Bought a piece of artwork on ship Utopia of the Seas. Was told it was $4,000 the plus tax shipping and framing included. At auction they brought out another piece and said it was included for $ 4,000. We have bought many pieces of artwork from them in past and never had a problem. I questioned invoice when I saw the extra $ 500 and they said it would be taken care of when shipped. That would be a NO. I called multiple times from December 3 to today which is December 26. First call they said they had to talk to auctioneer, first time after that I talked to them they said he said "that was correct amount, it was never included." They are liars both on ship and customer service. I escalated to a supervisor and was on hold for 22 minutes, then got disconnected. I called back and the response was that's the way it is. Rude, not helpful. I have talked to them four times with them saying they will get to me. Its was me that had to call them. I asked supervisor for her boss's name and she refused to give it to me.
They are liars and rude.

Park West resolved my complaint completely to my satisfaction. I would now recommend them. I am sorry it had come to this and grateful it has been resolved and look forward to continue doing business with them.
