Artwork purchased 25/3/2023 from Park West on cruise ship.
1.Was meant to be delivered within 12 weeks at most as per invoice. Art was not a sculpture, special art or commissioned art.
2. Long story short, artwork did not arrive within the policy time, email sent, was informed the Park West facility had not received the art to frame, hence not able to send it to me (A friend also bought the same art at the same time)
3. We cancelled the order given the two points above, policy not adhered to nor Park West having the art to send to us. This has not been any fault of mine. I purchased the art with good faith.
4. My friend received a full refund with weeks with no messing around.
I have not had my refund and have been inform money will be subtracted as I had cancelled the order. This did not occur with my friend. She received the full amount of A$ 1430. I am informed I shall only receive $674. ? if this is US or Aust dollars. One would assume American dollars.
I have written several emails to various people at Park West. I can forward my emails and responses if required.
NCL state they are unable to refund funds until Park West send refund to them. I feel I am being push from person to person.
The service has been appalling and disrespectful. Treating me like I am a no-body.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund ASAP.
