a pick up. I can't find anywhere that it says schedule a pick up.
So someone finally answers the telephone and she tells me where the office is in Vernon and that it is open until 2. I DRIVE 30 MINUTES AND IT IS CLOSED.

Delivery driver did not follow instructions
They tried to delivery on Friday, no one was home, but they left an attempt notice. I signed the notice and wrote instructions on where to put the delivery. Monday at 12:08pm the driver tries to deliver again. He keeps catching us when no one is home - not his fault. I have video surveillance so know exactly when he was there.
Not only did he not read & follow the instructions to leave the package, but he put a new attempt notice RIGHT ON TOP of the original signed one!
Now, I have to drive a hour out of my way to pick it up. The kick in the pants, is I have to drive by at least 4 brick and mortar locations for the company I order from and they said it had to be delivered! What a cluster...

Desirable solution: uh, my time, fuel, wear and tear on my vehicle, and the fact that my 2 days shipping is now into a week before I get it - a refund on my shipping... $250 should cover it. Not that this will ever come to light in my lifetime.
Never, ever would I recommend Loomis Express.
Truck driver
I was in the right lane on the Marcum bridge towards Saint John's. Your driver pulled next to me when it merged to one lane on the freeway. He forced me to slam on my brakes narrowly avoiding being crushed under his 18 wheeler. He could clearly see my vehicle and accelerated in order to cut me off. I observed him flick a lit cigarette or possibly a joint out his window. I think you should drug test this individual and retrain him on the proper procedure for merging while on a narrow bridge on a highway. If I hadn't reacted as quickly as I did my vehicle would have been crushed and I could have easily lost my life. This is very serious. I took photos of his truck and will attach them if possible. His trailer number was 239252 & his plate number was B386101
I was on Highway 33 between Gustine, CA and Newman CA, today, November 8, 2018 about 10:25 A.M. A Loomis truck #14101 was behind a truck. It pulled out into the passing lane and realized there was a diesel coming towards him in that lane. He hurriedly pulled back into his lane. Thank God he didn't cause an accident. There have been people killed and many accidents lately because of stupid people and their driving. I do hope this driver understands how unsafe his actions were and could have killed not only himself and the people in the Loomis vehicle, but the people that he was going to hit. Hope their are some repercussions for his actions.
Missed promised delivery times
I order some products online and the company I bought my products from uses Loomis express as their courier. I missed the first delivery and they left a, notice on the door that they would make a second attempt delivery on Monday. I even e mailed Loomis saying that I would be home all day Monday. On Monday a Loomis rep e mailed me telling me my package would be delivered today "Monday ". I waited all day Monday and did not receive my package . I even e mailed the Loomis rep once again and explained tofu him that I took Monday off work in order to be home to receive my package. I explained to him that I work the rest of the week and that I could only receive my package after 5pm. On Tuesday morning the Loomis rep e mailed and said my package would be delivered today. The Loomis rep clearly did not read my previous email mail, the courier tried to deliver package at 10 am. When I got home from work I called the Loomis customer service line. The service person said my package would be delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Once again the did not deliver my package on the day promised. On Thursday I finally received my package.
[censored]ty service lost out on a big contract because a shipment that was suppose to be over night took over a week to get where it was going.contacted the head manager in bunaby and was told to f#%k off basically if I didn't like it.
